Description
本發明係關於多層膜、其製造方法及包括其之物件。特定言之,本發明係關於包括聚烯烴及澱粉之多層膜。
用於食品、工業及特殊包裝之膜由於其來源基於石油衍生物(諸如乙烯)而正面臨著減少其對環境影響之壓力。正日益關注使用含有可再生或基於不衍生自化石燃料之材料(在下文中為「環境友好材料」)的組分的包裝膜。通常,此等環境友好材料隨時間推移在膜效能方面經歷劣化,此使得其不適用於包裝應用。另外,其機械效能在與其他膜相比時較差,且此使得補償在持續性方面的任何改進之膜厚度增加成為必要。為了克服此等缺點,通常將聚合物(諸如聚乙烯)添加至環境友好材料中。
含有聚烯烴及澱粉(環境友好材料)之膜適用於多種不同應用。此類膜之常見應用為包裝、容器、分隔件、分隔物或其類似應用。用於包裝(尤其用於食料包裝)之膜應具有低透氧性及適合機械特性平衡,以便其可耐受在運輸及使用期間發生之磨損及撕裂。

第一層(與第二層及第三層之微小細節)
第一層包括聚烯烴、熱塑性澱粉(澱粉+塑化劑)及相容劑且無任何填充劑。用以製造第一層之成分(亦即,聚烯烴、熱塑性澱粉(澱粉+塑化劑)及相容劑)稱為熱塑性澱粉組合物。熱塑性澱粉組合物在單一步驟中製造,其中成分均在無任何預混合或母體混合之情況下饋送至混合裝置中,且經混配以形成球粒或替代地形成第一層。此單步驟方法相對於其他當前製造相同組合物之方法為有利的,因為大部分此等當前方法使用兩個或更多個製造步驟。使用單一製造步驟為有利的,因為在與其他商業製造方法相比時,更快且更高效地製造且產生更少廢棄物。第一層不含有任何填充劑。
第二層及/或第三層包括聚烯烴及填充劑且無任何澱粉。可用於第一層、第二層及/或第三層之聚烯烴包含超低密度聚乙烯(ULDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、線性低密
度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、中等密度聚乙烯(MDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、高熔融強度高密度聚乙烯(HMS-HDPE)、超高密度聚乙烯(UHDPE)、聚丙烯(PP)或其組合。第一層中所用之聚烯烴可與第二層及第三層中所用之聚烯烴相同。或者,第一層中所用之聚烯烴可與第二層及第三層中所用之聚烯烴不同。
聚烯烴彈性體為乙烯-α-烯烴共聚物,且可使用單位點催化劑(諸如茂金屬催化劑或限制幾何構型催化劑)製得。α-烯烴較佳為C3-20直鏈、分支鏈或環狀α-烯烴。C3-20 α-烯烴之實例包含丙烯、1-丁烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯、1-己烯、1-辛烯、1-癸烯、1-十二烯、1-十四烯、1-十六烯及1-十八烯。α-烯烴亦可含有環狀結構,諸如環己烷或環戊烷,產生諸如3-環己基-1-丙烯(烯丙基環己烷)及乙烯基環己烷之α-烯烴。
說明性均勻支化的乙烯-α-烯烴共聚物包含乙烯/丙烯、乙烯/丁烯、乙烯/1-己烯、乙烯/1-辛烯、乙烯/苯乙烯及其類似物。說明性三元共聚物包含乙烯/丙烯/1-辛烯、乙烯/丙烯/丁烯、乙烯/丁烯/1-辛烯及乙烯/丁烯/苯乙烯。共聚物可為無規共聚物或嵌段共聚物。
適用於所述組合物之市售均勻支化的乙烯-α-烯烴互聚物之實例包含均勻支化的線性乙烯-α-烯烴共聚物(例如Mitsui Petrochemicals Company Limited之TAFMER®及ExxonMobil Chemical Company之ExactTM)及均勻支化的實質上線性乙烯-α-烯烴聚合物(例如可購自The Dow Chemical Company之AFFINITYTM及ENGAGETM聚乙烯)。此等互聚物中之任一者的摻合物亦可用於所述組合物。例示性摻合物為

在一個例示性實施例中,第一層、第二層及/或第三層中所用之聚烯烴為具有0.905g/cm3至0.940g/cm3、較佳0.915g/cm3至0.925g/cm3之密度的線性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)。
聚烯烴具有如藉由ASTM D1238所測定,在190℃及2.16kg下為0.1至10g/10min、較佳0.5至5、較佳1至4且更佳1至3dg/min(g/10min)之熔融指數(I2)。
以第一層102之總重量計,聚烯烴以40至80重量%(wt%)、較佳45至70wt%且更佳50至65wt%之量用於第一層中。
澱粉為充裕、廉價且可再生的材料,其可見於種類繁多的植物來源,諸如穀粒、塊莖、果實及其類似物。澱粉為易於生物可降解的且其在棄置時在環境中不作為有害物質續存。由於澱粉之生物可降解性質,故其已以各種形式結合至多組分組合物中,包含以填充劑、黏合劑之形式或作為熱塑性聚合物摻合物內之成分。如上詳述,澱粉為熱塑性澱粉且僅用於第一層中。
可得到熱塑性澱粉之澱粉包含(但不限於)玉米澱粉、馬鈴薯澱粉、小麥澱粉、大豆澱粉、木薯澱粉、高直鏈澱粉或其組合。澱粉包括兩種類型的α-D-葡萄糖聚合物,直鏈澱粉,具有約1×105公克/莫耳之數量平均分子量之實質上線性聚合物;及支鏈澱粉,具有約1×107公克/莫耳之極高數量平均分子量之高度支化聚合物。每個重複葡萄糖單元具有三個游離羥基,由此提供聚合物以親水性特性及反應性官
能基。大部分澱粉含有20至30wt%直鏈澱粉及70至80wt%支鏈澱粉。然而,視澱粉來源而定,直鏈澱粉與支鏈澱粉之比率可顯著變化。舉例而言,以澱粉之總重量計,一些玉米雜交種提供具有100wt%支鏈澱粉之澱粉(蠟質玉米澱粉),而其他具有介於50至95wt%範圍內之漸高的直鏈澱粉含量。澱粉通常具有以澱粉之總重量計至多約15wt%、較佳2至12wt%之水含量。然而,澱粉可經乾燥以將其水含量降低至以澱粉之總重量計低於1wt%。本文所用之澱粉通常以結晶度以澱粉之總重量計介於約15至45wt%範圍內之小顆粒形式存在。
澱粉可以多種不同形式添加,諸如惰性填充劑,通常呈其天然未改性的狀態,其為不溶於水的顆粒材料。在此類情況下,澱粉顆粒將通常如任何其他固體微粒填充劑般表現,且將幾乎不(如果存在的話)促進所得材料機械特性方面的改進。或者,已經膠凝、乾燥且隨後粉碎成粉末之澱粉亦可以微粒填充劑形式添加。儘管澱粉可作為填充劑添加,但其在第一層中之用途為與聚烯烴結合及與相容劑一起作為可熱塑性加工之組分。
熱塑性澱粉相通常包括澱粉及能夠引起澱粉表現為在加熱時可形成熔融物而非熱分解之熱塑性材料的塑化劑。
澱粉之此「天然」或「自然」形式亦可經化學改性以用於第一層。經化學改性之澱粉包含氧化澱粉、醚化澱粉、酯化澱粉、交聯澱粉或其組合。經化學改性之澱粉通常藉由使澱粉之羥基與一或多種試劑反應來製備。反應程度(通
常稱為取代度(DS))可顯著改變改性澱粉與相應天然澱粉相比之生理化學特性。對於經全取代之改性澱粉,天然澱粉之DS可在至多3範圍內。視取代基之類型及DS而定,經化學改性之澱粉可展現相對於天然澱粉顯著不同之親水性/疏水性特徵。
適合之醚化澱粉包含經乙基及/或丙基取代之醚化澱粉。適合之酯化澱粉包含經乙醯基、丙醯基及/或丁醯基取代之酯化澱粉。下表1展示數種不同澱粉及其成分。
以澱粉之總重量計結晶度在30與42wt%之間、較佳在35與40wt%之間的澱粉為較佳的。在一個例示性實施例中,澱粉為小麥澱粉。較佳之澱粉為熱塑性小麥澱粉。亦可使用玉米澱粉(Maize starch)(亦稱為玉米澱粉(corn starch))。
天然及經化學改性之澱粉通常均展現較差熱塑性特性。為了改進此類特性,澱粉可藉由將其與一或多種塑化劑一起熔融處理來轉化成熱塑性澱粉(TPS)。多元醇通常在熱塑性澱粉之製造中用作塑化劑。
適合之多元醇包含甘油、乙二醇、丙二醇、二乙
二醇、二丙二醇、三乙二醇、三丙二醇、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,2-丁二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,5-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、1,5-己二醇、1,2,6-己三醇、1,3,5-己三醇、新戊二醇、三羥甲基丙烷、季戊四醇、山梨糖醇、甘露糖醇及其乙酸酯、乙氧基化物、丙氧基化物衍生物或組合。在一個例示性實施例中,用於熱塑性澱粉之塑化劑為甘油。
熱塑性澱粉之塑化劑含量以澱粉及塑化劑之組合質量計為5wt%至50wt%,較佳為10wt%至40wt%,且更佳為15wt%至約30wt%。
熱塑性澱粉(亦即,澱粉與塑化劑之組合重量)以第一層102之總重量計以2至30wt%、較佳4至20wt%且更佳5至13wt%之量存在於第一層中。
如上所述,第一層102包括相容劑。相容劑通常為不飽和羧酸或不飽和羧酸衍生物與烯烴聚合物之共聚物。不飽和羧酸之實例為順丁烯二酸、反丁烯二酸、衣康酸、甲基丙烯酸、丁烯酸、丙二酸、丁二酸、戊二酸、己二酸、庚二酸、辛二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、甲基順丁烯二酸或其組合。不飽和羧酸衍生物之實例為順丁烯二酸酐、甲基順丁烯二酸酐、伊康酸酐、丙二酸酐、丁二酸酐、戊二酸酐、己二酸酐、庚二酸酐、辛二酸酐、壬二酸酐、丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸縮水甘油酯、甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯或其類似物或其組合。順丁烯二酸酐為較佳之接枝化合物。一或多個(較佳一個)接枝化合物接枝至烯烴聚合物上。共聚物
可為三元共聚物,且除聚烯烴之外亦可含有不飽和羧酸以及不飽和羧酸衍生物兩者。
第一層中所用之相容劑以第一層之總重量計為0.5至10wt%,較佳為1至8wt%,且更佳為2至7wt%。在一個實施例中,相容劑之重量以第一層之總重量計為小於3wt%、較佳小於2wt%。在一實施例中,第一層中所用之相容劑之重量以第一層之總重量計為0.5至1.5wt%。
第一層通常具有15至80微米、較佳20至35微米之厚度。
第二層及第三層
第二層及/或第三層包括聚烯烴及填充劑。此等層不含有任何澱粉。第二層及/或第三層中所含之聚烯烴列於上文。在一個例示性實施例中,第二層及/或第三層中所用之聚烯烴為線性低密度聚乙烯。聚烯烴分別以第二層之總重量計或以第三層之總重量計以40至95重量%(wt%)、較佳45至80wt%且更佳50至65wt%之量用於第二層及/或第三層中。
第二層及/或第三層各自含有填充劑。填充劑可為無機填充劑或有機填充劑。填充劑可呈微粒形式或呈纖維形式。在一個例示性實施例中,填充劑呈微粒形式。較佳之填充劑為充裕、有成本效益且具有低二氧化碳足跡(因為其為天然存在的)之礦物填充劑。

無機填充劑可具有0.1至50微米、較佳1至30微米且更佳1至5微米之粒度(D50)。
無機填充劑亦可呈纖維形式。例示性無機纖維包含衍生自玻璃、石英、金屬(例如奈米纖維、奈米棒、奈米管、晶須及其類似物)、陶瓷或其類似物或其組合之無機纖維。
有機填充劑通常衍生自聚合物且通常呈纖維形式。纖維可由包含以下之聚合物獲得:聚醯胺、聚酯、聚醚醯亞胺、聚醯亞胺、聚醚酮、聚醚醚酮、聚縮醛、聚芳酯、聚醯胺醯亞胺、聚碳酸酯、聚(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚矽氧烷、聚氟乙烯或其類似物或其組合。
有機及無機纖維可具有10奈米至20微米、較佳20奈米至10微米且更佳25奈米至8微米之纖維直徑。填充劑可經助黏劑表面處理,以便促進分散及與第二層及第三層之聚合物基質的黏著性。
填充劑以第二層或第三層之總重量計以3至40wt%、較佳5至30wt%且更佳6至18wt%之量用於第二及/或第三層中。例示性填充劑為碳酸鈣。
第二層及/或第三層可具有15至80微米、較佳20至40微米之厚度。第一層比第二層比第三層之厚度比為
1:1:1至1:4:1。多層物件之總厚度為25微米至200微米。
在一實施例中,多層物件可具有五個或更多個層。第三層可安置於第二層之與接觸第一層的表面相對之表面上,而第四層可安置於第三層之與接觸第三層的表面相對之表面上。第三層及第四層可包括上文所列之聚烯烴中的任一者。第三層及第四層通常不含有澱粉但可含有填充劑。
第一層及第二層可在不使用中間層或連接層之情況下黏附於第一層。簡而言之,第一層、第二層及/或第三層中存在聚烯烴有助於多層物件之各別層之間的黏著。第二層及第三層與第一層直接接觸。第一層、第二層及/或第三層可含有抗氧化劑、抗臭氧劑、熱穩定劑、紫外穩定劑或其類似物或其組合。
在一個實施例中,在一種製造熱塑性澱粉組合物之方法中,所有成分均在單一混配或混合步驟中使用混合裝置製備。簡而言之,所有成分(聚烯烴、澱粉、塑化劑及相容劑)均僅在成分無任何預摻合(例如在混合裝置,諸如瓦林摻合器(Waring blender)、亨舍爾混合器(Henschel mixer)、帶式摻合器、轉鼓混合器、擠出機或其類似裝置中)或母體混合之情況下饋送至混合裝置中。聚烯烴、澱粉、相容劑及塑化劑均在單一步驟中饋送至混合裝置中,且收集並進一步加工擠出物。

擠出機可為單螺桿擠出機或雙螺桿擠出機或具
有超過兩個螺桿的多螺桿擠出機。雙螺桿擠出機為較佳的。用以在單一步驟中製造熱塑性澱粉組合物之擠出機之實例為具有嚙合或非嚙合螺桿之同向旋轉雙螺桿擠出機或反向旋轉雙螺桿擠出機。較佳之擠出機為具有嚙合螺桿(亦稱為「自劃掃」螺桿)之同向旋轉雙螺桿擠出機。
在一個實施例中,擠出物呈球粒形式,所述球粒可進一步加工成第一層。在另一實施例中,擠出物呈膜形式,所述膜可用以形成第一層。在一較佳實施例中,將熱塑性澱粉組合物擠出成球粒,所述球粒隨後在接下來詳述之共擠出製程中製造成第一層。
在一實施例中,第一層藉由以下方式來製造:將聚烯烴、澱粉、視情況選用之填充劑及相容劑饋送至擠出機之導入口中,同時將塑化劑注入導入口下游之擠出機中。擠出物可呈球粒形式或替代地呈膜形式。在一例示性實施例中,擠出物呈球粒形式。
用以製造球粒及/或第一層之擠出機在140至210℃之溫度下操作。擠出機之一些區域中的壓力為約300至500磅/平方吋。
下文詳述用於製造聚乙烯-熱塑性澱粉(TPS)摻合物之自劃掃同向旋轉雙螺桿擠出機的螺桿組態。若螺桿組態以低強度混合成分,則熱塑性澱粉組合物中將不會達成正確的形態學。此將引起澱粉在聚乙烯中之較差分散且產生較差機械及光學特性。相反地,若螺桿組態引起過強烈的混合,則將產生高於澱粉降解溫度之熔融溫度,使得澱粉變黃或甚至炭化。因此,期望在熔融溫度、滯留時間及混合強度之間
達成最佳平衡。所要熔融溫度低於200℃,且在擠出機中之適用滯留時間短於一分鐘。熔融溫度、滯留時間及混合強度之間所期望之最佳平衡由螺桿設計及製程條件決定。
用於製造熱塑性澱粉組合物之螺桿組態包括至少兩個混合區段或區域,較佳為三個或四個混合區段或區域。混合區域由螺桿元件間隔。螺桿元件用來向前輸送材料且不經加壓或完全填充且不引起任何混合。第一機筒區中之螺桿元件促進粉末狀澱粉攝取至擠出機中。第一機筒區中之此等螺桿元件具有較大間距且可經底切以藉由增加可用的體積來增加材料攝取。較大間距螺桿元件具有較高傳送能力且較佳用於此區域。
混合區域安置於第一機筒區下游。每個混合區域具有引起背壓之限制元件,所述背壓增加混合區域中之填充程度。用於混合區域之元件典型地為不同設計之捏合盤塊。基於捏合盤塊設計,施加之應力及能量輸入可達至每個混合區域且可受控制。每個混合區域包括3至4個捏合盤塊,所述捏合盤塊視其搖晃角度而可在右手側、左手側或中間。此外,每個捏合盤塊中之盤的寬度及數目可不同。可使用其他混合元件,諸如連續混合元件(CME)、渦輪混合元件(TME)、分級混合元件(FME)、分級捏合塊(FKB)泡殼環及其類似混合元件。TME用於混合區域以避免滑移且輔助甘油結合至澱粉及聚乙烯摻合物中。在TME正上方注入甘油。在最後一個混合區域之後且在模具之前抽真空,以幫助來自澱粉之任何水液化。
在一實施例中,粒化的熱塑性澱粉組合物(如上
文詳述製造)隨後用以製造第一層。第一層可藉由擠出、澆鑄、吹塑膜或其類似方法製造。
在製造第二層及/或第三層時,在引入擠出機至中之前將填充劑與聚烯烴母體混合。填充劑母體混合物通常包括60至80wt%的分散於聚烯烴中之填充劑(例如碳酸鈣)。將母體混合物與所有其他成分(例如剩餘聚烯烴)一起引入至擠出機中以製造第二層。
在一實施例中,多層物件可藉由共擠出製造。第一層、第二層及/或第三層各自由各別擠出機擠出且彼此接觸以形成多層物件。擠出機可為單螺桿擠壓機或多螺桿擠出機(例如雙螺桿擠出機)。在一個實施例中,第一層、第二層及/或第三層隨後在輥筒研磨機中層壓在一起以形成多層物件。亦可使用其他層壓方法,諸如壓縮模製。
同時應注意,第一層、第二層及/或第三層可經由擠出(亦即,使用同向旋轉雙螺桿擠出機)製造,據提出其他裝置可用於混合成分以製造各別層。成分之摻合涉及使用剪切力、延伸力、壓縮力及熱能或包括前述力及能量形式中之至少一者的組合,且在加工設備中進行,其中前述力利用單個螺桿、多個螺桿、嚙合同向旋轉或反向旋轉螺桿、非嚙合同向旋轉或反向旋轉螺桿、往復螺桿、帶銷螺桿、帶銷機筒、輥筒、閘板、螺旋轉子或包括前述中之至少一者的組合。

自表1可看出,在其描述符中有CA之任何樣品均含有獲自CARDIA之熱塑性澱粉。在其描述符中有「Ca」之樣品含有碳酸鈣,而在其描述符中有KS、KS 2及KS 3之樣品含有由Dow Chemical Company製造之熱塑性澱粉。在其描述符中有CACa之層因此在其中具有CARDIA熱塑性澱粉及碳酸鈣兩者,而在其中具有KSCa之層在其中具有Dow熱塑性澱粉及碳酸鈣。由CARDIA(CA)及由Dow Chemical(KS、KS2及KS3)製造之澱粉樣品的組成詳述於下表2中。
關於由Dow Chemical Company製造之樣品的其他細節詳述於表3中。
表2為命名表,其提供表4及表5中所用之一些成分的細節,其他細節。
表3展示KS TPS、KS2 TPS及KS3 TPS之組成,以上均用於表4及表5中。聚乙烯-熱塑性澱粉(PE-TPS)摻合物調配物在雙螺桿擠出機(TSE)上混配。各別組成展示於表3中。實驗之目的為開發一種連續混配以及製備足夠量(約50磅)以在吹塑膜作業線上加工此材料之製程。將所有固體成分經由主要進料導入口饋送,且將甘油注入擠出機之機筒3中。用以製造球粒及/或第一層之擠出機在140至210℃之溫度下操作。擠出機之一些區域中的壓力為約300至500磅/平方吋。
關於具有三個層第二層(層A)、第一層(層B)
及第三層(層C)之多層膜的細節展示於下表4中。表4具有5種比較樣品(比較樣品1-5)及兩種本發明樣品(樣品1及2)。第一層比第二層比第三層之厚度比為1:2:1且總膜厚度為50微米。
DOWLEXTM 2045 G為獲自Dow Chemical company的具有0.92g/cm3之密度之線性低密度聚乙烯,且具有在根據ASTM D1238在190℃及2.16公斤下量測時為1.0dg/min之熔融指數。ELITETM 5230G為獲自Dow Chemical company的具有0.916g/cm3之密度之線性低密度聚乙烯,且具有在根據ASTM D1238在190℃及2.16公斤下量測時為4.0dg/min之熔融指數。AMPLIFYTM GR205為獲自Dow Chemical Company之聚乙烯,且具有1.35wt%總量之順丁烯二酸酐。其具有在根據ASTM D1238在190℃及2.16公斤下量測時為1.0dg/min之熔融指數。多層物件之特性展示於表5中。
自表5中之資料可看出,本發明樣品1具有比具有相同總TPS及CaCO3含量之等效比較樣品低6與100%之間的氧透射(在根據ASTM D3985測試時)。本發明樣品1展示每天2750至3200cm3/m2、較佳每天2900至3100cm3/m2之氧透射,其低於比較樣品之氧透射。樣品2說明,TPS及CaCO3含量之進一步增加得到再低27%之氧透射。本發明樣品1亦展示比比較樣品增加44與167%之間的落鏢衝擊強度
(根據ASTM D1709量測),同時在ASTM D1922測試時維持可接受之埃爾門多夫撕裂強度水準。
如上表5中可看出,物件展示在根據ASTM D3985在23℃及75%相對濕度下測試時為每天2750至3200cm3/m2之氧透射。多層物件亦展示根據ASTM D1709量測為200至600公克之落鏢衝擊強度;在根據ASTM D1922量測時為400至900公克之加工方向埃爾門多夫N50;及在根據ASTM D1922量測時為1050至1300公克之橫跨加工方向埃爾門多夫N50。組合物此外在加熱至高於熱塑性澱粉之降解點的溫度時不會產生任何煙霧。

Claims (12)
- 一種多層物件,其包括:包括熱塑性聚合物之第一層;其中所述熱塑性聚合物包括聚烯烴、相容劑及熱塑性澱粉;其中所述第一層不含有任何填充劑;及包括聚烯烴及填充劑之第二層;其中所述第二層不含有任何熱塑性澱粉。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之多層物件,其中所述填充劑為碳酸鈣,且其中所述熱塑性澱粉包括小麥澱粉。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之多層物件,其中所述聚烯烴為具有0.905g/cm3至0.940g/cm3之密度的線性低密度聚乙烯。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之多層物件,其中所述線性低密度聚乙烯以所述第一層之總重量計以50至90wt%之量存在。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之多層物件,其中所述相容劑以所述第一層之總重量計以小於10wt%之量存在。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之多層物件,其進一步包括第三層;其中所述第三層安置於所述第一層之與接觸所述第二層的表面相對之表面上;且其中所述第一層、所述第二層及所述第三層各自包括線性低密度聚乙烯。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之多層物件,其中所述物件展示在根據ASTM D3985在23℃及75%相對濕度下測試時為每天2750至3200cm3/m2之氧透射。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之多層物件,其中所述物件展 示根據ASTM D1709量測為200至600公克之落鏢衝擊強度;在根據ASTM D1922量測時為400至900公克之加工方向埃爾門多夫(Elmendorf)N50;及在根據ASTM D1922量測時為1050至1300公克之橫跨加工方向埃爾門多夫N50。

- 一種製造多層物件之方法,其包括:共擠出第一層及第二層;其中所述第一層包括聚烯烴、相容劑及熱塑性澱粉且不含有任何填充劑;其中所述第二層包括聚烯烴及填充劑且不含有任何熱塑性澱粉;且其中所述第一層接觸所述第二層。
- 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之方法,其進一步包括將所述第一層與所述第二層層壓。
