Description
本發明是有關於一種即便於塑膠基板上,亦可進行噴墨印刷的噴墨記錄媒體,詳細而言,本發明是有關於一種噴墨墨水與塑膠基板的密接性優異、印刷後無印刷面的剝落等的噴墨墨水用記錄媒體及其印刷物。
近年來,伴隨多媒體的技術進步,噴墨方式的列印機不論業務用、民生用,均已廣泛普及。噴墨方式的列印機具有如下等多種特徵:容易實現多色化及圖像的大型化;或不僅可對平滑面進行印刷,亦可對凹凸面進行印刷;可實現按需印刷(on demand printing)。
作為噴墨被記錄材料,將紙作為支撐體者存在如下的問題:當接觸水時支撐體產生被稱為環狀起伏的現象、或破損,由此美觀度變差。為了解決此種問題,提出有使用將塑膠膜本身作為支撐體,並於其上設置有墨水接受層的噴墨記錄媒體,對其實施印刷(例如,參照專利文獻1~專利文獻4)。此種媒體是耐水性亦優異,亦可用作室外廣告或海報、標籤、壁紙等的媒體。但是,塑膠膜的表面與噴墨墨水的密接性差,通常需要如下的步驟:使被稱為錨定層、底漆層、底塗層、黏著層等的層形成於該膜表面,而且設置將聚胺基甲酸酯或聚丙烯酸等作為主成分的墨水接收層。此種表面處理步驟不僅導致成本上升,而且步驟增加,因此生產所需的時間亦必須多。進而,當藉由含有
溶劑的塗料的塗佈來進行表面處理時,需要將含有的溶劑去除的步驟,於溶劑為有機溶劑的情況下,對於環境的負荷亦增大。另一方面,亦報告有如下的噴墨用記錄媒體,其於膜表面設置微多孔,藉由該微多孔吸收墨水而使墨水固著來代替塗佈墨水接受劑(例如,參照專利文獻5)。但是,因需要延伸步驟、或微多孔對光進行漫反射,故通常膜變成白色,於要求透明性的領域中有時用途受到限制。

本發明是鑒於如上所述的問題而完成的發明,其課題在於提供一種噴墨墨水用記錄媒體及其印刷物,該噴墨墨水用記錄媒體即便不進行將先前的塑膠膜用作基材時所必需的表面處理或延伸步驟,與墨水的密接性亦良好、且不產生噴墨印刷後的剝落等問題。
本發明者等人為了解決上述課題而努力研究的結果,發現藉由將具有層(A)的單層或多層的膜(I)用作噴墨記錄媒體,可解決上述課題,從而完成了本發明,上述層(A)含有環狀聚烯烴系樹脂(a1)及/或酸改質聚烯烴系
樹脂(a2)。
即,本發明提供一種印刷物、其製造方法以及適合於製造該印刷物的噴墨用記錄媒體,該印刷物的特徵在於:其是於具有層(A)的單層或多層的膜(I)中的層(A)上實施噴墨印刷而形成,上述層(A)含有環狀聚烯烴系樹脂(a1)及/或酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂(a2)。
藉由本發明所獲得的噴墨印刷物是可藉由在塑膠膜上直接實施噴墨印刷而簡便地獲得的噴墨印刷物。對應於作為目標的性能(透明性、剛性、加工性等)或用途(包裝材、海報、標籤等),將該膜多層化並選擇其層構成,藉此可容易地變更設計,通用性優異。所獲得的印刷物因墨水與膜的密接性良好,故即便長期保存,亦不會產生印刷部分的剝落等,可直接使用,或者亦可對該印刷物進行二次加工,而使其變成袋狀等。
作為本發明的噴墨印刷物的支撐體來發揮功能的塑膠膜至少具有含有環狀聚烯烴系樹脂(a1)及/或酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂(a2)的層(A)。該層(A)具有作為支撐體的功能,同時亦作為與墨水的易黏著層發揮功能。再者,於本發明中,所謂「作為主成分」,是指相對於形成層的樹脂組成物總量,含有80質量%以上的該特定的樹脂,較佳為85質量%以上為特定的樹脂。又,於本發明中,所謂「含有」,是指相對於形成層的樹脂組成物總量,含有1質量%
以上的該特定的樹脂,較佳為20質量%以上為特定的樹脂。
作為上述環狀聚烯烴系樹脂(a1),例如可列舉:降莰烯系聚合物、乙烯基脂環式烴聚合物、環狀共軛二烯聚合物等。該些之中,較佳為降莰烯系聚合物。另外,作為降莰烯系聚合物,可列舉降莰烯系單體的開環聚合物(以下,稱為「COP(Cyclic Olefin Polymer)」)、使降莰烯系單體與乙烯等烯烴共聚而成的降莰烯系共聚物(以下,稱為「COC(Cyclic Olefin Copolymer)」)等。進而,特佳為COP及COC的氫化物。另外,環狀烯烴系樹脂的重量平均分子量較佳為5,000~500,000,更佳為7,000~300,000。
成為上述降莰烯系聚合物的原料的降莰烯系單體是具有降莰烯環的脂環族系單體。作為此種降莰烯系單體,例如可列舉:降莰烯、四環十二烯、亞乙基降莰烯、乙烯基降莰烯、亞乙基四環十二烯、二環戊二烯、二橋亞甲基四氫茀、苯基降莰烯、甲氧基羰基降莰烯、甲氧基羰基四環十二烯等。該些降莰烯系單體可單獨使用,亦可併用2種以上。
上述降莰烯系共聚物是使上述降莰烯系單體與可進行共聚的烯烴共聚而成者,作為此種烯烴,例如可列舉:乙烯、丙烯、1-丁烯等具有2個~20個碳原子的烯烴;環丁烯、環戊烯、環己烯等環烯烴;1,4-己二烯等非共軛二烯等。該些烯烴分別可單獨使用,亦可併用2種以上。
作為可用作上述環狀聚烯烴系樹脂(a1)的市售品,
作為降莰烯系單體的開環聚合物(COP),例如可列舉日本瑞翁(Zeon)股份有限公司製造的「ZEONOR」等,作為降莰烯系共聚物(COC),例如可列舉三井化學股份有限公司製造的「Apel」、寶理塑膠(Polyplastics)公司製造的「TOPAS」等。
就可容易地提高所獲得的單層膜或多層膜(記錄媒體)(I)的表面處理度的觀點、以及與噴墨墨水的密接性的觀點而言,環狀聚烯烴系樹脂(a1)相對於形成層(A)的樹脂成分的含有率較佳為50質量%以上,特佳為80質量%以上。
另外,就所獲得的膜(I)的剛性的觀點而言,上述環狀聚烯烴樹脂(a1)的玻璃轉移點(Tg)較佳為60℃以上。當如後述般,為了進一步使易剝離性等顯現而使將聚烯烴系樹脂(b)作為主成分的層(B)積層來製成多層的膜(I)時,就可利用共擠出積層法來製造的觀點、及容易以工業方式獲得原料的觀點而言,Tg較佳為200℃以下。特別理想的是70℃~180℃。作為具有此種Tg的環狀聚烯烴系樹脂(a1),較佳為降莰烯系單體的含有比率為30質量%~90質量%的範圍,更佳為40質量%~90質量%,進而更佳為50質量%~85質量%。若含有比率處於該範圍內,則膜的剛性、加工穩定性提昇。再者,本發明中的玻璃轉移點、熔點是藉由示差掃描熱量測定(Differential Scanning Calorimetry,DSC)所測定的值。
另一方面,高玻璃轉移點(Tg)的降莰烯系共聚物亦
存在拉伸強度低、極其容易斷開、容易破裂的情況,因此考慮到成膜時.切開時的抽取適應性或捲取適應性、或者與熱密封強度的平衡,將高Tg品與具有未滿100℃的玻璃轉移點的低Tg品摻合亦較佳。另外,就包裝機械特性(製袋及填充物品時於密封面不產生皺折或收縮、自熱密封部不產生針孔等的觀點)而言,較佳為製成積層有將如後述般的聚烯烴系樹脂(b)作為主成分的層(B)的多層的膜(I)。
尤其,當要對剛性過高,容易因輸送時的下落而破裂.破袋,或用作包裝體時的密封起始溫度變得過高,或熱密封之後的強度維持(熱黏性)等加以改善時,藉由調配Tg未滿100℃的COC,亦可提昇落袋強度或包裝機械適應性。另外,調配與COC的相容性良好、且不含環狀結構的聚烯烴系樹脂,或者具有低熔點或低Tg的橡膠系彈性體樹脂等亦有效。
本發明中的層(A)亦可為含有酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂(a2)的層。作為酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂(a2)的主成分的烯烴成分並無特別限定,但較佳為乙烯、丙烯、異丁烯、2-丁烯、1-丁烯、1-戊烯、1-己烯等碳數為2~6的烯,亦可使用該些的混合物。其中,更佳為乙烯、丙烯、異丁烯、1-丁烯等碳數為2~4的烯,進而更佳為乙烯、丙烯,最佳為乙烯。另外,酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂(a2)必須含有(甲基)丙烯酸酯成分。作為(甲基)丙烯酸酯成分,可列舉:(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸丙酯、(甲
基)丙烯酸丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸辛酯、(甲基)丙烯酸癸酯、(甲基)丙烯酸月桂酯、(甲基)丙烯酸十二酯、(甲基)丙烯酸硬脂基脂等。就獲得的容易性與黏著性的觀點而言,更佳為(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸己酯,進而更佳為丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯。另外,(甲基)丙烯酸酯成分只要與上述烯烴成分進行共聚即可,其形態並無限定,作為共聚的狀態,例如可列舉:無規共聚、嵌段共聚、接枝共聚(接枝改質)等。(再者,所謂「(甲基)丙烯酸~」,是指「丙烯酸~或甲基丙烯酸~」)。具體而言,例如作為乙烯-(甲基)丙烯酸酯共聚物,可列舉Elvaloy(商品名:三井杜邦聚合化學(Du Pont-Mitsui Polychemicals)股份有限公司製造)、Acryft(商品名:住友化學股份有限公司製造)等。該些可單獨使用1種,亦可將2種以上混合使用。
另外,酸改質聚烯烴樹脂(a2)亦可為藉由不飽和羧酸成分進行酸改質而成者。作為不飽和羧酸成分,除丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、順丁烯二酸、順丁烯二酸酐、衣康酸、衣康酸酐、反丁烯二酸、巴豆酸等以外,可列舉不飽和二羧酸的半酯、半醯胺等。其中,較佳為丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、順丁烯二酸、順丁烯二酸酐,特佳為丙烯酸、順丁烯二酸酐。另外,不飽和羧酸成分只要與上述烯烴成分進行共聚即可,其形態並無限定,作為共聚的狀態,例如可列舉:無規共聚、嵌段共聚、接枝共聚(接枝改質)等。具體而言,例如作為乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物,可列舉Nucrel(商
品名:三井杜邦聚合化學股份有限公司製造)等。作為乙烯-(甲基)丙烯酸酯-順丁烯二酸酐共聚物,可列舉Bondine(商品名:東京材料股份有限公司製造)等。該些可單獨使用1種,亦可將2種以上混合使用。
作為上述酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂(a2)的酸改質率,就與噴墨墨水的密接性、捲取膜(I)進行保管時的黏連的抑制、印刷後的皺折等外觀不良的抑制等的平衡優異的觀點而言,較佳為使用酸改質率為0.5%~40%者,更佳為0.5%~35%,特佳為0.5%~30%。
本發明中的層(A)除上述酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂(a2)以外,亦可進而併用其他樹脂。尤其,就可容易地與酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂(a2)混合,且於如後述般,製成進而具有將聚烯烴系樹脂(b)作為主成分的層(B)的多層的膜(I)時,層(A)與層(B)容易藉由共擠出來製造的觀點而言,較佳為併用聚烯烴系樹脂。此時,於形成層(A)的樹脂成分100質量份中,較佳為含有20質量份以上,特佳為含有50質量份以上的上述酸改質烯烴系樹脂(a2)。
另外,作為本發明中的層(A),亦可併用上述環狀聚烯烴系樹脂(a1)與酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂(a2),此時,就與墨水的密接性更優異的觀點而言,較佳為於形成層(A)的樹脂成分100質量份中,作為上述環狀聚烯烴系樹脂(a1)與上述酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂(a2)的合計質量,含有50質量份以上。
於樹脂層(A)中,作為可與環狀聚烯烴系樹脂(a1)
或酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂(a2)併用的聚烯烴系樹脂,可列舉碳數為2~6的α-烯烴的均聚物或共聚物。共聚形式可為嵌段共聚物,亦可為無規共聚物。作為聚烯烴系樹脂,例如可列舉聚乙烯系樹脂或聚丙烯系樹脂等。
作為上述聚乙烯系樹脂,為了容易顯現用作包裝材時的高熱密封強度,另外,為了維持耐針孔性、或使後述的層(B)積層時的層間強度,較佳為密度為0.900 g/cm3~0.950 g/cm3的聚乙烯系樹脂,更佳為密度為0.905 g/cm3~0.945 g/cm3的聚乙烯系樹脂。
作為上述聚乙烯系樹脂,可列舉超低密度聚乙烯(Very Low Density Polyethylene,VLDPE)、線狀低密度聚乙烯(Linear Low Density Polyethylene,LLDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(Low Density Polyethylene,LDPE)等聚乙烯樹脂,或乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate,EVA)等,可單獨使用,亦可將2種以上混合使用。該些之中,就密封性、剛性、與墨水的密接性的平衡良好而言,較佳為VLDPE、LDPE、LLDPE、MLDPE。
作為LDPE,只要是藉由高壓自由基聚合法所獲得的分支狀低密度聚乙烯即可,較佳為利用高壓自由基聚合法使乙烯進行均聚而成的分支狀低密度聚乙烯。
LLDPE、MLDPE是藉由使用單點觸媒的低壓自由基聚合法,將乙烯單體作為主成分,使其與作為共聚單體的丁烯-1、己烯-1、辛烯-1、4-甲基戊烯等α-烯烴進行共聚而成者。作為LLDPE中的共聚單體含有率,較佳為0.5莫耳
%~20莫耳%的範圍,更佳為1莫耳%~18莫耳%的範圍。
作為上述單點觸媒,可列舉週期表第IV族或第V族過渡金屬的茂金屬化合物、與有機鋁化合物及/或離子性化合物的組合等茂金屬觸媒系等的各種單點觸媒。另外,單點觸媒因活性點均一,故與活性點不均一的多點觸媒相比,所獲得的樹脂的分子量分布變得尖銳,因此可獲得形成為膜時低分子量成分的析出少、密封強度的穩定性或耐黏連適應性優異的物性的樹脂,故較佳。
如上所述,聚乙烯系樹脂的密度較佳為0.900 g/cm3~0.950 g/cm3。若密度為該範圍,則具有適度的剛性,熱密封強度或耐針孔性等機械強度亦優異,膜成膜性、擠出適應性提昇。另外,熔點通常較佳為60℃~130℃的範圍,更佳為70℃~125℃。若熔點為該範圍,則加工穩定性或與上述環狀聚烯烴系樹脂(a1)、酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂(a2)混合使用時的擠出加工性提昇。另外,上述聚乙烯系樹脂的熔融流動速率(以下,稱為「190℃的MFR(Melt Flow Rate)」,依據JIS K7210:1999,以190℃、21.18 N進行測定所得的值)較佳為2 g/10 min~20 g/10 min,更佳為3 g/10 min~10 g/10 min。若190℃的MFR為該範圍,則膜的擠出成形性提昇。
此種聚乙烯系樹脂與上述環狀聚烯烴系樹脂(a1)、酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂(a2)的相容性亦良好,因此亦可維持作為膜(I)的透明性。另外,亦可不使用黏著性樹脂等,而保持層(A)與後述的層(B)的層間黏著強度,亦具有
柔軟性,因此耐針孔性亦變得良好。進而,當要提昇耐針孔性時,較佳為使用LLDPE、MLDPE。
另外,作為上述聚丙烯系樹脂,例如可列舉:丙烯均聚物,丙烯.α-烯烴無規共聚物,例如丙烯-乙烯共聚物、丙烯-丁烯-1共聚物、丙烯-乙烯-丁烯-1共聚物,茂金屬觸媒系聚丙烯等。該些可分別單獨使用,亦可併用。理想的是丙烯-α-烯烴無規共聚物,特佳為利用茂金屬觸媒進行聚合而成的丙烯.α-烯烴無規聚合物。當使用該些聚丙烯系樹脂時,膜的耐熱性提昇,並可提高軟化溫度,因此亦可用作100℃以下的沸騰填充或熱填充、或者100℃以上的殺菌釜殺菌等蒸氣.高壓加熱殺菌特性優異的包裝材。
另外,該些聚丙烯系樹脂較佳為230℃的MFR為0.5 g/10 min~30.0 g/10 min、熔點為110℃~165℃的聚丙烯系樹脂,更佳為230℃的MFR為2.0 g/10 min~15.0 g/10 min、熔點為115℃~162℃的聚丙烯系樹脂。若MFR及熔點為該範圍,則熱密封時的膜的收縮少,進而,膜的成膜性亦提昇。
另外,如上所述,當將本發明的印刷物用作包裝材時,為了提昇熱密封性、或進而賦予易開封性等,亦可製成如下的多層的膜(I),其於含有環狀聚烯烴系樹脂(a1)及/或酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂的層(A)上,進而積層將聚烯烴系樹脂(b)作為主成分的層(B)而形成。
作為可用於上述層(B)的聚烯烴系樹脂(b),可列舉碳數為2~6的α-烯烴的均聚物或共聚物。共聚形式可
為嵌段共聚物,亦可為無規共聚物。另外,作為聚烯烴系樹脂(b),就記錄後的成形時的外觀的保持、膜本身的翹曲的抑制的觀點而言,較佳為使用其熔點為110℃以上的聚烯烴系樹脂。
作為上述聚烯烴系樹脂(b),例如可使用作為聚丙烯系樹脂(b-1)、聚乙烯系樹脂(b-2)等而為人所知的任何樹脂。例如作為聚丙烯系樹脂(b-1),可列舉:丙烯均聚物、丙烯-乙烯共聚物、丙烯-丁烯-1共聚物、丙烯-乙烯-丁烯-1共聚物、乙烯-丙烯嵌段共聚物、茂金屬觸媒系聚丙烯等。該些可單獨使用,亦可併用2種以上。於將實施噴墨印刷前的噴墨墨水用記錄媒體捲取成輥狀,並長時間保管的情況下,就防止黏連的觀點而言,較佳為使用結晶性的丙烯系樹脂。再者,於本案中,所謂結晶性,是指於DSC(示差掃描熱量測定)中在95℃~250℃的範圍內具有0.5 J/g以上的波峰。
另外,上述聚丙烯系樹脂(b-1)較佳為230℃的MFR為0.5 g/10 min~30.0 g/10 min、熔點為120℃~165℃的聚丙烯系樹脂,更佳為230℃的MFR為2.0 g/10 min~15.0 g/10 min、熔點為125℃~162℃的聚丙烯系樹脂。若MFR及熔點為該範圍,則即便於對印刷物進行加熱成形等的情況下,膜的收縮亦少,因此可保持印刷面的外觀,並且亦不產生媒體本身的翹曲,製成共擠出多層膜時的成膜性亦提昇。另外,密度較佳為0.890 g/cm3~0.910 g/cm3,更佳為0.895 g/cm3~0.905 g/cm3。
另外,尤其於使用丙烯-乙烯嵌段共聚物的情況下,表面被改質成梨表面狀,可抑制將多層膜捲取成輥狀時的皺折的產生,另外,可減輕以輥狀保管時的黏連。此處,丙烯-乙烯嵌段共聚物是使丙烯與乙烯進行嵌段聚合而成的樹脂,例如可列舉於丙烯均聚物的存在下,進行乙烯的聚合、或乙烯及丙烯的聚合而獲得的丙烯-乙烯嵌段共聚物等。
另外,若將結晶性丙烯系樹脂與乙烯.丙烯橡膠(以下,稱為「EPR(Ethylene-Propylene Rubber)」)的混合樹脂用於層(B),則可容易地將層(B)的表面改質成梨表面狀。作為此時所使用的結晶性丙烯系樹脂,較佳為通用性高的丙烯均聚物。另一方面,作為此時所使用的EPR,就使膜表面形成凹凸,可將表面改質成梨表面狀的觀點而言,較佳為重量平均分子量為40萬~100萬的範圍的EPR,更佳為50萬~80萬的範圍。另外,就可將膜表面均質地改質成梨表面狀的觀點而言,較佳為混合樹脂中的EPR的含有率為5質量%~35質量%的範圍。就容易進行擠出加工的觀點而言,較佳為該結晶性丙烯系聚合物與EPR的混合樹脂的230℃的MFR為0.5 g/10 min~15 g/10 min的範圍。再者,上述EPR的重量平均分子量是利用凝膠滲透層析法(Gel Permeation Chromatography,GPC)對如下的成分進行計算而求出的重量平均分子量,該成分是將鄰二氯苯用作溶劑,於40℃下利用交叉分級法對該混合樹脂進行萃取而得的成分。另外,上述混合樹脂中的EPR
的含有率是根據將鄰二氯苯用作溶劑,於40℃下利用交叉分級法對該混合樹脂進行萃取而得的EPR的萃取量所求出的含有率。
上述結晶性丙烯系樹脂與EPR的混合樹脂的製造方法並無特別限制,作為具體例,例如可列舉:分別使用戚格勒型觸媒,並藉由溶液聚合法、漿液聚合法、氣相聚合法等來製造丙烯均聚物與乙烯.丙烯橡膠後,利用混合機將兩者混合的方法;或藉由2階段聚合法,於第1階段生成丙烯均聚物後,於第2階段在該聚合物的存在下生成EPR的方法等。
上述戚格勒型觸媒是所謂的戚格勒.納他觸媒,可列舉將含鈦化合物等過渡金屬化合物、或藉由使鎂化合物等載體承載過渡金屬化合物而獲得的載體承載觸媒、與有機鋁化合物等有機金屬化合物的促進劑組合而成者等。
作為上述聚乙烯系樹脂(b-2),可列舉中密度聚乙烯(Medium Density Polyethylene,MDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(High Density Polyethylene,HDPE)等,較佳為密度為0.92 g/cm3~0.97 g/cm3。若密度為該範圍,則具有適度的剛性,膜成膜性、擠出適應性提昇。另外,聚乙烯系樹脂(b-2)的190℃的MFR較佳為2 g/10 min~20 g/10 min,更佳為3 g/10 min~10 g/10 min。若MFR為該範圍,則膜的擠出成形性提昇,可抑制將多層膜捲取成輥狀時容易引起的皺折的產生,且自輥狀的抽出性優異。進而,該些聚乙烯系樹脂(b-2)較佳為熔點為110℃~135℃的聚乙烯
系樹脂,更佳為熔點為115℃~130℃的聚乙烯系樹脂。若熔點為該範圍,則即便於因印刷後的成形等而增溫的情況下,膜的收縮亦少,因此可保持記錄面的外觀,另外,可抑制膜本身的翹曲。該些聚乙烯系樹脂可單獨使用,亦可併用2種以上。
作為將聚烯烴系樹脂(b)作為主成分的層(B),可為單層,亦可為具有2層以上的多層構成的層。就剛性或耐熱性更優異、對印刷物進行二次加工時的加工性優異的觀點而言,較佳為將聚丙烯系樹脂(b-1)作為主體的單層或多層構成的膜。另外,例如於將印刷物用作包裝體的情況下,藉由將印刷面的相反面的最表層設為如日本專利特開2006-213065號公報中所記載的熱密封層,可製成易開封性的袋,上述熱密封層含有將1-丁烯與丙烯作為必需成分而成的1-丁烯系共聚物、及將丙烯與乙烯作為必需成分而成的共聚物而形成。另外,同様地於用作蓋材的情況下,藉由設為如日本專利特開2004-75181號公報或日本專利特開2008-80543號公報中所記載的多層構成,可製成具有易開封性者。
另外,藉由於層(B)上[與上述層(A)相反的面]設置黏著劑層,亦可製成可貼附於招牌、車輛等上的噴墨印刷物(標籤)。黏著劑的種類並無特別限定,例如可列舉:天然橡膠系、合成橡膠系、丙烯酸系、胺基甲酸酯系、乙烯基醚系、矽酮系、醯胺系及苯乙烯系黏著劑,苯乙烯系彈性體,烯烴系彈性體等。於上述黏著劑層中,以黏著特
性的控制等為目的,視需要可調配例如α-蒎烯或β-蒎烯聚合物、二萜烯(diterpene)聚合物、α-蒎烯.苯酚共聚物等萜烯系樹脂,脂肪族系或芳香族系、脂肪族.芳香族共聚物系等的烴系樹脂,其他松香系樹脂或薰草酮-茚(coumarone-indene)系樹脂,(烷基)酚系樹脂或二甲苯系樹脂等適當的黏著賦予劑。該些之中,於製造週期方面,較佳為當利用共擠出法將層(A)與層(B)積層時,同時藉由共擠出而使黏著層積層於層(A)的相反面的層(B)上的方法。
於上述各層(A)、層(B)中,在無損本發明的目的之範圍內,視需要可添加防霧劑、抗靜電劑、熱穩定劑、成核劑、抗氧化劑、潤滑劑、抗黏連劑、脫模劑、紫外線吸收劑、著色劑等成分。尤其,為了賦予膜成形時的加工適應性或將印刷物作為包裝材時的包裝適應性,表面的摩擦係數為1.5以下,其中,較佳為1.0以下,因此較佳為向相當於膜的表面層的層中適宜添加潤滑劑或抗黏連劑、或抗靜電劑。
作為本發明的膜(I)的厚度,可根據印刷物的用途而適宜設定,例如,當作為包裝材(袋或蓋材)時為20 μm~50 μm,當作為標籤或海報時,較佳為製成多層的膜,此時較佳為70 μm~1000 μm的範圍。
另外,作為製成多層的膜(I)時的層(B)的厚度對於層(A)、層(B)的合計厚度的比例,就可確保與後述的噴墨墨水的密接性的觀點而言,較佳為5%~85%的範
圍,特佳為10%~40%的範圍,作為層(B)的厚度,當作為包裝材(袋或蓋材)時,較佳為2 μm~30 μm的範圍。
於多層的膜(I)的情況下,作為將上述層(A)與層(B)積層的方法,較佳為使層(A)與層(B)鄰接後積層的共擠出積層成形法,例如,較佳為藉由使用2台以上的擠出機進行熔融擠出的共擠出多層模具法、分流器法(feed block method)等各種共擠出法,於熔融狀態下將層(A)與層(B)積層後,利用膨脹、T字模.冷卻輥法等方法加工成長尺寸捲膜的方法,更佳為使用T字模的共擠出法。
另外,當製造多層膜時,理想的是於加熱下或惰性氣體的環境下,利用電暈放電或電漿放電等連續地對層(A)表面實施表面處理。作為表面處理度,為了進一步提高與噴墨墨水的密接性,較佳為將層(A)表面處理成40 dyne/cm以上。處理方法並無特別限定,但理想的是於加熱下或惰性氣體的環境下,利用電暈放電或電漿放電等連續地對層(A)表面實施表面處理。
作為電暈處理的方法,並無特別限定,例如可藉由日本專利特公昭39-12838號、日本專利特開昭47-19824號、日本專利特開昭48-28067號、日本專利特開昭52-42114號的各公報等中所記載的處理方法來進行。電暈放電處理裝置可使用皮拉(Pillar)公司製造的固態電暈處理機、LEPEL型表面處理機、VETAPHON型處理機等。處理可於空氣中的常壓下進行。處理時的放電頻率為5 kV~40
kV,更佳為10 kV~30 kV,波形較佳為交流正弦波。電極與介電體輥的對縫間隙(gap clearance)為0.1 mm~10 mm,更佳為1.0 mm~2.0 mm。放電是在設置於放電區域中的介電支撐輥的上方進行處理,處理量為0.34 kV.A.min/m2~0.4 kV.A.min/m2,更佳為0.344 kV.A.min/m2~0.38 kV.A.min/m2。
於本發明中,當使膜(I)的層(A)含有環狀聚烯烴系樹脂(a1)時,此種電暈處理中的處理度比對不具有環狀結構的聚烯烴系樹脂進行處理的情況更加提昇。關於處理度,例如可藉由利用潤濕試劑的表面張力的測定來判斷其高低,當使用環狀聚烯烴系樹脂(a1)時,容易變成40 dyne/cm以上,亦可變成50 dyne/cm以上。推斷電暈處理度高有助於與噴墨墨水的密接性的顯現,並且抑制印刷面的剝落,尤其於使用如後述般的水性墨水的情況下,較佳為先提高該處理度。通常,即便是作為提高了電暈處理度者而為人所知的聚酯膜,上限亦為45 dyne/cm左右,進而,其經時劣化大,難以長時間將表面處理度維持得高。使用環狀聚烯烴系樹脂(a1)的膜(I)的表面自電暈處理起的經時劣化非常少,亦可於作為膜(I)保存幾個月左右後實施噴墨印刷。
藉由本發明所獲得的印刷物是於上述所獲得的膜(I)的層(A)上進行噴墨印刷而成者。
本發明中所使用的噴墨墨水並無特別限定,可使用各
種噴墨墨水。於噴墨墨水中,已知有使用水或水與水溶性有機溶劑的混合溶劑作為主溶劑的水性墨水、使用有機溶劑作為主溶劑的非水系(油性)墨水、或不使用該些溶劑的紫外線(Ultraviolet,UV)硬化型墨水等,本發明中所使用的膜當然可使用對於塑膠膜的密接性良好的油性墨水、UV硬化型墨水,即便是通常會產生塌凹(crawling)等問題的水性墨水,亦顯示良好的密接性,因此可無問題地使用。
該些噴墨墨水中所使用的色材通常使用顏料或染料,但就印刷物的耐久性的觀點而言,較佳為使用顏料。作為染料,可列舉直接染料、酸性染料、食用染料、鹼性染料、反應性染料、分散染料、甕染料、可溶性甕染料、反應分散染料等通常用於噴墨記錄的各種染料。另外,作為顏料,可列舉:硫酸鋇、硫酸鉛、氧化鈦、黃色鉛、鐵丹、氧化鉻、碳黑等無機顏料,蒽醌系顏料、苝系顏料、雙偶氮系顏料、酞菁系顏料、異吲哚啉系顏料、二噁嗪系顏料、喹吖啶酮系顏料、紫環酮(perinone)系顏料、苯并咪唑酮系顏料等。可單獨使用該些色材、或將該些色材混合使用。
於通用的彩色印刷中,使用利用黑色顏料、青色顏料、洋紅色顏料、及黃色顏料的黑色墨水、青色墨水、洋紅色墨水、及黃色墨水。
作為黑色顏料,較佳為使用耐光性優異、隱蔽力高的爐黑、燈黑、乙炔黑、槽黑等碳黑,鈦黑等。
進而,以下例示作為顏色的三原色的青色、洋紅色、及黃色的代表性的有機顏料之中,可適宜用於本發明的顏料。
作為青色的顏料,例如可列舉:C.I.顏料藍1、C.I.顏料藍2、C.I.顏料藍3、C.I.顏料藍15、C.I.顏料藍15:1、C.I.顏料藍15:3、C.I.顏料藍15:4、C.I.顏料藍16、C.I.顏料藍22、C.I.顏料藍60等。
作為洋紅色的顏料,例如可列舉:C.I.顏料紅5、C.I.顏料紅7、C.I.顏料紅12、C.I.顏料紅48、C.I.顏料紅48:1、C.I.顏料紅57、C.I.顏料紅112、C.I.顏料紅122、C.I.顏料紅123、C.I.顏料紅146、C.I.顏料紅168、C.I.顏料紅184、C.I.顏料紅202、C.I.顏料紫19等。
作為黃色的顏料,例如可列舉:C.I.顏料黃1、C.I.顏料黃2、C.I.顏料黃3、C.I.顏料黃12、C.I.顏料黃13、C.I.顏料黃14、C.I.顏料黃16、C.I.顏料黃17、C.I.顏料黃73、C.I.顏料黃74、C.I.顏料黃75、C.I.顏料黃83、C.I.顏料黃93、C.I.顏料黃95、C.I.顏料黃97、C.I.顏料黃98、C.I.顏料黃109、C.I.顏料黃114、C.I.顏料黃128、C.I.顏料黃129、C.I.顏料黃138、C.I.顏料黃151、C.I.顏料黃154、C.I.顏料黃155等。
上述顏料的粒徑較佳為一次粒徑處於1 nm~500 nm的範圍內,更佳為20 nm~200 nm的範圍。另外,分散於媒體中後的顏料的粒徑較佳為處於10 nm~300 nm的範圍內,更佳為50 nm~150 nm的範圍。顏料的一次粒徑的測
定可藉由電子顯微鏡、或者利用氣體或溶質的吸附法、空氣流通法、X射線小角度散射法等來進行。分散後的顏料粒徑的測定可藉由離心沈澱方式、雷射繞射方式(光散射方式)、發射光譜分析(Emission Spectrum Analysis,ESA)方式、毛細管方式、電子顯微鏡方式等來進行。
水性墨水中所使用的水理想的是經過離子交換、蒸餾等精製步驟後的純水或超純水。另外,作為水溶性有機溶劑,例如可使用:丙酮、甲基乙基酮、甲基丁基酮、甲基異丁基酮等酮類;甲醇、乙醇、2-丙醇、2-甲基-1-丙醇、1-丁醇、2-甲氧基乙醇等醇類;四氫呋喃、1,4-二噁烷、1,2-二甲氧基乙烷等醚類;二甲基甲醯胺、N-甲基吡咯啶酮、2-吡咯啶酮、LEG-1、甘油、二乙二醇、三羥甲基丙烷及/或其同類。
水性墨水是使上述顏料等色材分散於上述水或水與水溶性有機溶劑的混合溶劑中而獲得,但通常使用分散用樹脂來使顏料分散。作為用以使顏料分散的攪拌.分散裝置,例如可使用:超音波均質機、高壓均質機、塗料振盪機、球磨機、珠磨機、輥磨機、砂磨機、砂粉碎機、臥式砂磨機(Dyno Mill)、高速分散機(Dispermat)、SC磨機、奈米化機(Nanomizer)等各種分散機。另外,以皮膜形成或與膜的黏著性為目的,亦可使用黏合劑樹脂。上述分散用樹脂與黏合劑樹脂可使用相同的樹脂,亦可併用多種。通常,使用水溶性或水分散性的胺基甲酸酯樹脂、丙烯酸樹
脂、聚酯樹脂等。另外,視需要添加乾燥抑制劑、滲透劑、界面活性劑或其他添加劑來製備。亦可事先製作高濃度的顏料分散液(研磨基料(mill base)),然後適宜進行稀釋,並加入添加劑來製備。
較佳為於水性墨水中含有具有極性基的樹脂。本發明中所使用的具有極性基的樹脂例如可列舉:動物膠(animal glue)、明膠、、白蛋白等蛋白質類,阿拉伯膠、黃蓍膠(tragacanth gum)等天然橡膠類,等葡萄糖苷類,海藻酸(alginic acid)及海藻酸丙二醇酯、海藻酸三乙醇胺、海藻酸銨等海藻酸衍生物,甲基纖維素、羧甲基纖維素、羥乙基纖維素、乙基羥乙基纖維素等纖維素衍生物等天然高分子;或者聚乙烯醇類,聚乙烯吡咯啶酮類,聚丙烯酸、丙烯酸-丙烯腈共聚物、丙烯酸鉀-丙烯腈共聚物、乙酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸酯共聚物、丙烯酸-丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物等丙烯酸系樹脂,苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物、苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物、苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸-丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物、苯乙烯-α-甲基苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物、苯乙烯-α-甲基苯乙烯-丙烯酸-丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物等苯乙烯-丙烯酸樹脂,苯乙烯-順丁烯二酸,苯乙烯-順丁烯二酸酐,乙烯基萘-丙烯酸共聚物,乙烯基萘-順丁烯二酸共聚物,乙酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚物、乙酸乙烯酯-脂肪酸乙烯酯乙烯共聚物、乙酸乙烯酯順丁烯二酸酯共聚物、乙酸乙烯酯巴豆酸共聚物、乙酸乙烯酯丙烯酸共聚物等乙酸乙烯酯系共聚物及該些的鹽等合成高分子。
該些之中,尤其較佳為具有羧基(較佳為鹽的形態)的高分子化合物(例如上述苯乙烯-丙烯酸樹脂、苯乙烯-順丁烯二酸、苯乙烯-順丁烯二酸酐、乙烯基萘-丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯基萘-順丁烯二酸共聚物、乙酸乙烯酯丙烯酸共聚物)、具有疏水性基的單體與具有親水性基的單體的共聚物、以及包含兼具疏水性基與親水性基的單體的聚合物。作為上述鹽,較佳為與鹼金屬、二乙胺、氨、乙胺、三乙胺、丙胺、異丙胺、二丙胺、丁胺、異丁胺、三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、胺基甲基丙醇、嗎啉等的鹽。該些共聚物較佳為重量平均分子量為3,000~300,000,更佳為10,000~250,000。
另外,使用上述高分子變成微粒子狀後分散於水中而成的水分散體亦較佳。該些水分散體可對包含丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸等上述酸單體的合成高分子適宜進行中和而獲得。酸單體的含量較佳為設為所有單體的1重量%~15重量%,從而可提供於比較長的時間內比較穩定、對於凝聚具有耐受性的噴墨墨水。
另外,該些微粒子亦可進行交聯。例如,藉由將所有單體的0.1質量%~3質量%設為二官能以上的交聯性單體,可製成具有交聯結構的微粒子。若過於大量地使用交聯性單體,則存在發生膠化的可能性,因此較佳為以不超過3質量%的方式使用。
關於此種水分散體的較佳例,例如可列舉對使用苯乙烯、碳原子數為1~8的(甲基)丙烯酸酯、乙二醇二(甲基)
丙烯酸酯、及(甲基)丙烯酸等的合成高分子適宜進行中和而成的水分散體。
上述具有極性基的樹脂的分子量換算成重量平均分子量後較佳為10,000~2,000,000的範圍,更佳為20,000~250,000的範圍。若重量平均分子量低於20,000,則有時墨水的保存穩定性變差。若重量平均分子量高於250,000,則有時會影響墨水噴出性,而容易產生堵塞等。另外,玻璃轉移溫度較佳為-20℃~+30℃的範圍。另外,上述微粒子的粒徑為20 nm~500 nm的範圍,更佳為100 nm~300 nm的範圍,可獲得噴出性無問題的墨水。
此處,粒徑的測定可藉由離心沈澱方式、雷射繞射方式(光散射方式)、ESA方式、毛細管方式、電子顯微鏡方式等來進行。較佳為藉由利用動態光散射法的Microtrac UPA的測定。
為了適宜調整表面張力,於水性墨水中可添加界面活性劑或低表面張力有機溶劑。界面活性劑並無特別限定,可列舉各種陰離子性界面活性劑、非離子性界面活性劑、陽離子性界面活性劑、兩性界面活性劑等,該些之中,較佳為陰離子性界面活性劑、非離子性界面活性劑。
作為陰離子性界面活性劑,例如可列舉烷基苯磺酸鹽,烷基苯基磺酸鹽,烷基萘磺酸鹽,高級脂肪酸鹽,高級脂肪酸酯的硫酸酯鹽,高級脂肪酸酯的磺酸鹽,高級醇醚的硫酸酯鹽及磺酸鹽,高級烷基磺酸基丁二酸鹽,聚氧
乙烯烷基醚羧酸鹽,聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸鹽,烷基磷酸鹽,聚氧乙烯烷基醚磷酸鹽等,作為該些的具體例,可列舉十二烷基苯磺酸鹽、異丙基萘磺酸鹽、單丁基苯基苯酚單磺酸鹽、單丁基聯苯基磺酸鹽、二丁基苯基苯酚二磺酸鹽等。
作為非離子性界面活性劑,例如可列舉聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯烷基苯醚、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、去水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯去水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨醇脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯甘油脂肪酸酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯烷基胺、聚氧乙烯脂肪醯胺、脂肪酸烷醇醯胺、烷基烷醇醯胺、乙炔二醇、乙炔二醇的氧乙烯加成物、聚乙二醇聚丙二醇嵌段共聚合物、烷基苯酚乙氧基化合物類等,該些之中,較佳為聚氧乙烯壬基苯醚、聚氧乙烯辛基苯醚、聚氧乙烯十二烷基苯醚、聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、去水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯去水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪酸烷醇醯胺、乙炔二醇、乙炔二醇的氧乙烯加成物、聚乙二醇聚丙二醇嵌段共聚合物、烷基苯酚乙氧基化合物類。
作為其他界面活性劑,亦可使用如聚矽氧烷氧乙烯加成物般的矽系界面活性劑;如全氟烷基羧酸鹽、全氟烷基磺酸鹽、氧乙烯全氟烷基醚般的氟系界面活性劑;如刺孢青黴酸(spiculisporic acid)、鼠李醣酯(rhamnolipid)、溶血卵磷脂(lysolecithin)般的生物界面活性劑等。
該些界面活性劑可單獨使用,另外,亦可將2種以上混合使用。另外,若考慮界面活性劑的溶解穩定性等,則
其親水親油平衡值(Hydrophile Lipophile Balance,HLB)較佳為7~20的範圍。
作為市售的氟系界面活性劑,可列舉:Novec FC-4430、Novec FC-4432(以上,住友3M(Sumitomo 3M)製造),Zonyl FSO-100、Zonyl FSN-100、Zonyl FS-300、Zonyl FSO(以上,杜邦(Dupont)製造),Eftop EF-122A、Eftop EF-351、Eftop 352801、Eftop 802(三菱材料(Jemco)製造),Megafac F-470、Megafac F-1405、Megafac F474、Megafac F-444(迪愛生(DIC)製造),Surflon S-111、Surflon S-112、Surflon S-113、Surflon S121、Surflon S131、Surflon S132、Surflon S-141、Surflon S-145(旭硝子製造),Ftergent系列(尼歐斯(Neos)製造),Fluorad FC系列(明尼蘇達礦業與製造公司(Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company)製造),Monflor(帝國化學工業(Imperial Chemical Industries)製造),Licowet VPF系列(赫斯特-法勃(Farbwerke Hoechst)製造)。
作為矽系界面活性劑,可列舉:KF-351A、KF-642、Olfine PD-501、Olfine PD-502、Olfine PD-570(信越化學工業製造),BYK347、BYK348(畢克化學(日本)(BYK-Chemie Japan)製造)等。
作為聚氧乙烯烷基醚系活性劑,可列舉:BT系列(日光化學(Nikko Chemicals)),Nonipol系列(三洋化成),D-系列、P-系列(竹本油脂),EMALEX DAPE系列(日本乳化(Nihon Emulsion)),Pegnol系列(東邦化學工業)。作
為聚乙二醇烷基酯系,可列舉Pegnol(東邦化學工業)。
作為乙炔二醇系界面活性劑,可列舉:Olfine E1010、STG、Y(以上,日信化學公司製造),Surfynol 104、Surfynol 82、Surfynol 420、Surfynol 440、Surfynol 465、Surfynol 485、Surfynol TG(空氣化工產品公司(Air Products and Chemicals Inc.)製造)。
另外,亦可使用低表面張力有機溶劑。例如,作為二醇醚化合物,可列舉二乙二醇單(碳數為1~8的烷基)醚、三乙二醇單(碳數為1~8的烷基)醚、丙二醇單(碳數為1~6的烷基)醚、二丙二醇單(碳數為1~6的烷基)醚,可使用1種上述低表面張力有機溶劑、或使用2種以上的混合物。
具體而言,可列舉:乙二醇單甲醚、乙二醇單乙醚、乙二醇單-異丙醚、乙二醇單丁醚、乙二醇單-第三丁醚、二乙二醇單甲醚、二乙二醇單乙醚、二乙二醇單丙醚、二乙二醇單-異丙醚、二乙二醇單丁醚、二乙二醇單-第三丁醚、二乙二醇單戊醚、二乙二醇單己醚、二乙二醇單庚醚、二乙二醇單辛醚、三乙二醇單甲醚、三乙二醇單乙醚、三乙二醇單丙醚、三乙二醇單丁醚、三乙二醇單戊醚、三乙二醇單己醚、三乙二醇單庚醚、三乙二醇單辛醚、丙二醇單甲醚、丙二醇單乙醚、丙二醇單丙醚、丙二醇單-異丙醚、丙二醇單丁醚、丙二醇單-第三丁醚、丙二醇單戊醚、丙二醇單己醚、二丙二醇單甲醚、二丙二醇單乙醚、二丙二醇單丙醚、二丙二醇單-異丙醚、二丙二醇單丁醚、二丙二醇

二醇醚或界面活性劑等可用於調整墨水的表面張力。具體而言,能夠以墨水的表面張力變成15 mN/m~30 mN/m以下的方式適宜添加,相對於墨水組成物,界面活性劑的添加量較佳為0.1質量%~10質量%左右的範圍,更佳為0.3質量%~2質量%。表面張力更佳為設為16 mN/m~28 mN/m的範圍,最佳為18 mN/m~25 mN/m的範圍。
進而,為了防止墨水的乾燥,於水性墨水中可同様地添加濕潤劑。以防止乾燥為目的之濕潤劑於墨水中的含量較佳為3質量%~50質量%。上述濕潤劑並無特別限定,但較佳為具有與水的混合性、可獲得噴墨列印機的噴墨頭的堵塞防止效果的濕潤劑。例如可列舉:甘油、乙二醇、二乙二醇、三乙二醇、分子量為2000以下的聚乙二醇、丙二醇、二丙二醇、三丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、異丙二醇、異丁二醇、1,2-丁二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇、1,5-戊二醇、1,2-己二醇、1,6-己二醇、2-甲基戊烷-2,4-二醇、1,2-庚二醇、1,2-壬二醇、1,2-辛二醇、1,2-己二醇、1,2-庚二醇、1,2-壬二醇、1,2-辛二醇等二醇化合物,1,4-丁二醇、1,3-丁二醇、赤蘚糖醇(meso-erythritol)、季戊四醇(pentaerythritol)、N-甲基-2-吡咯啶酮、N-羥乙基-2-吡咯啶酮、2-吡咯啶酮、1,3-二甲基咪唑啶酮、ε-己內醯胺等含氮雜環化合物等。其中,含有丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇會具有
安全性,且可看到墨水乾燥性、噴出性能優異的效果。
進而,為了改良對於作為被記錄媒體的膜的滲透性、或調整記錄媒體上的點徑,可向水性墨水中添加滲透劑。作為滲透劑,例如可列舉:乙醇、異丙醇等低級醇,乙二醇己醚或二乙二醇丁醚等烷基醇的環氧乙烷加成物,或丙二醇丙醚等烷基醇的環氧丙烷加成物等。墨水中的滲透劑的含量較佳為0.01質量%~10質量%。
此外,視需要可添加防腐劑、黏度調整劑、pH調整劑、螯合劑、塑化劑、抗氧化劑、紫外線吸收劑等。於本發明中,就可良好地進行噴墨印刷的觀點而言,更佳為使用25℃下的表面張力為15 mN/m~30 mN/m的範圍、且黏度為5 mPa.s以下的水性墨水。
水性墨水的製造方法並無任何限定。可添加上述顏料等色材、上述具有極性基的樹脂、水或水溶性有機溶劑、及視需要的界面活性劑等添加劑並進行分散而製成水性墨水,亦可事先製作顏料等色材的濃度高的研磨基料,進行稀釋並適宜加入添加劑而製成水性墨水。以下,對後者的製作研磨基料後製成水性墨水的方法進行說明。
作為研磨基料的製造方法,可列舉如下方法等:
(1)向含有顏料分散劑及水的水性媒體中添加色材後,利用攪拌.分散裝置使色材分散於該水性媒體中,藉此製備水性顏料分散液的方法。
(2)使用雙輥機、混合機等混煉機對色材、及顏料分散劑進行混煉,將所獲得的混煉物添加至含有水的水性媒體中,利用攪拌.分散裝置製備水性顏料分散液的方法。
(3)向使顏料分散劑溶解於如甲基乙基酮、四氫呋喃等的與水具有相容性的有機溶劑中而獲得的溶液中添加色材後,利用攪拌.分散裝置使白色顏料分散於有機溶液中,繼而利用水性媒體進行相轉變乳化後,餾去上述有機溶劑來製備水性顏料分散液的方法。
作為攪拌.分散裝置,例如可列舉超音波均質機、高壓均質機、塗料振盪機、球磨機、輥磨機、砂磨機、砂粉碎機、臥式砂磨機、高速分散機、SC磨機、奈米化機等,可單獨使用該些裝置中的1種,亦可將2種以上的裝置組合使用。
為了防止噴墨頭的堵塞等,油性墨水可較佳地使用以高沸點的溶劑為基礎的墨水。作為非極性的溶劑,可列舉:長鏈脂肪酸酯、植物油酯類、高級脂肪酸、植物油、烴類、高級醇類等。作為極性高的溶劑,可列舉:低級醇、二醇類、二醇醚類、二醇酯類、低級醇酯、吡咯啶酮類等。
作為非極性的溶劑,例如可列舉:油酸甲酯、油酸乙酯、油酸異丙酯、油酸異丁酯、亞麻油酸甲酯、亞麻油酸異丁酯、亞麻油酸乙酯、大豆油甲酯、大豆油異丁酯、亞麻子油丁酯、大豆油、亞麻子油、蓖麻油、新日本石油公司製造的「Nisseki Naphtesol H、No.0 Solvent H、Isosol
300、Isosol 400、AF-5、AF-6、AF-7」、埃克森美孚(Exxon Mobil)公司製造的「Exxol D80、Exxo1 D110、Exxol D130、Exxol D140」(均為商品名)、異肉豆蔻醇、異棕櫚醇、異硬脂醇、油醇、異壬酸、異肉豆蔻酸、十六烷酸、異棕櫚酸、油酸、異硬脂酸等。
作為極性高的溶劑,例如可列舉:乙二醇、二乙二醇、甘油、木糖醇、二丙二醇單甲醚、三丙二醇單甲醚、乙二醇單丁醚、二乙二醇單丁醚、二乙二醇二乙醚、三乙二醇單丁醚、四乙二醇二甲醚、丙二醇單甲醚單乙酸酯、二丙二醇單甲醚、乙酸異丙酯、吡咯啶酮、N-甲基吡咯啶酮等。
另外,當重視速乾性時,可將揮發性更高的溶劑,例如乙醇、2-丙醇等烷基醇類;丙酮、甲基乙基酮等酮類;甲苯、二甲苯等芳香族烴類;乙酸乙酯等酯類;二甲基甲醯胺、二甲基乙醯胺等醯胺類;二噁烷、四氫呋喃等醚類等與上述溶劑混合,或者可單獨使用。
另外,作為近年來的考慮到安全性、且適合於不含環己酮的所謂的環保溶劑墨水的溶劑,例如可列舉:γ-丁內酯等環狀酯,二噁烷、三噁烷、呋喃、四氫呋喃、甲基四氫呋喃、甲基呋喃、四氫吡喃、等環狀醚,甲酸丁酯、甲酸異戊酯、甲酸異丁酯、甲酸己酯、乙酸丁酯、乙酸丙酯、乙酸異丙酯、乙酸異丁酯、乙酸異戊酯、乙酸戊酯、丙酸乙酯、丙酸丙酯、丙酸異丙酯、丙酸丁酯、丁酸甲酯、丁酸乙酯、丁酸丙酯、丁酸異丙酯、異丁酸甲酯、丙二酸二乙酯、草酸二乙酯、乳酸乙酯、乳酸丁酯、
丙二酸二甲酯等碳數為5~7的鏈狀酯,二乙基酮、甲基異戊基酮、甲基異丁基酮、甲基丙基酮、甲基丁基酮、甲基戊基酮、乙基丙基酮、乙基丁基酮、二丙基酮、二異丙基酮、第三丁基甲基酮、甲基異丙基酮、乙醯基酮、乙腈丙酮等鏈狀酮等。該些溶劑可混合上述溶劑來使用、或單獨使用。
與水性墨水同樣地,油性墨水亦是使上述顏料等色材分散於有機溶劑中而獲得。即便於油性墨水的情況下,通常亦使用分散用樹脂來使顏料分散。作為用以使顏料分散的攪拌.分散裝置,可使用與上述水性墨水相同的裝置。另外,以皮膜形成或與膜的黏著性為目的,亦可使用黏合劑樹脂。上述分散用樹脂與黏合劑樹脂可使用相同的樹脂,亦可併用多種。通常,使用油溶性的胺基甲酸酯樹脂、丙烯酸樹脂、聚酯樹脂、氯乙烯樹脂、乙酸乙烯酯樹脂等。
另外,視需要可添加抗氧化劑.紫外線吸收劑等穩定劑、界面活性劑、黏合劑樹脂等。作為此種抗氧化劑,例如可列舉BHA(2,3-丁基-4-氧基大茴香醚)、BIT(2,6-二-第三丁基-對甲酚)等;作為紫外線吸收劑,可列舉二苯基酮系、苯并三唑系等的化合物,作為界面活性劑,可使用陰離子系、陽離子系、兩性、非離子系的任一種。
可用作黏合劑樹脂的樹脂具體可列舉丙烯酸樹脂、苯乙烯丙烯酸樹脂、松香改質樹脂、酚樹脂、萜烯系樹脂、聚酯樹脂、聚醯胺樹脂、環氧樹脂等。
UV硬化型墨水因藉由紫外線等來使印刷被膜硬化,故使用紫外線硬化性化合物或光聚合起始劑等。該些均可使用各種化合物,但若黏度過高,則存在噴出性出現障礙的可能性,因此較佳為適宜選擇低黏度的紫外線硬化性化合物。另外,根據其反應機制而存在自由基聚合型與陽離子聚合型。為了獲得硬化乾燥速度快的墨水,較佳為使用(甲基)丙烯酸酯等具有乙烯性雙鍵的化合物作為紫外線硬化性化合物。
作為上述具有乙烯性雙鍵的化合物,具體而言,可列舉具有1個乙烯性雙鍵的單官能單體,具有2個以上的乙烯性雙鍵的多官能單體,可併用2種以上來使用。更佳為含有(甲基)丙烯酸酯寡聚物或三官能以上的多官能丙烯酸酯,該些化合物的黏度高,尤其(甲基)丙烯酸酯寡聚物與單體相比為高黏度,因此較佳為相對於具有乙烯性雙鍵的化合物的總量,於2質量%~20質量%的範圍內使用(甲基)丙烯酸酯寡聚物。
作為上述單官能單體,例如可列舉:具有甲基、乙基、丙基、丁基、戊基、2-乙基己基、異辛基、壬基、十二烷基、十六烷基、十八烷基、環己基、苄基、甲氧基乙基、丁氧基乙基、苯氧基乙基、壬基苯氧基乙基、縮水甘油基、二甲胺基乙基、二乙胺基乙基、異莰基、二環戊基、二環戊烯基、二環戊烯氧基乙基等取代基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯,乙烯基己內醯胺,乙烯基吡咯啶酮,N-乙烯基甲醯胺等。該些單官能單體可併用2種以上來使用。
另外,作為多官能單體,例如可列舉:1,3-丁二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,5-戊二醇、3-甲基-1,5-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、新戊二醇、1,8-辛二醇、1,9-壬二醇、三環癸烷二甲醇、乙二醇、聚乙二醇、丙二醇、二丙二醇、三丙二醇、聚丙二醇等的二(甲基)丙烯酸酯,三(2-羥乙基)異三聚氰酸酯的二(甲基)丙烯酸酯,於1莫耳的新戊二醇中加成4莫耳以上的環氧乙烷或環氧丙烷而獲得的二醇的二(甲基)丙烯酸酯,於1莫耳的雙酚A中加成2莫耳的環氧乙烷或環氧丙烷而獲得的二醇的二(甲基)丙烯酸酯,於1莫耳的三羥甲基丙烷中加成3莫耳以上的環氧乙烷或環氧丙烷而獲得的三醇的二(甲基)丙烯酸酯或三(甲基)丙烯酸酯,於1莫耳的雙酚A中加成4莫耳以上的環氧乙烷或環氧丙烷而獲得的二醇的二(甲基)丙烯酸酯,三羥甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯,季戊四醇三(甲基)丙烯酸酯,二季戊四醇的聚(甲基)丙烯酸酯,環氧乙烷改質磷酸(甲基)丙烯酸酯,環氧乙烷改質烷基磷酸(甲基)丙烯酸酯等。該些多官能單體可併用2種以上來使用。
作為上述(甲基)丙烯酸酯寡聚物,可列舉(甲基)丙烯酸胺基甲酸酯寡聚物,環氧(甲基)丙烯酸酯寡聚物,聚酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯寡聚物等,該些(甲基)丙烯酸酯寡聚物亦可併用2種以上來使用。
作為光聚合起始劑,可較佳地使用安息香異丁醚、2,4-二乙基硫雜蒽酮、2-異丙基硫雜蒽酮、苯偶醯(benzil)、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醯基二苯基氧化膦、6-三甲基苯甲醯基二
苯基氧化膦、2-苄基-2-二甲胺基-1-(4-嗎啉基苯基)-丁烷-1-酮、雙(2,6-二甲氧基苯甲醯基)-2,4,4-三甲基戊基氧化膦等,進而,亦可併用1-羥基環己基苯基酮、安息香乙醚、苄基二甲基縮酮、2-羥基-2-甲基-1-苯基丙烷-1-酮、1-(4-異丙基苯基)-2-羥基-2-甲基丙烷-1-酮及2-甲基-1-(4-甲硫基苯基)-2-嗎啉基丙烷-1-酮等作為該些以外的分子裂解型的光聚合起始劑,進而,亦可併用作為奪氫型光聚合起始劑的二苯基酮、4-苯基二苯基酮、異、4-苯甲醯基-4'-甲基-二苯硫醚等。
另外,相對於上述光聚合起始劑,亦可併用例如三甲胺、甲基二甲醇胺、三乙醇胺、對二乙胺基苯乙酮、對二甲胺基苯甲酸乙酯、對二甲胺基苯甲酸異戊酯、N,N-二甲基苄基胺及4,4'-雙(二乙胺基)二苯基酮等不與上述聚合性成分產生加成反應的胺類作為增感劑。當然,上述光聚合起始劑或增感劑較佳為選擇對於紫外線硬化性化合物的溶解性優異、不阻礙紫外線透過性者來使用。
於噴墨墨水中,為了提高墨水的保存穩定性,亦可於0.01質量%~2質量%的範圍內將對苯二酚(hydroquinone)、4-甲氧基苯酚、二-第三丁基對苯二酚、P-甲氧基苯酚、丁基羥基甲苯、亞硝基胺鹽等聚合抑制劑添加至墨水中。
另外,為了提高顏料的分散穩定性,使用分散劑亦較佳。作為分散劑,可列舉味之素精密技術(Ajinomoto Fine-Techno)公司製造的Ajisper PB821、Ajisper PB822、
Ajisper PB817,艾菲西亞(Avecia)公司製造的Solsperse 24000GR、Solsperse 32000、Solsperse 33000、Solsperse 39000,楠本化成公司製造的Disparlon DA-703-50、Disparlon DA-705、Disparlon DA-725等,但並不限定於該些分散劑。另外,相對於顏料,分散劑的使用量較佳為10質量%~80質量%的範圍,特佳為20質量%~60質量%的範圍。於使用量未滿10質量%的情況下,存在分散穩定性變得不充分的傾向,於使用量超過80質量%的情況下,存在墨水的黏度變高的傾向,噴出穩定性容易下降。
此外,為了對記錄媒體賦予黏著性等,可調配丙烯酸樹脂、環氧樹脂、萜烯酚樹脂、松香酯等非反應性樹脂等。
UV硬化型墨水例如可藉由如下方式製備:對含有顏料、紫外線硬化性化合物且視需要添加有高分子分散劑、樹脂的混合物,利用珠磨機等不易施加剪切的攪拌.分散裝置使顏料分散後,添加光聚合起始劑,進而視需要添加表面張力調整劑等添加劑後進行攪拌、溶解。亦可事先製作高濃度的顏料分散液(研磨基料),然後適宜進行稀釋,並加入添加劑來製備。
印刷方法較佳為噴墨印刷,但亦可藉由平板印刷、活版印刷、凹版印刷、絲網印刷等其他印刷方法來進行印刷,另外,亦可將2種以上的上述印刷方法組合來進行印刷。
以下列舉實例與比較例對本發明進行具體說明,但本發明並不限定於該些實例與比較例。再者,只要事先無特
別說明,則例中的份及%為質量基準。
利用棒式塗佈機(No.6)將各種墨水塗佈於A4尺寸的膜上,以目視測定塌凹的數量。
○:無塌凹。
×:有一處以上的塌凹。
以目視對印刷後,於90℃下乾燥1分鐘時的膜的外觀進行評價。
○:幾乎不存在歪扭、皺折、膜的變形等外觀不良。
△:可看到些許的歪扭、皺折、膜的變形等外觀不良。
×:可看到明顯的歪扭、皺折、膜的變形等外觀不良。
以目視評價是否已對記錄媒體的(A)面進行了穩定的墨水轉移(印刷)。
○:不存在印刷出現飛白、或無法印字的部分等,得到良好的印刷。
×:存在印刷出現飛白、或無法印字的部分等,而存在印刷不良。
進行玻璃紙帶(米其邦(Nichiban)製造)剝離試驗,並以目視進行評價。
○:無剝離。
×:有剝離。
水性墨水是使用市售的青色墨水(惠普(Hewlett-Packard)公司製造,HP DESIGNJET L25500),進行墨水塗佈適應性評價。使用表面張力計(協和界面科學製造:CBVP-A3),藉由鉑板法來測定墨水於溫度25℃下的表面張力,結果為18.2 mN/m。同樣地,使用黏度計(東亞DKK(DKK-TOA)製造:TVE-25L),測定25℃下的黏度,結果為3.22 mPa.s。
關於使用水性墨水的印刷物的製備,使用噴墨印刷機「HP DESIGNJET L25500」(惠普製造),對記錄媒體的(A)面進行噴墨印刷。
將青色顏料Fastogen Blue TGR(C.I.顏料藍15:3,DIC股份有限公司製造)20份、分散劑Ajisper PB821(味之素精密技術股份有限公司製造)6份、二乙二醇二乙醚74份與氧化鋯珠一同添加至聚乙烯容器中,利用塗料調節器震盪2小時,而獲得顏料濃度為20%的青色顏料分散液A。一面對該分散液A 12.5份,樹脂VROH(陶氏化學(Dow Chemica)日本股份有限公司製造)6.5份,Epocizer W100EL(DIC股份有限公司製造)0.5份,KF54(信越矽利光(Shin-Etsu silicone)股份有限公司製造)0.5份,作為溶劑的二乙二醇二乙醚46份、二丙二醇單甲醚15份、γ-丁內酯20份進行攪拌,一面加熱至60℃。均勻地溶解.混合後,冷卻至室溫為止,然後利用1.2 μm的薄膜過濾器進行過濾而
製成溶劑型墨水1。使用該墨水1,進行墨水的塗佈適應性評價。
於溶劑型墨水1的製備例中,將溶劑設為乙二醇單丁醚乙酸酯41份、環己烷40份,除此以外,與墨水1的製備例同樣地製作溶劑型墨水2。使用該墨水,進行墨水的塗佈適應性評價。
UV硬化型墨水是使用市售的青色墨水(禦牧(Mimaki Engineering)股份有限公司製造,UFJ-605C),進行墨水塗佈適應性評價。
關於使用溶劑型墨水的印刷物的製備,利用噴墨印刷機「VJ-1608HSJ」(武藤工業股份有限公司製造)與「LamiLess III:PJ-1634NX」(武藤工業股份有限公司製造),對記錄媒體的(A)面進行噴墨印刷。關於使用UV硬化型墨水的印刷物的製備,利用噴墨印刷機「UFJ-605C」(禦牧股份有限公司製造),對記錄媒體的(A)面進行噴墨印刷。
作為(A)層用樹脂,使用降莰烯系單體的開環聚合物[三井化學股份有限公司製造的「Apel APL6015T」,MFR:10 g/10 min(260℃、21.18 N),玻璃轉移點:145℃;以下稱為「COC(1)」]20份、及降莰烯系單體的開環聚合物[三井化學股份有限公司製造的「Apel APL8008T」,
MFR:15 g/10 min(260℃、21.18 N),玻璃轉移點:70℃;以下稱為「COC(3)」]80份的樹脂混合物。將該樹脂供給至(A)層用擠出機(口徑為50 mm)中並於200℃~230℃下進行熔融,將該經熔融的樹脂供給至具有分流器的T字模.冷卻輥法的共擠出多層膜製造裝置(分流器及T字模溫度:250℃)中進行熔融擠出,獲得膜的層構成為(A)的單層構成、且整個層的厚度為70 μm的膜後,對(A)層表面實施電暈處理。利用潤濕試劑(和光純藥工業股份有限公司製造,潤濕張力試驗用混合液)所得的表面張力為45 mN/m。
作為(A)層用樹脂,使用COC(1)50份及COC(3)50份的樹脂混合物。與實例1同樣地獲得膜的層構成為(A)的單層構成、且整個層的厚度為30 μm的膜後,對(A)層表面實施電暈處理。利用潤濕試劑所得的表面張力為45 mN/m。
作為(A)層用樹脂,使用COC(1)60份、COC(3)30份、及直鏈狀中密度聚乙烯[密度:0.930 g/cm3,熔點125℃,MFR:5 g/10 min(190℃、21.18 N);以下稱為「LMDPE」]10份的樹脂混合物。與實例1同様地進行熔融擠出,獲得膜的層構成為(A)的單層構成、且整個層的厚度為30 μm的膜後,對(A)層表面實施電暈處理。利用潤濕試劑所得的表面張力為45 mN/m。
作為(A)層用樹脂,使用COC(1)60份、COC(3)30份、及利用茂金屬觸媒進行聚合而成的丙烯-α-烯烴無規共聚物[密度:0.900 g/cm3,熔點135℃,MFR:4 g/10 min(230℃、21.18 N);以下稱為「MRCP」]10份的樹脂混合物。與實例1同様地進行熔融擠出,獲得膜的層構成為(A)的單層構成、且整個層的厚度為20 μm的膜後,對(A)層表面實施電暈處理。利用潤濕試劑所得的表面張力為45 mN/m。
作為(A)層用樹脂,使用COC(1)40份、COC(3)40份、及LMDPE 20份的樹脂混合物。與實例1同様地進行熔融擠出,獲得膜的層構成為(A)的單層構成、且整個層的厚度為50 μm的膜後,對(A)層表面實施電暈處理。利用潤濕試劑所得的表面張力為45 mN/m。
作為(A)層用樹脂,使用降莰烯系單體的開環聚合物[三井化學股份有限公司製造的「Apel AP6013T」,MFR:15 g/10 min(260℃、21.18 N),玻璃轉移溫度:125℃;以下稱為「COC(2)」]60份、及高密度聚乙烯[密度:0.960 g/cm3,熔點128℃,MFR:10 g/10 min(190℃、21.18 N);以下稱為「HDPE」]40份的樹脂混合物。與實例1同様地進行熔融擠出,獲得膜的層構成為(A)的單層構成、且整個層的厚度為40 μm的膜後,對(A)層表面實施電暈
處理。利用潤濕試劑所得的表面張力為43 mN/m。
作為(A)層用樹脂,使用COC(1)70份、COC(3)10份、LMDPE 10份及MRCP 10份的樹脂混合物。另外,作為層(B)用樹脂,使用MRCP。將該些樹脂供給至(A)層用擠出機(口徑為50 mm)、(B)層用擠出機(口徑為50 mm)中並於200℃~230℃下進行熔融,將該經熔融的樹脂分別供給至具有分流器的T字模.冷卻輥法的共擠出多層膜製造裝置(分流器及T字模溫度:250℃)中進行共熔融擠出,而獲得膜的層構成為(A)/(B)=20 μm/20 μm的多層構成、且整個層的厚度為40 μm的共擠出多層膜。對層(A)表面實施電暈處理。利用潤濕試劑所得的表面張力為40 mN/m。
作為(A)層用樹脂,使用COC(1)50份及COC(3)50份的樹脂混合物。作為中間層(B)用樹脂,使用MRCP,進而,作為最外層用樹脂(以下,將最外層稱為層(C)),使用COC(1)50份及COC(3)50份的樹脂混合物。將該些樹脂供給至(A)層用擠出機(口徑為50 mm)、(B)層用擠出機(口徑為50 mm)、(C)層用擠出機(口徑為50 mm)中並於230℃~250℃下進行熔融,將該經熔融的樹脂分別供給至具有分流器的T字模.冷卻輥法的共擠出多層膜製造裝置(分流器及T字模溫度:250℃)中進行共熔融擠出,而獲得膜的層構成為(A)/(B)/(C)=10
μm/30 μm/10 μm的多層構成、且整個層的厚度為50 μm的共擠出多層膜。與實例1同樣地對層(A)表面實施電暈處理。利用潤濕試劑所得的表面張力為42 mN/m。
作為(A)層用樹脂,使用COC(1)40份及COC(3)60份的樹脂混合物。作為層(B)用樹脂,使用LMDPE,進而,作為層(C)用樹脂,使用COC(1)40份及COC(3)60份的樹脂混合物,以膜的層的厚度變成10 μm/30 μm/10 μm(合計為50 μm)的方式,與實例8同樣地獲得共擠出多層膜後,對層(A)表面實施電暈處理。利用潤濕試劑所得的表面張力為43 mN/m。
作為(A)層用樹脂,使用COC(1)70份、及作為酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂的乙烯-(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯共聚物[密度:0.940 g/cm3,MA含量為18%;以下記載為「MA1」]30份的樹脂混合物。作為層(B)用樹脂,使用LMDPE 80份及COC(3)20份的樹脂混合物。進而,作為層(C)用樹脂,使用COC(1)70份、LMDPE 20份及HDPE 10份的樹脂混合物,以膜的層的厚度變成20 μm/30 μm/20 μm(合計為70 μm)的方式,與實例8同樣地獲得共擠出多層膜後,對層(A)的表面實施電暈處理。利用潤濕試劑所得的表面張力為43 mN/m。
作為(A)層用樹脂,使用COC(1)60份、COC(3)
20份、及作為酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂的乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-順丁烯二酸酐共聚物[密度:1.00 g/cm3,共聚物含量為15%;以下記載為「MA2」]20份的樹脂混合物。作為層(B)用樹脂,使用MRCP 80份及COC(3)20份的樹脂混合物。進而,作為層(C)用樹脂,使用COC(3)70份及LMDPE 30份的樹脂混合物,以膜的層的厚度變成20 μm/30 μm/20 μm(合計為70 μm)的方式,與實例8同樣地獲得共擠出多層膜後,對層(A)的表面實施電暈處理。利用潤濕試劑所得的表面張力為43 mN/m。
作為(A)層用樹脂,使用COC(1)50份及COC(3)50份的樹脂混合物。作為層(B)用樹脂,使用LMDPE 50份及MRCP 50份的樹脂混合物。進而,作為層(C)用樹脂,使用COC(1)20份、COC(2)60份及LMDPE 20份的樹脂混合物,以膜的層的厚度變成20 μm/30 μm/20 μm(合計為70 μm)的方式,與實例8同樣地獲得共擠出多層膜後,對層(A)的表面實施電暈處理。利用潤濕試劑所得的表面張力為43 mN/m。
作為層(A)用樹脂,使用MA1。作為層(B)用樹脂,使用均聚聚丙烯[MFR:10 g/10 min(230℃、21.18 N),熔點:163℃;以下記載為「HOPP」]。與實例7同樣地獲得膜的層的厚度為24 μm/96 μm(合計為120 μm)的共擠出多層膜。對層(A)的表面實施電暈處理。利用潤濕試
劑所得的表面張力為40 mN/m。
除將實例13的膜的層構成(A)/(B)的各層的厚度變成14 μm/56 μm(合計為70 μm)以外,與實例13同樣地製作噴墨墨水用記錄媒體。
除將實例13的膜的層構成(A)/(B)的各層的厚度變成6 μm/24 μm(合計為30 μm)以外,與實例13同樣地製作噴墨墨水用記錄媒體。
除將實例13的層(A)的酸改質烯烴系樹脂替換成MA2以外,與實例13同樣地製作噴墨墨水用記錄媒體。
除將實例13的層(A)的酸改質烯烴系樹脂替換成乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-順丁烯二酸酐共聚物[密度:1.00 g/cm3,共聚物含量為15%;以下記載為「MA3」]以外,與實例13同樣地製作噴墨墨水用記錄媒體。
除替換成50%的實例13的層(A)用的樹脂MA1、與50%的丙烯-乙烯共聚物[密度:0.900 g/cm3,MFR:7 g/10 min~9 g/10 min(230℃、21.18 N),熔點:150℃;以下記載為「COPP」]的混合物以外,與實例13同樣地製作噴墨墨水用記錄媒體。
除替換成20%的實例13的層(A)用的樹脂MA1與80%的COPP的混合物以外,與實例13同樣地製作噴墨墨水用記錄媒體。
除將實例19的層(B)的HOPP替換成HDPE以外,與實例18同樣地製作噴墨墨水用記錄媒體。
除將實例19的層(B)的HOPP替換成中密度聚乙烯[密度:0.934 g/cm3,MFR:5.3 g/10 min(190℃、21.18 N),熔點119℃;以下記載為「MDPE」]以外,與實例18同樣地製作噴墨墨水用記錄媒體。
除將實例13的丙烯酸改質樹脂替換成乙烯-(甲基)丙烯酸共聚物[密度:0.940 g/cm3,酸改質率為12%;以下記載為「MA4」]以外,與實例13同樣地製作噴墨墨水用記錄媒體。
除將實例13的膜的層構成(A)/(B)的各層的厚度變成6 μm/114 μm(合計為120 μm)以外,與實例13同樣地製作噴墨墨水用記錄媒體。
除將實例13的膜的層構成(A)/(B)的各層的厚度變成30 μm/90 μm(合計為120 μm)以外,與實例13同樣地製作噴墨墨水用記錄媒體。
作為(A)層用樹脂,使用HOPP,獲得30 μm的單層膜後,對一側的表面實施電暈處理。利用潤濕試劑所得的表面張力為43 mN/m。
作為(A)層用樹脂,使用直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯[密度:0.905 g/cm3,熔點為90℃,MFR:5 g/10 min(190℃、21.18 N);以下稱為「LLDPE」],獲得30 μm的單層膜後,對一側的表面實施電暈處理。利用潤濕試劑所得的表面張力為40 mN/m。
除將實例13的層(A)的酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂替換成COPP以外,與實例13同樣地製作噴墨墨水用記錄媒體。
除將實例13的層(A)的酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂替換成HDPE以外,與實例13同樣地製作噴墨墨水用記錄媒體。
針對以上所獲得的記錄媒體,使用各個墨水進行噴墨印刷。將對於所獲得的印刷物的評價結果示於表1~表4。
[產業上之可利用性]
本發明的噴墨印刷物例如可用於室外廣告(海報、旗幟等)、標籤、壁紙、包裝用膜、明信片、高架式投影機(Overhead Projector,OHP)片、噴墨紙、獎券、帳票等各種目的。
Claims (8)
- 一種噴墨印刷物的製造方法,其特徵在於:於具有層(A)及層(B)的多層膜(I)的層(A)表面進行噴墨印刷,上述層(A)含有環狀聚烯烴系樹脂(a1)及/或酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂(a2),上述層(B)將聚烯烴系樹脂(b)作為主成分,上述層(B)相對於上述層(A)與上述層(B)的合計厚度的比率為5%~85%,其中於將上述層(A)的表面處理度處理成40dyne/cm以上後進行噴墨印刷。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之噴墨印刷物的製造方法,其中上述層(A)與上述層(B)為藉由共擠出積層法而積層的層。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述之噴墨印刷物的製造方法,其中上述環狀烯烴系樹脂(a1)為降莰烯系聚合物。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述之噴墨印刷物的製造方法,其中上述酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂(a2)的改質率為0.5%~40%的範圍。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述之噴墨印刷物的製造方法,其中於形成上述膜(I)的上述層(A)的樹脂成分100質量份中,作為上述環狀聚烯烴系樹脂(a1)與上述酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂(a2)的合計質量,含有50質量份以上。
- 一種噴墨墨水用記錄媒體,其特徵在於:積層有含有環狀聚烯烴系樹脂(a1)及/或酸改質聚烯烴系樹脂(a2) 的層(A)、及含有聚烯烴系樹脂(b)的層(B),上述層(B)相對於上述層(A)與上述層(B)的合計厚度的比率為5%~85%,且上述層(A)的表面處理度為40dyne/cm以上。
- 一種噴墨印刷物,其特徵在於:其是於如申請專利範圍第6項所述之噴墨墨水用記錄媒體的層(A)表面進行噴墨印刷而成者。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之噴墨印刷物,其是使用水性墨水進行噴墨印刷而成者,上述水性墨水至少包含色材、具有極性基的樹脂、及水或水溶性有機溶劑而形成,25℃下的表面張力為15mN/m~30mN/m的範圍,且黏度為5mPa.s以下。
