Abstract

Description

液體分配器泵
本發明大致上有關液體分配器系統,且更特別有關液體泵浦、以及包含此一泵浦的用完即丟之再填充/替換液體容器單元。
液體分配器系統、諸如液體肥皂及消毒劑分配器,於該分配器之作動時對使用者提供預定數量之液體。此液體分配器系統通常包含用完即丟/替換液體容器單元,當該液體容器係空的時,其可由該系統被輕易地移去,以被再填充單元所替換。

當想要數量之液體已被分配時,該內部作動器停止該出口凸緣114之向上移動。在那時候,該出口凸緣114係自由往下移動回至圖3所示之待發位置。由於延伸至該位置、或在該內部作動器的有力方向之下的波紋管112之天然回彈性、或藉由諸如螺旋彈簧、或另一些機構的分開偏向構件,此移動可發生。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種再填充單元,用於再填充一液體分配器系統,該再填充單元包括:液體容器,用於保存液體之供給;及泵浦,被連接至該液體容器,且包括一配件部份及一泵浦部份,其中該配件部份被建構用於附接至該液體容器,及該泵浦部份包括沿著共用之縱軸設置的上閥件及下閥件;其中該配件部份及該泵浦部份被形成為一個整體式元件。
  2. 一種泵浦,包括:單一泵浦本體,包含一配件部份及一波紋管部份;實質上平直之通道,穿過該泵浦本體;該通道具有一靠近該配件部份之近側入口端部、和一與該配件部份相反的遠側出口端部;及入口閥,位於靠近該近側端入口端部,及出口閥,位於靠近該遠側出口端部;其中該入口閥及該出口閥沿著共用之縱軸延伸。
  3. 一種泵浦,包括:單一泵浦本體,包含一配件部份及一波紋管部份;實質上平直之通道,穿過該泵浦本體;閥桿,至少局部地位在該實質上平直之通道內;及該閥桿包含一入口閥件、一出口閥件、及一將該入口閥件連接至該出口閥件之桿件。
