Claims (32)
1. Способ обработки семени, включающий нанесение на семя композиции для обработки семян, которая содержит:
(A) водную дисперсию сложнополиэфирного полиуретана; и
(B) один или более инсектицидов, фунгицидов, нематицидов и/или пестицидов, где
(1) водная полиуретановая дисперсия образует пленку, проявляющую:
(a) микротвердость от 4 до 34 Н/мм2;
(b) Tg от -79°С до -4°С,
(c) относительное удлинение в процентах от 44 до 300, и
(d) прочность на разрыв от 2500 фунт/дюйм (17,2 МПа) до 5600 фунт/дюйм2 (38,6 МПа), и
(2) семя включает семя кукурузы, семя сорго, семя овса, семя ржи, семя ячменя, семя сои, семя овощей, семя пшеницы, семя сахарной свеклы, рис, семя подсолнуха, семя салата-латук, семя шпината и/или семя обеспушенного кислотой хлопчатника.
2. Способ по п. 1, где:
(a) микротвердость составляет от 4 до 25 Н/мм2,
(b) Tg составляет от -48°С до -30°С, и/или
(c) относительное удлинение в процентах составляет от 10 до 300.
3. Способ по п. 1, где водная полиуретановая дисперсия содержит один или более полиуретанов, которые представляют собой продукт реакции реагентов, включающих:
(i) полиизоцианат;
(ii) сложнополиэфирный полиол, имеющей среднечисловую молекулярную массу от 400 до 8000 г/моль;
(iii) соединение, содержащее по меньшей мере одну изоцианат-реакционноспособную группу и анионную группу или потенциально анионную группу;
(iv) необязательно монофункциональный полиалкиленовый простой эфир;
(v) необязательно полиол, имеющий молекулярную массу менее <400 г/моль, и
(vi) необязательно полиамин или аминоспирт, имеющий молекулярную массу от 32 до 400 г/моль.
4. Способ по п. 3, где сложнополиэфирный полиол представляет собой продукт реакции бутандиола и/или неопентилгликоля и/или гександиола с адипиновой кислотой и/или фталевой кислотой.
5. Способ по п. 3, где композиция содержит:
(A) анионный алифатический сложнополиэфирный полиуретан, который представляет собой продукт реакции компонентов (i), (ii), (iii), (v), и (vi), и
(B) необязательно анионный алифатический сложнополиэфирный полиуретан, отличный от (А), который представляет собой продукт реакции компонентов (i), (ii), (iii), (v), и (vi).
6. Способ по п. 5, где композиция дополнительно содержит (С) анионный/неионный сложнополиэфирный полиуретан, который отличен от (А) и (В) и представляет собой продукт реакции компонентов (i), (ii), (iii), (iv), и (vi).
7. Способ по п. 6, где массовое соотношение (А), (В) и (С) в композиции является таким, что (А+В)/(С) составляет более 1.
8. Способ по п. 1, где композиция дополнительно содержит полиэтиленовый воск.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-8, где семя включает семя кукурузы.
10. Способ по п. 9, где семя кукурузы включает сахарную кукурузу, кукурузу silver queen corn, кукурузу golden bantam, кукурузу early sunglow, кукурузу Indian corn, сладкую столовую кукурузу, кукурузу pole corn, кукурузу field corn, зубовидную кукурузу, кремнистую кукурузу, мучнистую кукурузу, кукурузу blue corn, кукурузу popcorn и/или восковую кукурузу.
11. Семя, обработанное способом по любому из пп. 1-10.
12. Семя по п. 11, где семя включает семя кукурузы.
13. Семя по п. 12, где семя кукурузы включает сахарную кукурузу, кукурузу silver queen corn, кукурузу golden bantam, кукурузу early sunglow, кукурузу Indian corn, сладкую столовую кукурузу, кукурузу pole corn, кукурузу field corn, зубовидную кукурузу, кремнистую кукурузу, мучнистую кукурузу, кукурузу blue corn, кукурузу popcorn и/или восковую кукурузу.
