Abstract
一種乙烯-乙烯醇系共聚物組成物,含有乙烯-乙烯醇系共聚物(A)、磷酸化合物(B)與鐵化合物,其特徵為:該鐵化合物之含量就該乙烯-乙烯醇系共聚物組成物之單位重量以金屬換算計係為0.01~100ppm;該磷酸化合物(B)之含量就該乙烯-乙烯醇系共聚物組成物之單位重量以磷換算計係為1~100ppm。是以,得到與金屬體表面之黏著性優異的乙烯-乙烯醇系共聚物組成物。
Description
本發明關於乙烯-乙烯醇系共聚物(以下有時簡稱為「EVOH樹脂」。)組成物,更詳言之,關於與金屬表面之黏著性優異的EVOH樹脂組成物、及利用該EVOH樹脂組成物的多層結構體、及熱水殺菌處理用包裝體。
EVOH樹脂為藉由將係乙烯與乙烯酯系單體之共聚物的乙烯-乙烯酯系共聚物皂化而得之熱塑性樹脂,具有透明性、氧氣等之氣體阻隔性、耐溶劑性、耐油性、機械強度等優異的特徵。 另一方面,用於各種配管或土木用建材的金屬體若未施以防蝕處理而暴露於大氣中或地中、海中時表面會腐蝕,因此已有人實施以聚烯烴等樹脂被覆其表面。
然而,聚烯烴等由於透氧度高,故長期或高溫環境下有氧通過被覆層而導致金屬體之表面氧化加劇並腐蝕之問題點。 因此,有人提案使用氧氣阻隔性優異的乙烯-乙烯醇系共聚物作為金屬體之被覆樹脂,而且作為提高金屬體表面與係被覆層的乙烯-乙烯醇系共聚物之黏著強度的方法,有人提案將金屬體之表面做成特定形狀(例如參照專利文獻1。) [先前技術文獻] [專利文獻]

亦即,本發明提供無表面形狀之限制,和金屬表面具有優異的黏著性的EVOH樹脂組成物、及利用該EVOH樹脂組成物的多層結構體、及熱水殺菌處理用包裝體。 [解決課題之手段]
本案發明人鑑於上述實情努力進行了探討,結果發現可藉由鐵化合物之含量就EVOH樹脂組成物之單位重量以金屬換算計係為0.01~100ppm且就EVOH樹脂組成物之單位重量含有以磷換算計係為1~100ppm之磷酸化合物(B)的EVOH樹脂組成物以解決本發明之課題。
本發明之第1要旨為:一種EVOH樹脂組成物,含有EVOH樹脂(A)、磷酸化合物(B)與鐵化合物,該鐵化合物之含量就該EVOH樹脂組成物之單位重量以金屬換算計係為0.01~100ppm;該磷酸化合物(B)之含量就該EVOH樹脂組成物之單位重量以磷換算計係為1~100ppm。
又,本發明之第2要旨為:一種多層結構體,具有疊層單元,該疊層單元至少具備含有上述第1要旨之EVOH樹脂組成物之層與由以金屬成分作為主成分的成分構成之膜。 而且,本發明之第3要旨為:一種熱水殺菌處理用包裝體,係使用上述第2要旨之多層結構體。 [發明之效果]
由於本發明之EVOH樹脂組成物與金屬表面之黏著性優異,故可理想地作為石油、瓦斯、自來水等之各種配管、或用於土木用建材的金屬體之表面被覆材使用。
以下,針對本發明之構成詳細地說明,但該等為例示理想的實施態樣之一例,並不限於該等內容。
本發明之EVOH樹脂組成物以EVOH樹脂(A)作為主成分,並於其中含有特定量之鐵化合物與特定量之磷酸化合物(B)。 以下詳細說明。
[EVOH樹脂(A)] 本發明使用的EVOH樹脂(A),通常為藉由使係乙烯與乙烯酯系單體之共聚物的乙烯-乙烯酯系共聚物皂化而得之樹脂,為非水溶性之熱塑性樹脂。 上述乙烯酯系單體,考量經濟方面,一般會使用乙酸乙烯酯。 聚合法亦可使用公知的任意聚合法,例如溶液聚合、懸浮聚合、乳化聚合並實施,但一般會使用以甲醇作為溶劑之溶液聚合。得到的乙烯-乙烯酯系共聚物之皂化亦能以公知的方法實施。 經上述方式製造之EVOH樹脂,以源自乙烯之結構單元與乙烯醇結構單元為主,並包含未皂化而殘存的些許量之乙烯酯結構單元。
上述乙烯酯系單體,從市場取得性、製造時的雜質處理效率佳之觀點,典型會使用乙酸乙烯酯。其他乙烯酯系單體,例如可列舉甲酸乙烯酯、丙酸乙烯酯、戊酸乙烯酯、丁酸乙烯酯、異丁酸乙烯酯、三甲基乙酸乙烯酯、癸酸乙烯酯、月桂酸乙烯酯、硬脂酸乙烯酯、叔碳酸乙烯酯等脂肪族乙烯酯、苯甲酸乙烯酯等芳香族乙烯酯等,可使用通常為碳數3~20,較佳為碳數4~10,尤佳為碳數4~7之脂肪族乙烯酯。該等通常單獨使用,但視需要也可同時使用多種。
EVOH樹脂(A)中的乙烯結構單元之含量,可以利用使乙烯酯系單體與乙烯共聚合時的乙烯之壓力進行控制,通常為20~60莫耳%,較佳為25~50莫耳%,尤佳為25~35莫耳%。該含量過低時,有高濕下的氣體阻隔性、熔融成形性降低之傾向;反之過高時,有氣體阻隔性降低之傾向。 另外,該乙烯含量可根據ISO14663進行測定。
EVOH樹脂(A)中的乙烯酯成分之皂化度,可以利用將乙烯-乙烯酯系共聚物皂化時的皂化觸媒(通常使用氫氧化鈉等鹼性觸媒)之量、溫度、時間等進行控制,通常為90~100莫耳%,較佳為95~100莫耳%,尤佳為99~100莫耳%。該皂化度過低時有氣體阻隔性、熱穩定性、耐濕性等降低之傾向。 該EVOH樹脂之皂化度,可根據JIS K 6726(惟,使用EVOH樹脂均勻地溶解於水/甲醇溶劑而得之溶液)進行測定。
又,該EVOH樹脂(A)之熔體流動速率(MFR)(210℃,負載2,160g)通常為0.5~100g/10分鐘,較佳為1~50g/10分鐘,更佳為3~35g/10分鐘,尤佳為8~15g/10分鐘。該MFR過大時,有製膜性變得不穩定之傾向;過小時,有黏度變得過高而熔融擠製變得困難之傾向。 該MFR為EVOH樹脂之聚合度之指標,可藉由將乙烯與乙烯酯系單體共聚合時的聚合起始劑之量、或溶劑之量進行調整。
本發明使用的EVOH樹脂(A)中,在不妨礙本發明之效果之範圍(例如10莫耳%以下),也可更包含源自以下所示之共聚單體的結構單元。 上述共聚單體,可列舉:丙烯、1-丁烯、異丁烯等烯烴類、3-丁烯-1-醇、3-丁烯-1,2-二醇、4-戊烯-1-醇、5-己烯-1,2-二醇等含有羥基之α-烯烴類或其酯化物、醯基化物等衍生物;2-亞甲基丙烷-1,3-二醇、3-亞甲基戊烷-1,5-二醇等羥烷基亞乙烯類;1,3-二乙醯氧基-2-亞甲基丙烷、1,3-二丙醯氧基-2-亞甲基丙烷、1,3-二丁醯氧基-2-亞甲基丙烷等二乙酸羥烷基亞乙烯酯類;丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、巴豆酸、苯二甲酸(酐)、馬來酸(酐)、伊康酸(酐)等不飽和酸類或其鹽或其碳數1~18之單或二烷基酯類;丙烯醯胺、碳數1~18之N-烷基丙烯醯胺、N,N-二甲基丙烯醯胺、2-丙烯醯胺丙磺酸或其鹽、丙烯醯胺丙基二甲基胺或其酸鹽或其4級鹽等丙烯醯胺類;甲基丙烯醯胺、碳數1~18之N-烷基甲基丙烯醯胺、N,N-二甲基甲基丙烯醯胺、2-甲基丙烯醯胺丙磺酸或其鹽、甲基丙烯醯胺丙基二甲基胺或其酸鹽或其4級鹽等甲基丙烯醯胺類;N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、N-乙烯基甲醯胺、N-乙烯基乙醯胺等N-乙烯基醯胺類;丙烯腈、甲基丙烯腈等氰化乙烯類;碳數1~18之烷基乙烯醚、羥烷基乙烯醚、烷氧烷基乙烯醚等乙烯醚類;氯乙烯、偏二氯乙烯、氟乙烯、偏二氟乙烯、溴乙烯等鹵化乙烯化合物類;三甲氧基乙烯基矽烷等乙烯基矽烷類;乙酸烯丙酯、氯丙烯等鹵化烯丙基化合物類;烯丙醇、二甲氧基烯丙醇等烯丙醇類;三甲基-(3-丙烯醯胺-3-二甲基丙基)-氯化銨、丙烯醯胺-2-甲基丙磺酸等共聚單體。該等可單獨使用或併用2種以上。
再者,也可使用經胺甲酸酯化、縮醛化、氰乙基化、氧伸烷基化等「後改性」之EVOH系樹脂。
尤其,就二次成型性為良好之觀點,宜為共聚合有含有羥基之α-烯烴類的EVOH樹脂,其中,於側鏈具有1,2-二醇的EVOH樹脂較佳。
又,本發明使用的EVOH樹脂(A)也可為與相異的其他EVOH樹脂之混合物,該其他EVOH樹脂可列舉皂化度相異者、聚合度相異者、共聚合成分相異者等。
本發明之EVOH樹脂組成物之特徵為:以上述EVOH樹脂(A)作為主成分,並含有特定量之鐵化合物及特定量之磷酸化合物(B)。
[鐵化合物] 鐵化合物之含量,就EVOH樹脂組成物之單位重量以金屬換算計須為0.01~100ppm,較佳為0.1~90ppm,尤佳為1~80ppm,更佳為3~70ppm,特佳為10~50ppm。 鐵化合物之含量若過少,與金屬表面之黏著性變得不充分;反之若過多,EVOH樹脂組成物會著色,有使用時出現問題之傾向。
在此所稱鐵化合物之含量,可將在對於EVOH樹脂組成物以稀硫酸、鹽酸等進行酸處理而得之溶液中加入純水而定容者作為檢測液,並利用原子吸光光度計進行測定。
另外,該鐵化合物,於EVOH樹脂組成物中,除了例如以氧化鐵(III)、四氧化三鐵、氯化鐵(II)、氯化鐵(III)、氫氧化鐵(II)、氫氧化鐵(III)、氧化亞鐵、硫酸鐵、磷酸鐵等鐵鹽之形式存在之情況以外,也可以離子化之狀態、或以樹脂等作為配位子的錯合物之狀態存在。
本發明中製造含有既定量之鐵成分的EVOH樹脂組成物之方法,例如可列舉:(i)於EVOH樹脂(A)之製造過程中,使EVOH樹脂(A)之均勻溶液(水/醇溶液等)含有鐵化合物後,以股線狀擠製到凝固液中,接著將得到的股線裁切而做成丸粒,再進行乾燥處理之方法;(ii)使EVOH樹脂(A)之丸粒與含有鐵化合物的水溶液接觸而使EVOH樹脂(A)中含有鐵化合物後,進行乾燥之方法;(iii)將EVOH樹脂(A)之丸粒與鐵化合物進行乾式混摻後予以熔融混練之方法;或(iv)於熔融狀態之EVOH樹脂(A)中添加既定量之鐵化合物而予以熔融混練之方法等。 其中,就得到本發明之效果更加顯著的EVOH樹脂組成物且不用加入新的製造步驟之觀點,宜使用(ii)之方法。
另外,利用上述(i)之方法得到的丸粒、(ii)、(iii)之方法所使用的丸粒之形狀例如有球形、圓柱形、立方體形、直方體形等,但通常為球狀(橄欖球狀)或圓柱形,其大小,從後續作為成形材料使用時之便利性之觀點,當為球狀時直徑通常為1~6mm,較佳為2~5mm,高度通常為1~6mm,較佳為2~5mm,當為圓柱狀時底面之直徑通常為1~6mm,較佳為2~5mm,長度通常為1~6mm,較佳為2~5mm。
又,上述(i)、(iii)、(iv)之方法所使用的鐵化合物,宜使用水溶性之鐵化合物,例如可列舉氧化鐵(III)、四氧化三鐵、氯化鐵(II)、氯化鐵(III)、氫氧化鐵(II)、氫氧化鐵(III)、氧化亞鐵、硫酸鐵、硫化鐵、硝酸鐵、磷酸鐵等鐵鹽(無機酸鹽等)。另外,該鐵化合物,如上述,於EVOH樹脂(A)中除了以上述鹽之形式存在的情況以外,也可以離子化之狀態、或以樹脂或其他化合物作為配位子而得之錯合物之狀態存在。
又,上述(ii)之方法所使用的含有鐵化合物之水溶液,可使用上述鐵化合物當中為水溶性的鐵化合物之水溶液、或藉由將鐵鋼材料浸漬於含有各種藥劑之水中而使鐵離子溶出而成之水溶液。另外,此時EVOH樹脂(A)中的鐵化合物(鐵離子)之含量,可以利用浸漬EVOH樹脂丸粒的水溶液中的鐵化合物(鐵離子)之濃度或浸漬溫度、浸漬時間等予以控制。上述浸漬時間通常為0.5~48小時,較佳為1~36小時,浸漬溫度通常為10~40℃,較佳為20~35℃。 將該丸粒以公知的方法進行固液分離並以公知的乾燥方法進行乾燥。該乾燥方法可採用各種的乾燥方法,能以靜置乾燥、流動乾燥及組合該等之方式實施。
[磷酸化合物(B)] 上述磷酸化合物(B)可列舉磷酸、亞磷酸、次磷酸等磷酸類之鹽、酯等。其中,磷酸二氫鹽、磷酸氫鹽、磷酸鹽等磷酸鹽較佳。又,其陽離子種類宜為鈉、鉀、鋰等鹼金屬鹽、鎂、鈣、鋇等鹼土金屬鹽,尤其鈉、鉀較為理想。具體而言,宜為磷酸二氫鈉、磷酸二氫鉀、磷酸氫二鈉、磷酸氫二鉀。
本發明之EVOH樹脂組成物中的磷酸化合物(B)之含量,就EVOH樹脂組成物之單位重量以磷換算計係為1~100ppm,尤佳為3~90ppm,特佳為5~80ppm之範圍。該磷酸化合物(B)之含量若過少,EVOH樹脂組成物之與金屬表面之黏著性變得不充分;反之若過多,容易產生成形物之凝膠、魚眼。
在此所稱磷酸化合物(B)之含量,可藉由將EVOH樹脂組成物依據JIS K 0102(2008)以硝酸、硫酸予以分解後以鉬藍吸光光度法進行測定並將測得之値換算成EVOH樹脂組成物丸粒中的磷含量(ppm)以獲得。
[EVOH樹脂組成物] 本發明之EVOH樹脂組成物之製造法,例如可列舉:(α)使利用前述的製造方法得到的含有既定量之鐵化合物的EVOH樹脂(A)之均勻溶液(水/醇溶液等)含有既定量之磷酸化合物後,以股線狀擠製到凝固液中,接著將得到的股線裁切而做成丸粒,再進行乾燥處理之方法;(β)使利用前述的製造方法得到的含有既定量之鐵化合物的EVOH樹脂(A)之丸粒與含有磷酸化合物(B)的水溶液接觸,而使EVOH樹脂(A)中含有既定量之磷酸化合物(B)後,予以乾燥之方法;(γ)將利用前述之製造方法得到的含有既定量之鐵化合物的EVOH樹脂(A)之丸粒與既定量之磷酸化合物(B)乾式混摻後予以熔融混練之方法;(δ)於熔融狀態之EVOH樹脂(A)中添加既定量之磷酸化合物(B)而予以熔融混練之方法等。 其中,就得到本發明之效果更加顯著的EVOH樹脂組成物且不用加入新的製造步驟之觀點,宜使用(β)之方法。 另外,該使EVOH樹脂(A)含有磷酸化合物(B)之步驟,亦可與上述使含有鐵化合物之步驟同時實施,為了步驟之簡便化亦為較理想的方法。具體而言,以將EVOH樹脂(A)之丸粒浸漬於含有鐵化合物與磷酸化合物(B)的水溶液中等之方法使其接觸,使EVOH樹脂(A)中含有所希望之鐵化合物與磷酸化合物(B)後將其乾燥,藉此可獲得本發明之EVOH樹脂組成物丸粒。
本發明之EVOH樹脂組成物之含水率通常為0.01~0.5重量%,較佳為0.05~0.35重量%,尤佳為0.1~0.3重量%。該EVOH樹脂組成物丸粒通常供於公知的熔融成形。而且,該含水率過高時,於熔融成形時有起泡之傾向;過低時,有因過度乾燥而導致熱劣化之傾向。
另外,本發明之EVOH樹脂組成物之含水率係利用以下方法測定・計算而得。 以電子天秤秤量EVOH樹脂組成物(W1
),於150℃之熱風乾燥機中使其乾燥5小時,於乾燥器中放置冷卻30分鐘後秤量重量(W2
),依下式計算。 含水率(重量%)=[(W1
-W2
)/W1
]×100
以上述方式得到本發明之EVOH樹脂組成物。
又,本發明之EVOH樹脂組成物中,在不妨礙本發明之效果之範圍,也可含有一般會摻合於EVOH樹脂的摻合劑。
以上述方式得到的本發明之EVOH樹脂組成物作為金屬體表面之被覆材使用時,會因EVOH樹脂具有的氧氣阻隔性而防止金屬表面之腐蝕,再者具有與金屬表面之良好的黏著性。 使用本發明之EVOH樹脂組成物被覆金屬體表面之方法,可使用公知的方法,例如可列舉:將EVOH樹脂組成物以熔融狀態塗開於金屬體表面之方法;將EVOH樹脂組成物做成粉體狀並使其附著於金屬體表面後予以加熱熔融之方法;將EVOH樹脂組成物溶於溶劑成溶液,並將其噴霧、塗佈於金屬體表面、或於其中浸漬金屬體後,藉由乾燥去除溶劑之方法等。
上述金屬體材料可列舉各種金屬。例如,可列舉:鐵、各種SUS材料、鋁、銅、鋅、錫、鈦、銀、鋯、鈷、鉻、鉬、鎢、錳、金、再者該等金屬之合金等。
再者,本發明之EVOH樹脂組成物,即使對於由以金屬成分作為主成分之成分構成的膜亦發揮良好的黏著性。該由以金屬成分作為主成分之成分構成的膜,係由金屬成分量相對於構成膜的成分以金屬換算量計通常為30重量%以上,較佳為50重量%以上之成分形成的膜。例如,可列舉:於熱塑性樹脂薄膜表面蒸鍍上述金屬而得之蒸鍍薄膜之蒸鍍膜、或例如國際公開第2011/122036號記載之由氧化鋁粒子與磷化合物之反應產物構成的透明氣體阻隔膜、以使用乙烯醇系樹脂與上述金屬之醇鹽、氧化物等上述金屬化合物的溶膠-凝膠法得到的有機-無機混成(hybrid)氣體阻隔膜等。
本發明之EVOH樹脂組成物作為包含該等之層的多層結構體係有用,具有至少具備含有本發明之EVOH樹脂組成物的層與由以金屬成分作為主成分之成分構成的膜的疊層單元的多層結構體,層間黏著力及氣體阻隔性優異。該多層結構體作為食品或醫藥品之包裝體係有用,尤其作為層間之黏著力易因熱水殺菌處理而降低的熱水殺菌處理用之包裝體係有用。 [實施例]
以下,舉實施例具體說明本發明,但本發明只要不超過其要旨,不限於實施例之記載。 另外,例中「份」除非事先說明否則意指重量基準。
<實施例1> 將乙烯結構單元之含量44莫耳%、皂化度99.6莫耳%、MFR12g/10分鐘(210℃,負載2160g)、含水率55重量%的EVOH樹脂(A)丸粒,浸漬於鐵化合物(鐵離子)之含量以金屬換算計係為30ppm、磷酸化合物(B)之含量以磷換算計係為74ppm的水溶液中。另外,該水溶液係藉由於水中浸漬鐵板而得。然後,將其乾燥使得丸粒之含水率成為0.3重量%以下,而製得含有以金屬換算計係為40ppm之鐵化合物、以磷換算計係為46ppm之磷酸化合物(B)的EVOH樹脂組成物丸粒。 另外,上述EVOH樹脂組成物丸粒之鐵化合物之含量以如下方式測定。亦即,對於得到的EVOH樹脂組成物丸粒1g加入10ml之稀硫酸,以熱板於250℃予以加熱1小時。然後,以電熱爐予以加熱2小時,接著以電爐於700℃予以加熱4小時。將得到的樣品從電爐移至電熱爐,添加鹽酸2ml、蒸餾水3~4ml,並使其沸騰。將得到的樣品投入定量瓶並以蒸餾水予以稀釋。使用以如此方式製備而得之樣品,以原子吸光光度計(HITACHI公司製,Z-2300)進行測定。
又,上述EVOH樹脂組成物丸粒之磷酸化合物(B)之含量以如下方式測定。亦即,將得到的EVOH樹脂組成物丸粒以硝酸、硫酸處理後利用鉬藍吸光光度法進行測定。詳言之,對EVOH樹脂組成物丸粒1g,添加60重量%硝酸水溶液10ml與96重量%硫酸水溶液2ml,並以瓦斯燃燒器予以加熱直到硫酸白煙產生為止。對於經處理的樣品添加純水10ml與36重量%鹽酸水溶液1ml並定容至100ml。對於該溶液40ml,摻合對硝基苯酚1滴作為指示劑,並滴加25重量%氫氧化鈉水溶液而予以中和直到溶液顏色變黃為止。再者對於該溶液添加含有抗壞血酸24mg與七鉬酸六銨四水合物20mg的水溶液2ml,並以純水定容至100ml後,於40℃靜置15分鐘。測定該溶液於875nm時之吸光度,以標準試樣之吸光度為基準,計算出溶液中的磷酸濃度。最終,將該磷酸濃度換算成EVOH樹脂組成物丸粒中的磷含量(ppm)。
其次,從得到的EVOH樹脂組成物丸粒切取6.57~6.77mg之EVOH樹脂組成物(試樣)並以手壓機壓碎,重疊2片鋁板(純鋁A1050P,縱3cm×橫10cm,厚0.3mm),將該EVOH樹脂組成物夾於距離長邊方向之邊緣1.5cm、距離短邊方向之邊緣1.5cm之位置,以溫度230℃、壓力3.06kg/cm2
、加壓時間30秒(預熱3分鐘,冷卻1分鐘)之條件進行熱壓製而使兩者黏著。 於從夾有EVOH樹脂組成物的位置起算朝中心方向1.5cm之處扳開鋁板,將兩鋁板利用AUTOGRAPH(AGS-H,島津製作所公司製)以拉伸速度300mm/分鐘相反方向地拉伸,以直到剝離為止的平均張力之値的形式求得EVOH樹脂組成物與鋁板之剝離強度(黏著力)。 將結果示於表1。
<實施例2> 實施例1中,使浸漬EVOH樹脂(A)丸粒的水溶液中的鐵化合物之含量成為以金屬換算計係為6ppm、磷酸化合物(B)之含量成為以磷換算計係為74ppm,除此以外,以與實施例1同樣方式製作EVOH樹脂組成物,並以與實施例1同樣方式進行評價。該EVOH樹脂組成物中的鐵化合物之含量以金屬換算計係為5ppm,磷酸化合物(B)之含量以磷換算計係為51ppm。 將結果示於表1。
<比較例1> 實施例1中,使浸漬EVOH樹脂(A)丸粒的水溶液成為鐵化合物之含量以金屬換算計係為6ppm且不含有磷酸化合物(B)者,除此以外,以與實施例1同樣方式製作EVOH樹脂組成物,並以同樣方式進行評價。該EVOH樹脂組成物中的鐵化合物之含量以金屬換算計係為5ppm,磷酸化合物(B)之含量以磷換算計係為0ppm。 將結果示於表1。
從實施例結果可知,鐵化合物之含量、及磷酸化合物(B)之含量皆為本發明之範圍的實施例樣品,與鋁板之黏著力優異。相對於此,磷酸化合物(B)含量為0ppm的比較例1樣品,黏著力明顯較差。
上述實施例已揭示本發明之具體形態,但上述實施例僅為例示,不做限定性解釋。對於該技術領域中具有通常知識者而言為明顯的各種變形意欲包括在本發明之範圍內。 [產業利用性]
本發明之EVOH樹脂組成物,由於與金屬表面之黏著性優異,故可理想地作為石油、瓦斯、自來水等之各種配管、或用於土木用建材的金屬體之表面被覆材使用。

- 一種乙烯-乙烯醇系共聚物組成物,含有乙烯-乙烯醇系共聚物(A)、磷酸化合物(B)與鐵化合物,其特徵為:該鐵化合物之含量就該乙烯-乙烯醇系共聚物組成物之單位重量以金屬換算計係為0.01~100ppm;該磷酸化合物(B)之含量就該乙烯-乙烯醇系共聚物組成物之單位重量以磷換算計係為1~100ppm。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之乙烯-乙烯醇系共聚物組成物,其中,該磷酸化合物(B)為磷酸及磷酸鹽中之至少一者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之乙烯-乙烯醇系共聚物組成物,其中,係作為金屬體表面之被覆材使用。
- 一種多層結構體,其特徵為:具有疊層單元,該疊層單元至少具備含有如申請專利範圍第1或2項之乙烯-乙烯醇系共聚物組成物之層與由以金屬成分作為主成分的成分構成之膜。
