Abstract
本發明公開了一種雙劑型精華,包括油凝膠和水凝膠,油凝膠和水凝膠在使用時按照預設比例混合;油凝膠包括按照重量份計的以下組分:活性成分0.1-6份;多元醇15-35份;枯草菌脂肽鈉0.1-1份;油脂10-70份;水1-10份。本發明的雙劑型精華在使用時再按預設比例混合,油凝膠和水凝膠外觀透明、穩定性佳。本發明還公開了一種雙劑型精華的製備方法,油凝膠和水凝膠分別製備,採用D相乳化法製備油凝膠,乳化劑用量低,可以乳化高油脂含量的油相。
Description
本發明涉及護膚品技術領域,尤其涉及一種雙劑型精華及其製備方法。
目前,市場上現在有很多不同類型的兩劑型精華,包括水和粉劑組合、白色乳液和透明凝露組合、半透凝膠和透明凝露組合等。例如,市場上的克蘭詩雙萃賦活植萃精華是油水兩劑型,大管套小管的包裝,最後經一個壓頭擠出;嬌蘭帝皇蜂姿雙效修護精華露是有顆粒的半透凝露和乳液組合,半透凝露和乳液分別用2個管裝,經1個壓頭擠出;倩碧勻淨卓研淡斑雙效精華露是乳液和凝露的組合,乳液和凝露分別用2個管裝,使用時2個壓頭分別擠出,然後在手上混勻;倩碧黃油加內管就是白色乳液和透明凝露的組合,乳液和透明凝露採用大管套小管的形式盛裝,一個壓頭擠出。
也就是說,目前市場上雙劑型精華的主要的組合方式為乳液和透明凝露組合、乳液和半透凝露組合,這樣的組合方式可以為肌膚提供一定的滋潤度,使肌膚不至於太過清爽,而且雙劑型中的活性物質可以分開,使不至於在使用前混合影響其穩定性。
但是,市場上現有產品,基本是兩劑型精華的簡單混合,雖然在包裝上各有新意,有兩管分開裝,分開出料;也有管內混合;但基本料體的混合沒有大的差別,基本是一款透明水性凝膠配合一款半透明至乳白的水包油精華。對於油凝膠,要做成透明、穩定、膚感良好的油凝膠是具有一定難度的,對於乳化劑的選擇、油脂的選擇搭配,以及多元醇的選擇都有一定的要求。
為了克服現有技術的不足,本發明的目的之一在於在於提供一種雙劑型精華,由使用時再按預設比例混合的油凝膠和水凝膠組成,油凝膠和水凝膠均外觀透明、穩定性佳。
本發明的目的之二在於提供一種雙劑型精華的製備方法,油凝膠和水凝膠分別製備,採用D相乳化法製備油凝膠,乳化劑用量低,可以乳化高油脂含量的油相。
本發明的目的之一採用如下技術方案實現:
一種雙劑型精華,包括油凝膠和水凝膠,所述油凝膠和所述水凝膠在使用時按照預設比例混合;所述油凝膠包括按照重量份計的以下組分:活性成分0.1-6份;多元醇15-35份;枯草菌脂肽鈉0.1-1份;油脂10-70份和水1-10份。
本發明的目的之二採用如下技術方案實現:
一種雙劑型精華的製備方法,包括油凝膠製備步驟和水凝膠製備步驟;
所述油凝膠製備步驟如下:
1)將枯草菌脂肽鈉分散在多元醇中,攪拌均勻,得到醇相;
2)將油脂混合均勻,得到油相;
3)將所述油相滴加入所述醇相中,攪拌均勻得到半成品;
4)將水和活性成分加入所述半成品中,攪拌均勻,即得油凝膠。
相比現有技術,本發明的有益效果在於:
(1)本發明所提供的雙劑型精華,由油凝膠和水凝膠這兩種透明精華組合而成,油凝膠和水凝膠的穩定性極佳,在使用時將兩款透明凝膠按一定比例混合,進行二次乳化,可以得到各種不同膚感的乳白色乳液。油凝膠選用枯草菌脂肽鈉為乳化劑,其來源於天然,是由枯草芽孢桿菌發酵而來的,對皮膚溫和,還具有抗炎作用,能夠提高皮膚滲透性,具有極高的乳化能力,用量低至0.1%就可以乳化15%甚至更高的油脂。
(2)本發明所提供的雙劑型精華的製備方法,採用D相乳化法製備油凝膠,跟傳統水包油配方比較起來,D相乳化法的優勢有如下幾點:
a.可以冷配,整個生產過程中無需加熱,可以減少碳排放,縮短生產時間,降低生產成本;
b.乳化劑用量非常低,在這個體系裡,僅需要0.1-0.5%的乳化劑,大大減少了乳化劑的用量,也減少了配方刺激性的風險;
c.可以乳化高油脂含量的油相,在這個體系裡,可以乳化40-70%的油脂,如果是普通水包油的乳化劑,在乳化劑用量這麼低的條件下,完全不能夠乳化;
d.膏體外觀獨特,可以製得非常澄清透明的凝膠,也可以製得白亮、細膩、透亮的膏體,而且膏體的乳化粒徑小,料徑分佈非常均勻。
下面,結合附圖以及具體實施方式,對本發明做進一步描述,需要說明的是,在不相衝突的前提下,以下描述的各實施例之間或各技術特徵之間可以任意組合形成新的實施例。
一種雙劑型精華,包括油凝膠和水凝膠,油凝膠和水凝膠在使用時按照預設比例混合;油凝膠包括按照重量份計的以下組分:活性成分0.1-6份;多元醇15-35份;枯草菌脂肽鈉0.1-1份;油脂10-70份;水1-10份。選用枯草菌脂肽鈉作為乳化劑,它來源於天然,其由枯草芽孢桿菌發酵而來,如圖1所示,它由七種胺基酸組成的環形多肽,這一款綠色天然的多肽類乳化劑,對皮膚溫和,還具有抗炎作用,能夠提高皮膚滲透性,具有極高的乳化能力,用量低至0.1%就可以乳化15%甚至更高的油脂。水主要是用來調整配方油水相的折光率。
作為進一步的實施方式,活性成分包括藻萃取物複合物0.1-0.5份,複合胺基酸2-5份和眼圍合劑0.1-1份。其中,藻萃取物複合物為辛癸酸甘油三酯(Caprylic / capric triglyceride,Cas:65381-09-1)和藻萃取物的組合物;藻萃取物包括楔基海帶(Laminaria ochroleuca
)萃取物;複合胺基酸為水、丁二醇、離胺酸、組胺酸、精胺酸、天冬胺酸、蘇胺酸、絲胺酸、麩胺酸、脯胺酸、甘胺酸、丙胺酸、纈胺酸、異白胺酸、白胺酸、酪胺酸和苯丙胺酸的組合物。楔基海帶萃取物來源於生存於惡劣海洋環境中的“黃金海藻”,在內外鹽度變化、海水浸入或非浸入變化和陽光照射強度變化等多種因素的影響下,楔基海帶形成了獨特的生存機制。其主要具有全面抗炎、抗老化和防曬等多種功效的活性成分。
另外,眼圍合劑為小米椒(CAPSICUM FRUTESCENS)果萃取物、葡萄柚(CITRUS PARADISI)果萃取物、假葉樹(RUSCUS ACULEATUS)根萃取物、問荊(EQUISETUM ARVENSE)萃取物、甘草(GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA)根萃取物和抗壞血酸甲基矽烷醇果膠酸酯的組合物、甲基矽烷醇羥脯胺酸酯天冬胺酸酯、二甲基甲矽烷醇透明質酸酯、胺乙基次膦酸、丙二醇、丁二醇、甲基丙二醇、乙醇、水、PEG-35蓖麻油、苯氧乙醇和苯甲酸鈉的組合物。
作為進一步的實施方式,多元醇為甘油、丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、山梨醇、聚甘油醚-26中的一種或任意組合。更優選的為甘油。
作為進一步的實施方式,油脂全部採用天然來源的油脂,油脂為甜杏仁油(Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil)、低芥酸菜籽油(Rapeseed oil-low erucic acid)、C15-19烷、荷荷芭籽油(Jojoba oil)、葵花籽油、大豆油、角鯊烷、辛基十二烷醇、礦油、二甲基矽氧烷和環甲基矽氧烷中的一種或任意組合。油相的比例可以為10-70%,特別優選為40-65%。
作為進一步的實施方式,油凝膠進一步包括色素,且所述油凝膠包括按照重量份計的以下組分:活性成分為2-4份;多元醇為20-30份;枯草菌脂肽鈉為0.1-1份;油脂為40-65份;水為1-10份和色素為0.001-1份。
作為進一步的實施方式,油凝膠通過D相乳化法製備而成。採用D相乳化工藝來獲取油凝膠,僅用0.1-0.5%用量的乳化劑,就可以乳化高達50-70%的油脂,並可製得澄清透明的油凝膠,如果需要,還可以製得無水配方,乳液粒徑2-10微米。
作為進一步的實施方式,水凝膠包括按照重量份計的以下組分:溶劑70-90份、活性組分1-15份、增稠劑0.1-2份、保濕劑3-20份、中和劑0-1份、防腐劑0.1-1份、香精0.001-0.3份、增溶劑0.01-1份、pH值調節劑0-1份和螯合劑0-0.5份;其中,活性組分為抗敏活性物質、美白活性物質、抗糖化活性物質或抗光活性物質。更優選的,水凝膠包括按照重量份計的以下組分:水70-90份,丁二醇3-8份,精緻集妍肽複合物3-10份,植物固醇類複合物1-5份,甘油聚醚-26 1-5份,聚丙烯酸酯交聯聚合物-6 0.1-1份,黃原膠 0.1-0.5份,防腐複合物0.1-1份,PEG-40氫化蓖麻油0.01-0.2份和香精0.01-0.2份。其中,精緻集妍肽複合物為水、聚山梨醇酯-20、卡波姆(Carbomer)、棕櫚醯基四胜肽-7(Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7)、棕櫚醯基五胜肽-4、乙醯基六胜肽-8、甘油和1,2-己二醇的組合物;植物固醇類複合物為水、丙二醇和植物固醇類的組合物;防腐複合物為苯氧乙醇、羥苯甲酯、羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物。
本發明所提供的雙劑型精華,是由兩款透明精華組成,油凝膠配方基本天然來源,不含香精防腐劑。其中油凝膠以天然發酵而來的枯草菌脂肽納為乳化劑,天然來源的油脂為主體,用D相法工藝製得;水凝膠是由水溶性的聚合物製得的透明水性凝膠。使用時將兩款透明凝膠按一定比例混合,進行二次乳化,可以得到各種不同膚感的乳白色乳液。
使用時的變化過程如圖2-5所示。
即在使用時,可以分別壓取透明油凝膠與透明水凝露(水凝膠)於手心,在室溫條件下,通過手指的混合,發生二次乳化,立即變成乳白色乳液,可以讓客戶在使用時有即時的魔術體驗感。由於透明油凝膠的高油相含量,使得在客戶使用過程中,可以通過兩款透明凝露(油凝膠和水凝膠)不同用量的調整獲取不同類型的產品。例如:將油凝膠:水凝膠以1:1混合,可以得到一款按摩精華;當油凝膠:水凝膠以1:2混合,可以得到保濕滋潤精華乳;當油凝膠:水凝膠以1:5混合,可以做為身體乳來使用;當油凝膠:水凝膠以1:20混合,可以做為一款潤膚水。因此,本發明所提供的兩劑型精華,可以衍生出很多個護膚品,在短途出差或旅行中,可以極大地精簡愛美女士的化妝包,或者偶爾的應急使用。
一種雙劑型精華的製備方法,包括油凝膠製備步驟和水凝膠製備步驟;
油凝膠製備步驟如下:
1)將枯草菌脂肽鈉分散在多元醇中,攪拌均勻,得到醇相;
2)將油脂混合均勻,得到油相;
3)將油相滴加入醇相中,攪拌均勻得到半成品;
4)將水和活性成分加入半成品中,攪拌均勻,即得油凝膠。
水凝膠可採取以下方案其中之一進行製備:
一、水70-90份,丁二醇3-8份,精緻集妍肽複合物3-10份,植物固醇類複合物1-5份,甘油聚醚-26 1-5份,聚丙烯酸酯交聯聚合物-6 0.1-1份,黃原膠 0.1-0.5份,防腐複合物0.1-1份,PEG-40 氫化蓖麻油0.01-0.2份和香精0.01-0.2份;
將黃原膠、聚丙烯酸酯交聯聚合物-6和水混合均勻,加熱至80℃,保溫10-30分鐘,然後降溫至45℃時加入精緻集妍肽複合物、植物固醇類複合物和甘油聚醚-26,得到第一混合物;接著將防腐複合物用丁二醇分散均勻,得到第二混合物;將香精用PEG-40 氫化蓖麻油分散均勻,得到第三混合物;最後依序將第二混合物和第三混合物加入第一混合物中,混合均勻,即得水凝膠;
二、甘油聚醚-26 1-5份、丁二醇1-8份、水80-90份、聚丙烯酸酯交聯聚合物-6 0.1-1份、丙烯酸(酯)類和C10-30 烷醇丙烯酸酯的交聯聚合物0.05-0.5份、三乙醇胺0.05-0.5份、羥基積雪草苷0.1-0.5份、水和甘油和枸橘果萃取物的組合物0.5-2份、銀耳萃取物和雙丙甘醇和乙二胺四乙酸二鈉和水的組合物3-8份、水和丁二醇和苯氧乙醇和春榆根萃取物的組合物0.5-2份、苯氧乙醇和羥苯甲酯和羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物0.3-1份、香精0.001-0.01份和PEG-40氫化蓖麻油0.01-0.1份;
將甘油聚醚-26 、丁二醇、水、聚丙烯酸酯交聯聚合物-6 、丙烯酸(酯)類和C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯的交聯聚合物相加熱攪拌,充分分散均勻;冷卻後,依序加入三乙醇胺、羥基積雪草苷、水和甘油和枸橘果萃取物的組合物、銀耳萃取物和雙丙甘醇和乙二胺四乙酸二鈉和水的組合物、水和丁二醇和苯氧乙醇和春榆根萃取物的組合物、 苯氧乙醇和羥苯甲酯和羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物、香精和PEG-40氫化蓖麻油,充分攪拌均勻,即得水凝膠;
三、水80-90份、甘油聚醚-26 2-5份、聚丙烯酸酯交聯聚合物-6 0.1-0.5份、丙烯酸(酯)類和C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯的交聯聚合物0.1-0.5份、菸鹼醯胺1-5份、三乙醇胺0.1-0.5份、透明質酸鈉0.01-0.1份、水和丁二醇和天女木蘭萃取物的組合物0.5-2份、十一碳烯醯基苯丙胺酸0.5-2份、三乙醇胺0.1-1份、丁二醇2-5份、苯氧乙醇和羥苯甲酯和羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物0.3-1份、香精0.01-0.1份和PEG-40氫化蓖麻油0.1-0.3份;
將水分為兩部分;將第一部分水以及甘油聚醚-26、聚丙烯酸酯交聯聚合物-6、丙烯酸(酯)類和C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯的交聯聚合物、菸鹼醯胺加熱溶脹均勻,然後加入三乙醇胺攪拌至澄清透明,得到第一混合物;接著將十一碳烯醯基苯丙胺酸、三乙醇胺以及第二部分水預先加熱攪拌溶解至透明,加入透明質酸鈉、水和丁二醇和天女木蘭萃取物的組合物,得到第二混合物,將第二混合物加入第一混合物中,攪拌分散均勻,得到第三混合物;預先將丁二醇和苯氧乙醇和羥苯甲酯和羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物混合均勻,將香精和PEG-40氫化蓖麻油混合均勻,最後將它們加入第三混合物中,攪拌均勻,即得水凝膠;
四、水85-95份、黃原膠0.1-0.3份、甘油聚醚-26 2-5份、卡波姆0.1-0.3份、脫羧肌肽 HCl和丁二醇和羥苯甲酯鈉和水的組合物0.5-2份、肌肽0.5-2份、檸檬酸0.3-1份、葫蘆巴籽萃取物0.3-1份、苯氧乙醇和羥苯甲酯和羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物0.3-1份、丁二醇2-5份、PEG-40氫化蓖麻油0.1-0.3份和香精0.01-0.1份;
將水分為兩部分;將第一部分水以及黃原膠、甘油聚醚-26和卡波姆加熱攪拌均勻,冷卻至45度,得到第一混合物;將葫蘆巴籽萃取物和第二部分水混合加熱至80度,溶解後再用濾布過濾;取濾液,以及脫羧肌肽 HCl和丁二醇和羥苯甲酯鈉和水的組合物、肌肽、檸檬酸加入第一混合物中,攪拌均勻,得第二混合物;苯氧乙醇和羥苯甲酯和羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物用丁二醇混合均勻、PEG-40氫化蓖麻油和香精混合均勻,加入第二混合物中,攪拌均勻,即得水凝膠;
五、水75-80份、卡波姆0.1-0.3份、黃原膠0.01-0.2份、水和聚山梨醇酯-20和甘油和1,2-己二醇和卡波姆和棕櫚醯四肽-7的組合物 1-5份、葡糖基蘆丁0.1-1份、三乙醇胺0.1-0.3份、乙二胺四乙酸二鈉 0.01-0.2份、水和丙二醇和密蒙花萃取物的組合物0.1-1份、銀耳萃取物和雙丙甘醇和乙二胺四乙酸二鈉和水的組合物3-5份、苯氧乙醇和羥苯甲酯和羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物0.3-1份、丙二醇5-10份、丁二醇3-8份、香精0.01-0.2份和PEG-40氫化蓖麻油0.1-0.5份;
將水、卡波姆、乙二胺四乙酸二鈉和黃原膠分散均勻後,然後加入三乙醇胺攪拌均勻至澄清透明,得第一混合物;依序加入水和聚山梨醇酯-20和甘油和1,2-己二醇和卡波姆和棕櫚醯四肽-7的組合物、葡糖基蘆丁、水和丙二醇和密蒙花萃取物的組合物、銀耳萃取物和雙丙甘醇和乙二胺四乙酸二鈉和水的組合物攪拌均勻後得第二混合物、苯氧乙醇和羥苯甲酯和羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物與丙二醇、丁二醇混合均勻、香精和PEG-40氫化蓖麻油混合均勻後,加入第二混合物,攪拌均勻,即得水凝膠。
作為進一步的實施方式,油凝膠的製備步驟如下:
1)將枯草菌脂肽鈉分散在多元醇中,以低於600rpm的速度攪拌5-10分鐘,攪拌均勻,得到醇相;
2)將油脂混合均勻,得到油相;
3)將油相滴加入醇相中,形成凝膠前,確保油相慢慢加入,滴加速度為5-10g/min,設置攪拌速度為500-800rpm,攪拌使形成稠厚凝膠,得到半成品;
4)將水和活性成分加入半成品中,均質2-3分鐘以提高黏度與穩定性,攪拌均勻,即得油凝膠。水在於調整產品透明度。
本發明所提供的雙劑型精華的製備方法,在操作工藝有明顯不同:首先,乳化劑枯草菌脂肽鈉要先用多元醇分散均勻,再把油相慢慢滴加入多元醇+乳化劑相中,同時中速攪拌,在攪拌過程中,膏體稠度會有明顯的增加,最後如果需要,用少量水來調整油水相的折光率,就可以得到澄清透明的凝膠。
D相乳化工藝跟傳統的水包油配方工藝相比,在操作工藝有明顯不同:
首先,乳化劑枯草菌脂肽鈉要先用甘油分散均勻,再把油相慢慢滴加入甘油+乳化劑相中,同時中速攪拌,在攪拌過程中,膏體稠度會有明顯的增加,最後如果需要,用少量水來調整油水相的折光率,就可以得到澄清透明的凝膠。
以下是本發明具體的實施例,在下述實施例中所採用的原材料、設備等除特殊限定外均可以通過購買方式獲得。
實施例1-7
一種雙劑型精華,包括油凝膠和水凝膠,油凝膠和水凝膠在使用時按照預設比例混合;油凝膠由以下組分製備而成:活性成分、多元醇、枯草菌脂肽鈉、油脂和水;水凝膠由以下組分製備而成:水、丁二醇、精緻集妍肽複合物(水、聚山梨醇酯-20、卡波姆、棕櫚醯基四胜肽-7、棕櫚醯基五胜肽-4、乙醯基六胜肽-8、甘油和1,2-己二醇的組合物)、植物固醇類複合物(水、丙二醇和植物固醇類的組合物)、甘油聚醚-26、聚丙烯酸酯交聯聚合物-6、黃原膠、防腐複合物(苯氧乙醇、羥苯甲酯、羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物)、PEG-40氫化蓖麻油、香精。(實施例1-3油凝膠具體配方詳見表1,實施例4-7油凝膠配方與實施例1一致;實施例1-3水凝膠具體配方詳見表3,實施例4-7水凝膠配方詳見表4-7,同一個實施例中各組分的用量之和為100份)。
對比例1-6
一種雙劑型精華,包括油凝膠和水凝膠,油凝膠和水凝膠在使用時按照預設比例混合。(油凝膠具體配方詳見表1,水凝膠具體配方詳見表3,同一個對比例中各組分的用量之和為100份)。

實施例1-3和對比例1-5的油凝膠的製備步驟如下:

實施例1和對比例1-6的水凝膠均按照表3的配方製備而成。製備流程如下:
將黃原膠、聚丙烯酸酯交聯聚合物-6和水混合均勻,加熱至80℃,保溫10-30分鐘,然後降溫至45℃時加入精緻集妍肽複合物、植物固醇類複合物和甘油聚醚-26,得到第一混合物;接著將防腐複合物用丁二醇分散均勻,得到第二混合物;將香精用PEG-40 氫化蓖麻油分散均勻,得到第三混合物;最後依序將第二混合物和第三混合物加入第一混合物中,混合均勻,即得水凝膠。
實施例4水凝膠的製備過程如下:
A相加熱攪拌充分分散均勻;
冷卻後,依序加入B、C相,充分攪拌均勻,完成。
實施例4的水凝膠為淺黃色透明流動凝露,pH=7.29,黏度=5416cps(5#,5rpm),耐熱(48℃一個月)穩定,耐寒(-15℃一個月)穩定。
實施例4的水凝膠能起到很好的抗過敏作用,具體原理如下:
主要活性成分:
IMMORTAL WA Ⅱ:富含類胡蘿蔔素、黃酮類化合物及多糖(異-葡聚糖、β-葡聚糖和α-葡萄糖)等活性成分,能促進AQP-3和透明質酸合成酶的表達,具有保濕、抗氧化和促進傷口癒合等功效;此外,其中含有的β-葡聚糖還具有提高皮膚免疫力和抗污染的功效。
PONCIRUS EXTRACT:萃取自枳實果部,含有枸橘苷5000ppm以上,具有抗敏和抗炎的功效,與馬齒莧複配效果更佳,可保護細胞對抗UVB誘導產生的細胞死亡。
MADECASSOSIDE:萃取自生長於馬達加斯加的野生積雪草,富含高純度的羥基積雪草苷,能夠舒緩皮膚、重建細胞外基質成分、抗炎、調節&保護表皮。體內實驗中能夠止癢、抗紅斑和改善皮膚脫屑,舒緩敏感肌膚、特異性皮膚炎和銀屑病皮膚。適用於特異性皮膚炎、敏感以及熟齡肌膚的護理產品。

實施例5的水凝膠能起到很好的美白祛斑作用,具體原理如下:
主要活性成分:
1.SEPIWHITE MSH:是促黑色素細胞激素α-MSH在黑色素合成過程中的對抗劑,作用於由α-MSH引發的黑色素形成的多個生化反應階段,從而全面、有效抑制黑色素的生成,效果更加明顯、持久。可用於各種使皮膚皙透的配方中。
2.BIO-SODIUM HYALURONATE POWDER (MMW):分子量為1.3 至1.8兆道爾頓的高純度、高品質的透明質酸鈉粉末,能夠在皮膚上形成一層黏彈性的、無色透明的非閉塞性的薄膜,從而具有保濕,增加皮膚彈性的功效。

實施例6水凝膠的製備過程如下:
1. A相加熱攪拌均勻,C相加熱至80度溶解再用濾布過濾;
2. A相攪拌冷卻至45度,加入B、C和D(D相中防腐劑用丁二醇預先分散均勻,香精用增溶劑預先分散均勻)相,攪拌均勻。
實施例6的水凝膠為淺黃色透明流動凝露。
實施例6的水凝膠能起到很好的抗糖化、抗自由基的作用,具體原理如下:
主要活性成分:
ALISTIN(脫羧肌肽 HCl和丁二醇和羥苯甲酯鈉和水的組合物):是一款多效抗衰老產品,在抗衰老和抗氧化方面具創新性。氧化積累會引起皮膚結構垮塌,失去彈性,出現皺紋, Alistin不僅去除自由基,還能夠還原過氧化的細胞膜,阻止氧化反應的擴散,達到氧化修復,這是Vitamin C和Vitamin E 都無法做到的。糖化會導致蛋白質交聯,產生皺紋,膚色暗淡發黃,Alistin不僅能預防糖化,還可以通過和糖化蛋白競爭逆轉蛋白糖化。推薦用於老化皮膚的處理或者防曬和曬後修復,排毒及抵抗由老化引起的色素沉積等產品,在美白,抗斑,抗掉髮等產品中也是提高功效的優選原料。
SETILINE:利用生物技術從葫蘆巴籽外皮中萃取得到的小分子半乳甘露聚糖,可以預防真皮中的膠原蛋白和整聯蛋白(integrin)發生糖化,促進表皮角質形成細胞分化,增加表皮厚度,因此具有抗糖化、抗衰老、抗皺和改善皮膚屏障功能的作用。適用於抗皺、抗老化、緊實再生和保濕產品。

分散A項分散均勻後,然後依次加入BCD相原料攪拌均勻。
實施例7的水凝膠為黃色液體,PH=5.83(10%水溶液),黏度:1485cps (3# 20’)耐熱(48℃一個月)穩定,耐寒(-15℃一個月)穩定。
實施例7的水凝膠能起到很好的抗藍光作用,具體原理如下:
主要活性成分:
1.BPN-CIRUELO:顯著降低發炎因子介白素的水平,從而消除皮膚的潛在發炎,恢復肌膚健康狀態,減輕發炎對皮膚的傷害
2.GLUCOSYL RUTIN:葡糖基蘆丁作為一種強抗氧化劑,結合紫外線吸收的特性,可以保護表皮和真皮免受紫外線的傷害,讓皮膚不會再受到此類影響的困擾
3.SOLIBERINE NAT:源自高原植物密蒙花,能對抗高原地區強烈的日光輻射,同時對抗藍光、紅外光和紫外光對皮膚的損傷,在光損傷的各個關鍵點抑制和修復損傷的發生。
效果評價及性能檢測
一、保濕型測試
(1)測試說明
累計樣本N=20(樣本量實現T檢驗)
測試目的:測試本發明實施例1雙劑型精華中水凝膠單獨使用的保濕性,以及複配不同比例油凝膠使用的保濕性,驗證油凝膠能夠提升水凝膠的保濕性。
測試方法:20名年齡在26-45歲之間的志願者在手臂內側分別單次塗抹含有0.04μL的樣品A、B、C,分別於塗抹前、1小時和2小時用CK(Derma-Expert MC760)進行皮膚水分含量測定。
測試樣品:

Claims (10)
- 一種雙劑型精華,其特徵在於,包括油凝膠和水凝膠,所述油凝膠和所述水凝膠在使用時按照預設比例混合;所述油凝膠包括按照重量份計的以下組分:活性成分0.1-6.5份;多元醇15-35份;枯草菌脂肽鈉0.3-1份;油脂40-70份和水1-10份;其中所述多元醇包含甘油,且所述甘油為15份至35份,以及所述油脂包含C15-19烷,且所述C15-19烷為27-29份。
- 如請求項1所述之雙劑型精華,其特徵在於,所述活性成分包括藻萃取物複合物0.1-0.5份,複合胺基酸2-5份和眼圍合劑0.1-1份;所述多元醇進一步包含丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、山梨醇、聚甘油醚-26中的一種或任意組合;所述油脂進一步包含甜杏仁油、低芥酸菜籽油、荷荷芭籽油、葵花籽油、大豆油、角鯊烷、辛基十二烷醇、礦油、二甲基矽氧烷和環甲基矽氧烷中的一種或任意組合。
- 如請求項2所述之雙劑型精華,其特徵在於,所述藻萃取物複合物為辛癸酸甘油三酯和藻萃取物的組合物;所述藻萃取物包括楔基海帶萃取物;所述複合胺基酸為水、丁二醇、離胺酸、組胺酸、精胺酸、天冬胺酸、蘇胺酸、絲胺酸、麩胺酸、脯胺酸、甘胺酸、丙胺酸、纈胺酸、異白胺酸、白胺酸、酪胺酸和苯丙胺酸的組合物;所述的眼圍合劑為小米椒果萃取物、葡萄柚果萃取物、假葉樹根萃取物、問荊萃取物、混合甘草根萃取物和抗壞血酸甲基矽烷醇果膠酸酯的組合物、甲基矽烷醇羥脯胺酸酯天冬胺酸酯、二甲基甲矽烷醇透明質酸酯、胺乙基次膦酸、丙二醇、丁二醇、甲基丙二醇、乙醇、水、PEG-35蓖麻油、苯氧乙醇和苯甲酸鈉的組合物;以及所述油脂進一步包含按照重量份計的以下組分:所述荷荷芭籽油1份、所述低芥酸菜籽油18-20份和所述甜杏仁油14-18份。
- 如請求項1所述之雙劑型精華,其特徵在於,所述油凝膠進一步包括色素,且所述油凝膠包括按照重量份計的以下組分:所述活性成分為2-4份;所述多元醇為20-30份;所述枯草菌脂肽鈉為0.3-1份;所述油脂為40-65份;所述水為1-10份和所述色素為0.001-1份。
- 如請求項1所述之雙劑型精華,其特徵在於,所述油凝膠通過D相乳化法製備而成。
- 如請求項1所述之雙劑型精華,其特徵在於,所述水凝膠包括按照重量份計的以下組分:溶劑70-90份、活性組分1-15份、增稠劑0.1-2份、保濕劑3-20份、中和劑0-1份、防腐劑0.1-1份、香精0.001-0.3份、增溶劑0.01-1份、pH值調節劑0-1份和螯合劑0-0.5份;其中,所述活性組分為抗敏活性物質、美白活性物質、抗糖化活性物質或抗光活性物質。
- 如請求項1所述之雙劑型精華,其特徵在於,所述水凝膠包括按照重量份計的以下組分:水70-90份,丁二醇3-8份,精緻集妍肽複合物3-10份,植物固醇類複合物1-5份,甘油聚醚-26 1-5份,聚丙烯酸酯交聯聚合物-6 0.1-1份,黃原膠0.1-0.5份,防腐複合物0.1-1份,PEG-40氫化蓖麻油0.01-0.2份和香精0.01-0.2份;其中,所述精緻集妍肽複合物為水、聚山梨醇酯-20、卡波 姆、棕櫚醯基四胜肽-7、棕櫚醯基五胜肽-4、乙醯基六胜肽-8、甘油和1,2-己二醇的組合物;所述植物固醇類複合物為水、丙二醇和植物固醇類的組合物;以及所述防腐複合物為苯氧乙醇、羥苯甲酯、羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物;或者,所述水凝膠包括按照重量份計的以下組分:甘油聚醚-26 1-5份、丁二醇1-8份、水80-90份、聚丙烯酸酯交聯聚合物-6 0.1-1份、丙烯酸(酯)類和C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯的交聯聚合物0.05-0.5份、三乙醇胺0.05-0.5份、羥基積雪草苷0.1-0.5份、水和甘油和枸橘果萃取物的組合物0.5-2份、銀耳萃取物和雙丙甘醇和乙二胺四乙酸二鈉和水的組合物3-8份、水和丁二醇和苯氧乙醇和春榆根萃取物的組合物0.5-2份、苯氧乙醇和羥苯甲酯和羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物0.3-1份、香精0.001-0.01份和PEG-40氫化蓖麻油0.01-0.1份;又或者,所述水凝膠包括按照重量份計的以下組分:水80-90份、甘油聚醚-26 2-5份、聚丙烯酸酯交聯聚合物-6 0.1-0.5份、丙烯酸(酯)類和C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯的交聯聚合物0.1-0.5份、菸鹼醯胺1-5份、三乙醇胺0.1-0.5份、透明質酸鈉0.01-0.1份、水和丁二醇和天女木蘭萃取物的組合物0.5-2份、十一碳烯醯基苯丙胺酸0.5-2份、三乙醇胺0.1-1份、丁二醇2-5份、苯氧乙醇和羥苯甲酯和羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物0.3-1份、香精0.01-0.1份和PEG-40氫化蓖麻油0.1-0.3份;又或者,所述水凝膠包括按照重量份計的以下組分:水85-95份、黃原膠0.1-0.3份、甘油聚醚-26 2-5份、卡波姆0.1-0.3份、脫羧肌肽HCl和丁二醇和羥苯甲酯鈉和水的組合物0.5-2份、肌肽0.5-2份、檸檬酸0.3-1份、葫蘆巴籽萃取物0.3-1份、苯氧乙醇和羥苯甲酯和羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物0.3-1份、丁二醇2-5份、PEG-40氫化蓖麻油0.1-0.3份和香精0.01-0.1份;再或者,所述水凝膠包括按照重量份計的以下組分:水75-80份、卡波姆0.1-0.3份、黃原膠0.01-0.2份、水和聚山梨醇酯-20和甘油和1,2-己二醇和卡波姆和棕櫚醯四肽-7的組合物1-5份、葡糖基蘆丁0.1-1份、三乙醇胺0.1-0.3份、乙二胺四乙酸二鈉0.01-0.2份、水和丙二醇和密蒙花萃取物的組合物0.1-1份、銀耳萃取物和雙丙甘醇和乙二胺四乙酸二鈉和水的組合物3-5份、苯氧乙醇和羥苯甲酯和羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物0.3-1份、丙二醇5-10份、丁二醇3-8份、香精0.01-0.2份和PEG-40氫化蓖麻油0.1-0.5份。
- 一種如請求項1所述的雙劑型精華的製備方法,其特徵在於,包括油凝膠製備步驟和水凝膠製備步驟;其中,所述油凝膠製備步驟如下:1)將所述枯草菌脂肽鈉分散在所述多元醇中,攪拌均勻,得到醇相;2)將所述油脂混合均勻,得到油相; 3)將所述油相滴加入所述醇相中,攪拌均勻得到半成品;4)將所述水和所述活性成分加入所述半成品中,攪拌均勻,即得所述油凝膠。
- 如請求項8所述的雙劑型精華的製備方法,其特徵在於,所述步驟1)以低於600rpm的速度攪拌5-10分鐘;所述步驟3)之滴加速度為5-10g/min,並設置攪拌速度為500-800rpm;以及所述步驟4)之攪拌為均質2-3分鐘。
- 如請求項8所述的雙劑型精華的製備方法,其特徵在於,所述水凝膠包括按照重量份計的以下組分:水70-90份,丁二醇3-8份,精緻集妍肽複合物3-10份,植物固醇類複合物1-5份,甘油聚醚-26 1-5份,聚丙烯酸酯交聯聚合物-6 0.1-1份,黃原膠0.1-0.5份,防腐複合物0.1-1份,PEG-40氫化蓖麻油0.01-0.2份和香精0.01-0.2份,並包含如下步驟:將所述黃原膠、聚丙烯酸酯交聯聚合物-6和水混合均勻,加熱至80℃,保溫10-30分鐘,然後降溫至45℃時加入所述精緻集妍肽複合物、植物固醇類複合物和甘油聚醚-26,得到第一混合物;接著將所述防腐複合物用所述丁二醇分散均勻,得到第二混合物;將所述香精用所述PEG-40氫化蓖麻油分散均勻,得到第三混合物;最後依序將所述第二混合物和所述第三混合物加入所述第一混合物中,混合均勻,即得所述水凝膠;或者,所述水凝膠包括按照重量份計的以下組分:甘油聚醚-26 1-5份、丁二醇1-8份、水80-90份、聚丙烯酸酯交聯聚合物-6 0.1-1份、丙烯酸(酯)類和C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯的交聯聚合物0.05-0.5份、三乙醇胺0.05-0.5份、羥基積雪草苷0.1-0.5份、水和甘油和枸橘果萃取物的組合物0.5-2份、銀耳萃取物和雙丙甘醇和乙二胺四乙酸二鈉和水的組合物3-8份、水和丁二醇和苯氧乙醇和春榆根萃取物的組合物0.5-2份、苯氧乙醇和羥苯甲酯和羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物0.3-1份、香精0.001-0.01份和PEG-40氫化蓖麻油0.01-0.1份,並包含如下步驟:將所述甘油聚醚-26、丁二醇、水、聚丙烯酸酯交聯聚合物-6、丙烯酸(酯)類和C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯的交聯聚合物相混並加熱攪拌至分散均勻;冷卻後,依序加入所述三乙醇胺、羥基積雪草苷、所述水和甘油和枸橘果萃取物的組合物、所述銀耳萃取物和雙丙甘醇和乙二胺四乙酸二鈉和水的組合物、所述水和丁二醇和苯氧乙醇和春榆根萃取物的組合物、所述苯氧乙醇和羥苯甲酯和羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物、香精和PEG-40氫化蓖麻油,並攪拌均勻,即得所述水凝膠;又或者,所述水凝膠包括按照重量份計的以下組分:水80-90份、甘油聚醚-26 2-5份、聚丙烯酸酯交聯聚合物-6 0.1-0.5份、丙烯酸(酯)類和C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯的交聯聚合物0.1-0.5份、菸鹼醯胺1-5份、三乙醇胺0.1-0.5份、透明質酸鈉0.01-0.1份、水和丁二醇和天女木蘭萃取物的組合物0.5-2份、十一碳烯醯基苯丙胺酸0.5-2份、三乙醇胺0.1-1份、丁二醇2-5份、苯氧乙醇和羥苯甲酯和羥苯乙 酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物0.3-1份、香精0.01-0.1份和PEG-40氫化蓖麻油0.1-0.3份,並包含如下步驟:將所述水分為兩部分;將第一部分水以及所述甘油聚醚-26、聚丙烯酸酯交聯聚合物-6、丙烯酸(酯)類和C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯的交聯聚合物、菸鹼醯胺加熱溶脹均勻,然後加入所述三乙醇胺攪拌至澄清透明,得到第一混合物;接著將所述十一碳烯醯基苯丙胺酸、三乙醇胺以及第二部分水預先加熱攪拌溶解至透明,加入所述透明質酸鈉以及所述水和丁二醇和天女木蘭萃取物的組合物,得到第二混合物,將第二混合物加入第一混合物中,攪拌分散均勻,得到第三混合物;預先將所述丁二醇和所述苯氧乙醇和羥苯甲酯和羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物混合均勻,得到第四混合物,將所述香精和PEG-40氫化蓖麻油混合均勻,得到第五混合物,最後將第四混合物和第五混合物加入第三混合物中,攪拌均勻,即得所述水凝膠;又或者,所述水凝膠包括按照重量份計的以下組分:水85-95份、黃原膠0.1-0.3份、甘油聚醚-26 2-5份、卡波姆0.1-0.3份、脫羧肌肽HCl和丁二醇和羥苯甲酯鈉和水的組合物0.5-2份、肌肽0.5-2份、檸檬酸0.3-1份、葫蘆巴籽萃取物0.3-1份、苯氧乙醇和羥苯甲酯和羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物0.3-1份、丁二醇2-5份、PEG-40氫化蓖麻油0.1-0.3份和香精0.01-0.1份,並包含如下步驟:將所述水分為兩部分;將第一部分水以及所述黃原膠、甘油聚醚-26和卡波姆加熱攪拌均勻,冷卻至45度,得到第一混合物;將所述葫蘆巴籽萃取物和第二部分水混合加熱至80度,溶解後再用濾布過濾;取濾液,以及將所述濾液和所述脫羧肌肽HCl和丁二醇和羥苯甲酯鈉和水的組合物、肌肽、檸檬酸加入第一混合物中,攪拌均勻,得第二混合物;將所述苯氧乙醇和羥苯甲酯和羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物用所述丁二醇混合均勻,得到第三混合物、將所述PEG-40氫化蓖麻油和香精混合均勻,得到第四混合物,將第三混合物和第四混合物加入第二混合物中,攪拌均勻,即得所述水凝膠;再或者,所述水凝膠包括按照重量份計的以下組分:水75-80份、卡波姆0.1-0.3份、黃原膠0.01-0.2份、水和聚山梨醇酯-20和甘油和1,2-己二醇和卡波姆和棕櫚醯四肽-7的組合物1-5份、葡糖基蘆丁0.1-1份、三乙醇胺0.1-0.3份、乙二胺四乙酸二鈉0.01-0.2份、水和丙二醇和密蒙花萃取物的組合物0.1-1份、銀耳萃取物和雙丙甘醇和乙二胺四乙酸二鈉和水的組合物3-5份、苯氧乙醇和羥苯甲酯和羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物0.3-1份、丙二醇5-10份、丁二醇3-8份、香精0.01-0.2份和PEG-40氫化蓖麻油0.1-0.5份,並包含如下步驟:將所述水、卡波姆、乙二胺四乙酸二鈉和黃原膠分散均勻後,加入所述三乙醇胺攪拌均勻至澄清透明,得第一混合物;依序加入所述水和聚山梨醇酯-20和甘油和1,2-己二醇和卡波姆和棕櫚醯四肽-7的組合物、所述葡糖基蘆丁、水和丙二醇和密蒙花萃取物的組合物、所述銀耳萃取物和雙丙甘醇和乙二胺四乙酸二鈉和水的組合物攪拌均勻後,得第二混合物;將所述苯氧乙醇和羥苯甲酯和 羥苯乙酯和乙基己基甘油的組合物與所述丙二醇、丁二醇混合均勻,得到第三混合物;將所述香精和PEG-40氫化蓖麻油混合均勻後,得到第四混合物;將第三混合物和第四混合物加入第二混合物,攪拌均勻,即得所述水凝膠。
