Description
本發明係關於一種於電子零件之保管、傳輸、安裝時,具有為了保護電子零件不受污染,封裝於電子電路基板上而可將電子零件排列、取出之功能的電子零件包裝體。
IC、電晶體、二極體、電容器、壓電元件暫存器等表面封裝用電子零件係根據電子零件之形狀,以包裝成由承載帶(carrier tape)以及上蓋帶(cover tape)所構成之包裝體的方式來供應,上述承載帶係連續形成有具有可進行收納之經壓印成形而成之袋體的托盤或袋體者,而上述上蓋帶係可熱封於承載帶上者。包裝電子零件之承載帶通常捲纏於紙製或塑膠製之卷筒上,此狀態維持至封裝製程。內容物即電子零件係自將盤或上蓋帶剝離後之承載帶自動取出,封裝於電子電路基板之表面。
近年來,由於電子零件之小型化、輕量化之發展,故而於本來可充分應對先前之大小、重量之電子零件之情況下,會產生問題。即,隨著小型化、輕量化之發展,靜電敏感性零件增加,從而產生由靜電所引起之製程問題。於電子零件特別是半導體零件領域,隨著高積體化、微細化,而難以維持先前之靜電損壞特性,因此於半導體零件廠商之生產製程中或半導體零件使用者之裝配製程中,會產生由靜電放電(ESD: ELECTRO-STATIC DISCHARGE)所引起之零件損壞。
於半導體零件領域以外,由ESD所引起之電子零件之破壞雖少,但近年來封裝於電子設備中之電子零件之小型化、輕量化亦迅速發展。並且,此種小型、輕量電子零件由於輸送中之摩擦而於上蓋帶與零件之間帶電,因而會引起帶電之電子零件附著於上蓋帶上,而導致拾取不良等製程問題。
就解決與裝置之摩擦所產生之靜電的方法而言,於專利文獻1中提出有:於所接觸、摩擦之樹脂中添加低分子量界面活性劑之方法。但是,若將低分子量界面活性劑用於上蓋帶與零件接觸之面(等同於熱封面)上,則會引起滲出(bleed out),而損害接著樹脂之接著特性,從而產生無法熱封、或經時剝離等不良問題。

本發明係鑒於上述現狀開發而成者,其目的在於提供一種電子零件包裝體,該電子零件包裝體可藉由抑制由所收納之電子零件(特別是小型、輕量電子零件)與上蓋帶間之摩擦所產生之靜電,從而防止由該靜電所引起之電子零件附著於上蓋帶(拾取不良等)上,或由ESD所引起之零件損壞。
本發明係關於一種電子零件包裝體,其係由收納電子零件之電子零件包裝用承載帶、以及電子零件包裝用上蓋帶所構成者,上述電子零件包裝體之特徵在於:上述上蓋帶與承載帶相連接之層係包含接著性樹脂(A)、以及帶
電荷性樹脂(B),該帶電荷性樹脂(B)之帶電極性與上述接著性樹脂(A)與上述電子零件摩擦時所產生的上述接著性樹脂(A)之帶電極性相反。
較佳為上述帶電荷性樹脂(B)係帶正電荷性樹脂或帶負電荷性樹脂。
較佳為上述帶電荷性樹脂(B)係具有極性基。

以下,對本發明加以詳細說明。
於本發明之電子零件包裝體的上蓋帶與承載帶相連接之層中,添加有帶電荷性樹脂(B),該帶電荷性樹脂(B)之帶電極性係與該層中之接著性樹脂(A)和電子零件摩擦時所產生的接著性樹脂(A)之帶電極性相反。即,於接著性樹脂(A)與電子零件之間產生摩擦時,接著性樹
脂(A)帶(+)電時,添加帶(-)電之樹脂,接著性樹脂(A)帶(-)電時,添加帶(+)電之樹脂。
使用不含帶電荷性樹脂(B)之層作為上蓋帶與承載帶相連接之層時,該層帶正負之任一種電荷,或根據接著性樹脂(A)與構成電子零件之材料的組合而變化。本發明發現,不使用此種帶電荷性樹脂(B)製成上蓋帶與承載帶連接之層時,藉由確認接著性樹脂(A)上所產生之電荷,並將帶有與該帶電相反之電性的成分併用作為帶電荷性樹脂(B),可解決防止拾取不良或由ESD所引起之電子零件的靜電損壞之課題,從而完成本發明。
電子零件-上蓋帶間之靜電,主要是由於載帶包裝(taping)(將上蓋帶熱封於承載帶上上蓋帶)後進行輸送,或由封裝製程中所施加之振動所產生。本發明中,由於添加有帶有與接著性樹脂(A)所產生之帶電極性(靜電)相反之電荷的帶電荷性樹脂(B),因此可消除各自之帶電。並且,藉由如此消除帶電,可抑制電子零件所產生之表面電位,並有效抑制電子零件-上蓋帶間之靜電的產生。因此,可充分防止由於上蓋帶-電子零件間起作用之靜電引力所引起之拾取不良、或由ESD所引起之電子零件的靜電損壞。
此種狀況是主要於小型、輕量之電子零件之電子零件包裝體中顯著產生的問題,並不是於收納先前之大型、重量之電子零件的電子零件包裝體中顯著產生的問題,但藉由採取上述手段,即便係小型、輕量零件亦可充分防止問
題的產生。具體而言,例如,以600轉/分鐘,使本發明之上蓋帶與承載帶相連接之層與5個電子零件(尺寸:1mm×2mm×1mm)振動3分鐘時,可將電子零件側之帶電量抑制於±0.3 nC以下,因此可良好地獲得上述效果。
以下,使用圖具體說明本發明之電子零件包裝體,但並不限定於圖中所示者。
本發明之電子零件包裝體係由電子零件包裝用上蓋帶(以下,亦稱為「上蓋帶」)、以及收納電子零件之電子零件包裝用承載帶(以下,亦稱為「承載帶」)所構成者。即,本發明中,所謂電子零件包裝體,意指將電子零件包裝於包裝容器中者。
圖1係表示本發明中所使用之上蓋帶1之層構成之一例的剖面圖,且係表示由具有基材層2、接著層5、中間層3及熱封層4之多層膜所構成之上蓋帶者。又,圖2係表示使用圖1之上蓋帶1的本發明之電子零件包裝體11之一例的示意圖,且表示於承載帶13中收納有電子零件12,並將該承載帶13與上蓋帶1進行熱封而成的電子零件包裝體。
本發明中,上述上蓋帶係承載帶之蓋材,可列舉出可熱封於該承載帶之帶。
上述上蓋帶與承載帶相連接之層,包含接著性樹脂(A)、以及帶電荷性樹脂(B),該帶電荷性樹脂(B)之帶電極性係與上述接著性樹脂(A)和上述電子零件摩擦時所產生的上述接著性樹脂(A)之帶電極性相反。上
述上蓋帶可為單層結構、多層結構之任一種,為多層結構時,該等中與承載帶連接之層包含帶電荷性樹脂(B)。於圖1~2所示之電子零件包裝體11中,熱封層4相當於與承載帶相連接之層。
上述與承載帶連接之層包含:以可對承載帶發揮良好接著性之方式選擇的接著性樹脂(A)。
作為上述接著性樹脂(A)並無特別限定,可根據承載帶之材料進行各種選擇,通常使用丙烯酸系接著樹脂、聚酯系接著樹脂、氯乙烯系接著樹脂等。上述接著性樹脂(A)之帶電極性,可根據與所包裝之電子零件之組合來決定,因此可藉由利用熟知之任意方法使接著性樹脂(A)與電子零件之間帶電來確認接著性樹脂(A)之帶電極性。
上述上蓋帶與承載帶相連接之層中所使用之帶電荷性樹脂(B),可列舉:帶正電荷性樹脂(可帶正電之樹脂)、或帶負電荷性樹脂(可帶負電荷之樹脂)。若使用該等樹脂,則可抑制上蓋帶與電子零件間產生靜電,因此可防止電子零件之拾取不良或靜電損壞。
作為上述帶電荷性樹脂(B),較佳為具有極性基之帶正電荷性樹脂或帶負電荷性樹脂。具有極性基時,可良好地獲得上述效果。作為上述極性基,並無特別限定,例如可列舉:羥基、羧基、醚基、氧基伸烷基、酯基、胺基、取代胺基、亞胺基、醯胺基、磺酸基、磷酸基、四級銨鹽基等。其中,較佳為具有四級銨鹽基之帶正電荷性樹脂、具有磺酸基之帶負電荷性樹脂。
作為上述具有極性基之帶正電荷性樹脂,更佳為具有四級銨鹽基之苯乙烯-丙烯酸系共聚物,作為上述具有極性基之帶負電荷性樹脂,更佳為以2-丙烯醯胺-2-甲基丙酸為單體之苯乙烯-丙烯酸系共聚物。藉此,可極為良好地抑制上蓋帶與電子零件間產生靜電,而良好地防止電子零件之拾取不良或靜電損壞。
作為上述具有四級銨鹽基之苯乙烯-丙烯酸系共聚物,尤佳為由下述式(Ⅰ)

烷基及伸烷基分別為直鏈狀、支鏈狀或環式脂肪族烴基,至於烷基之例,包括:甲基、乙基、正或異丙基,正、第二、異或第三丁基,正、第二、異或第三戊基,正、第二、異或第三己基,正、第二、異或第三辛基,正、第二、異或第三壬基等氫原子數為1~10個者,其中,較佳為低級烷基;作為伸烷基,例如可列舉:伸乙基、伸丙基等氫原子數為2~3個之直鏈狀或支鏈狀伸烷基。
上述式(Ⅰ)之單位係由苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯或該等兩者之組合衍生而成之重複單位。若上述重複單位之比例超出範圍外,則有無法良好實現本發明效果之虞。上述式(Ⅰ)之重複單位相對於樹脂整體,較佳為65~97重量%,更佳為73~97重量%,尤佳為78~95重量%。
可將上述(Ⅰ)之重複單位之一部分替代為由下述式

成之單位。上述式(Ⅱ)之重複單位相對於樹脂整體,較佳為35~3重量%,更佳為27~3重量%,尤佳為22~5重量%。
於形成上述式(Ⅱ)之單位時,起始單體之一部分可不進行四級化而仍保持未反應狀態,亦可以中間體之鹵化銨的形態導入至共聚物中。因此,上述共聚物1可具有下述式(IV)或(V)

上述共聚物1可藉由如下方式進行製造:於聚合起始
劑存在下,使苯乙烯及/或α-甲基苯乙烯與(甲基)丙烯酸二烷基胺基烷基酯及視需要之(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯進行共聚合,以對甲苯磺酸烷基酯(對甲苯磺酸甲酯、對甲苯磺酸乙酯、對甲苯磺酸丙酯等)使所產生之共聚物四級化,或根據常法,預先以鹵化烷(氯化甲烷、溴化甲烷、氯化乙烷、溴化乙烷、氯化丙烷、溴化丙烷、氯化丁烷、溴化丁烷等),將(甲基)丙烯酸二烷基胺基烷基酯變成四級鹵化銨,並使該四級鹵化銨與苯乙烯及/或α-甲基苯乙烯及視需要之(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯進行共聚合,再使所產生之共聚物與對甲苯磺酸進行反應。
作為可用於上述共聚合反應之聚合起始劑,可列舉先前熟知者。又,作為其聚合方法,亦可使用溶液聚合、懸浮聚合、整體聚合等任一方法。
上述共聚物1之重量平均分子量較佳為2000~10000之範圍內,更佳為3000~8000之範圍內。本說明書中,重量平均分子量係藉由凝膠滲透層析法(gel permeation chromatography,GPC)測定之以聚苯乙烯換算之測定值。
另一方面,作為上述以2-丙烯醯胺-2-甲基丙酸為單體之苯乙烯-丙烯酸系共聚物,尤佳為使苯乙烯及/或α-甲基苯乙烯與2-丙烯醯胺-2-甲基丙烷磺酸,以共聚合比(重量比)98:2~80:20(較佳為95:5~87:13)之範圍進行共聚合而獲得之共聚物(以下,亦稱為「共聚物2」)。此時,可極好地獲得上述效果。
作為上述苯乙烯及/或α-甲基苯乙烯與2-丙烯醯胺-2-
甲基丙烷磺酸之共聚合所使用之聚合起始劑,可列舉先前熟知者。又,作為其聚合方法,亦可使用溶液聚合、懸浮聚合、整體聚合等任一方法。
上述共聚物2之重量平均分子量較佳為2000~15000之範圍內,更佳為3000~8000之範圍內。
上述與承載帶相連接之層中,上述帶電荷性樹脂(B)之添加量,可根據成為摩擦對象之電子零件進行適當調整,相對於該層中之上述帶電荷性樹脂成分(B)以外之樹脂成分100質量份,較佳為1~100質量份。例如為環氧樹脂製之電子零件時,較佳為3~70質量份,更佳為10~50質量份。未滿1質量份時,有無法獲得抑制電子零件表面所產生之表面電位效果之虞。超過100質量份時,反而有損及本發明效果、產生拾取不良或由ESD所引起之電子零件的靜電損壞之虞。即,若上述帶電荷性樹脂(B)之添加量超過100質量份,則為了消除降低電子零件表面之初始帶電,而有使上蓋帶本身之帶電增大至必需的帶電量以上之虞。此時,電子零件表面帶有大量與初始帶電相反之電荷,因此反而有損及本發明效果之虞。又,超過100質量份時,亦有會對作為上蓋帶必要之密封特性造成影響之虞。
較佳為上述與承載帶相連接之層係相對於樹脂成分100質量份添加導電性物質2~1000質量份者,且上述層(與承載帶相連接之層)表面根據JIS K6911而測得之表面電阻值為1×104
~1×1012
Ω/。藉此,可防止製程中由其他部
位所產生之靜電對電子零件造成影響。
若上述導電性物質之添加量未滿2質量份,則表面電阻值有超過1012
之虞。若超過1000質量份,則有無法形成塗膜之虞。上述導電性物質之添加量更佳為5~400質量份。
若上述表面電阻值未滿104
Ω/,則於載帶包裝品(於承載帶密封上蓋帶而成者)之外部產生電荷時電阻過低,因為會導電至位於載帶包裝品內部之電子零件,而有產生靜電損壞之虞。若超過1012
Ω/,則會導致如下問題:靜電擴散性能不足,無法發揮所欲之抗靜電性能,而上蓋帶會帶電。
作為上述導電性物質,例如可列舉:氧化錫、氧化鋅、氧化鈦、碳等金屬填充料、導電性聚合物等有機導電物之任一種,或者該等之混合物或含有該等之物質。至於碳,包括:碳黑、白碳、碳纖維、碳管等由碳所構成之各種形狀之填充料。再者,添加填充料時,因具有填充料所固有之電位,因此於本發明中藉由添加帶電荷性樹脂(B)而會變為通常之分散狀態,由本來之凝聚或因靜電斥力會引起過度分散,而可能使電氣特性或透明性於必要特性方面不足,因此較佳為於不產生此種問題之範圍內進行添加。
又,為了防止結塊,上述與承載帶相連接之層,可於上述調配中添加以矽、鎂、鈣之任一種為主成分的氧化物粒子,例如二氧化矽、滑石等;或者聚乙烯粒子、聚丙烯酸酯粒子、聚苯乙烯粒子中之任一種或該等之合金(alloy)。
作為形成上述與承載帶相連接之層的方法並無特別限定,可使用先前熟知之方法,較理想為凹板印刷式塗佈法。
作為上述上蓋帶之層構成之較佳的一例,可列舉如下形態,即係具有基材層、中間層及熱封層之至少3層的多層膜,且上述熱封層係與承載帶相連接之層(圖1係該形態之一例,其進而具有接著層)。為此種層構成時,可良好地獲得上述效果。
上述上蓋帶中,作為可用於基材層之材質例如可列舉:經雙軸拉伸之聚酯系膜、尼龍系膜、聚烯烴系膜,由熱封時之耐熱性來看,較佳為經雙軸拉伸之聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜。於上述上蓋帶必需具有剛性或耐撕裂性時,為了賦予該等性能,其可為積層多層膜而成者。再者,基材層為2層以上時,可為不同之材質。
較佳為上述基材層之厚度為5~30μm之透明且剛性高的膜。若未滿5μm,則有時有失去剛性,且上蓋帶易於斷裂之情形。若超過30μm,則有可能過硬而使密封變得不穩定。
上述上蓋帶中,熱封層未於上蓋帶之最外層,通常僅為1層。
本發明中,上述熱封層相當於上述與承載帶相連接之層,其係使用有與上述者相同成分之層。
上述上蓋帶中,中間層係存在於熱封層與基材層間之層,且係於熱封後,於剝離時會引起凝聚破壞之層。該中間層較佳為與熱封層相鄰接。又,其可僅為1層,亦可為
2層以上。
作為上述中間層之材質,例如可列舉:聚乙烯與苯乙烯之合金等相容性不良之樹脂的合金、聚乙烯等。再者,為了調整剝離強度,可添加相容劑等。上述中間層之厚度較佳為5~50μm。上述中間層之形成,就廉價且效率面來看,較理想為擠出積層法。
上述上蓋帶中,接著層係存在於熱封層以外之層間的層。於表示本發明之一例之圖1~2中,其係設置於基材層與中間層之間,但實際由2層以上之基材層或中間層所構成時,可僅設置於任一層間。
上述接著層可使用含有樹脂者。又,其可進而含有導電性物質。
此處,樹脂之材質例如可列舉:胺酯系之乾式積層用或增黏塗層用接著樹脂,通常係使聚酯多元醇或聚醚多元醇等聚酯組成物與異氰酸酯化合物組合而成者。又,作為導電性物質,可使用與上述者相同者。上述導電性物質可於混合聚酯組成物與異氰酸酯化合物後進行添加,若考慮到反應條件之穩定性,則較佳為預先添加於任一樹脂中。上述接著層之形成可列舉如塗佈等。
上述接著層之表面電阻值較佳為1010
Ω/以下。若超過1010
Ω/,則有時會導致如下問題:導電性不充分,無法發揮防止靜電感應現象之效果,而導致上蓋帶帶電,ESD或拾取不良等。又,剝離上蓋帶之生產製程之環境為冬季時,有時會成為乾燥狀態,因此,較理想為即便於低濕度
下亦將表面電阻值保持於1010
Ω/以下。
對於上述接著層,若所插入之層間為拉伸膜-拉伸膜間,則其係作為乾式積層接著劑而插入。若為拉伸膜-中間層間,則其係作為增黏塗層劑而插入。
本發明之電子零件包裝體,具有收納電子零件之承載帶。
上述承載帶並無特別限定,可列舉如塑膠製壓印承載帶(emboss carrier tape)等。
具體而言,通常使用對由氯乙烯樹脂、聚酯樹脂、聚苯乙烯系樹脂、聚碳酸酯樹脂等所構成之片賦予導電性者。
上述承載帶中,至於用以賦予抗靜電性能之賦予導電性之方法,通常使用如下方法:將碳黑捏合於該等樹脂而製成片材,或將含有碳黑之塗料塗佈於由該等樹脂所構成之基材片的表面。作為上述壓印承載帶之製作方法,可列舉:藉由真空成形法、氣壓成形法、擠壓成形法等將上述片材成形為特定形狀之方法。
作為上述電子零件,並無特別限定,例如可列舉以IC為代表之電晶體、二極體、電容器、壓電元件暫存器等。
本發明即便於收納小型、輕量電子零件時,亦可良好地獲得上述效果,例如於大小為0.0008~0.008 cc之零件、或質量為0.2~2g之零件時亦較佳。又,於電子零件之上蓋帶側之面的面積為0.02~4.0mm2
之零件時亦較佳。
上述電子零件之上蓋帶側之面多由密封樹脂所形成,
且使用包含熱硬化性樹脂及硬化劑、視需要之填充料或硬化促進劑、用以提昇成型性之油成分等之樹脂組成物。
上述熱硬化性樹脂係最終可使樹脂組成物熱硬化者,可提高密封後之耐熱性。
上述熱硬化性樹脂例如可列舉:環氧樹脂、脲(尿素)樹脂、三聚氰胺樹脂等具有三嗪環之樹脂、不飽和聚酯樹脂、雙馬來醯亞胺樹脂、聚胺酯樹脂、鄰苯二甲酸二烯丙酯樹脂、矽氧樹脂、具有苯并噁嗪(benzoxazine)環之樹脂、氰酸酯樹脂等。其中,較佳為環氧樹脂。於使用環氧樹脂之電子零件時,可抑制於上蓋帶及電子零件間產生靜電,因此可防止電子零件之拾取不良或靜電損壞。
上述環氧樹脂可使用一分子中具有2個以上環氧基者,例如可列舉:苯酚酚醛清漆樹脂、甲酚酚醛清漆樹脂、雙酚A酚醛清漆樹脂等酚醛清漆型酚樹脂,可溶型酚樹脂等酚樹脂,苯酚酚醛清漆型環氧樹脂、甲酚酚醛清漆型環氧樹脂等酚醛清漆型環氧樹脂,雙酚A型環氧樹脂、雙酚F型環氧樹脂等雙酚型環氧樹脂,N,N-二縮水甘油基苯胺、N,N-二縮水甘油基甲苯胺、二胺基二苯基甲烷型縮水甘油胺、胺基苯酚型縮水甘油胺等芳香族縮水甘油胺型環氧樹脂,對苯二酚型環氧樹脂、聯苯型環氧樹脂、1,2-二苯乙烯型環氧樹脂、三苯酚甲烷型環氧樹脂、三苯酚丙烷型環氧樹脂、烷基改質三苯酚甲烷型環氧樹脂、含三嗪核之環氧樹脂、二環戊二烯改質苯酚型環氧樹脂、萘酚型環氧樹脂、萘型環氧樹脂、具有伸苯基及/或聯伸苯基骨架之苯酚
芳烷型環氧樹脂、具有伸苯基及/或聯伸苯基骨架之萘酚芳烷型環氧樹脂等芳烷型環氧樹脂等環氧樹脂,二氧化乙烯環己烯、氧化二環戊二烯、脂環族二環氧基-己二酸等之脂環式環氧樹脂等脂肪族環氧樹脂。該等可單獨使用,亦可將2種以上併用。
可用於上述樹脂組成物之硬化劑例如可列舉:加成聚合型硬化劑、觸媒型硬化劑、縮合型硬化劑、具有助熔劑活性之硬化劑等。
本發明之電子零件例如可列舉:(1)使用丙烯酸系接著樹脂作為接著性樹脂、具有極性基之帶負電荷性樹脂作為帶電荷性樹脂(特別是以2-丙烯醯胺-2-甲基丙酸為單體之苯乙烯-丙烯酸系共聚物)、環氧樹脂作為電子零件之密封樹脂者;(2)使用氯乙烯系接著樹脂作為接著性樹脂、具有極性基之帶正電荷性樹脂作為帶電荷性樹脂(特別是具有四級銨鹽基之苯乙烯-丙烯酸系共聚物)、環氧樹脂作為電子零件之密封樹脂者等。
本發明之電子零件包裝體之製造方法並無特別限定,例如可藉由如下方式製作:藉由習知之載帶包裝機而於壓印承載帶等承載帶之成形袋部分插入電子零件,再以為蓋材之上蓋帶進行密封。
本發明之電子零件包裝體係由上述之構成所構成,因此可抑制由所收納之電子零件(特別是小型、輕量電子零件)與上蓋帶間之摩擦所產生之靜電,並可良好地防止由該靜電所引起之電子零件附著於上蓋帶(拾取不良等)上,
或由ESD所引起之零件損壞。
以下,舉出實施例對本發明進行更詳細說明,但本發明並不僅限於該等實施例。又,於實施例中,「份」、「%」只要無特別限定,則表示「質量份」、「質量%」。
使用膜厚為25μm之基材膜(基材層)作為外層,藉由擠出積層法於其上設置15μm之中間層而獲得總厚度為40μm之膜。於其上藉由電暈處理法使表面活化,並根據表1及表2所示之調配處方進行塗佈(乾燥後為1μm)而形成熱封層,從而獲得膜(上蓋帶)。
於寬度為8mm之聚苯乙烯製承載帶(材料:捏合有碳之聚苯乙烯)上收納電子零件,將上述所獲得之上蓋帶切成寬度為5.5mm後,調整熱封溫度使剝離時之強度達到40 cN,而對承載帶進行熱封(熱封時之熱烙鐵之尺寸:寬度0.4mm×長度8mm,2列、進行2次),而獲得電子零件包裝體。
各實施例、比較例中所使用之基材層、中間層之構成,熱封層之成分,電子零件之材料,如表1、2所示。
使用ETS公司製造之表面電位計,測定加入帶電荷性樹脂(B)前的接著性樹脂(A)與電子零件剛摩擦後之接著性樹脂面之帶電極性。
對實施例、比較例中所獲得之電子零件包裝體之樣品,確認剝離時之電子零件之貼附。首先,對將100個電子零件載帶包裝而成者,以300次來回/分鐘施加1分鐘之振動,以300 mm/min之速度進行剝離,結果任一樣品均未引起電子零件之貼附。
因此,以600轉/分鐘,使實施例及比較例之電子零件包裝體中之上蓋帶與承載帶相連接之層(熱封層)、以及5個電子零件(尺寸:1mm×2mm×1mm,質量:0.01g,上蓋帶側之面的面積為2mm2
)進行3分鐘振動,測定振動3分鐘時之帶電量的大小,來作為替代評價。
摩擦後之電子零件之帶電量(摩擦帶電量)之測定係使用ETS股份有限公司製造之Faraday gauge來實施。將結果示於表1~2。
以目測評價塗膜之狀態,將無問題之情形設為「良好」,將見到塗膜不均或塗膜脫落等之情形設為「無法製成膜」。
根據JIS K6911,於23℃、50%RH之環境下進行測定。
表1、2中之代號以及表示物名稱如下。
o-PET:經雙軸拉伸之聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(東洋紡公司製造T6140)
o-Ny:經雙軸拉伸之尼龍(Unitika公司製造ONU12)
o-PP:經雙軸拉伸之聚丙烯(東洋紡公司製造P2282)
PE:聚乙烯(住友化學公司製造L705)
PP:聚丙烯(SunAllomer公司製造PC540R)聚苯乙烯:PS Japan公司製造PSJ-Polystyrene 679
Ac:丙烯酸系接著樹脂(大日本油墨公司製造A450A)
Sv:氯乙烯系接著樹脂(日信化學公司製造SOLBAINM)
PS:正帶電性樹脂(藤倉化成公司製造FCA-201-PS)
NS:負帶電性樹脂(藤倉化成公司製造FCA-1001-NS)
ATO:氧化錫(三菱原料公司製造T-1)
ZO:氧化鋅(HakusuiTech公司製造Pazet CK)
CB:碳黑(Lion公司製造Ketjen Black EC600JD)
實施例中,摩擦帶電量極小。因此,可期待可良好地防止拾取不良或由ESD所引起之零件損壞。又,塗膜狀態、表面電阻值亦良好。另一方面,比較例中,摩擦帶電量大,或無法測定。
本發明之電子零件包裝體可較佳地用作包裝電子電路

Claims (7)
- 一種電子零件包裝體,其係由收納有電子零件之電子零件包裝用承載帶、以及電子零件包裝用上蓋帶所構成者;其特徵在於:該上蓋帶與承載帶相連接之層係包含接著性樹脂(A)、帶電荷性樹脂(B),以及導電性物質,該帶電荷性樹脂(B)之帶電極性係與該接著性樹脂(A)和該電子零件摩擦時所產生的該接著性樹脂(A)之帶電極性相反,帶電荷性樹脂(B)係具有四級銨鹽基之苯乙烯-丙烯酸系共聚物的帶正電荷性樹脂,或以2-丙烯醯胺-2-甲基丙酸為單體之苯乙烯-丙烯酸系共聚物的帶負電荷性樹脂,導電性物質係選自由氧化錫、氧化鋅、氧化鈦、碳以及導電性聚合物所組成之群中至少一種,接著性樹脂係丙烯酸系接著樹脂或氯乙烯系接著樹脂。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之電子零件包裝體,其中,帶電荷性樹脂(B)係具有四級銨鹽基之苯乙烯-丙烯酸系共聚物。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之電子零件包裝體,其中,上蓋帶係具有基材層、中間層及熱封層之至少3層之多層膜,且該熱封層係與承載帶相連接之層。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項之電子零件包裝體,其中,上蓋帶係具有基材層、中間層及熱封層之至少3層之多層膜,且該熱封層係與承載帶相連接之層。
- 如申請專利範圍第1、2、3或4項之電子零件包裝體,其中,帶電荷性樹脂(B)之添加量相對於與承載帶連接之層中的樹脂成分100質量份,為1~100質量份。
- 如申請專利範圍第1、2、3或4項之電子零件包裝體,其中,與承載帶連接之層係相對於樹脂成分100質量份而添加導電性物質30~1000質量份者,且該層表面根據JIS K6911而測得的表面電阻值為1×104 ~1×1012 Ω/□。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項之電子零件包裝體,其中,與承載帶連接之層係相對於樹脂成分100質量份而添加導電性物質30~1000質量份者,且該層表面根據JIS K6911而測得的表面電阻值為1×104 ~1×1012 Ω/□。
