201218956 六、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明使用成份屬植物提取物,含蒽醌衍生物,用於調節 植物的生長、著根和種子的萌芽。本文揭露使用的植物提取物, 含蒽醌衍生物’特別是用於防治植物的土源性疾病。 【先前技術】 為虎杖(Reynoutria sachalinensis)的提取物,屬 Marrone Bio Innovations公司的產品,產品名稱為MILSANA®和 REGALIA。可用於防治白粉病,以及其他瓜類和作物等植物 病蟲害’主要含植物中的抗菌毒性酚類化合物成份(Daayf et al.,1995; Wurms et al.1999; Schmitt,2002)。最近發現虎杖提取 物配方中,在不同作物中,對誘發植物病原體的整體抗病力, 也具有明顯的防治效果,包括小麥白粉病的防治效果(Vechet et al. 2009)。除了可誘發整體的防治效果(ISR),含虎杖提取物的 配方劑’也顯示對小麥白粉病具有抗菌防治效果(Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici; Randoux et al” 2008)。 植物病蟲害的防治誘發劑’如虎杖的提取物,可在容器中 混合其他的SAR/ISR產品,以及生物防治劑(BCA)而進行^多 測試(Hafez et al.,1999; Belanger and Benyagoub,1997;
