【物品用途】;本創作係一種雙層玻璃杯新設計，其乃係具造型新穎美觀而可供盛飲之容器。;【設計說明】;敬請參閱所附圖式，本創作之雙層玻璃杯主要係於雙層玻璃杯之上半方呈現一縮頸杯身、及向上外擴之大圓徑杯口、杯身向下斜擴至並呈圓弧內縮之杯底；雙層玻璃杯於杯口內沿構成一與杯身相似形體之內層杯體，內層杯體與杯身則形成適當間距。整體觀之，本創作之雙層玻璃杯之具符合人體工學且適宜握持之縮頸杯身、並使呈現上、下杯身對稱及線條圓潤、造型美感，堪稱一兼具實用及造型美之設計，由於未曾見有類同創作公開在先，爰依法提出設計專利之申請。

本創作係一種雙層玻璃杯新設計，其乃係具造型新穎美觀而可供盛飲之容器。
敬請參閱所附圖式，本創作之雙層玻璃杯主要係於雙層玻璃杯之上半方呈現一縮頸杯身、及向上外擴之大圓徑杯口、杯身向下斜擴至並呈圓弧內縮之杯底；雙層玻璃杯於杯口內沿構成一與杯身相似形體之內層杯體，內層杯體與杯身則形成適當間距。整體觀之，本創作之雙層玻璃杯之具符合人體工學且適宜握持之縮頸杯身、並使呈現上、下杯身對稱及線條圓潤、造型美感，堪稱一兼具實用及造型美之設計，由於未曾見有類同創作公開在先，爰依法提出設計專利之申請。
