Abstract

Genel formül I'e göre amidler ve bunlarin tautomer ve izomer formlari, olasi enantiomer ve diastereomer formlari, ayrica olasi fizyolojik tahammül edilebilir tuzlaridir. Formül (I)'e göre olan amidler enzimlerin, özellikle sistein proteaz- larin örnegin kalpain (= kalsiyuma bagli sistein proteazi) ve bunlarin izoenzimleri ve katepsin, örnegin B ve L'lerin inhibitörleri olmaktadir (Formül).
