Claims (21)
1. Способ расщепления амидных связей, включающий
a) обеспечение молекулы, содержащей амидную группу, где амидная группа является первичной, вторичной или третичной амидной группой;
b) проведение реакции молекулы, содержащей амидную группу, с гидроксиламином (NH2OH) или его солью для расщепления амидной связи амидной группы.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что способ дополнительно включает:
c) выделение продукта, образовавшегося в реакции стадии b).
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что амидная группа является N-ациламидной группой, предпочтительно - N-ацетиламидной группой.
4. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что молекула, содержащая амидную группу, дополнительно содержит рН-чувствительный хиральный центр.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что молекула, содержащая амидную группу, дополнительно содержит рН-чувствительную защитную группу.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что стадия b) включает проведение реакции молекулы, содержащей амидную группу, с гидроксиламином или его солью при температуре, равной 100°С или менее.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающийся тем, что стадия b) включает проведение реакции молекулы, содержащей амидную группу, с гидроксиламином или его солью в течение периода времени, лежащего в диапазоне от 2 часов до 200 часов.

9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-8, отличающийся тем, что молярная концентрация гидроксиламина на стадии b) лежит в диапазоне от 5 М до 20 М.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 1-9, отличающийся тем, что стадия b) включает проведение реакции молекулы, содержащей амидную группу, с солью гидроксиламина.
11. Способ по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что соль гидроксиламина является солью гидроксиламина и йодистоводородной кислоты или трифторуксусной кислоты.
12. Способ по любому из пп. 1-11, отличающийся тем, что концентрация соли гидроксиламина на стадии b) лежит в диапазоне от 0,1 М до 5 М.
13. Способ по любому из пп. 1-12, отличающийся тем, что реакцию на стадии b) проводят в растворителе, способном по меньшей мере частично растворять соль гидроксиламина.
14. Способ по любому из пп. 1-13, отличающийся тем, что реакцию на стадии b) проводят при значении рН, лежащем в диапазоне от 4 до 12.
15. Способ по любому из пп. 1-14, отличающийся тем, что реакцию на стадии b) проводят при значении рН, лежащем в диапазоне от 9 до 11.
16. Способ по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что рН реакционной смеси снижают до значения, лежащего в диапазоне от 4 до 9 посредством добавления агента, снижающего рН, выбранного из группы, состоящей из минеральных кислот, органических кислот и солей, снижающих рН, а также их комбинаций.
17. Способ по п. 16, отличающийся тем, что агент, снижающий рН, является солью, снижающей рН.
18. Применение гидроксиламина или его соли для расщепления амидной связи в молекуле, содержащей амидную группу.
