Abstract
一種線材除鏽設備之進料裝置,包含一承架,及一界定出一開口朝上之容置槽的移送機構,該承架界定出一穿置空間,及一沿一橫移方向連通該穿置空間的進料口,該承架由頂端向下凹陷形成二沿該橫移方向彼此相間隔的限位槽,該等限位槽位於該穿置空間的相對上方。該移送機構可受操控而沿該橫移方向往復移動,當該移送機構穿過該進料口而進入該承架後,該容置槽向上連通該穿置空間。在該移送機構通過該進料口並移至於該穿置空間下方的過程中,該容置槽內的線材會在相對移動下被該吊架穿過,藉此自動化地完成進料作業。A feeding device for wire derusting equipment includes a support frame and a transfer mechanism defining a receiving groove with an opening facing upward. The support frame defines a penetration space and a feed port connected to the penetration space along a lateral direction. The support frame is recessed downward from the top to form two limit grooves spaced apart from each other along the lateral direction, and the limit grooves are located relatively above the penetration space. The transfer mechanism can be controlled to move back and forth along the lateral direction. When the transfer mechanism passes through the feed port and enters the support frame, the receiving groove is connected to the penetration space upward. In the process of the transfer mechanism passing through the feed port and moving to the bottom of the penetration space, the wire in the receiving groove will be passed through by the hanger under relative movement, thereby completing the feeding operation automatically.

一般的線材是經粗抽、球化、酸洗,及精抽等四個工序製成,其中酸洗工序是將球化處理後成捲的線材,透過置放於酸性化學槽中去除線材表面的鏽蝕。在進行酸洗工序時,需先將盤繞多圈的線材以人工方式穿入天車的吊架中,如此天車方能吊掛吊架以移載線材至酸洗作業線中。然而前述的進料方式過度費時,且在對準及穿置時僅能倚靠作業人員的經驗及技術,造成人為干擾因素過多,且不利於自動化大量生產。Generally, wire rods are made through four processes: rough drawing, spheroidizing, pickling, and fine drawing. 本發明之功效在於:本發明使用時,是先將一吊架的兩端分別置放於該等限位槽中,使該吊架置入該穿置空間內,接著將一線材置放於該容置槽內,並驅使該移送機構沿該橫移方向朝該承架移動,當該移送機構通過該進料口並移至於該穿置空間下方的過程中,該容置槽內的線材會在相對移動下被該吊架穿過,從而完成將該線材套至於該吊架上的進料作業。本發明可將人為干擾因素降至最低,有利於自動化且能減少工安問題,達到省時省力之功效。The effect of the present invention is that when the present invention is used, the two ends of a hanger are placed in the limiting grooves respectively, so that the hanger is placed in the insertion space, and then a wire is placed in the receiving groove, and the transfer mechanism is driven to move toward the support frame along the lateral direction.
