Claims (15)
- 一種散熱結構,包含:複數個導熱基座,分別具有一第一表面與一第二表面,其中每一該第一表面形成有一定位槽,且每一該第二表面接合至一太陽能模組的背光面上;以及至少一可彎折的鰭片,耦合於該些定位槽中且連接於該些導熱基座之間。
- 如請求項1所述之散熱結構,其中該鰭片的高度大於每一該定位槽的深度,使該鰭片至少部分凸出於每一該導熱基座之該第一表面。
- 如請求項1所述之散熱結構,其中該太陽能模組具有複數個太陽能電池,該些太陽能電池的數量與該些導熱基座的數量相同,且每一該導熱基座的該第二表面固定於每一該太陽能電池上。
- 如請求項3所述之散熱結構,其中每一該導熱基座為一圓柱體,且每一該導熱基座的直徑小於或等於每一該太陽能電池的寬度。
- 如請求項1所述之散熱結構,其中該些定位槽的走向包含直線或曲線。
- 如請求項1所述之散熱結構,其中該鰭片以直線或曲線的走向直接連接於該些導熱基座。
- 如請求項1所述之散熱結構,具有複數個鰭片,且該些鰭片之高度由該太陽能模組的中心逐漸往該太陽能模組的邊緣降低。
- 如請求項1所述之散熱結構,其中每一該定位槽具有一槽底,且該槽底與每一該導熱基座的該第二表面之間具有一距離,使位於每一該些導熱基座之間的部分該鰭片與該太陽能模組的間隙至少相距該距離。
- 如請求項1所述之散熱結構,其中該鰭片更包含複數個卡合部,每一該卡合部與每一該定位槽分別具有L形的剖面,或每一該卡合部與每一該定位槽分別具有T形的剖面。
- 如請求項9所述之散熱結構,其中每一該第一表面形成有一穿孔連通每一該定位槽,且該散熱結構更包含:複數個固定元件,分別耦合於該些穿孔,且該些固定元件壓迫該些卡合部,使每一該卡合部固定於每一該定位槽中。
- 如請求項9所述之散熱結構,其中每一該卡合部具有一彈片抵靠於每一該定位槽,使該鰭片固定於該些定位槽中。
- 如請求項1所述之散熱結構,其中該鰭片具有複數個延伸翼分別位於該些導熱基座上,且該散熱結構更包含:複數個固定元件,分別貫穿該些延伸翼且固定於該些導熱基座上。
- 如請求項1所述之散熱結構,更包含:複數個黏著層,分別設置於每一該導熱基座之該第二表面與該太陽能模組的背光面之間。
- 如請求項13所述之散熱結構,其中每一該黏著層的材質包含雙面膠、矽膠或封裝材。
- 如請求項1所述之散熱結構,其中每一該導熱基座具有圓形、橢圓形、矩形或N邊形的剖面,其中N為大於或等於3的自然數。
