【物品用途】;本創作係一種杯子(2)新設計，其乃係具造型新穎美觀而可供盛飲之容器。;【設計說明】;敬請參閱所附圖式，本創作杯子(2)主要係呈現有一圓柱型透明之雙層杯設計，其中，外層杯體係一圓柱形杯體、外層杯體整體由杯身底部環設菱形格狀紋飾至杯身中間；內層杯體則由外層杯頂緣、向下延伸相同外層杯體至底緣，形成一內層杯體，並與外層杯體形成一定之間距。整體觀之，本創作以杯子內、外杯體設為相同弧度相互對襯之圓滑造型設計，且外層杯體特設環設菱形格狀紋飾，構成整體造型獨特之美感，堪稱一兼具實用及造型美之設計，由於未曾見有類同創作公開在先，爰依法提出設計專利之申請。[Use of the item]; This creation is a new design of a cup (2), which is a container with a novel and beautiful shape and can be used for holding drinks.; [Design description]; Please refer to the attached diagram. Overall, this creation is a smooth rounded shape with the same curvature of the inner and outer cup bodies, and the outer cup body is specially decorated with a diamond grid pattern, which creates a unique aesthetic feeling for the overall shape. It can be said to be a design that combines practicality and aesthetic beauty.
