Abstract
Mevcut buluş, yüksek miktarda klorür, demir ve bakır içerikleriyle yapılan liçleme, kürleme ve aglomerasyon aşamalarıyla oluşan kalsiyum klorür kullanılarak birincil ve ikincil minerallere yönelik bakırlı sıvıda kimyasal liçleme prosesini önemli bir oranda geliştirecek bir prosesi açıklamaktadır. Son olarak mineral, düşük bakır konsantrasyonu ve yüksek asit konsantrasyonu ile yıkanmaktadır ve burada emprenye edilmiş bakır, çukurdan ekstrakte edilmekte ve burada devridaim çözeltisi, aglomerasyon aşamasında kullanılmaktadır. İlaveten aynı zamanda, sıcaklık, kürleme ve liçleme aşamalarında kullanılmaktadır ve yığına sıcak hava eklenerek ve/veya liçleme çözeltileri ısıtılarak mineralin ısısı arttırılmaktadır ve burada sıcaklık, 30°C'den daha yüksek ve 60°C'den daha düşük olmaktadır.
