Description
本發明係關於新穎反應性染料、其製備方法及其在染色和印染紡織品纖維材料中的用途。
使用反應性染料染色的實際應用已於最近引領至要求更高的染色品質及合乎經濟效率之染色法。因此,對具有改進性質之新穎反應性染料有持續的要求,尤其關於其應用。
現今染色需要具有充份的實質性且同時具有洗去未固色染料的高容易性之反應性染料。染料也應該具有好的染著率及高反應性,目標為提供尤其具有高的固色度及好的色牢度性質之染色。已知的染料不符合這些所有性質的需求。
從美國專利5,599,911已知的染料仍具有以所需性質為角度的某些缺點。
構成本發明基礎的問題因此為找出用於染色及印染纖維材料之新穎改進之反應性染料,其具有以上述為特徵之高度品質。新穎染料尤其應該以高固色染著率及高纖維染料結合穩定性顯出特色。染料也應該得到具有好的全面性色牢度性質之染色,例如,耐光及耐濕色牢度。
頃發現所提出之問題主要由以本文下述定義之新穎染料來解決。

式(1)之反應性染料可含有磺基,各自具有自由磺酸形式,或較佳地具有其鹽形式,例如,鈉、鋰、鉀或銨鹽,或有機胺之鹽形式,例如,三乙醇銨鹽。
式(1)之反應性染料可包含另外的添加劑,例如,氯化鈉或糊精。
根據本發明的式(1)之反應性染料可視需要包含另外的佐劑,其例如改進處理性或增加貯存穩定性,如例緩衝劑、分散劑或抗粉塵劑。該等佐劑為熟習所屬技術領域者所已知。
根據本發明的式(1)之染料適合染色及印染極廣泛的各種材料,如含羥基或含氮之纖維材料。可述及之實例為絲、皮革、羊毛、聚醯胺纖維及聚胺基甲酸酯,而尤其為所有種類的纖維素纖維材料。該等纖維素纖維材料為例如天然的纖維素纖維,如棉、亞麻及大麻,並也為纖維素及再生纖維素。根據本發明的染料也適合染色或印染在混紡織物,例如棉與聚酯纖維或聚醯胺纖維之混紡品,中存在的含羥基之纖維。根據本發明的染料尤其適合染色或印染纖維素,尤其為含棉之纖維材料。而且,該染料可用於染色或印染天然或合成聚醯胺纖維材料。
本發明因此也關於根據本發明的式(1)之染料在染色或印染含羥基或含氮(尤其為纖維素)之纖維材料中的用途。
可將根據本發明的式(1)之染料以各種方式塗覆於纖維材料及固色於纖維上,尤其以染料水溶液及印染漿形式。該染料適合於吸盡法(exhaust method)或根據壓染法之染色二者,根據該方法,將物品以視需要含鹽之染料水溶液浸漬,並在以鹼或在鹼的存在下處理之後,將染料固色,該固色適合以熱作用或在室溫下貯存數小時。在固色後,將染色或印染以冷及熱水徹底沖洗,視需要加入具有分散作用及促進未固色染料擴散之劑。
根據本發明的染料係以高反應性、好的固色能力及非常好的提升(build-up)行為顯出特色。該染料因此可根據吸盡染色法在低的染色溫度下使用,並在壓染蒸汽法中只需要短的蒸汽處理時間。固色度高,並可將未固色染料輕易洗去,在吸盡率與固色度之間的差異非常小,換言之,皂洗損失非常小。根據本發明之染料尤其也適合於印染,更尤其適合於棉上印染,但是其同樣也適合於印染含氮之纖維,例如,羊毛或絲或含羊毛或絲之混紡織物。
使用根據本發明的染料所產生的染色及印染在酸性和鹼性兩種範圍內具有高著色強度及高的纖維對染料之結合穩定性,而且具有好的耐光色牢度及非常好的耐濕色牢度性質,如耐清洗、耐水、耐海水、耐交染及耐汗色牢度,與好的耐打摺、耐熨燙及耐磨擦色牢度。所獲得的染色展現纖維水平度(fiber levelness)及表面水平度(surface levelness)。
根據本發明的式(1)之染料也適合作為在記錄系統中使用的著色劑。適合的記錄系統為例如市售可取得用於紙或紡織品印染的噴墨印染機,或書寫工具,如自來水筆或原子筆,而尤其為噴墨印染機。就該目的而言,根據本發明之染料首先成為適合於記錄系統中使用的形式。適合的形式為例如水性油墨,其包含根據本發明之染料作為著色劑。油墨可以慣例方式藉由將個別組份一起混合在所欲之水量中所製備。
考慮作為基質的是上述含羥基或含氮之纖維材料,尤其為纖維素纖維材料。纖維材料較佳為紡織品纖維材料。也考慮的基質是紙及塑料膜。
可述及之紙的實例為市售可取得的噴墨紙、相片紙、光面紙、以塑料塗佈之紙,例如Epson噴墨紙、Epson相片紙、Epson光面紙、Epson光面膠片、HP Special噴墨紙、Encad光面紙及Ilford相片紙。塑料膜為例如透明或霧狀/不透明膜。適合的塑料膜為例如3M透明膜。
依據用途本性而定,例如,紡織品印染或紙印染,可能需要例如因此修改油墨的黏度或其它物理特性,尤其對討論中的基質之親和性有影響的性質。
在水性油墨中所使用的染料較佳地應該具有低鹽含量,換言之,其應該具有以染料重量為基準計小於0.5重量%之鹽總含量。可將由於其製備及/或由於後續加入的稀釋劑而具有相對高鹽含量之染料去鹽,例如,以薄膜分離步驟,如超過濾、逆滲透或透析法。
油墨較佳地具有以油墨總重量為基準計從1至35重量%之染料總含量,尤其從1至30重量%,而較佳為從1至20重量%。在該例子中,較佳的下限為1.5重量%之限度,較佳為2重量%,而尤其為3重量%。
油墨可以包含水互溶性有機溶劑,例如,C1

醇類,例如,甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、異丙醇、正丁醇、第二丁醇、第三丁醇或異丁醇;醯胺類,例如,二甲基甲醯胺或二甲基乙醯胺;酮類或酮醇類,例如,丙酮或二丙酮醇;醚類,例如,四氫呋喃或二烷;含氮之雜環族化合物,例如,N-甲基-2-吡咯啶酮或1,3-二甲基-2-咪唑啶酮;聚伸烷基二醇類,例如,聚乙二醇或聚丙二醇;C2

伸烷基二醇類及硫甘醇類,例如,乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、三甘醇、硫二甘醇、己二醇及二甘醇;其它的多元醇類,例如,甘油或1,2,6-己三醇;及多元醇之C1
-C4
烷基醚類,例如,2-甲氧基乙醇、2-(2-甲氧基乙氧基)乙醇、2-(2-乙氧基乙氧基)乙醇、2-[2-(2-甲氧基乙氧基)乙氧基]乙醇或2-[2-(2-乙氧基乙氧基)乙氧基]乙醇;較佳為N-甲基-2-吡咯啶酮、二甘醇、甘油或尤其為1,2-丙二醇,其經常具有以油墨總重量為基準計從2至30重量%之量,尤其從5至30重量%,而較佳為從10至25重量%。
此外,油墨也可以包含溶解劑,例如,ε-己內醯胺。油墨可包含特別以調整黏度為目的之天然或合成來源之增稠劑。
可述及之增稠劑的實例包括市售可取得的藻酸鹽增稠劑、澱粉醚或刺槐豆粉醚,尤其為藻酸鈉本身或其與修改之纖維素(例如,甲基纖維素、乙基纖維素、羧甲基纖維素、羥乙基纖維素、甲基羥乙基纖維素、羥丙基纖維素或羥丙基甲基纖維素)之摻合物,尤其較佳為從20至25重量%之羧甲基纖維素。可述及之合成增稠劑為例如該等以聚(甲基)丙烯酸或聚(甲基)丙烯醯胺為主之增稠劑,並也為具有分子量例如從2000至20000之聚伸烷基二醇,如例聚乙二醇或聚丙二醇,或乙二醇與丙二醇之混合型聚伸烷基二醇。
油墨包含例如以油墨總重量為基準計從0.01至2重量%之該等增稠劑量,尤其從0.01至1重量%,而較佳為從0.01至0.5重量%。
油墨也可以包含緩衝物質,例如,硼砂(borax)、硼酸鹽、磷酸鹽、多磷酸鹽或檸檬酸鹽。可述及之實例包括硼砂、硼酸鈉、四硼酸鈉、磷酸二氫鈉、磷酸氫二鈉、三聚磷酸鈉、五聚磷酸鈉及檸檬酸鈉。尤其使用以油墨總重量為基準計從0.1至3重量%之緩衝物質量,較佳為從0.1至1重量%,以建立例如從4至9之pH值,尤其從5至8.5。
油墨可以包含界面活性劑或潤濕劑作為另外的添加劑。
適合的界面活性劑包括市售可取得的陰離子或非離子界面活性劑。考慮作為在根據本發明之油墨中的潤濕劑的是例如尿素或乳酸鈉(最好具有50%至60%之水溶液形式)與甘油及/或丙二醇之混合物,較佳為具有從0.1至30重量%之量,尤其從2至30重量%。
較佳為具有黏度從1至40 mPa.s之油墨,尤其從1至20 mPa.s,而更尤其從1至10 mPa.s。
而且,油墨可另外包含慣例的添加劑,例如,防起泡劑或尤其為抑制真菌及/或細菌生長之保存劑。經常使用以油墨總重量為基準計從0.01至1重量%之該等添加劑量。
考慮作為保存劑的是產生甲醛之劑,例如,聚甲醛及三烷,尤其為含水的,約從30至40重量%之甲醛溶液、咪唑化合物,例如,2-(4-噻唑基)-苯并咪唑、噻唑化合物,例如,1,2-苯并異噻唑啉-3-酮或2-正辛基異噻唑啉-3-酮、碘化合物、腈、酚、鹵烷硫基化合物或吡啶衍生物,尤其為1,2-苯并異噻唑啉-3-酮或2-正辛基異噻唑啉-3-酮。適合的保存劑為例如在二伸丙甘醇中的20重量%之1,2-苯并異噻唑啉-3-酮溶液(ProxelGXL)。
油墨也可以包含另外的添加劑,如氟化聚合物或短鏈聚合物,例如,聚乙氧基全氟醇(Forafac或Zonyl產品),具有例如以油墨總重量為基準計從0.01至1重量%之量。
在噴墨印染法的例子中,將油墨的個別小滴以受控制方式自噴嘴噴霧於基質上。就該目的而言,主要使用連續噴墨法及依需求即滴法。在連續噴墨法的例子中,連續產生小滴,將印染操作不需要的小滴卸入收容器中及再循環。另一方面,在依需求即滴法的例子中,依需要產生小滴及用於印染,換言之,只在需要印染操作時產生小滴。小滴的產生可以例如piezo噴墨頭方式或藉由熱能量(氣泡噴墨)來完成。較佳為以piezo噴墨頭方式印染及根據連續噴墨法印染。
本發明因此也關於含有根據本發明的式(1)之染料的水性油墨及該等油墨在噴墨印染法中用於印染各種基質之用途,尤其用於紡織品纖維材料,上述指示之定義及較佳者適用於染料、油墨及基質。
提供下列的實施例說明本發明。除非有其它另外的指示,溫度係以攝氏度數表示,份為重量份及百分比係關於重量%。重量份係關於以公斤對公升之比例計的體積份。
實施例1:(a)將在200份水中的40份1-胺基-8-羥萘-3,6-二磺酸(H-酸)之中性溶液在pH 2-2.5及0-5℃下逐滴加入在100體積份水及100份冰中的23.5份三聚氯化氰之細懸浮液中。將混合物以氫氯酸的方式調整至pH 2.5。在加入期間,使反應溫度以冷卻維持在0-5℃。在加完之後,使pH以蘇打灰溶液(20%)維持在pH 2,直到反應完成為止。
(b)將在水中的35份3-(β-磺酸絡乙基磺醯基)苯胺之中性溶液加入根據(a)所獲得的反應混合物中。將pH以蘇打灰溶液(20%)調整至4.5-5,並維持在該等條件下。使溫度上升(5-25℃),直到反應完成為止。所獲得的混合物包含具有對應於下式之自由酸形式的化合物。
(c)將31份氫氯酸(32%)加入在4000份水中的105份下列中間物之中性溶液中。
將32體積份之4N亞硝酸鈉在20-30℃下逐滴加入該溶液中。在加完之後,過量亞硝酸鈉必須以澱粉-碘化物紙顯示。將反應團攪拌,直到重氮化完成為止。接著過量亞硝酸鹽係藉由加入胺磺酸而移除。
(d)將根據(c)所獲得的重氮混合物在5至25℃下計量至根據(b)所獲得的冷卻混合物中,使反應混合物以氫氧化鈉溶液的方式維持在pH 6.5-7.5。將所得反應團攪拌,直到偶合完成為止,以透析方式除鹽及以冷凍乾燥乾燥。獲得成為粉末之染料(λ最大
=518奈米),其具有對應於下式之自由酸形式。
該染料使纖維素印染或染色具有好的色牢度性質的亮紅色澤。
實施例2至9:以類似於實施例1所述之步驟可製備下式化合物:

其同樣在纖維素上得到具有好的色牢度性質的亮紅色澤之染色或印染。
染色步驟I將根據實施例1的X%(參見下列表1)之式(101)之染料或在所屬技術領域中已知的根據式(110)之染料分別溶解在400份水中。將含有Y公克/公升(參見下列表1)之食鹽(氯化鈉)的500份溶液加入該溶液中。將100份翠可特經編非絲光棉引入80℃之染料浴中。使溫度維持15分鐘,並接著在5分鐘之內增加至90℃。在90℃下30分鐘之後,使溫度在10分鐘之內下降至70℃,此時加入含有Z1
公克/公升(參見下列表1)之煅燒碳酸鈉(蘇打灰)的100份溶液。在70℃下15分鐘之後,加入Z2
毫升/公升(參見下列表1)之NaOH(36°B)。在該溫度下再持續染色30分鐘。接著將染色物品沖洗,在沸騰下以非離子清潔劑皂洗15分鐘,再沖洗及乾燥。
表2顯示根據實施例1的式(101)之染料的提升度優於所屬技術領域中已知的式(110)之染料的提升度性質。而且,根據本發明的式(101)之染料的洗去性質被改進,其係關於式(110)之染料而言。
根據本發明的式(101)之染料的固色度為75%,而在所屬技術領域中已知的式(110)之染料顯示只有66%之固色度。
染色步驟II將100份棉織物在70℃下引入含有20公克/公升之氯化鈉及2份根據實施例1所獲得之反應性染料的1500份染料浴中。在70℃下45分鐘之後,加入5公克/公升之煅燒蘇打,並在另外10分鐘之後,加入2毫升/公升之NaOH(36°B)。在該溫度下再持續染色45分鐘。接著將染色物品沖洗,在沸騰下以非離子清潔劑皂洗15分鐘,再沖洗及乾燥。
可以80℃取代在70℃下進行染色作為上述步驟的替換法。
染色步驟III將根據實施例1的0.1份染料溶解在200份水中,並加入0.5份硫酸鈉、0.1份均染劑(以高碳脂肪族胺與環氧乙烷之縮合產物為主)及也加入0.5份乙酸鈉。接著將pH使用乙酸(80%)調整至5.5之值。將染料浴在50℃下加熱10分鐘及接著加入10份羊毛織物。接著進行約50分鐘的加熱過程,至100℃的溫度,並在該溫度下進行染色60分鐘,然後允許染料浴冷卻至90℃且移出染色物品。將羊毛織物以熱及冷水清洗,並接著旋轉及乾燥。
印染步驟I將3份根據實施例1所獲得的染料以快速攪拌噴灑於含有50份5%之藻酸鈉增稠劑、27.8份水、20份尿素、1份間-硝基苯磺酸鈉及1.2份碳酸氫鈉的100份增稠劑貯液中。使用因此獲得的印染漿印染棉織物,並將所得印染材料乾燥及在102℃下以飽和蒸汽經蒸汽處理2分鐘。接著將印染材料沖洗,若要求時,在沸騰下皂洗及再沖洗,並接著乾燥。
印染步驟II(a)將絲光棉緞紋以含有30公克/公升之碳酸鈉及50公克/公升之尿素(70%之液體附著重)之液體壓染及乾燥。
(b)將根據步驟(a)預處理之棉緞紋使用依需求即滴噴墨頭(氣泡噴墨)以含有:-15重量%之根據實施例1的式(101)之反應性染料,-15重量%之1,2-丙二醇,及-70重量%之水的水性油墨印染。
將印染完全乾燥及在102℃下以飽和蒸汽固色8分鐘,冷沖洗,在沸騰下洗去,再沖洗及乾燥。
Claims (12)
- 一種下式之反應性染料:
其中R1 及R2 互相獨立為氫或未經取代或經取代之C1 -C4 烷基,D1 為重氮部分之基團,其具下式:, X1 及X2 互相獨立為鹵素,T為下式之纖維反應性基團:-NH-(CH2 )2-3 -SO2 -Z (3a),-NH-(CH2 )2-3 -O-(CH2 )2-3 -SO2 -Z (3b), (R3 )0-2 代表從0至2個來自鹵素、C1 -C4 烷基、C1 -C4 烷氧基及磺基之基團的相同或不同的取代基,Z為乙烯基或-CH2 -CH2 -U基,且U為在鹼性條件下可移除之基團,Q為-CH(Hal)-CH2 -Hal或-C(Hal)=CH2 基團,Hal為鹵素,n為數字0、1或2,及m及q互相獨立為數字0或1。 - 根據申請專利範圍第1項之反應性染料,其中R1 及R2 為氫。
