Claims (30)
1. Картридж для использования в генерирующей аэрозоль системе, содержащий:
участок хранения жидкости, содержащий:
корпус, в котором обеспечен канал воздушного потока;
резервуар для жидкости для хранения образующего аэрозоль субстрата в жидком состоянии, причем между указанным каналом воздушного потока и указанным резервуаром для жидкости обеспечена перегородка;
нагревательный узел, расположенный в указанном канале воздушного потока;
первый капиллярный материал, контактирующий с нагревательным узлом;
второй капиллярный материал, контактирующий с первым капиллярным материалом и резервуаром для жидкости и отделенный от нагревательного узла первым капиллярным материалом;
причем средний размер пор или пористость первого капиллярного материала меньше, чем средний размер пор или пористость второго капиллярного материала.
2. Картридж по п. 1, в котором первый капиллярный материал и второй капиллярный материал содержат различные участки одного и того же элемента из капиллярного материала.
3. Картридж по п. 2, в котором капиллярный материал представляет собой прямоугольный кусок капиллярного материала.
4. Картридж по п. 3, в котором кусок капиллярного материала имеет толщину, которая составляет примерно 25% от внутреннего диаметра корпуса.
5. Картридж по п. 3 или 4, в котором длина куска капиллярного материала составляет примерно половину длины корпуса картриджа.
6. Картридж по любому из пп. 3-5, в котором кусок капиллярного материала свернут в форме цилиндра.
7. Картридж по любому из пп. 2-6, в котором часть капиллярного материала, которая находится ближе к нагревательному узлу, оказывается сжатой сильнее, чем расположенная снаружи в радиальном направлении часть капиллярного материала.
8. Картридж по любому из пп. 2-7, в котором размер пор или пористость капиллярного материала непрерывно уменьшаются внутри капиллярного материала в направлении нагревательного узла.
9. Картридж по любому предшествующему пункту, в котором нагревательный узел представляет собой проницаемый для жидкости нагревательный элемент трубчатой формы.
10. Картридж по любому предшествующему пункту, в котором корпус имеет цилиндрическую форму.
11. Картридж по любому предшествующему пункту, в котором резервуар для жидкости расположен в той части корпуса, которая не занята капиллярным материалом.
12. Картридж по любому предшествующему пункту, в котором первый капиллярный материал имеет размер волокон или размер пор от 0,1 до 50 мкм, предпочтительно - от 0,5 до 10 мкм и наиболее предпочтительно - примерно 4 мкм.
13. Картридж по любому предшествующему пункту, в котором первый капиллярный материал имеет плотность менее 2 г/мл и предпочтительно - примерно 0,5 г/мл.
14. Картридж по любому предшествующему пункту, в котором второй капиллярный материал имеет размер волокон или размер пор от 1 до 100 мкм, предпочтительно - от 15 до 40 мкм и наиболее предпочтительно - примерно 25 мкм.
15. Картридж по любому предшествующему пункту, в котором второй капиллярный материал имеет плотность меньше 1 г/мл и предпочтительно - от 0,1 до 0,3 г/мл.
16. Способ изготовления картриджа для использования в генерирующей аэрозоль системе, согласно которому:
- обеспечивают участок хранения жидкости, содержащий корпус, в котором обеспечен канал воздушного потока;
- обеспечивают резервуар для жидкости для хранения образующего аэрозоль субстрата в жидком состоянии, причем между указанным каналом воздушного потока и указанным резервуаром для жидкости обеспечена перегородка;
- размещают нагревательный узел в канале воздушного потока;
- размещают первый капиллярный материал таким образом, что он контактирует с нагревательным узлом;
- размещают второй капиллярный материал таким образом, что он контактирует с первым капиллярным материалом и резервуаром для жидкости, и отделен от нагревательного узла первым капиллярным материалом;
причем средний размер пор или пористость первого капиллярного материала меньше, чем средний размер пор или пористость второго капиллярного материала.
17. Генерирующая аэрозоль система, содержащая картридж по любому из пп. 1-15.
