Abstract

According to the present invention, an information management method is disclosed, which is performed by an electronic device and includes: confirming a first item and a first shopping cart group selected based on at least one input from a user; assigning a first item list including the selected first item to the first shopping cart group; and providing a shopping cart page including information about the first shopping cart group.

Description

Information management method and electronic device thereof

The present invention relates to an information management method and an electronic device thereof, and more particularly, to an information management method and an electronic device thereof that provide a shopping cart page including information about a shopping cart group so that a user can share or manage the shopping cart group with other users.

With the increasing popularity of the internet, the e-commerce market is expanding. While the proportion of customers purchasing goods in offline stores is decreasing, the proportion of customers purchasing goods through e-commerce using computers or smartphones is rapidly increasing.

On the other hand, when purchasing items via e-commerce, shopping carts are often used to simplify checkout and delivery processes. However, existing shopping cart lists are categorized solely based on the attributes of the items in the cart, failing to reflect user preferences or needs. Therefore, it is necessary to create shopping cart groups that meet user needs and to propose methods for efficiently managing and sharing such shopping cart groups.

[Problem to be Solved by the Invention] Embodiments of this specification provide an information management method and electronic device therefor. More specifically, embodiments of this specification provide a method and electronic device therefor for diversifying shopping cart groups based on user needs and managing shopping cart groups based on information about the items included in the shopping cart groups.

The technical issues to be addressed by this embodiment are not limited to the aforementioned technical issues; other technical issues can be inferred based on the following embodiments. [Technical Means for Solving the Problem]

An information management method can be provided, which is performed by an electronic device of one embodiment and includes: confirming a first item and a first shopping cart group selected based on at least one input of a user; allocating a first item list including the selected first item to the first shopping cart group; and providing a shopping cart page including information of the first shopping cart group.

An information management method can be provided, which is performed by an electronic device of one embodiment, wherein a shopping cart page further includes a list of shopping cart groups; the above-mentioned information management method further includes the following steps: corresponding to the user's input of the first shopping cart group among the shopping cart groups included in the list of shopping cart groups, providing information of the first item list.

An information management method may be provided, performed by an electronic device according to an embodiment, further comprising the steps of: confirming a sharing input for sharing a first shopping cart with other users; and providing information for sharing the first shopping cart to the other users based on the sharing input; information on the first item list is confirmed based on the information for sharing the first shopping cart.

An information management method can be provided, which is performed by an electronic device of an embodiment, wherein the preview information includes at least one of: information of a first item list, brief information of a first shopping cart group, representative image information of the first shopping cart group, and cumulative price information of items included in the first item list.

An electronic device for managing information according to one embodiment may be provided, comprising: a memory storing at least one program; and a processor executing the at least one program to confirm a first item and a first shopping cart group selected based on at least one input from a user, assign a first item list including the selected first item to the first shopping cart group, and provide a shopping cart page including information about the first shopping cart group.

According to the present invention, an electronic device can provide a shopping cart page including shopping cart information, allowing users to efficiently manage their shopping carts. Furthermore, since the electronic device can share items in a shopping cart at once, it can sell and promote items more efficiently.

The electronic device maps the information of the user who initially generated the shopping cart group to the shopping cart group, thereby providing the initial user with the benefits of sharing the shopping cart group and increasing the initial user's awareness of users who accept shared shopping cart groups.

When an electronic device is used to share a shopping cart, it provides preview information of the shopping cart, thereby giving the user who accepts the sharing the right to choose whether to accept the shopping cart sharing, and improving the convenience of the user who accepts the shared shopping cart.

The effects of the invention are not limited to those mentioned above. A person with common sense in the technical field can clearly understand other unmentioned effects based on the description in the patent application.

The terms used in the embodiments take into account the functions of the present invention and are currently widely used general terms. However, these terms may vary based on the intentions of technical personnel, precedents, the emergence of new technologies, and so on. Furthermore, in certain cases, there may be terms that the applicant arbitrarily selects. In such cases, their meanings will be detailed in the corresponding description. Therefore, the terms used in this invention should be defined based on the meaning of the terms and the overall content of the invention, rather than simply based on the names of the terms.

Throughout this specification, when a component is referred to as "including" another component, this does not exclude the inclusion of other components, unless otherwise stated. Furthermore, terms such as "unit" and "module" used in this specification refer to a unit that performs at least one function or action, which may be implemented by hardware, software, or a combination of hardware and software.

The following will describe an embodiment of the present invention in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily implement the present invention. However, the present invention can be implemented in various forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG1 is a diagram illustrating an information management system for implementing information management methods for electronic devices according to various embodiments.

1 , the information management system of various embodiments can be implemented in various types of electronic devices. For example, the information management system can be implemented in the electronic device 100 and the user device 200. In other words, the electronic device 100 and the user device 200 can implement the actions of the various embodiments of the present invention based on the information management system implemented in each device. As an example, in various embodiments of the present invention, the electronic device 100 can provide the user device 200 with a shopping cart page, which includes information of a first shopping cart group assigned with a first item list, and the first item list includes a first item. On the other hand, the information management system of various embodiments is not limited to that shown in FIG. 1 above, but can also be implemented on a wider variety of electronic devices and servers.

The electronic device 100 of various embodiments can be a device that implements wired or wireless communication with a plurality of user devices 200 and includes a memory with a large storage capacity. For example, the electronic device 100 can be a cloud device that is linked to a plurality of user devices 200.

The user equipment 200 of various embodiments can be a device that can be used by a user, such as a desktop computer, a tablet computer, a mobile terminal, etc. In addition, other electronic devices that perform similar functions can be used as the user equipment 200.

The information management system of various embodiments may include various modules for performing operations. The modules included in the information management system may be computer code and one or more instructions implemented in such a manner that a physical device (e.g., electronic device 100 and user equipment 200) that implements the information management system (or included in the physical device) can perform a specified operation. In other words, the physical device that implements the information management system can perform specified operations corresponding to multiple modules.

FIG2 is a diagram illustrating an operation method of an electronic device for providing a shopping cart page including information of a shopping cart set according to an embodiment.

2 , in step S210 , the electronic device 100 may confirm the first item and the first shopping cart set selected based on at least one input of the user.

For example, based on information received from electronic device 100, user device 200 may provide a search result page (SRP) including a list of multiple items and obtain user input selecting the first item from the multiple items. For another example, based on information received from electronic device 100, user device 200 may provide a product list page (PLP) or homepage and obtain user input selecting the first item from various interface widgets included on the product list page or homepage. Subsequently, based on information received from electronic device 100, user device 200 may provide a shopping cart page and obtain user input selecting the first shopping cart from a plurality of shopping cart groups. Thereafter, the user device 200 transmits information about the first item and the first shopping cart set to the electronic device 100, and the electronic device 100 can confirm the first item and the first shopping cart set.

In step S220 , the electronic device 100 may assign the first item list to the first shopping cart group. Specifically, the electronic device 100 may confirm the first item list including the first item selected by the user as the item list corresponding to the first shopping cart group.

In one embodiment, the electronic device 100 can add the second item to the first item list. The electronic device 100 can confirm the user's selection input for adding the second item to the shopping cart set, and based on whether the user's selection input meets specified conditions, add the second item to the item list corresponding to any shopping cart set in the shopping cart set.

Specifically, electronic device 100 may receive a user's selection input for the second item, distinguish the received selection input from other types of selection input, and add the second item to the shopping cart set based on the distinguished selection input. For example, electronic device 100 may receive a user's selection input for the second item on a search results page from user device 200, and if the user's selection input is confirmed to be a short press type selection input, the second item may be added to the item list corresponding to the basic shopping cart set. As another example, electronic device 100 receives a user selection input for a second item on a product list page from user device 200. If the user selection input is confirmed as a long press type selection input, the second item may be added to the first item list corresponding to the first shopping cart group. The type of user selection input is not limited to the above. Based on various types of user selection input, electronic device 100 may add a new item to the item list corresponding to any shopping cart group.

In step S230 , the electronic device 100 may provide a shopping cart page. Specifically, the electronic device 100 may provide a shopping cart page including information of the first shopping cart group.

In one embodiment, the shopping cart page may include a list of shopping cart groups. The electronic device 100 may provide item list information in response to a user input regarding any of the shopping cart groups included in the shopping cart list. For example, the electronic device 100 may confirm the user input regarding the first shopping cart group included in the shopping cart list obtained by the user device 200 and provide information regarding the first item list corresponding to the first shopping cart group. In one embodiment, the item list information may include at least one of the names of the items included in the item list, the prices of the items, images of the items, the quantity of the items, and brief information about the items.

In this embodiment, if there is promotional information associated with the items in the shopping cart, the electronic device 100 may provide information about the shopping cart group and the promotional information associated with the items. For example, if a discount is available for purchasing both the first and second items in the shopping cart group, the electronic device 100 may provide information about the discount available for purchasing the first shopping cart group.

In one embodiment, the electronic device 100 can set an expiration date for a shopping cart set. Specifically, the electronic device 100 can confirm promotional information for items included in the list of items assigned to the shopping cart set and set the expiration date for the shopping cart set based on the promotional information. For example, the electronic device 100 can confirm that the promotional period for the first item included in the first list of items assigned to the first shopping cart set is 30 days, and set the expiration date for the shopping cart set to 30 days. In this case, the expiration date for the shopping cart set can be set based on the promotional information for the item with the shortest promotional period among the items included in the list. For example, if the item list includes a first item with a 30-day promotional period and a second item with a 60-day promotional period, the electronic device 100 can set the shopping cart set's expiration date to 60 days. By setting the shopping cart set's expiration date based on the item's promotional information, the electronic device 100 can prevent users who intended to receive promotional benefits from unexpected losses by purchasing items from the shopping cart set without realizing the promotion has ended. It can also inform other users who are sharing and storing a shared shopping cart set that the promotional benefits for the shared cart set have expired.

In one embodiment, the electronic device 100 may set a shopping cart set to expire based on whether a promotion continues. Specifically, the electronic device 100 may confirm whether the items included in the item list are still on promotion and set the shopping cart set to expire based on the confirmation result of whether the promotion continues. For example, if the funds for the first item included in the first item list are exhausted, the electronic device 100 may set the shopping cart set assigned to the first item list to expire. As another example, if the number of times a coupon for the second item included in the second item list can be used exceeds, the electronic device 100 may set the shopping cart set assigned to the second item list to expire. The electronic device 100 can set the shopping cart set to expire based on whether the promotion of the item is continued. By making a purchase through the shopping cart set, users who expected to receive promotional benefits but were unaware of the end of the promotion can be prevented from suffering accidental losses.

In one embodiment, the electronic device 100 can provide the user with a shared shopping cart list based on user input. In addition to the shared shopping cart list information, the electronic device 100 can also provide revenue information related to each shopping cart. For example, if a user provides a first shopping cart and a second shopping cart, the electronic device 100 can provide the user with a shared shopping cart list based on the user input, including the first and second shopping cart lists, and can also provide revenue information related to the first and second shopping carts. Here, the revenue information associated with a shared shopping cart group may refer to the revenue information granted to the user of the shared shopping cart group when the user purchases items included in the shared shopping cart group. In one embodiment, the revenue information granted to the user of the shared shopping cart group may be determined based on the price information of the items purchased by the user of the shared shopping cart group. By providing the user with inventory information of the shared shopping cart group and revenue information associated with the shopping cart group, the electronic device 100 can support the user of the shared shopping cart group in efficiently managing the shopping cart group.

In one embodiment, the electronic device 100 can provide list information and ranking information for shared shopping carts. The ranking information for a shopping cart can be determined based on at least one of the number of times a shopping cart has been shared, the revenue associated with the shopping cart, and the number of times the items included in the corresponding item list have been purchased. The electronic device 100 can then provide a service page containing information about top-ranked shopping carts. By providing shared shopping cart list information and ranking information, the electronic device 100 can encourage competition among users and increase revenue associated with shared shopping carts.

In one embodiment, the electronic device 100 can provide user-configured shopping cart list information based on user input to facilitate cart management. For example, users can use the user-configured shopping cart list information to conveniently manage the shopping cart, such as changing the cart name, deleting or adding items from the cart list, and sharing the cart.

FIG3 is a diagram illustrating an operation method of an electronic device for providing other users with information for sharing a shopping cart group according to an embodiment.

Referring to FIG. 3 , in step S310 , the electronic device 100 may confirm a sharing input for sharing the first shopping cart group with other users. For example, the electronic device 100 may confirm a sharing input for sharing all items included in the first item list corresponding to the first shopping cart group with other users. For another example, the electronic device 100 may confirm a sharing input for sharing at least a portion of the items included in the first item list corresponding to the first shopping cart group with other users. For another example, the electronic device 100 may confirm a sharing input for a sharing method for the first shopping cart group. The electronic device 100 confirms the sharing input and proceeds to step S320 .

In step S320, the electronic device 100 may provide information for sharing the first shopping cart group to other users based on the sharing input. For example, the electronic device 100 may provide information for sharing all items included in the first item list corresponding to the first shopping cart group to other users. For another example, the electronic device 100 may provide information for sharing only the first and second items included in the first item list corresponding to the first shopping cart group to other users. For another example, based on the sharing input for the sharing method of the shopping cart group, the electronic device 100 may provide information for sharing the shopping cart group to other users via an application corresponding to the sharing method (e.g., Kakao Talk, Line, Facebook). In this case, the information used to share the shopping cart group may include group identification information corresponding to the shopping cart group. Other users who receive the group identification information can receive the shopping cart group information including information about the item list confirmed based on the group identification information.

In one embodiment, the information used to share a shopping cart group may further include information about the user who originally created the shopping cart group. In this case, the shopping cart group information can be mapped to the information about the user who originally created the shopping cart group. In other words, the identification information of the shopping cart list can include the information about the user who originally created the shopping cart group, and based on this information about the user who originally created the shopping cart group, a specified benefit can be provided to the user who originally created the shopping cart group. As a result, the electronic device 100 maps the information about the user who originally created the shopping cart group to the shopping cart group, thereby providing the user who created the shopping cart group with benefits related to sharing the shopping cart group and increasing the initial user's awareness of users who accept shared shopping cart groups. For example, if the original user is an influencer, the electronic device 100 can provide a main service page containing information about the shopping cart group created by the influencer, thereby increasing the number of times the shopping cart group is shared, which may lead to an increase in the influencer's revenue. As another example, users who receive sharing of a highly ranked shopping cart group can confirm the information of the original user of the shopping cart group, thereby increasing the recognition of the original user.

In this embodiment, when a shopping cart group is shared with other users, the electronic device 100 can generate new group identification information corresponding to the shared shopping cart group. For example, when the first shopping cart group is shared with other users, the electronic device 100 can generate second group identification information corresponding to the shared first shopping cart group. Because the shared first shopping cart group corresponds to the second group identification information, even if other users modify the shared first shopping cart group, the existing first shopping cart group remains unchanged, allowing other users to freely manage the shared first shopping cart group. Furthermore, even if other users want to share the shared first shopping cart set again, the electronic device 100 can share the shared first shopping cart set again by providing the second set identification information.

In one embodiment, when multiple shopping cart groups are shared with other users, the electronic device 100 can generate integrated group identification information based on the group identification information corresponding to each of the multiple shopping cart groups. For example, when a first shopping cart group and a second shopping cart group are shared with other users, the electronic device 100 can generate integrated group identification information based on the group identification information corresponding to the first shopping cart group and the group identification information corresponding to the second shopping cart group. The user who shares the first and second shopping cart groups can more conveniently manage their shopping cart groups using a single integrated group.

In an embodiment, the electronic device 100 may provide preview information corresponding to a shopping cart group to a user who accepts a shared shopping cart group. Here, the preview information may include at least one of information about the item list assigned to the shopping cart group, brief information about the shopping cart group, representative image information of the shopping cart group (e.g., a combined image of all items included in the item list), and cumulative price information of the items included in the item list. The representative image of the shopping cart group may be generated based on information about the items included in the item list corresponding to the shopping cart group. Specifically, the electronic device 100 may confirm the image information of the items included in the item list, and may combine the item image information to generate combined image information, and may confirm the generated combined image information as the representative image information of the shopping cart group. For example, electronic device 100 can confirm a thumbnail image of a first item and a thumbnail image of a second item, and can confirm representative image information of a shopping cart group by combining the thumbnail images. For example, the thumbnail images can be combined in a slideshow format so that the user can select and input thumbnails for all items, or the thumbnails of all items can be combined to occupy an equal area on a single image. However, this is not a limitation, and various image combination methods can be used to achieve the purpose of the present invention. The electronic device 100 provides preview information to the user who accepts the shared shopping cart set, thereby giving the user who accepts the sharing the right to choose whether to accept the shopping cart set sharing. The user who accepts the sharing can confirm the representative information of the shared shopping cart at one time, thereby improving the convenience of the user.

Figures 4 through 9 illustrate one embodiment of a user interface (UI) for managing information in various embodiments. For example, Figures 4 through 9 may be a UI (user interface) for user equipment 200, and the embodiments described in the following figures may be implemented based on the operations of the electronic device 100 described above in Figures 1 through 3.

Specifically, the various embodiments of the UI for user equipment 200 illustrated in the following figures are implemented as follows: when user equipment 200 receives input from a user and transmits it to electronic device 100, electronic device 100 can provide user equipment 200 with information corresponding to the user input based on the actions described above in Figures 1 to 3, which is then output by user equipment 200. However, the various embodiments of the UI illustrated in the following figures are not limited to implementation in this manner and can be implemented in various forms that can implement various embodiments of the UI.

FIG4 illustrates an example of a shopping cart page displayed on a user device according to one embodiment, including information about a shopping cart group and an item list. Identification number 401 may indicate a shopping cart group area, identification number 402 may indicate an area for generating a shopping cart group, identification number 403 may indicate an area for item list information, identification number 404 may indicate an area for selecting to share a shopping cart group, and identification number 405 may indicate an area for selecting to confirm a user's shared shopping cart list.

According to the page in FIG4 , user device 200 can output information about the shopping cart set and the item list. In FIG4 , when the user selects the area corresponding to the picnic shopping cart set in area 401 , electronic device 100 can provide information about the item list corresponding to the picnic shopping cart set. Therefore, user device 200 can output information about the item names, item prices, item brief information, and item images included in the item list corresponding to the picnic shopping cart set, as shown in 403 . Users can delete or add items from the item list corresponding to each shopping cart list and modify the name of each shopping cart list by selecting the pencil-shaped icon to the right of each shopping cart list in the 401 area.

Users can create new shopping carts by selecting and inputting in area 402. The generated shopping carts are arranged in chronological order to the right of area 401. If area 401 exceeds the output range of user device 200, the user can scroll to confirm each shopping cart. Users can share shopping carts with other users by selecting and inputting in area 404. As described below in FIG6 , users can also select a sharing method for the shopping cart. The user can confirm the list information of the shopping cart set shared by the user by selecting and inputting in area 405. At this time, the user can delete the shopping cart set included in the shopping cart list or share it with other users based on the shopping cart list information shared by the user.

FIG5 illustrates an example of outputting user-configured shopping cart list information in a user device according to one embodiment. Identification number 501 may indicate a shopping cart area, identification number 503 may indicate an area for confirming the user-configured shopping cart list information, and identification number 502 may indicate an area corresponding to the user-configured shopping cart list information.

According to the page in FIG5 , user device 200 can output the list information of the shopping cart set set by the user. In FIG5 , when the user performs a selection input corresponding to area 503 , electronic device 100 can provide the list information of the shopping cart set set based on the user's selection input, and the list information of the shopping cart set set set can be output by user device 200, as shown in 502 . The user can manage the shopping cart set by performing selection input corresponding to at least a portion of area 502 . For example, the user can delete or add items included in the item list corresponding to each shopping cart list and modify the name of each shopping cart list by performing a selection input using a pencil-shaped icon. As another example, the user may delete a shopping cart group by inputting a selection corresponding to at least a portion of the area 502 .

FIG6 is a diagram illustrating an example of obtaining an input of a sharing method for a shopping cart set in a user device according to an embodiment. Identification number 601 may be an area for selecting a sharing method for the shopping cart set.

According to the page of Figure 6, user device 200 can output information for the user to select a sharing method for the shopping cart set. In Figure 6, when the user requests to share the shopping cart set according to the selection input in area 404 of Figure 4, the information for the user to select a sharing method for the shopping cart set can be output by user device 200.

The user can select a sharing method by inputting information corresponding to the shopping cart group. The electronic device 100 can then confirm the user's input and provide the shopping cart group information to the user accepting the sharing. For example, if the user selects Kakao Talk as the sharing method, the electronic device 100 can provide the user accepting the sharing with information for sharing the shopping cart group, namely, the group identification information corresponding to the shopping cart group, via Kakao Talk. As another example, if the user selects URL (Uniform Resource Locator) copy as the sharing method, the electronic device 100 can convert the group identification information corresponding to the shopping cart group into a URL format and provide it to the user accepting the sharing.

FIG7 illustrates an example of preview information outputted on a user device of a user accepting a shared shopping cart in accordance with an embodiment. Identification number 701 may be a region for the user accepting the sharing to select whether to accept the shared shopping cart. Identification number 702 may be a region for the name of the shared shopping cart and information about the original user. Identification number 703 may be a region for cumulative price information for items included in the list of items assigned to the shopping cart. Identification number 704 may be a region for representative image information of the shopping cart. Identification number 705 may be a region for information about the list of items assigned to the shopping cart. Identification number 706 may be a region for selecting whether to accept individual items included in the shared list. Identification number 706 may be an area for brief information of the shopping cart group.

According to the page in Figure 7, another user device that receives information about a shared shopping cart from electronic device 100 can output preview information for the shared shopping cart. In Figure 7, when another user device receives information about a shared picnic shopping cart from electronic device 100, electronic device 100 can provide the shared picnic shopping cart information to the other user who has accepted the sharing, along with preview information corresponding to the picnic shopping cart. The provided preview information can then be output by the other user device. Other users can choose whether to accept the shared shopping cart using the selection input corresponding to area 701. Area 702 can be used to confirm the name of the shopping cart and the information of the user who originally created the shopping cart. Area 703 can be used to confirm the cumulative price information of the items included in the shopping cart. Area 704 can be used to confirm the representative image information of the shopping cart. Area 705 can be used to confirm the list of items assigned to the shopping cart. Area 706 can be used to confirm the brief information of the shopping cart. If the representative image information of the shopping cart group is organized in a slideshow format, such as in area 704, other users can confirm the image information of individual items by selecting and inputting corresponding to at least a portion of the area in area 704. Furthermore, by selecting and inputting corresponding to at least a portion of the area containing the image information of the individual item, other users can confirm that a page containing detailed information about the item (e.g., a single detail page) can be output on the other user's device. Even if other users accept the sharing of the picnic shopping cart group by selecting and inputting corresponding to area 701, they may not wish to share at least a portion of the items in the item list of the picnic shopping cart group. Therefore, other users can delete the items they do not wish to share from the item list by selecting and inputting corresponding to area 705a.

The ranking information of the shopping cart group and the revenue information related to the shopping cart group can be output on the page of Figure 7, but is not shown in Figure 7. According to an embodiment, various forms of information can be set to induce other users to accept the sharing of the shopping cart group and output on the page.

FIG8 illustrates an example of outputting the inventory information of a user's shared shopping cart on a user device according to one embodiment. Identification number 801 may be a field for confirming the inventory information of the user's shared shopping cart, identification number 802 may be a field for displaying the inventory information of the user's shared shopping cart, identification number 803 may be a field for deleting the user's shared shopping cart, and identification number 804 may be a field for re-sharing the user's shared shopping cart.

According to the page in Figure 8 , user device 200 can output shopping cart list information. In Figure 8 , when a user is sharing a picnic shopping cart, a lunch shopping cart, and a lunch 1 shopping cart, the user can request confirmation of the shared shopping cart list by selecting and inputting at 801 . Based on the user's selection and input, electronic device 100 can provide the shared shopping cart list information. Therefore, the shared shopping cart list information can be output by user device 200. Users can use the cart list information to confirm the names of their shared carts, delete them by selecting and inputting in area 803, and re-share them by selecting and inputting in area 804. Here, the bento 1 cart group only shares at least a portion of the items in the item list corresponding to the bento cart group with other users. This can be a newly generated cart group based on the bento cart group by the electronic device 100. When the user once again shares only at least a portion of the items included in the item list corresponding to the Bento 1 shopping cart set, the name of the new shopping cart set generated by the electronic device 100 can be "Bento 2", and the user equipment 200 can output the Bento 2 shopping cart set through the 702 area.

Revenue information related to the shopping cart groups shared with users can be output on the page of Figure 8, but is not shown in Figure 8. According to an embodiment, the validity period information of each shopping cart group and the ranking information of each shopping cart group can also be set to be output from this page.

FIG9 illustrates an example of outputting item list information corresponding to a user's shared shopping cart on a user device according to one embodiment. Identification number 901 may be a region for identifying the item list information of a user's shared shopping cart, identification number 902 may be a region for displaying information about a user's shared shopping cart, and identification number 903 may be a region for displaying item list information assigned to the shopping cart with identification number 902.

According to the page in Figure 9, user device 200 can output information about the item list assigned to any shared shopping cart. In Figure 9, if the user is sharing a picnic shopping cart and a lunch box shopping cart, the user can request to confirm the list of the shared shopping cart by selecting 901. Based on the user's selection, electronic device 100 can provide the shared shopping cart list information. Therefore, the shared shopping cart list information can be output by user device 200. Subsequently, the user can request information about the item list assigned to the picnic shopping cart set by selecting and inputting in area 902. The electronic device 100 provides information about the item list corresponding to the picnic shopping cart set. Therefore, information about the names of the items included in the item list corresponding to the picnic shopping cart set shared with the user, information about the prices of the items, brief information about the items, and image information of the items can be output by the user device 200, such as 903.

FIG10 is a diagram showing the structure of an electronic device 1000 according to an embodiment.

Electronic device 1000 includes a transceiver 1010, a memory 1020, and a processor 1030. The electronic device 1000 shown in FIG10 only illustrates the components relevant to this embodiment. Therefore, it is obvious to those skilled in the art that electronic device 1000 may include other common components in addition to those shown in FIG10. The electronic device 1000 in FIG10 may be included in the electronic device 100 in FIG1 , and therefore, any overlapping content with FIG1 through FIG9 will be omitted.

The transceiver 1010 can communicate with other devices. Therefore, the electronic device 1000 can use the transceiver to send and receive information with other devices. For example, the electronic device 1000 can use the transceiver to communicate with user equipment or other devices.

Here, communication, i.e., the transmission and reception of data, can be achieved via wired or wireless means. For this purpose, the communication unit may include a wired communication module connected to the Internet via a LAN (Local Area Network), a mobile communication module connected to a mobile communication network via a mobile communication base station to transmit and receive data, a short-range communication module utilizing a WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) system such as Wi-Fi or a WPAN (Wireless Personal Area Network) system such as Bluetooth or Zigbee, a satellite communication module utilizing a GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) such as GPS (Global Positioning System), or a combination thereof.

Memory 1020 can store various types of information. Memory 1020 can store data temporarily or semi-permanently. For example, memory 1020 of electronic device 1000 can store the operating system (OS) used to drive electronic device 1000, data used to host websites, programs used to generate Braille, and data related to applications (e.g., website applications). Furthermore, memory 1020 can store modules in the form of computer code, as described above.

Examples of the memory 1020 include a hard disk drive (HDD), a solid state drive (SSD), a flash memory, a read-only memory (ROM), and a random access memory (RAM). The memory 1020 may be provided as a built-in type or a removable type.

Processor 1030 controls the overall operation of electronic device 1000. To this end, processor 1030 can perform various calculations and processing on information, and control the operation of the components of electronic device 1000. For example, processor 1030 can execute programs and applications used to manage information. Processor 1030 can be implemented as a computer or similar device using hardware, software, or a combination thereof. In terms of hardware, processor 1030 can be implemented as a circuit that processes electrical signals to perform control functions. In terms of software, it can be implemented as a program that drives the hardware processor 1030. On the other hand, in the following description, when not specifically mentioned, the actions of the electronic device 1000 can be interpreted as being performed under the control of the processor 1030. That is, when executing the modules implemented in the above-mentioned information management system, the modules can be interpreted as causing the processor 1030 to control the electronic device 1000 to perform the following actions.

In short, various embodiments can be implemented in various ways. For example, various embodiments can be implemented by hardware, firmware, software, or a combination thereof.

When implemented by hardware, the methods of various embodiments may be implemented by one or more ASICs (application specific integrated circuits), DSPs (digital signal processors), DSPDs (digital signal processing devices), PLDs (programmable logic devices), FPGAs (field programmable gate arrays), processors, controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, etc.

Claims (12)

An information management method, performed by an electronic device, includes: Confirming a first item and a first shopping cart group selected based on at least one input by a user; Assigning a first item list including the selected first item to the first shopping cart group; and Providing a shopping cart page including information about the first shopping cart group. A first configuration for setting the expiration date of the first shopping cart set based on the promotional period of the item with the shortest promotional period among one or more items in the first item list subject to a promotion, and a second configuration for setting the expiration date of the first shopping cart set based on a determination of whether the promotion continues for each item in the first item list subject to the promotion, are confirmed for use with the first shopping cart set.
