【物品用途】;本創作係一種杯子(1)新設計，其乃係具造型新穎美觀而可供盛用飲水之容器。;【設計說明】;敬請參閱所附圖式，本創作主要係呈現寬口杯身較短且具內外雙層杯身之杯子，杯身於中間部向下略縮至底緣，杯口上緣略呈外擴；外層杯身外緣環設複數之上端圓弧、且由上深而下漸淺之長形槽溝。整體觀之，本創作之杯子環設長形槽溝形體、與杯身上擴下縮之圓潤造型之視覺美感，堪稱一兼具實用及造型美之設計，由於未曾見有類同創作公開在先，爰依法提出設計專利之申請。

本創作係一種杯子(1)新設計，其乃係具造型新穎美觀而可供盛用飲水之容器。
敬請參閱所附圖式，本創作主要係呈現寬口杯身較短且具內外雙層杯身之杯子，杯身於中間部向下略縮至底緣，杯口上緣略呈外擴；外層杯身外緣環設複數之上端圓弧、且由上深而下漸淺之長形槽溝。整體觀之，本創作之杯子環設長形槽溝形體、與杯身上擴下縮之圓潤造型之視覺美感，堪稱一兼具實用及造型美之設計，由於未曾見有類同創作公開在先，爰依法提出設計專利之申請。
