Abstract

Provided is an electronic apparatus for managing item sales and a method for providing information. According to the present disclosure, a message including information related to a corresponding item is transmitted to some sellers of second priority items among a plurality of seller items corresponding to one target item.

Description

Electronic equipment and information method for managing sales of goods

The present invention relates to an electronic device for managing the sales volume of items sold on an e-commerce service, and a method for providing information.

With the development of electronic technology, e-commerce has become a part of shopping. Customers can buy items online without going directly to a shopping mall or market, and the items purchased online are delivered to a delivery destination requested by the customer.

In order to provide customers with such convenient e-commerce services, an online environment must be provided in which sellers can quickly manage the sales of items. However, when there are multiple sellers of an item on a service, competition between sellers to sell an item to a limited number of customers inevitably occurs, but currently, there is a lack of an efficient way for each seller to manage their items to have a better competitive advantage.

In this regard, reference may be made to the prior art KR101656055B1 and KR102102956B1.

[Technical Objective] One aspect provides a method for sending a message containing information related to an item to some sellers of some second priority items among a plurality of seller items corresponding to a target item, and an electronic device using the method.

In addition, the present invention provides a method for providing a page reflecting information about a first priority item among items of the item in response to a keyword or a detailed information request received from a client terminal, and an electronic device using the method.

In addition, the present invention provides a method of providing a single detail page (SDP) including an interface for providing a price adjustment function of an item to a seller terminal, and an electronic device using the method.

The technical problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to the technical problems described above, and other technical challenges can be inferred from the following exemplary embodiments.

[Technical Solution] According to one aspect, a method for providing information for item sales volume management in an electronic device is provided, the method comprising: identifying a target item; identifying a plurality of seller items corresponding to the target item; setting at least one seller item selected based on detailed information of the plurality of seller items as a first priority item, and setting the remaining seller items as second priority items; selecting at least some of the sellers corresponding to the second priority items; and transmitting a message containing information related to the target item to each terminal of the selected sellers.

According to an example embodiment, the setting of at least one seller item may include setting the first priority item and the second priority items based on at least one of a score of each of the plurality of seller items and a rating of each of the sellers corresponding to the plurality of seller items.

According to an example embodiment, the score of each of the plurality of seller items may be set based on at least one of a price and delivery-related information of each of the plurality of seller items.

According to an example embodiment, the rating of each of the sellers may be set based on at least one of order processing information, customer inquiry response information, and the time it takes for each account of each seller to respond to the message.

According to an example implementation, the method may further include: receiving a keyword corresponding to the target item from a client terminal; in response to the keyword, providing a search result page (SRP) to the client terminal that displays information about the first priority item for each entry of the target item; receiving a request from the client terminal for detailed information about a specific item among the target items displayed on the SRP; and in response to the request for detailed information, providing an SDP to the client terminal that displays information about the first priority item in each entry of the specific item.

According to an example embodiment, the SDP may include list information of the second priority items, and the method may further include: receiving a selection from the client terminal of any one of the second priority items included in the list information; and in response to the selection, providing the SDP to the client terminal in which information about the first priority item is replaced by information about a selected second priority item.

According to an example embodiment, the selecting at least some of the sellers may include: selecting a seller corresponding to a seller item that was changed from the first priority item to the second priority item due to the first priority item and one of the second priority items being recently set.

According to an example embodiment, the selecting at least some of the sellers may include: selecting a seller corresponding to a seller item that maintains a status set as the second priority item within a preset period of time after being changed from the first priority item to the second priority item.

According to an example embodiment, the transmitting a message may include: transmitting a message including price adjustment information of a seller item of the selected seller.

According to an example embodiment, the transmitting a message may include: transmitting a message requesting identification of a seller item list of the selected seller every time a preset unit time passes.

According to an example embodiment, the transmitting of a message may include: adjusting whether to provide the message based on at least one of the selected seller's account information, service setting information, a number of types of items sold, an initial quantity of each of the items sold, a sales volume of each of the items sold, inventory information of each of the items sold, label information of each of the items sold, a number of types of second-priority items, an initial quantity of each of the second-priority items, a sales volume of each of the second-priority items, inventory information of each of the second-priority items, and label information of each of the second-priority items, and when providing the message, at least one of a number of times the message is provided and a frequency of providing the message.

According to an example embodiment, the transmitting a message may include, if the number of item types sold by the selected seller or the number of types corresponding to the second priority items of the selected seller is equal to or greater than a preset number of types, adjusting the number of times the message is provided during a preset time period to a preset number or less.

According to an example embodiment, transmitting a message may include transmitting the message if a second priority item related to the message to be transmitted corresponds to at least one of a concerned item, a concerned category, and a concerned tag registered on a service according to the service setting information.

According to an example embodiment, the method may further include providing a sales volume management page including an interface for providing a price adjustment function of the target item to a terminal corresponding to each of the plurality of seller items.

According to an example embodiment, the interface included in the sales volume management page may include a first interface providing a manual adjustment function of a price of the target item, a second interface providing an automatic adjustment function of a price of the target item within a price range preset by each of the plurality of sellers, and a third interface providing a function of applying a recommended price to the target item.

According to an example embodiment, the automatic adjustment function may include automatically adjusting a price of the target item within the preset price range based on an expected sales volume or an expected sales quantity of the target item within a predetermined period in the future based on the sales history information of the target item.

According to an example embodiment, the function of applying a suggested price may include: applying a suggested price to the target item based on at least one of a current price of the target item, delivery-related information of the target item, and a rating of each seller corresponding to the target item.

According to an example embodiment, the method may further include receiving modified details about the second priority items from terminals of at least some of the selected sellers; and resetting at least one of the first priority item and the second priority items based on the modified details.

According to another aspect, an electronic device for managing item sales is provided, which includes a transceiver, a memory configured to store instructions, and a processor.

The processor connected to the transceiver and the memory operates to: identify a target item; identify a plurality of seller items corresponding to the target item; set at least one seller item selected based on detailed information of the plurality of seller items as a first priority item, and set the remaining seller items as second priority items; select at least some of the sellers corresponding to the second priority items; and transmit a message containing information related to the target item to each terminal of the selected sellers.

[Effect] According to the example implementation, an electronic device for item sales volume management can help a seller manage items sold by the seller so that the items can compete with items of other sellers on the e-commerce service by sending a message for item sales volume management to a seller terminal corresponding to a preset condition.

Furthermore, according to an example embodiment, an electronic device for item sales volume management may allow a customer who is interested in a particular item to access the seller's items by displaying information about a first priority item on an SDP provided to a customer, thereby providing an incentive for the seller to manage the item he/she is selling to set as a first priority item.

Furthermore, according to example embodiments, the electronic device for item sales volume management can help each seller to more easily enhance the competitiveness of his/her items by providing an interface for adjusting the price of an item on a sales volume management page provided to the seller.

When considering the functions in the present invention, the terms used in the example embodiments are selected from the general terms widely used at present as much as possible. However, the terms may vary depending on the intention of those familiar with this technology or precedents, the emergence of new technologies and the like. In addition, in certain cases, there are also terms arbitrarily selected by the applicant, and in such cases, the meaning will be described in detail in the corresponding description. Here, the computer may include, for example, a notebook computer, a desktop computer and/or a laptop computer equipped with a web browser. The portable terminal may be a wireless communication device that ensures portability and mobility, and includes (but is not limited to) any type of handheld wireless communication device, such as a tablet PC, a smart phone, a communication-based terminal (such as International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (W-CDMA), Long Term Evolution (LTE) or the like).

In the following description, the terms "transmit", "communicate", "send", "receive" and other similar terms refer not only to direct transmission of a signal or information from one component to another component but also may include transmission via another component.

Specifically, "transmitting" or "sending" a signal or information to a component may indicate a final destination of the signal or information, but may not imply a directional destination. The same applies to "receiving" a message or information. In addition, in the present invention, when two or more data or information are "related", it indicates that when one data (or information) is obtained, at least a portion of another data (or information) can be obtained based on it.

In addition, terms such as first and second may be used to describe various components, but the components should not be limited by the terms. The terms may be used for the purpose of distinguishing one component from another.

For example, without departing from the scope of the present invention, a first component may be referred to as a second component. Similarly, a second component may also be referred to as a first component.

FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram of a system for managing item sales according to an example embodiment.

Referring to FIG. 1 , a system 100 for managing item sales may include an electronic device 110, a seller terminal 120, and a client terminal 130. In the system 100 for managing item sales shown in FIG. 1 , only components related to the exemplary embodiment are shown. Therefore, those skilled in the art may understand that in addition to the components shown in FIG. 1 , other general components may also be further included.

The electronic device 110, the seller terminal 120, and the client terminal 130 may communicate with each other within a network 140.

The electronic device 110 may provide a platform for the service for managing the sales volume of an item. Specifically, the electronic device 110 may provide an application for the service for managing the sales volume of an item to the seller terminal 120, and the electronic device 110 may execute an application and provide the service for managing the sales volume of an item through the seller terminal 120 connected to the electronic device 110. For example, the electronic device 110 may be included in the service for providing the service for managing the sales volume of an item.

In this regard, an application provided by the electronic device 110 may be installed in the seller terminal 120 and driven, and some operations of the service for managing item sales may be processed in the seller terminal 120 and some other operations may be processed in a server outside the seller terminal 120.

According to an example embodiment, to help a seller manage his/her items so as to compete with items of other sellers on the e-commerce service, the electronic device 110 may transmit a message for item sales volume management to a seller terminal corresponding to a predetermined condition.

According to additional example embodiments, for a customer who is interested in a particular item, in order to guide items of sellers that are competitive in the field of the item, the electronic device 110 may display competitive item information on an SDP provided to the customer.

According to additional example embodiments, in order to make it easier for each seller to enhance the competitiveness of his/her items, the electronic device 110 may provide an interface for adjusting the price of items on a sales volume management page provided to the seller.

The seller terminal 120 may transmit information necessary for selling a desired item to the electronic device 110, and may receive various requests from the customer terminal 130 through the electronic device 110 and manage the sales volume of the item.

For example, if the seller terminal 120 is a mobile terminal that the seller can easily carry (regardless of location or time), the seller can manage item sales more efficiently by using the seller terminal 120 to transmit necessary information to the electronic device 110 and receive a request.

In addition, the seller terminal 120 can execute applications provided by the electronic device 110 under various operating systems (OS), and the seller terminal 120 can access the application by logging into the service for managing item sales through a seller account. Here, the seller account can be a member account of the service for managing item sales provided by the application, but depending on an example embodiment, a non-member account can be used to process sales-related tasks.

The client terminal 130 is a terminal for accessing the e-commerce service provided by the electronic device 110. The client terminal 130 can inquire, search or view various items registered for sale through a user interface on the e-commerce service, and can transmit inquiries or orders for at least some items to the electronic device 110. Here, the e-commerce service accessed by the client terminal 130 can be provided by an application different from the above-mentioned service for managing the sales volume of items, but according to an example embodiment, the service can be provided by the same application. For example, if a service for managing item sales and an e-commerce service are provided by the same application, the application determines whether the logged-in account is a seller account or a customer account, and based on this, the application can determine whether to provide the service for managing item sales or the e-commerce service to the logged-in terminal.

The network 140 includes a local area network (LAN), a wide area network (WAN), a value-added network (VAN), a mobile radio communication network, a satellite communication network, and combinations thereof. In a comprehensive sense, the network is a data communication network that enables the network entities shown in FIG. 1 to communicate with each other smoothly, and may include a wired Internet network, a wireless Internet network, and a mobile wireless communication network. For example, wireless communication is wireless LAN (Wi-Fi), Bluetooth, Bluetooth Low Energy, Zigbee, WFD (Wi-Fi Direct), Ultra Wideband (UWB), Infrared Data Association (IrDA), and Near Field Communication (NFC), but is not limited thereto.

The above will be described in more detail through the following diagrams.

FIG. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a method of operating an electronic device according to an example embodiment.

In the present invention, a method in which the electronic device 110 provides a "page" to the seller terminal 120 or the client terminal 130 may include a method of converting an existing page displayed on the display into a new page, a method of providing a new page on the existing page displayed on the display in the form of a pop-up window, and the like. However, the method of providing a page by the electronic device 110 is not limited thereto, and an additional graphic effect (e.g., adjusting the saturation of an existing page) may be applied together when applying the above method.

In the present invention, a "target item" refers to an item among items registered on the e-commerce service that is a target of a series of operations by the electronic device 110. In addition, in the present invention, identifying a target item may be performed according to a request from the seller terminal 120, the client terminal 130, or a separate external server, or may be automatically performed by the electronic device 110 without a separate request. For example, identifying a target item may be performed when the seller terminal 120 requests the electronic device 110 to identify which seller item is the current first priority item among the target items. For another example, the identification of a target item may be performed when the client terminal 130 requests to inquire about or browse the target item on the e-commerce service. Also, for another example, the identification of a target item may be periodically performed by the electronic device 110 every time a preset time period passes. However, this is an example, and according to an example embodiment, an entity requesting the identification of a target item may be different.

According to an example embodiment, the electronic device 110 can identify a target item by searching for identification information assigned to the target item on the service. Here, the identification information assigned to the target item can be information stored in a storage space in the electronic device 110 or in a server including the electronic device 110, or can be information stored in a separate external database.

The electronic device 110 may identify a plurality of seller items corresponding to the identified target item in operation S202.

In the present invention, a "seller item" refers to an item registered by a seller on the e-commerce service for sale.

According to an example embodiment, the electronic device 110 may identify a seller item corresponding to a target item by searching for identification information assigned to the target item and identification information assigned to a corresponding seller item. For example, if the identification information corresponding to information A assigned to the target item "apple" is identification information B, the electronic device 110 may identify the seller item assigned identification information B as a seller item corresponding to the target item.

Specifically, the identification information assigned to the seller's item may include the identification information assigned to the target item and the identification information assigned to each seller. For example, the identification information assigned to a seller's item may be in a form in which the identification information assigned to a target item and the identification information assigned to each seller and capable of identifying a seller correspond to each other.

The electronic device 110 may set at least one seller item selected based on the identification details of the plurality of seller items as a first priority item and set the remaining seller items as second priority items in operation S203. For example, for 10 seller items from each of 10 sellers corresponding to a target item, the electronic device 110 may set one item among the 10 seller items as a first priority item and set the remaining nine items as second priority items based on the detailed information of each item.

According to an example embodiment, the electronic device 110 may set a first priority item and a second priority item based on at least one of a score of each of a plurality of seller items and a rating of each seller corresponding to the plurality of seller items.

Specifically, a score for a seller item may be set based on at least one of the price of the seller item and the delivery-related information. For example, the score for a seller item may be set to be inversely proportional to the price of the seller item. For another example, the score for a seller item may be set to be inversely proportional to the expected period until delivery of the seller item. However, this is an example. According to example embodiments, the relationship between the score for a seller item and the price and delivery-related information of the seller item may be defined in various ways.

Specifically, the rating of each seller may be set based on at least one of order processing information, customer inquiry response information, and time taken to respond to messages of each seller's account. For example, the rating of a seller may be set based on whether the seller dispatches and delivers an item based on a purchase order placed on the seller's account, whether the seller fulfills a return or exchange based on a return order or an exchange order placed on the seller's account, whether the seller responds to customer inquiries received on the seller's account, the time taken to respond to customer inquiries received through the seller's account, and the time taken to read a push notification message sent to the seller's terminal 120. However, these are examples. Factors that affect the rating of a seller, such as order processing information, customer inquiry response information, and the time required to respond to a message, are not limited to the above examples, and the relationship between the above factors and the rating of a seller may be defined in various ways according to the example embodiments.

The electronic device 110 may select at least some sellers among the sellers corresponding to the secondary items in operation S204.

According to an example embodiment, the electronic device 110 may select a seller corresponding to a seller item that is changed from a first priority item to a second priority item due to recent settings of the first priority item and a second priority item. For example, assuming that among three sellers X, Y, and Z currently selling a target item "apple", the apples sold by X are the first priority item and the apples sold by Y and Z are the second priority items, respectively, if the apples sold by Y become the new first priority item and the apples sold by X become the second priority item due to recent settings, the electronic device 110 may select the seller X corresponding to the second priority item. By selection, the electronic device 110 can notify the selected seller that the currently selling item has lost its first priority item status, and thus the electronic device 110 can help the seller who received the message to respond quickly so that his/her item becomes the first priority item again.

According to another example embodiment, the electronic device 110 may select a seller corresponding to a seller item that remains set as a second priority item within a preset period of time after the first priority item is changed to a second priority item. For example, if an apple previously sold by seller X loses its status as a first priority item and is set as a second priority item, the electronic device 110 may not select seller X immediately, but may select seller X only when 10 minutes have passed from the time when the apple sold by X was set as a second priority item. This is to prevent excessive transmission of information to the seller. The electronic device 110 avoids notifying the seller of an item for sale as soon as the item loses its first priority item status, so that when the first priority items and second priority items change frequently, the electronic device 110 can prevent the seller from having difficulty using the terminal due to receiving too many messages.

The electronic device 110 may transmit a message including information related to the target item to the selected seller terminal 120 in operation S205.

According to an example embodiment, the electronic device 110 may transmit a push notification message including at least one of text information and image information related to the target item to the selected seller terminal 120. Here, when the seller terminal 120 is in a locked state, the push notification message transmitted by the electronic device 110 may be displayed on the lock screen of the seller terminal 120, or when the seller terminal 120 is in an unlocked state, it may be displayed at the top of the screen of the seller terminal 120 for a preset period of time. However, this is exemplary, and the type of information provided by the electronic device 110 and the location where the information is displayed on the seller terminal 120 may vary according to example embodiments.

According to an example embodiment, the electronic device 110 may transmit a message including price adjustment information of a selected seller's seller item. For example, the electronic device 110 may transmit a push notification message including a text phrase suggesting a suggested price to be applied to the seller item to the selected seller terminal 120.

According to an example embodiment, the electronic device 110 may transmit a message requesting identification of a seller's item list of the selected seller every time a preset time period passes. For example, the electronic device 110 may transmit a push notification message including a text phrase suggesting viewing a list of three items newly set as second priority items to the selected seller terminal 120.

According to an example embodiment, the electronic device 110 may control whether to provide a message, and when providing the message, at least one of the number of times the message is provided and the frequency of providing the message based on at least one of the following information: (1) information about an account of a selected seller; (2) information about a service setting of a selected seller; (3) the number of types of items sold by the selected seller; (4) the initial quantity of each item sold by the selected seller; (5) the sales volume of each item sold by the selected seller; (6) information about the inventory of each item sold by the selected seller; (7) label information of each item sold by the selected seller; (8) the number of types of second priority items corresponding to the selected seller; (9) the initial quantity of each second priority item corresponding to the selected seller; (10) the sales volume of each second priority item corresponding to the selected seller; (11) information about the inventory of each second priority item corresponding to the selected seller; and (12) label information of each second priority item corresponding to the selected seller.

For example, "information about an account" may include the item sales history or rating of the seller's account. In addition, "information about a service setting" may include the items being followed, the categories being followed, the tags being followed, etc. set by the seller on the service. In addition, "the number of item types" may indicate the number of registrations of items registered on the service or the number of categories of items registered on the service. In addition, "the initial quantity of each item" may refer to the inventory quantity of an item set when the item is registered for sale. In addition, "information about the inventory of each item" may indicate the current inventory quantity of an item. In addition, "tag information" may include one or more keyword information set by the seller for the item. However, the above are exemplary only, and the factors that the electronic device 110 considers to adjust whether to provide a message, when providing a message, at least one of the number of times the message is provided and the frequency of providing the message are not limited to the above (1) to (12).

According to an example embodiment, if the number of item types sold by the selected seller or the number of types of second priority items corresponding to the selected seller is greater than or equal to the preset number of types, the electronic device 110 may adjust the number of times a message is provided during a preset time period to be less than or equal to the preset number of times. For example, if the number of times a message is provided during a preset time period is adjusted to be less than the preset number of times, the electronic device 110 may provide a predetermined number of messages to the seller terminal 120 in the order in which the messages are generated, and may provide a predetermined number of messages to the seller terminal 120 in the order of importance of each message. However, this is exemplary. In an example embodiment, the "number of item types" and the "number of times to provide messages" can be set in various ways, and according to an example embodiment, a criterion for selecting a predetermined number of messages can also be defined in various ways. Through this, the electronic device 110 can prevent a seller with a large number of items to be managed from having difficulty using the terminal due to receiving too many messages.

According to another example, if a second priority item associated with the message to be sent corresponds to at least one of a watched item, a watched category, and a watched tag registered on the service according to the service setting information of the selected seller, the electronic device 110 may transmit a message. For example, if a second priority item associated with the message to be transmitted exists in a pre-registered watched item list, the electronic device 110 may transmit a message to the seller terminal 120. For another example, when the second priority item associated with the message to be transmitted is an item belonging to a pre-registered watched category, the electronic device 110 may transmit a message to the seller terminal 120. Furthermore, for another example, if the tag information of the second priority item related to the message to be transmitted matches the pre-registered tag of interest, the electronic device 110 may transmit the message to the seller terminal 120. Accordingly, the electronic device 110 may prevent the seller from receiving a message about an item that the seller does not care about whether it is a first priority item or a second priority item.

3 to 5 are flow charts for illustrating a method of operating an electronic device according to additional example embodiments.

First, FIG. 3 is a flow chart showing an example embodiment in which the electronic device 110 provides an SRP or an SDP to the client terminal 130 according to an input or a request from the client terminal 130.

According to an example embodiment, a request for detailed information may be made from the client terminal 130 when the client selects a particular item among target items displayed on the SRP through the client terminal 130.

In response to the received request for detailed information, the electronic device 110 may provide the client terminal 130 with an SDP that displays information about a first priority item for each item of a specific item in operation S309.

Thus, by displaying information about the first priority item as a default on the SRP or SDP provided to the client terminal 130, the electronic device 110 provides an incentive for the seller to manage the item he/she is selling to be set as a first priority item.

The electronic device 110 may receive a selection of any one of the second priority items in the list information included in the SDP from the client terminal 130 in operation S310.

According to an example embodiment, a graphic object included in the SDP may be used to provide the list information about the second priority item to the client terminal 130. For example, when the client selects a graphic object for viewing the second priority item through the client terminal 130, the list information about the second priority item may be provided in the SDP in the form of a pop-up window.

According to another example embodiment, a list box for the second priority item included in the SDP may be used to provide the list information for the second priority item to the client terminal 130. For example, the list information for the second priority item may be provided when the client expands the list box through the client terminal 130.

In response to receiving the selection, the electronic device 110 may provide the client terminal 130 with an SDP in which information about the first priority item is replaced by information about the selected second priority item in operation S311.

Thus, when the customer selects the second priority item, the electronic device 110 allows the customer to view information about the second priority item instead of the first priority item on the SDP to provide the customer with a choice of considering various seller items when there are multiple sellers of the target item.

4 is a flow chart showing an example embodiment in which, in response to a request from a terminal 120-1 of a selected seller or a terminal 120-2 of an unselected seller among sellers corresponding to the second priority item, the electronic device 110 provides an SDP to the terminal 120-1 or the terminal 120-2 that sent the request.

In operation S406 or operation S407, the electronic device 110 may receive a request to view a sales volume management page of the target item from the terminal 120-1 of the selected seller or the terminal 120-2 of an unselected seller.

According to an example embodiment, a request to view a page may be made from the selected seller's terminal 120-1 by the selected seller who reads the message transmitted to his own terminal 120-1. For example, if a push notification message is sent to the selected seller's terminal 120-1, the selected seller may request to view the sales volume management page of the target item by selecting to transmit the push notification message. However, this is exemplary. A viewing request may be made from the selected seller's terminal 120-1 by various methods other than the above method.

According to an example embodiment, a viewing request may be made from the terminal 120-2 of the non-selected seller by selecting one of his/her second priority items displayed on the item sales volume management service screen through the terminal 120-2.

In operation S408 or operation S409, in response to receiving the viewing request, the electronic device 110 may provide a sales volume management page including an interface for providing a price adjustment function of the target item to the terminal 120-1 of the selected seller or the terminal 120-2 of an unselected seller.

According to an example embodiment, an interface providing a price adjustment function included in a sales volume management page provided by the electronic device 110 may include the following detailed interfaces: (1) a first interface providing a manual adjustment function for the price of a target item; (2) a second interface providing an automatic adjustment function for the price of a target item within a price range preset by each of a plurality of sellers; and (3) a third interface providing a function for applying a recommended price to the target item.

Specifically, through the automatic adjustment function provided by the second interface described above, the electronic device 110 can automatically adjust the price of the target item within a preset price range based on the sales history information of the target item and the expected sales volume or expected sales quantity of the target item in a specific period of time in the future.

For example, within the preset price range, the electronic device 110 can automatically search for a price that can increase the expected sales volume or expected sales quantity of the target item by more than a threshold value within a specific period of time in the future by referring to the sales history information of the target item so far, and can set the searched price as the price of the target item. Here, the price of the target item set by the electronic device 110 can be a single price, and the price of the target item set by the electronic device 110 can be a price range consisting of a minimum price and a maximum price included in the above price range.

To be more specific, through the suggested price application function provided by the third interface, the electronic device 110 can apply a suggested price to the target item based on at least one of the current price of the target item, delivery-related information of a corresponding item, and ratings of sellers corresponding to the target item.

For example, when applying a recommended price to a target item, the electronic device 110 may determine whether the probability that the target item will be changed from the second priority to the first priority item is greater than or equal to a critical value, and as a result of the determination, if the corresponding probability is greater than the critical value, the electronic device 110 may apply the corresponding recommended price to the target item. In addition, if there are multiple recommended prices that meet the probability higher than the critical value, the electronic device 110 may apply a representative value calculated based on the multiple recommended prices to the target item. In other words, a maximum value among the multiple recommended prices may be applied, or an average value of the multiple recommended prices may be applied.

According to an example embodiment, each of the first to third interfaces described above can be a button-type interface displayed on the sales volume management page. However, this is exemplary. In addition to buttons, the first to third interfaces can also have the form of various graphic objects or controls (such as icons and toggle switches).

In addition, according to an example embodiment, the sales volume management page provided by the electronic device 110 may further include an interface for providing change history information about a first priority item corresponding to a target item. Specifically, the change history information about the first priority item may include at least one of the seller change history of the first priority item, the change sequence of the first priority item, the duration of the first priority item status, and the price change history of the first priority item. The change history information about the first priority item may be provided through various types of interfaces (such as graphics, tables, images, and text).

5 is a flow chart showing an example embodiment in which the electronic device 110 resets a first priority item or a second priority item by reflecting the newly obtained information from the selected seller terminal 120.

6a-6c are exemplary diagrams of messages transmitted from an electronic device to a seller terminal according to example embodiments.

First, referring to FIG. 6a, the electronic device 110 may transmit a push notification message 610 to the seller terminal 120 to notify that there are items other than the first priority items (ie, the second priority items).

According to an example embodiment, if the seller terminal 120 is locked, as shown in FIG. 6 a, the push notification message 610 transmitted by the electronic device 110 may be displayed on the lock screen of the seller terminal 120.

According to an example embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6 a , a push notification message 610 transmitted by the electronic device 110 may include an icon image of an application that provides a service for managing item sales.

According to an example embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6 a , the push notification message 610 transmitted by the electronic device 110 may include a text phrase indicating price adjustment information about the second priority items (eg, “Apply suggested price to 6 second priority items”).

In addition, referring to FIG. 6 b , the electronic device 110 may transmit a push notification message 620 to the seller terminal 120 to notify that there is an item excluded from the first priority item (ie, an item set to be changed from the first priority item to a second priority item).

According to an example embodiment, if the seller terminal 120 is unlocked, as shown in FIG6b, the push notification message 620 transmitted by the electronic device 110 may be displayed in a banner style at the top of the unlocked screen of the seller terminal 120. Here, according to a setting of the seller terminal 120, the display time of the push notification message 620 may be temporary or continuous.

According to an example embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6 b , the push notification message 620 transmitted by the electronic device 110 may also include an icon image of a service for managing item sales.

According to an example embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6 b , the push notification message 620 transmitted by the electronic device 110 may include a text phrase indicating price adjustment information of the second priority item (eg, “there is an item that is excluded from the first priority item”).

In addition, referring to FIG. 6C , the electronic device 110 may transmit a notification message notifying whether a message is transmitted and the number of transmitted messages to the seller terminal 120 in which an application providing a service for managing the sales volume of an item is executed.

According to an example embodiment, an icon located at the bottom of the application execution screen may be set to an active state by a notification message transmitted by the electronic device 110. In addition, the number of messages sent but not yet recognized by the seller may also be indicated in the upper right corner of the icon in an active state. For example, as shown in FIG. 6c, a bell icon at the lower right corner of the screen becomes active, and an interface 630 indicating that the seller has 9 unrecognized messages is provided at the upper right corner of the corresponding icon.

According to an example embodiment, on an execution screen of an application providing services for managing item sales (e.g., an SRP and an SDP), an interface widget 640 showing information related to an item excluded from the first priority items (i.e., a second priority item) may be displayed.

More specifically, the widget 640 may include a button-shaped interface that provides a function of applying a suggested price (e.g., ₩10,500) to a second priority item (e.g., a fabric softener). However, this is exemplary. Various types of widgets or interfaces may be displayed on the execution screen of an application that provides a service for managing item sales.

FIG. 7a and FIG. 7b are illustrative diagrams of a sales volume management page provided by an electronic device to a seller terminal according to an example embodiment.

First, referring to FIG. 7a, according to an example embodiment, the sales volume management page provided to the seller terminal 120 may include an interface 710 indicating the status of items sold by the seller, an interface 720 indicating filtering conditions of items displayed on the sales volume management page, and an interface 730 indicating information related to the sales volume of an item.

According to an example embodiment, the interface 710 indicating the status of items sold by the seller may include a detailed interface indicating the number of first priority items among the plurality of items sold by the seller and a detailed interface indicating the number of second priority items. Referring to FIG. 7a, among the 75 items currently sold by the seller, 69 items are first priority items and 6 items are second priority items.

According to an example embodiment, the electronic device 110 may apply a filtering condition for displaying an item on the sales volume management page based on a detailed interface in the interface 710 selected by the seller through the seller terminal 120. For example, referring to the interface 720 showing the filtering condition, when the detailed interface indicating the number of current second priority items is selected, it is indicated that a filtering condition is applied so that only items corresponding to the second priority items are displayed on the sales volume management page.

According to the example embodiment, the interface 730 showing information related to the sales volume of the item may include an interface A, which provides the name of the item (e.g., "children's clothing"), the preferred selling price set for the first priority item (e.g., "₩62,500"), the selling price of the current seller's item (e.g., "₩69,770"), the difference between the price of the first priority item and the price (e.g., "+₩7,270 (11.6% higher")), the expected future sales volume (e.g., "₩270,000"), and a function of applying the recommended price. However, this is exemplary. The information displayed on the interface 730 or an interface combination may be set in various ways corresponding to the example embodiment.

7b, according to another example embodiment, the sales volume management page provided to the seller terminal 120 may include an interface 740 indicating information related to the sales volume of an item in more detail, rather than an interface 710 indicating the status of an item or an interface 720 indicating filtering conditions.

According to an example embodiment, interface 740 may include interface A, which provides the name of the first priority item (e.g., "60 baby wipes, 10 boxes"), whether the current seller's item is a first priority item (e.g., "not a first priority item"), the price of the first priority item and the difference between the prices (e.g., "-₩500 (1.3% lower)”), details of the price set for the first priority item (e.g., the price is set to “₩24,000”, the coupon discount applied is “-₩270” and the delivery fee is “₩2,500”), details of the sales price of the current seller’s item (e.g., the price is set to “₩23,500”, the coupon discount applied is “-₩270” and the delivery fee is “₩2,500”), a suggested price (e.g., “₩23,000”), and a function of applying the suggested price. However, this is exemplary. According to an example embodiment, the information displayed on the interface 740 or an interface combination may be set in various ways.

In addition, according to an example implementation, as indicated by component symbol B shown in Figure 7b, in addition to providing an interface for applying a recommended price function, the sales volume management page may also additionally include an interface for providing a manual price adjustment function, and an interface for providing an automatic price adjustment function within a preset price range.

Specifically, based on any interface selected by the seller through the seller terminal 120 among the interfaces indicated by the element symbol B, the electronic device 110 can adjust the selling price of the current seller item according to a method corresponding to the selected interface.

FIG8 is a block diagram illustrating an electronic device for managing item sales according to an example embodiment.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device 110 may include a transceiver 111, a processor 113, and a memory 115. The electronic device 110 may be connected to the seller terminal 120, the client terminal 130, and other external devices through the transceiver 111 and exchange data.

The processor 113 may execute at least one of the methods described above with reference to FIG. 1 to FIG. 7 . The memory 115 may store information for executing at least one of the methods described above with reference to FIG. 1 to FIG. 7 . The memory 115 may be a volatile memory or a non-volatile memory.

The processor 113 can control the electronic device 110 to execute a program and provide information. The program code executed by the processor 113 can be stored in the memory 115.

Connected to the transceiver 111 and the memory 115, the processor 113 can: identify a target item; identify a plurality of seller items corresponding to the target item; set at least one seller item selected based on detailed information of the plurality of seller items as a first priority item, and set the remaining seller items as second priority items; select at least some of the sellers corresponding to the second priority items; and transmit a message containing information related to the target item to a terminal of the selected seller.

In addition, according to an example embodiment, the electronic device 110 may further include an interface for providing information to a user.

In the electronic device 110 shown in FIG8 , only components related to the exemplary embodiment are shown. Therefore, those skilled in the art can understand that in addition to the components shown in FIG8 , other general components may also be further included.

The electronic device according to the above-mentioned example embodiment may include a processor, a memory for storing and executing program data, a permanent storage (such as a disk drive) and/or a user interface device (such as a communication port, a touch panel, a key and/or a button) for communicating with an external device. The method implemented as a software module or algorithm can be stored in a computer-readable recording medium as a computer-readable program code or program instruction that can be executed on the processor. Here, the computer-readable recording medium includes a magnetic storage medium (such as ROM, RAM, floppy disk and hard disk) and an optically readable medium (such as CD-ROM and DVD). The computer readable recording medium can be distributed among network-connected computer systems so that the computer readable program code can be stored and executed in a distributed manner. The medium can be read by a computer, stored in a memory and executed on a processor.

An example embodiment may be represented by functional block components and various processing steps. Functional blocks may be implemented by any number of hardware and/or software configurations that perform a particular function. For example, an example embodiment may employ an integrated circuit configuration such as memory, processing, logic, and/or a lookup table that may perform various functions by controlling one or more microprocessors or other control devices. Claims (18)

A method for providing information for item sales volume management in an electronic device, the method comprising: identifying a target item; identifying a plurality of seller items corresponding to the target item; setting at least one seller item selected based on detailed information of the plurality of seller items as a first priority item, and setting the remaining seller items as second priority items; selecting the seller items corresponding to the second priority items; and transmitting a message containing information related to the target item to each terminal associated with the selected sellers, wherein the transmitted message includes: based on the account information of the selected seller, service setting information, a number of types of items sold, an initial quantity of each of the items sold, a sales volume of each of the items sold, and a The method comprises adjusting whether to provide the message based on at least one of the inventory information of each of the items, the label information of each of the items sold, a number of types of second-priority items, the initial quantity of each of the second-priority items, the sales volume of each of the second-priority items, the inventory information of each of the second-priority items, and the label information of each of the second-priority items, and when providing the message, at least one of the number of times the message is provided and a frequency of providing the message, and wherein the transmitting of a message includes, if the number of types of items sold by the selected seller or the number of types of second-priority items corresponding to the selected seller is equal to or greater than a preset number of types, then adjusting the number of times the message is provided during a preset period of time to a preset number or less. The method of claim 1, wherein the setting of at least one seller item includes: setting the first priority item and the second priority items based on at least one of a score of each of the plurality of seller items and a rating of each of the sellers corresponding to the plurality of seller items. The method of claim 2, wherein the score of each of the plurality of seller items is set based on at least one of the price of each of the plurality of seller items and the delivery-related information. The method of claim 2, wherein the rating of each of the sellers is set based on at least one of order processing information, customer inquiry response information, and the time taken for each account of each seller to respond to the message. The method of claim 1 further comprises: receiving a keyword corresponding to the target item from a client terminal; in response to the keyword, providing a search result page (SRP) to the client terminal that displays information about the first priority item for each entry of the target item; receiving a request from the client terminal for detailed information about a specific item among the target items displayed on the SRP; and in response to the request for detailed information, providing a single detail page (SDP) to the client terminal that displays information about the first priority item in each entry of the specific item. The method of claim 5, wherein the SDP includes list information of the second priority items, and the method further includes: receiving a selection from the client terminal for any one of the second priority items included in the list information; and in response to the selection, providing the SDP to the client terminal in which the information about the first priority item is replaced by information about a selected second priority item. The method of claim 1, wherein the selecting at least some sellers comprises: selecting a seller corresponding to a seller item that has been changed from the first priority item to the second priority item due to one of the first priority item and the second priority item being recently set. The method of claim 1, wherein the selecting at least some sellers includes: selecting a seller corresponding to a seller item that maintains a status set as the second priority item within a preset time period after changing from the first priority item to the second priority item. The method of claim 1, wherein the transmitting a message comprises: transmitting a message comprising price adjustment information of a seller item of the selected seller. The method of claim 1, wherein the transmitting a message comprises: transmitting a message requesting identification of a seller item list of the selected seller every time a preset unit of time has passed. The method of claim 1, wherein transmitting a message includes transmitting the message if a second priority item related to the message to be transmitted corresponds to at least one of a concerned item, a concerned category, and a concerned tag registered on a service according to the service setting information. The method of claim 1 further includes providing a sales volume management page including an interface for providing a price adjustment function for the target item to a terminal associated with each seller corresponding to the plurality of seller items. The method of claim 12, wherein the interface included in the sales volume management page includes a first interface providing a manual adjustment function of a price of the target item, a second interface providing an automatic adjustment function of a price of the target item within a price range preset by each of the plurality of sellers, and a third interface providing a function of applying a recommended price to the target item. The method of claim 13, wherein the automatic adjustment function includes automatically adjusting a price of the target item within the preset price range based on the sales history information of the target item and based on an expected sales volume or expected sales quantity of the target item in a predetermined period of time in the future. The method of claim 13, wherein the function of applying a suggested price includes: applying a suggested price to the target item based on at least one of a current price of the target item, delivery-related information of the target item, and a rating of each seller corresponding to the target item. The method of claim 1 further comprises: receiving modified details about the second priority items from terminals associated with at least some of the selected sellers; and resetting at least one of the first priority item and the second priority items based on the modified details. A computer-readable non-transitory recording medium having a program for executing a method as described in any one of claims 1 to 16 on a computer. An electronic device for managing item sales, comprising: a transceiver; a memory configured to store instructions; and a processor, wherein the processor connected to the transceiver and the memory is configured to: identify a target item; identify a plurality of seller items corresponding to the target item; set at least one seller item selected based on detailed information of the plurality of seller items as a first priority item, and set the remaining seller items as a priority item. The processor is configured to transmit a message containing information related to the target item to each terminal associated with the selected sellers, wherein the processor is configured to transmit a message based on the account information of the selected sellers, the service setting information, the number of item types sold, the initial quantity of each of the items sold, Whether to adjust at least one of the sales volume of each of the items sold, the inventory information of each of the items sold, the label information of each of the items sold, the number of types of second-priority items, the initial quantity of each of the second-priority items, the sales volume of each of the second-priority items, the inventory information of each of the second-priority items, and the label information of each of the second-priority items providing the message, and when providing the message, at least one of a number of times the message is provided and a frequency at which the message is provided, and wherein the processor is configured to transmit a message by adjusting the number of times the message is provided during a preset time period to a preset number or less if the number of item types sold by the selected seller or the number of types corresponding to the second priority items of the selected seller is equal to or greater than a preset number of types.
