Claims (29)
1. Композиция, содержащая, в массовых процентах (мас. %) в расчете на массу композиции:
(A) 22-49% полипропилена (ПП),
(B) 50-65% полиэтилена высокой плотности (ПЭВП),
(C) 7-12% средства для обеспечения совместимости, содержащее следующие компоненты, содержание которых выражено в мас. % в расчете на массу средства для обеспечения совместимости:
(1) 30-90% олефинового блок-композита, содержащего сополимер этилена-пропилена (ЭП), изотактический полипропилен (иПП) и диблок-полимер ЭП-иПП, и
(2) 10-70% ПЭВП, привитого малеиновым ангидридом (MAH-g-ПЭВП),
(D) 0,05-5,0% нуклеирующего агента.
2. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что ПЭВП представляет собой бимодальный ПЭВП (b-ПЭВП).
3. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что ПП представляет собой полипропилен с высокой степенью кристалличности с показателем текучести расплава (ПТР) менее или ровно (≤) 12 г/10 мин. (230 °C/2,16 кг).
4. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что нуклеирующий агент представляет собой по меньшей мере один из NA-11, HPN-20E, талька и карбоната кальция.
5. Композиция по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая наполнитель.
6. Композиция по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что наполнитель присутствует в количестве от более 0 до 60 мас. % в расчете на общую массу композиции.
7. Композиция по п. 6, отличающаяся тем, что наполнитель представляет собой по меньшей мере один из следующих материалов: песок, тальк, доломит, карбонат кальция, глина, диоксид кремния, слюда, волластонит, полевой шпат, силикат алюминия, оксид алюминия, гидратированный оксид алюминия, стеклянные гранулы, стеклянная микросфера, керамическая микросфера, термопластичная микросфера, барит, древесная мука и комбинации двух или более указанных материалов.
8. Композиция по п. 1 без наполнителя, в которой нуклеирующий агент присутствует в количестве менее 1 мас. % в расчете на общую массу композиции.
9. Способ изготовления трубки, включающий стадии:
(I) компаундирования:
(A) 22-49% полипропилена (ПП),
(B) 50-65% полиэтилена высокой плотности (ПЭВП),
(C) 7-12% средства для обеспечения совместимости, содержащего следующие компоненты, содержание которых выражено в мас. % в расчете на массу средства для обеспечения совместимости:
(1) 30-90% олефинового блок-композита, содержащего сополимер этилена-пропилена (ЭП), изотактический полипропилен (иПП) и диблок-полимер ЭП-иПП, и
(2) 10-70% ПЭВП, привитого малеиновым ангидридом (MAH-g-ПЭВП),
(D) 0,05-5,0% нуклеирующего агента; и
(II) экструзии смеси (a) в форму трубки.
10. Способ по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что компаундирование представляет собой компаундирование в расплаве.
11. Трубка, изготовленная способом по п. 9.
12. Кабель, содержащий трубку по п. 11.
13. Способ по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что ПЭВП является бимодальным.
14. Способ по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что ПП представляет собой ПП с высокой степенью кристалличности с ПТР (≤) 12 г/10 мин. (230 °С/2,16 кг).
15. Способ по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что нуклеирующий агент представляет собой по меньшей мере один из NA-11, HPN-20E, талька и карбоната кальция.
