Abstract

蔬菜专用种衣剂涉及一种专用于处理蔬菜种子以防治或减轻苗期病害并提高其发芽势和发芽率的种子包衣剂,该种衣剂的原料配方中除包括可促使种皮中的半纤维素水解的X型有机染料外,还包括兼作种肥和促溶剂的尿素、兼作杀菌剂和促染剂的NaCl以及造成碱性条件并兼有发芽促进作用和杀菌作用的Na3PO4或Na2CO3或NaHCO3。经本发明处理的蔬菜种子可增强其抗逆性,提高其发芽势和发芽率,使小苗齐壮并防治或减轻苗期病害。

Description

本发明涉及一种专用于处理蔬菜种子以防治或减轻苗期病害并提高其发芽势和发芽率种子包衣剂。
种子包衣技术是目前国内外正在研究和发展的种子处理技术,是防治农作物苗期病虫害和提高农作物产量的最为简便、最为经济也是最为有效的技术措施。从本质上来说,种子包衣技术就是根据农作物种子萌发所需的营养物质和苗期病虫害的特点,在播种前给种子穿上一层由营养物质和杀菌剂等配制而成的包衣,从而提高种子播种时的发芽势和发芽率并防治或减轻苗期病虫害,进而提高农作物的产量。在现有技术中,种衣剂原料配方中的杀菌剂多采用农药,如呋喃丹、多菌灵、福美双或五氯硝基苯等。由于这些农药对人和牲畜都有一定的毒害作用,因而给种衣剂的生产、贮存、运输和使用都带来不小的麻烦,尤其是不宜用于处理生长期较短和直接入口的蔬菜种子。而且,某些农药杀菌剂还有抑制种子萌发的负作用。
本发明的目的是获得一种对人畜没有任何毒害作用、因而特别适用于处理蔬菜种子的种衣剂,以提高蔬菜种子的发芽势和发芽率并有效地防治或减轻苗期病害。
为了实现上述目的,本发明利用X型有机染料在碱性条件下可促使种皮中的半纤维素水解,因而具有促进种子萌发的作用和对人畜的安全性,以X型有机染料作为蔬菜专用种衣剂的原料之
上述原料配方中的X型有机染料为蒽醌类化合物或偶氮化合物,其结构式分别为:

本发明蔬菜专用种衣剂对人和牲畜无毒无害,生产、贮存、运输和使用既安全又方便。经本发明处理的蔬菜种子不仅外观整齐饱满,而且可提高其发芽势和发芽率并增强其抗逆性,使种子萌发后的小苗齐壮并防治或减轻苗期病害,进而可提高蔬菜产量5~20%。因此,本发明特别适合于处理各种生长期较短的蔬菜种子。
一。为了促使X型有机染料本身的溶解,在蔬菜专用种衣剂的原料配方中还包括兼作种肥和促溶剂的尿素。为了促使被处理蔬菜种子染色和固色,在蔬菜专用种衣剂的原料配方中还包括兼作杀菌剂和促染剂的NaCl以及造成碱性条件并兼有发芽促进作用和杀菌作用的Na2CO3或NaHCO3或Na3PO4。利用本发明蔬菜专用种衣剂处理蔬菜种子时可采用分步加入配方原料和分步浸泡的方法。以下结合具体实施例对本发明蔬菜专用种衣剂的技术特征作进一步的详细说明。
本发明蔬菜专用种衣剂以X型有机染料和尿素以及杀菌剂和发芽促进剂为原料,其原料配方为:
A、X型有机染料    0.1~10份重
B、尿素    5~50份重
C、NaCl    30~100份重
D、Na2CO30.1~5份重
或NaHCO30.1~5份重
或Na3PO410~100份重
其最佳原料配方为:
A、X型有机染料    1份重
B、尿素    20份重
C、NaCl    50份重
D、Na2CO32份重
或NaHCO32份重
或Na3PO440份重

1、一种专用于处理蔬菜种子以提高其发芽势和发芽率的蔬菜专用种衣剂,其特征在于其原料配方为:
A、X型有机染料  0.1~10份重
B、尿素         5~50份重
C、NaCl         30~100份重
D、Na2CO30.1~5份重
或NaHCO30.1~5份重
或Na3PO410~100份重。
2、根据权利要求1所述的蔬菜专用种衣剂,其特征在于其原料配方为:
A、X型有机染料  1份重
B、尿素  20份重
C、NaCl  50份重
D、Na2CO32份重
或NaHCO32份重
或Na3PO440份重。
