Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un proceso para producir un recubrimiento sobre un sustrato, que comprende una o más etapas de trituración de una capa seca de una composición de recubrimiento acuosa espumada, en donde la composición de recubrimiento acuosa comprende una colección de partículas de copolímero de múltiples etapas que tienen un diámetro promedio ponderal de 2-20 µm, en donde las partículas de copolímero multietapa comprenden un núcleo que tiene una temperatura de transición vítrea (Tg) de 20°C o menor. También se proporciona un sustrato recubierto fabricado por tal proceso.
