Description
本發明係有關一種裝置,其包括用於儲存一產品之一容器,該產品係由一第一液態成分及至少一第二成分所組成,其中,一管狀導引元件,其與一垂直構件之縱軸同向,係與一基底具有一間隔而配置於該容器之內側,及一輸送設備,用以輸送該產品,係設置於該導引元件區中。
本發明同時也有關一種方法,係用於儲存一產品於一容器內側,其中,該產品係由一第一液態成分及至少一第二成分所組成,且其中該產品係位於該容器內側且由一輸送設備所圍繞,該輸送設備係位於該容器內側之一管狀導引元件區。
此類產品可為食品。該第二成分也可能為液態。此種成分之範例為乳狀產品,特別指牛奶。依據另一替代實施例,該第二成分為固態。則此類範例可為具有果肉的果汁。其他範例則為具有椰子玉米片的牛奶、具有麥片的牛奶及具有顆粒內容物的湯或醬。該等顆粒內容物可為蔬菜及/或肉類。
當該第二成分為固態時,該第二成分一般為顆粒狀,其中此等顆粒的平均值皆可介於1至40mm範圍之間。於一些特例中,亦有可能具有較小或較大的平均直徑。
當計劃要儲存至少由兩種成分所組成的產品時,會產生第二成分不能均勻地散布於該第一成分中,且會發生分離現象之問題。依據該第一和第二成分的比重不同,可能會有顆粒漂浮在另一成分上或沉澱在另一成分下的情形。
本發明的目的因此在於建構一種如開始時所提之類型的裝置,藉由此裝置而使得該等成分的分離現象消失。
依據本發明,此目的可根據以下而達成,即將用於該產品之至少一成份之至少一輸送管線,開口進入該導引元件。
本發明的另一目的係在於改善一種如開始時所提之類型的方法,藉由此方法而使得該等成分的分離現象消失。
依據本發明,此目的可根據以下而達成,即將輸送至該容器一產品的一成份先流入該導引元件的一內側空間中。
於該導引元件內側的流率,可藉由流入該導引元件的產品而增加。更有甚者,消除於輸送該產品的過程中任何已發生的分離現象。
可藉由該導引元件與該容器之一基底的間隔,且該間隔約為該第二成分之平均顆粒尺寸的1.3倍,而有助於產品的和緩循環。
若該導引元件與該產品的平均充填層級間之間隔約為該第二成分之平均顆粒尺寸的1.3倍,亦可對產品的和緩循環有幫助。
特定的充填水平面條件可藉由容器具有一充填水平面測量裝置而有助於特定的充填水平面條件。
特別建議該充填水平面測量裝置與一充填水平面管理元件連接。
用於該產品的流動的至少一導流元件,係配置鄰近於該輸送設備,以易於一流向的選擇性指定。
為了適用於該產品的特定性質,該輸送設備的輸送方向可為反向。
被輸入之產品及已存在容器內之產品的有效混和,可藉由將輸送入該容器的產品先流入該導引元件的一內側空間而獲得幫助。更有甚者,可有效預防分離現象。
於該容器內側之該充填水平面的測量,係有益於流體形成。
依據圖1之實施例,一管狀導引元件3(guide element)配置於一容器2(receptacle)之一內側空間1(internal space)。該導引元件3實質上垂直地隨著縱軸4(longitudinal axis)延伸。於該實施例中顯示,該容器2於一水平面中具有一管狀輪廓,且該導引元件3係實質上位於該容器2內側的中心處。
該內側空間1用以接收待儲存的一產品5(product)。於該容器2內側,該產品具有一充填水平面6(filling level)。連接至一充填水平面測量裝置8(filing level measuring device)之一感應器7(sensor),係用以偵測該充填水平面6。
依據一實施例,該導引元件3可於一水平面上具有一環狀截面區域。然而,亦可具有其他的圓形或角截面區域。該導引元件3的一下端9(lower end)係與該容器2之一基底11(base)具有一間隔10(spacing)。於該實施例中顯示,該載面12(cross-section)的一擴大部係設置於該下端9之區域。圖1同時也顯示該截面14(cross-section)的擴大部係設置於該導引元件3的一上端13(upper end)。
用於該產品5的一輸送管15(feed pipe)係開口入該導引元件3。特別建議將該輸送管15固定於該容器2的一壁16(wall)區域,且該導引元件3藉由該輸送管15而支承及定位。
用於該產品5之一輸送設備17(conveying apparatus)係配置於該導引元件3的內側。該輸送設備17可作成螺旋槳形狀,並藉由一軸18(shaft)而與一傳動裝置19(drive)耦接。
於該實施例中顯示,該基底11具有一輪廓20(contour),使得該基底11的中央區域配置成相較該基底11的周遭區域於一較高的水平面。該基底11因此朝向該導引元件3彎曲。
圖1之實施例顯示一充填水平面6低於該導引元件3的上端13。此實施例適用於具有沉積顆粒的範例。
於圖2之實施例中,複數個充填管21(filling pipe)配置於該基底11區域,並連接該容器2以結合充填裝置。亦可於圖2中
看到至少一導流元件22(directing element)配置於該導引元件3,壓制該導引元件3內側之旋轉流的形成,及改善該縱軸4方向的流體形成。舉例來說,三個導流元件22,係以彼此間隔120度之導引盤形式配置於該導引元件3的周緣,可被配置於該導引元件3的下端9區域。
圖3顯示一實施例,其中該產品5具有一第二成分23(second component),該第二成分23具有漂浮傾向。此可因該第二成分23具有較該第一成分低的比重而產生。於此一產品5的範例中,位於該導引元件3內側,預設有從上到下的一垂直輸送方向。該漂浮的第二成分23接著被吸入該導引元件3,且於該處於該第一成分混和。於該內側空間1的一充填水平面,約為最大結構高度的30%。該導引元件3的上端13與該充填水平面6具有一間隔24(spacing)。
於如圖3所示之漂浮顆粒之範例中,在該導引元件3的上端需要有一充填水平面6,以確保該漂浮顆粒可被吸入,因此有效地產生混和。然而,該間隔24也必須不太大,以免該吸入效應減少。
於圖4所示的實施例中,儲存有一產品5,該產品5之第二成分23具有沉積的傾向。此可藉由令該第二成分23具有較該第一成分為大的比重而達成。當此一產品5被儲存時,於該導引元件3內側預設從下到上的一垂直輸送方向,以吸入沉積於該基底11區之第二成分23至該導引元件3並於此與該第一成分混和。
圖5顯示具有一較佳結構之容器2的詳細視圖。其係特別再次說明該導引元件3的形狀,及該導引元件3藉由該輸送管15之支撐方式。
從圖6的水平截面可見,於依據圖5之實施例中,使用有四導引元件22,其以彼此間隔90度之形式配置於該導引元件3的周緣方向。於該實施例中,該輸送設備17設有四個螺旋葉片。
於一產品5具有顆粒內容物的範例中,該間隔10一般設有尺寸規範,約為平均顆粒尺寸的1.3倍。此一尺寸也證明適用於間隔24。
於一典型實施例中,該輸送設備17以約300轉/分鐘的方式轉動。該傳動裝置19可被設計有頻率控制。
該導引元件3的直徑一般約為該容器直徑的0.2至0.8倍。此同樣適用於每一例中的內徑。一般藉由該導引元件3內側的輸送設備17產生約400mm/sec的流率。
已於前述提及之該容器2內側的水平面變動,用於填滿該容器時,可特別導致該產品或該產品之成分的連續輸送,及該產品的不連續移除。
當該產品的至少兩成分被分別輸送時,也可能令該等成分僅於該容器2內側混和。該產品的每個成分一般藉由各個輸送管輸送。
於另一實施例中,導引元件3沿著其縱向長度設有至少一截面頸縮區,且將該產品或該產品的至少一成分的輸送設置於此區亦為建議選項。藉由此一頸縮區而得到一較高的流率,並對混和產生幫助。

Claims (15)
- 一種裝置,包括用於儲存一產品之一容器,該產品係由一第一液態成分及至少一第二成分所組成,其中,一管狀導引元件,其與一垂直構件之縱軸同向,係與一基底具有一間隔而配置於該容器之內側,及一輸送設備,用以輸送該產品,係設置於該導引元件區中,其特徵在於,用於輸送該產品至少一成分的至少一輸送管,開口進入該導引元件,該輸送管固定於該容器的一壁區域,支承及定位該導引元件。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之裝置,其中,該容器係連接至一充填水平面測量裝置。
