Abstract
The invention concerns construction system (1) for a module arrangement (2), and/or for a facade arrangement (3), the construction system (1) comprises a carrying profile (20), an isolating element (30), and an object assembly (40), e.g. a glazing assembly (40), wherein the carrying profile (20) is of wood, and/or a composite material, the isolating element (30) comprises a material having isolating properties and is attached to the carrying profile (20), and wherein the object assembly (40) is provided with a pin element (41), wherein the pin element (41) protrudes out from the object assembly (40), e.g. the glazing assembly (40), and wherein the isolating element (30) is further attached with a slideable, and lockable, clip portion (50), wherein the clip portion (50) is able to be slid in place at the pin element (41), and then able to be locked on the pin element (41), and thereby fastening the object assembly (40), e.g. the glazing assembly (40), to the carrying profile (20).
Description
CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM COMPRISING CARRYING PROFILE, ISOLATING ELEMENT AND AN OBJECT ASSEMBLY TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a construction system for a module arrangement, and/or for a facade arrangement, wherein the construction system comprises a carrying profile, an isolating element and an object assembly, wherein the carrying profile is of wood, and/or a composite material, and a module arrangement, or a facade arrangement, comprising the module arrangement.
BACKGROUND ART Construction systems for facades comprising glazings and aluminum, or other metal, parts are known in the art.
For example, EP 3216937 A1 discloses a method for assembling a mullion and transom construction, in particular for a facade or a light roof, as well as an assembly aid for the assembly of filling elements on a mullion and transom construction.
EP 1754841 A2 discloses a support profile construction for facades comprising support profiles and an insulator profile overlapping an inner seal provided on the support profile and a form-fitting or material-locking connection for holding the insulator profile on the inner seal.
However, there is still a need for improved construction systems for facades, and also a need for sustainable construction systems for facades.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a construction system for a module arrangement, and/or for a facade arrangement, wherein the construction system comprises a carrying profile, an isolating element, and an object assembly, e.g. a glazing assembly, wherein the carrying profile is of wood, and/or a composite material, wherein the isolating element comprises a material having isolating properties and is attached to the carrying profile, and wherein the object assembly, e.g. the glazing assembly, is provided with a pin element, wherein the pin element protrudes out from the object assembly, e.g. the glazing assembly, and wherein the isolating element is further attached with a slideable, and lockable, clip portion, wherein the clip portion is able to be slid in place at the pin element, and then able to be locked on the pin element, and thereby fastening the object assembly, e.g. the glazing assembly, to the carrying profile.
The isolating element, ofthe construction system of the present invention, comprising a material having isolating properties, has shown to, when being attached to the carrying profile, assist in isolating the carrying profile from the outside environment. Further, by the construction system comprising the isolating element it is thus enabled a construction system wherein the carrying profile, being of wood, and/or a composite material, e.g. being of wood, may be successfully moisture protected, and also protected from any colder outer surfaces and/or any colder outer layers, where moisture may arise.
Furthermore, the isolating element, of the construction system of the present invention, is attached to the carrying profile, makes it possible for any forces, e.g. from wind or from any other external sources, to be distributed evenly along the isolating element.
Moreover, with the construction system of the present invention it is also possible to achieve a construction system with good function maintained while at the same time limiting any use of metals, such as aluminium.
Furthermore, the carrying profile ofthe construction system of the present invention, being of wood, and/or a composite material, e.g. being of wood, allows for construction systems with improved flexibility.
The construction system, as described herein, is suitable for a module arrangement, and/or for a facade arrangement, e.g. for a mullion and transom construction.
Further, the construction system, in accordance with the present invention, comprises a carrying profile, an isolating element and an object assembly, e.g. a glazing assembly.
The construction system, as described herein, comprises a carrying profile, wherein the carrying profile is of wood, and/or a composite material. The carrying profile may, for example, comprise, or be of, glued laminated timber. ln embodiments, in accordance with the present invention, the construction system, as described herein, comprises a carrying profile, wherein the carrying profile is of wood. ln further embodiments, in accordance with the present invention, the construction system, as described herein, comprises a carrying profile, wherein the carrying profile is of a composite material. ln still further embodiments, in accordance with the present invention, the construction system, as described herein, comprises a carrying profile, wherein the carrying profile is of wood and a composite material.
The construction system, as described herein, comprises the isolating element wherein the isolating element comprises a material having isolating properties and is attached to the carrying profile.
Further embodiments, in accordance with the present invention, relate to the construction system, as described herein, wherein the construction system comprises the object assembly, wherein the object assembly is a glazing assembly.
Further, the construction system, as described herein, comprises the object assembly, e.g. the glazing assembly, wherein the object assembly, e.g. the glazing assembly, is provided with a pin element, wherein the pin element protrudes out from the object assembly, e.g. the glazing assembly.
The construction system, as described herein, comprises, in accordance with the present invention, that the isolating element is further attached with a slideable, and lockable, clip portion, wherein the clip portion is able to be slid in place at the pin element, and then able to be locked on the pin element, and thereby fastening the object assembly, e.g. the glazing assembly, to the carrying profile.
Further embodiments, in accordance with the present invention, relate to the construction system, as described herein, wherein the isolating element comprises, e.g. is of, a material having isolating properties, wherein the material having isolating properties is, for example, a polymer material, and/or a biocomposite material.
Even further embodiments, in accordance with the present invention, relate to the construction system, as described herein, wherein the isolating element comprises, e.g. is of, a material having isolating properties, wherein the material having isolating properties is a polymer material.
Still further embodiments, in accordance with the present invention, relate to the construction system, as described herein, wherein the isolating element comprises, e.g. is of, a material having isolating properties, wherein the material having isolating properties is a biocomposite material.
Further embodiments, in accordance with the present invention, relate to the construction system, as described herein, wherein the isolating element comprises, e.g. is of, a material having isolating properties, wherein the material having isolating properties is a polymer material and a biocomposite material.
An aspect, in accordance with the present invention, relates to the construction system, as described herein, wherein the isolating element is of a non-metallic material.
Further embodiments, in accordance with the present invention, relate to the construction system, as described herein, wherein the isolating element is further attached with the slideable, and lockable, clip portion, wherein the clip portion is provided with an inclined recess for sliding the clip portion in place at the pin element, whereby the inclined recess, when the clip portion is slid in place at the pin element, also comprises a function, by means of its inclination, of pressing the object assembly, e.g. the glazing assembly, towards the carrying profile.
A further aspect, in accordance with the present invention, relates to the construction system, as described herein, wherein the construction system further comprises a framing profile, wherein the framing profile is attached to the isolating element on the side of the isolating element being opposite ofthe carrying profile.
Even further embodiments, in accordance with the present invention, relate to the construction system, as described herein, wherein the isolating element assists in isolating the carrying profile from the outside environment when the isolating element is attached with the clip portion.
Still further embodiments, in accordance with the present invention, relate to the construction system, as described herein, wherein the construction system further comprises sealing means, and wherein the isolating element assists, together with the sealing means, in isolating the carrying profile from the outside environment when the isolating element is attached with the clip portion.
Embodiments, in accordance with the present invention, relate to the construction system, as described herein, wherein the carrying profile is separated from drainage of any outside water, and of any formed condensed water, by a drainage system comprising the isolating element.
The present invention also relates to a module arrangement, for a facade arrangement, wherein the module arrangement comprises the construction system, as described herein.
Further embodiments, in accordance with the present invention, relate to the module arrangement, for a facade arrangement, wherein the module arrangement comprises the construction system, as described herein, and wherein the construction system comprises a glazing assembly.
The present invention further also relates to a facade arrangement, wherein the facade arrangement comprises the module arrangement as described herein.
A further aspect, in accordance with the present invention, relates to a module arrangement for a facade arrangement, wherein the module arrangement comprises a construction system as described herein, wherein the construction system comprises at least two carrying profiles, at least two isolating elements, at least two object assemblies, e.g. at least two glazing assemblies, at least two framing profiles, and sealing means, wherein each framing profile is attached to the corresponding isolating element on the side of the isolating element being opposite of the corresponding carrying profile, wherein at least the two carrying profiles and the two framing profiles are coupled together, respectively, and wherein the isolating elements assist, together with the sealing means, in isolating the carrying profiles from the outside environment.
Further aspects, in accordance with the present invention, relate to a module arrangement for a facade arrangement, wherein the module arrangement further comprises glass supports, wherein the glass supports may complement the isolating element in carrying load.
An even further aspect, in accordance with the present invention, relates to a facade arra ngement, wherein the facade arrangement comprises a construction system as described herein, wherein the construction system comprises at least two carrying profiles, at least two isolating elements, at least two object assemblies, e.g. at least two glazing assemblies, at least two framing profiles, and sealing means, wherein each framing profile is attached to the corresponding isolating element on the side of the isolating element being opposite of the corresponding carrying profile, wherein at least the two carrying profiles and the two framing profiles are coupled together, respectively, and wherein the isolating elements assist, together with the sealing means, in isolating the carrying profiles from the outside environment, and/or the facade arrangement comprises a module arrangement as described herein. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS Aspects of the invention will be described in greater detail with reference to the embodiments that are shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 illustrates a sectional view through an embodiment of a construction system for a module arrangement, and/or for a facade arrangement, wherein the construction system comprises a carrying profile, isolating element and a glazing assembly, i.e. an object assembly, as described herein, and also a view of the embodiment of the construction system from the side ofthe glazing assembly.
Fig. 2 illustrates a sectional view through an embodiment of a construction system, for a module arrangement, and/or for a facade arrangement, wherein the construction system comprises two carrying profiles, two isolating elements, two object assemblies, e.g. two glazing assemblies, and two framing profiles, as described herein.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION The embodiments ofthe present invention as described in the following are to be regarded only as examples and are in no way intended to limit the scope ofthe present invention.
Fig. 1 illustrates a sectional view through a construction system 1, in accordance with the present invention, for a module arrangement 2, and/or for a facade arrangement 3, wherein the construction system 1 comprises a carrying profile 20, an isolator 30, i.e. an isolating element 30, and a glazing assembly 40, i.e. an object assembly 40. The carrying profile 20 may be of wood, and/or a composite material, and the carrying profile 20 is here of Glulam, i.e. a glued laminated timber. Further, the carrying profile 20 in Fig.1 may illustrate a frame profile 20. The isolating element 30 is attached with screws 60 to the carrying profile 20. ln Fig.1, both from the sectional view through the embodiment of the construction system and from the view of the embodiment of the construction system from the side of the glazing assembly (i.e. "SIDE VIEW - GLASS" in Fig.1), it can be seen that the object assembly 40, e.g. the glazing assembly 40, is provided with a pin element 41, wherein the pin element 41 protrudes out from the object assembly 40, e.g. the glazing assembly 40. Behind the pin element 41 and in the glazing assembly 40 there can be seen a pocket profile and an insert inside said pocket profile, wherein said pocket profile and said insert work together to attach the pin element 41 in the glazing assembly 40.
Further, in Fig.1, both from the sectional view through the embodiment of the construction system and from the view of the embodiment ofthe construction system from the side of the glazing assembly (i.e. "SIDE VIEW - GLASS" in Fig.1), it can be seen that the isolating element 30 is further attached with a slideable, and lockable, clip portion 50, here a sliding clip 50. lt can be seen how the clip portion 50 is able to be slid in place at the pin element 41, and able to be locked on the pin element 41, and thereby fastening the object assembly 40, e.g. the glazing assembly 40, to the carrying profile 20.
Furthermore, in Fig.1, it can be seen that the construction system 1 further comprises a framing profile 70 and sealing means, 80, and 81, i.e. frame gasket 80 and front chamber gasket 81.
Fig. 2 illustrates a sectional view through an embodiment of a construction system 1, in accordance with the present invention, for a module arrangement 2, and/or for a facade arra ngement 3, wherein the construction system 1 comprises two carrying profiles 20, two isolating elements 30, two glazing assemblies 40, i.e. two object assemblies 40, and two framing profiles (70).
Further, in Fig.2, it can be seen that each framing profile 70 is attached to the corresponding isolating element 30 on the side of the isolating element 30 being opposite of the corresponding carrying profile 20, wherein the two carrying profiles 20 and the two framing profiles 70 are coupled together, respectively.
Furthermore, in Fig.2, it can also be seen that the construction system 1 further comprises sealing means, 80, 81, 82 and 83, i.e. frame gaskets 80, front chamber gaskets 81 and coupling gaskets 82 and 83, and that said two carrying profiles 20 and the two framing profiles 70 are coupled together, respectively, and that the isolating elements 30 assist, together with the sealing means 80, 81, 82, 83, in isolating the carrying profiles 20 from the outside environment.
Claims (11)
1. A construction system (1) for a module arrangement (2), and/or for a facade arrangement (3), wherein the construction system (1) comprises a carrying profile (20), an isolating element (30), and an object assembly (40), e.g. a glazing assembly (40), wherein the carrying profile (20) is of wood, and/or a composite material, wherein the isolating element (30) comprises a material having isolating properties and is attached to the carrying profile (20), and wherein the object assembly (40), e.g. the glazing assembly (40), is provided with a pin element (41), wherein the pin element (41) protrudes out from the object assembly (40), e.g. the glazing assembly (40), and wherein the isolating element (30) is further attached with a slideable, and lockable, clip portion (50), wherein the clip portion (50) is able to be slid in place at the pin element (41), and then able to be locked on the pin element (41), and thereby fastening the object assembly (40), e.g. the glazing assembly (40), to the carrying profile (20).
2. The construction system (1) according to claim 1, wherein the isolating element (30) comprises, e.g. is of, a material having isolating properties, wherein the material having isolating properties is, for example, a polymer material, and/or a biocomposite material.
3. The construction system (1) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the clip portion (50) is provided with an inclined recess (51) for sliding the clip portion (50) in place at the pin element (41), whereby the inclined recess (51), when the clip portion (50) is slid in place at the pin element (41), also comprises a function, by means of its inclination, of pressing the object assembly (40), e.g. the glazing assembly (40), towards the carrying profile (20).

The construction system (1) according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the construction system (1) further comprises a framing profile (70), wherein the framing profile (70) is attached to the isolating element (30) on the side of the isolating element (30) being opposite of the carrying profile (20).
5. The construction system (1) according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the isolating element (30) assists in isolating the carrying profile (20) from the outside environment when the isolating element (30) is attached with the clip portion (50).

The construction system (1) according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the construction system (1) further comprises sealing means (80, 81, 82, 83), and wherein the isolating element (30) assists, together with the sealing means (80, 81, 82, 83), in isolating the carrying profile (20) from the outside environment when the isolating element (30) is attached with the clip portion (50).
7. The construction system (1) according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the carrying profile (20) is separated from drainage of any outside water, and of any formed condensed water, by a drainage system comprising the isolating element (30).
8. A module arrangement (2) for a facade arrangement (3), wherein the module arrangement (2) comprises a construction system (1) according to any one of claims 1-

A module arrangement (2) for a facade arrangement (3), wherein the module arrangement (2) comprises a construction system (1) according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the construction system (1) comprises at least two carrying profiles (20), at least two isolating elements (30), at least two object assemblies (40), e.g. at least two glazing assemblies (40), at least two framing profiles (70), and sealing means (80, 81, 82, 83), wherein each framing profile (70) is attached to the corresponding isolating element (30) on the side of the isolating element (30) being opposite of the corresponding carrying profile (20), wherein at least the two carrying profiles (20) and the two framing profiles (70) are coupled together, respectively, and wherein the isolating elements (30) assist, together with the sealing means (80, 81, 82, 83), in isolating the carrying profiles (20) from the outside environment.
11. A facade arrangement (3), wherein the facade arrangement (3) comprises a construction system (1) according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the construction system (1) comprises at least two carrying profiles (20), at least two isolating elements (30), at least two object assemblies (40), e.g. at least two glazing assemblies (40), at least two framing profiles(70), and sealing means (80, 81, 82, 83), wherein each framing profile (70) is attached to the corresponding isolating element (30) on the side of the isolating element (30) being opposite of the corresponding carrying profile (20), wherein at least the two carrying profiles (20) and the two framing profiles (70) are coupled together, respectively, and wherein the isolating elements (30) assist, together with the sealing means (80, 81, 82, 83), in isolating the carrying profiles (20) from the outside environment, and/or the facade arrangement (3) comprises a module arrangement (2) according to claim 10.
