1322823 (1) 九、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係有關改善合成樹脂,特別是對於烯烴系樹脂 *· 表面之附著性的樹脂組成物以及使用此樹脂組成物之樹脂 * 溶液、塗料、黏著劑及印刷油墨。 【先前技術】 φ 目前,合成樹脂其生產性高,易於形成各種形狀,同 時亦具輕量性、防誘性之優點,因此,被廣泛用於汽車零 件、電器製品、建築材料等各種用途。特別是,乙烯系樹 脂、丙烯系樹脂等烯烴系樹脂其成型性、耐藥性、絕緣性 等均良好,因此,以上述用途爲始被廣泛利用之。 惟,與胺基甲酸乙酯系樹脂、丙烯酸系樹脂等之具有 極性之合成樹脂不同,烯烴系樹脂係爲非極性、結晶性者 ,因此,對於其表面之塗裝、黏著有其困難點產生。 • 因此,於專利文獻1中被揭示將含有70重量%以上之甲 基丙烯酸甲酯之丙烯酸系單聚物與氯化度20〜40之氯化聚 烯烴之重量比於所定範圍下,使該丙烯酸系單聚物於該氯 化聚烯烴之存在下進行聚合後取得被覆用組成物。 而,該被覆用組成物所形成之塗膜其可撓性不足,同 * 時與烯烴系樹脂之密合性亦不良,因此,產生層間剝離之 問題。 專利文獻1:特開昭58-71966號公報 -5- ⑧ (2) (2)1322823 【發明內容】 本發明目的係爲提供一種改善合成樹脂、特別是對於 烯烴系樹脂表面之附著性的樹脂組成物,以及使用此樹脂 組成物之樹脂溶液、塗料、黏著劑及印刷油墨。 本發明樹脂組成物之特徵係含有100重量份之含氯率 10〜50重量%之氯化聚烯烴、〇.〇1~1〇重量份之三(異氰酸 基苯基)硫代磷酸酯、及2〜4 0重量份之有機二異氰酸酯化 合物》 做爲構成本發明樹脂組成物之含氯率10〜5 0重量%之氯 化聚烯烴基劑所成之聚烯烴例者如:單獨或共聚乙烯、丙 烯'丁烯、己烯等碳數爲2〜10之烯烴所得之聚合物。該烯 烴、與可與此烯烴共聚之單聚物的共聚物等例,其中又以 聚丙烯爲較佳。另外,於聚烯烴使該烯烴與可共聚之單聚 物進行接枝聚合後,使聚烯烴改性亦可。 其中,做爲可與該烯烴共聚之單聚物例者如:丙烯酸 、甲基丙烯酸、馬來酸、延胡索酸等不飽和羧酸、馬來酸 酐等酸酐、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯等丙烯酸酯、甲基丙 烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯等甲基丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯、丙 烯腈、甲基丙烯腈等例,其中又以酸酐爲較佳,馬來酸酐 爲更佳。 而,該聚烯烴之氯化例如:將聚烯烴溶於有機溶劑所 成之有機溶劑溶液’或將聚烯烴分散於有機溶劑所成之有 機溶劑分散液中吹入氯氣後進行之。 氯化聚烯烴之含氯率限於10~50重量%,又以14〜40重 -6- (3) (3)
NCO NCO NCO 1322823 量%爲宜,較佳者爲20〜3 0重量%。此乃氯化聚烯 低時,將降低塗料、黏著劑、印刷油墨等之互溶 ,太高則降低樹脂組成物之耐熱性、含於塗料使 法燒入塗料。又,氯化聚烯烴之含氯率係依JIS " 氯樹脂中之氯的定量方法(氧燒瓶燃燒性)爲基 者。 接著,本發明樹脂組成物爲含有三(異氰酸 φ 硫代磷酸酯、三(異氰酸基苯基)硫代磷酸酯I 示之構造式。 [化1] 式1 該三(異氰酸基苯基)硫代磷酸酯含於樹脂 之量爲對於每100重量份之氯化聚烯烴限於0.01〜 ,又以0.5〜5重量份者宜,更佳者爲0.5-4重量份 太少時,則將無法出現改善合成樹脂,特別對於 脂表面之附著性的改善效果,反之,量太多則隨 組成物之時間呈凝膠化。 做爲構成本發明樹脂組成物之有機二異氰酸 者只要具有2個異氰酸酯基即可,未特別限定之 :異氟爾酮二異氰酸酯、六亞甲基二異氰酸酯、 烴之含率 性,反之 用時將無 K 7229含 準所測定 基苯基) I有式1所 組成物中 1 0重量份 。當此量 烯烴系樹 保存樹脂 酯化合物 ,一般如 甲苯撐二 (4) 1322823 異氰酸醋、1,5-萘二異氰酸酯、4,4’_二苯基甲烷二異氰酸 醋、4,4’-二节基二異氰酸酯、二烷基二苯基甲烷二異氰酸 _ 酯 '四院基二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯、1,3-苯二異氰酸酯、 1,4-苯二異氰酸酯、甲苯撐二異氰酸酯、丁烷-14 —二異氰 酸醋、2,2,4-三甲基六亞甲基二異氰酸酯、244_三甲基六 亞甲基二異氰酸酯、三嗦二異氰酸酯、環己烷-14_二異氰 酸酯、苯二甲基二異氰酸酯、二環己基甲烷_4,4,_二異氰 φ 酸醋、丨,3-雙(異氰酸酯甲基)環己烷、甲基環己烷二異 氰酸醋等例,又以4,4,-二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯(式2)爲 佳。 [化2] 0CN ~—CH2—-NCO .....式 2 又’有機二異氰酸酯化合物亦可爲反應丙烯酸多元醇 、醇酸多元醇、聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇或此等多元醇之 改性物’或此等混合物等所成之多元醇與該有機二異氰酸 酯化合物後取得之於兩末端具有異氰酸酯基之聚胺基甲酸 艺醋預聚物。 做爲有機二異氰酸酯化合物者亦可使用以六亞甲基二 異氰酸酯3聚物之縮二脲體、三聚異氰酸酯體、或對於三 羥甲基丙烷之六亞甲基二異氰酸酯之加成物做爲主成份之 有機二異氰酸酯化合物。 又,有機二異氰酸酯化合物含於樹脂組成物中之量爲 -8- (5) 1322823 對於每100重量份之氯化聚烯烴限於2~40重量份,較佳者 爲3〜3 0重量份。此乃當量太少時,則改善合成樹脂,特別 是對於烯烴系樹脂表面之附著性之改善效果無法顯現,反 之,量太少則隨著保存樹脂組成物呈凝膠化。 本發明之樹脂組成物可藉由使該氯化聚烯烴、三(異 氰酸基苯基)硫代磷酸酯及有機二異氰酸酯化合物溶於溶 媒後取得。做爲此溶媒例者只要可溶解氯化聚烯烴、三( φ 異氰酸基苯基)硫代磷酸酯及有機二異氰酸酯化合物即可 ,無特別限定,一般如:甲苯、環己烷、二氯甲'烷、醋酸 乙酯等例。又,各化合物分別溶於不同溶媒後,混合此等 所得溶液後製成樹脂組成物亦可,或各化合物添加於1個 溶媒後溶解之後製成樹脂組成物亦可。 將本發明樹脂組成物溶於溶媒得到之樹脂溶液中,其 樹脂組成物之含量以10~40重量%者宜,15〜25重量%爲更 佳。此乃量太少時,該樹脂溶液未多量使用,而無法顯現 φ 改善合成樹脂,特別對於烯烴系樹脂表面之附著性的改善 效果,導致降低樹脂組成物之使用性,反之,量太多則樹 脂溶液黏度上昇,導致降低使用性、或樹脂組成物無法完 全溶於溶媒中。 以下,針對本發明樹脂組成物之使用要領進行說明。 * 本發明樹脂組成物係含於汎用之塗料 '印刷油墨、黏著劑 等被使用之,另外,亦可藉由本發明樹脂組成物與多元醇 構成胺基甲酸乙酯系樹脂塗料者。 做爲含有本發明樹脂組成物之塗料者,只要先行技術 -9- (6) 1322823 之汎用塗料即可’未特別限定’ 一般如:胺基甲酸乙 樹脂塗料、丙烯酸系樹脂塗料、纖維素衍生物塗料、 樹脂塗料、烯烴系樹脂塗料等例’其中又以胺基甲酸 系樹脂塗料、丙烯酸系樹脂塗料爲佳。 * 做爲該胺基甲酸乙酯系樹脂塗料者,只要先行技 汎用者即可,未特別限定’一般如:加熱或常溫乾燥 蒸氣胺滲透法、蒸氣胺觸媒噴霧法等所使用者。 φ 具體而言,做爲胺基甲酸乙酯系樹脂塗料例者如 元醇與聚異氰酸酯所成之二液型胺基甲酸乙酯系樹脂 、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇等之聚伸烷基二醇之聚異氰酸 成物所代表之一液濕氣硬化型胺基甲酸乙酯樹脂塗料 〇 又,做爲構成該二液型胺基甲酸乙酯樹脂塗料之 醇例者如:丙烯酸多元醇、醇酸多元醇、聚酯多元醇 醚多元醇、或此等多元醇之改性物,或此等混合物等 φ 又,做爲構成該二液型胺基甲酸乙酯樹脂塗料之 氰酸酯例者如:甲苯撐二異氰酸酯(TDI)、苯二甲 氰酸酯(XDI)、異氟爾酮二異氰酸酯(IPDI)、二 甲烷二異氰酸酯(MDI)、聚梅里克MDI、三嗪二異 酯(TODI)、萘二異氰酸酯(NDI)或此等氫化物、 ' 甲基二異氰酸酯(HDI)、賴胺酸二異氰酸酯、或此 合物等例。 又’做爲構成胺基甲酸乙酯系樹脂塗料之聚異氰 者’亦可使用本發明之樹脂組成物,藉由本發明之樹 酯系 醇酸 乙酯 術所 法、 :多 塗料 酯加 等例 多元 、聚 列。 聚異 二異 苯基 氰酸 六亞 等混 酸酯 脂組 -10- (7) 1322823 成物與胺基甲酸乙酯系樹脂塗料所汎用之多元醇(如:上 述之多元醇)構成聚胺基甲酸乙酯系樹脂塗料者。 〜 另外,做爲上述黏著劑者只要是泛用之黏著劑即可, 未特限定,一般如:脲系黏著劑、蜜胺系黏著劑、苯酚系 黏著劑、間苯二酚系樹脂黏著劑、環氧系樹脂黏著劑、乙 酸乙烯酯系樹脂黏著劑、胺基甲酸乙酯系樹脂黏著劑醯 胺系樹脂黏著劑、氯化乙烯樹脂黏著劑、聚乙烯醇系樹脂 φ 黏著劑、丙烯酸系樹脂等例》 更且’做爲該印刷油墨者,只要是泛用之印刷油墨即 可,未特別限定,如:亞麻仁油型油墨、亞麻仁油清漆、 安全油墨、液晶膠囊油墨、傳印輪油墨、上釉油墨、螢光 油墨、凝膠清漆、號外清漆、紫外線硬化型油墨、大豆油 油墨、花翠油墨、特煉油墨、凸版油墨、影寫版油墨、熱 定形處理油墨、鍍錫鐵皮油墨、彈性版油墨、各片處理油 墨、UV油墨、光阻油墨、烯烴系樹脂油墨、松脂改性苯 # 酚系樹脂油墨 '胺基甲酸乙酯系樹脂油墨、馬來酸系樹脂 油墨、苯乙烯-馬來酸系樹脂油墨、丙烯酸系樹脂油墨等 例。 而,添加該樹脂組成物所得到之塗料、黏著劑、印刷 油墨、或使用該樹脂組成物所得到之塗料對於合成樹脂, ' 特別是烯烴系樹脂具有良好之附著性。做爲該合成樹脂者 並未特別限定,一般如:乙烯系樹脂、丙烯系樹脂、乙 烯一乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)等烯烴系樹脂;烯烴系熱 塑性彈性體;聚氯化乙烯;聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯等聚酯 -11 - (8) 1322823 系樹脂等例。 做爲該乙烯系樹脂例者如:乙烯之單獨聚合 有50重量%以上之乙烯與α -烯烴之共聚物例。Jj 瓠峰 例如··丙烯、卜丁烯、1 -戊烯、1 -己烯、4 -甲基. - (1) (1)1322823 十、申請專利範圍 1. 一種樹脂組成物,其特徵爲含有100重量份之含氯 率爲10〜50重量%之氯化聚烯烴,〇·〇1~1〇重量份之三(異 氰酸基苯基)硫代磷酸酯及2〜40重量份之有機二異氰酸酯 化合物。 2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之樹脂組成物,其中該氯化 聚烯烴之含氯率爲14〜4 0重量% » 3 .如申請專利範圍第1項之樹脂組成物,其中該氯化 聚烯烴之含氯率爲2 0〜3 0重量%。 4. 如申請專利範圍第1項之樹脂組成物,其對於每1〇〇 重量份之氯化聚烯烴爲含有0.5〜5重量份之三(異氰酸基 苯基)硫代磷酸酯。 5. 如申請專利範圍第1項之樹脂組成物,其對於每 100重量份之氯化聚烯烴爲含有3 ~3 0重量份之有機二異氰 酸酯化合物。 6. 如申請專利範圍第1項之樹脂組成物,其中該有機 二異氰酸酯化合物爲4,4’-二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯。 7. —種塗料,其特徵爲含有申請專利範圍第1項之樹 脂組成物。 8. —種樹脂溶液,其特徵爲溶媒中溶解申請專利範 圍第1項之樹脂組成物所成,含10〜40重量%之該樹脂組成 物。 9-—種胺基甲酸乙酯系樹脂塗料,其特徵係由申請 專利範圍第1項之樹脂組成物與多元醇所成。 (2) (2)1322823 10. —種黏著劑,其特徵爲含有申請專利範圍第1項 之樹脂組成物。 11. 一種印刷油墨,其特徵爲含有申請專利範圍第1 項之樹脂組成物。-21 ⑧
