【物品用途】;本創作係一種杯子(3)新設計，其乃係具造型新穎美觀而可供盛飲之容器。;【設計說明】;敬請參閱所附圖式，本創作杯子(3)主要係呈現有一寬口圓型透明之雙層杯設計，其中，外層杯體係寬口圓柱形杯體、外層杯體整體杯身環設菱形格狀紋飾；內層杯體則由外層杯頂緣、向下延伸相同外層杯體至底緣，形成一內層杯體，並與外層杯體形成一定之間距。整體觀之，本創作以杯子內、外杯體設為相同弧度相互對襯之圓潤造型設計，且外層杯體特設環設菱形格狀紋飾，構成整體造型獨特之美感，堪稱一兼具實用及造型美之設計，由於未曾見有類同創作公開在先，爰依法提出設計專利之申請。[Item Usage];This creation is a new design of a cup (3), which is a container for holding drinks with a novel and beautiful shape.;[Design Description];Please refer to the attached diagram. Overall, this creation is a rounded shape with the same curvature of the inner and outer cup bodies, and the outer cup body is specially decorated with a diamond grid pattern, which creates a unique aesthetic feeling for the overall shape. It can be said to be a design that combines practicality and aesthetic beauty. Since there has never been a similar creation made public before, an application for a design patent is filed in accordance with the law.
