Abstract
1. Claims (17)
1. Композиция, включающая
(i) полипропилен, имеющий
- индекс текучести расплава MFI (230°С, 2,16 кг) менее 2,0 г/10 мин,
- модуль упругости при изгибе от 1200 до 2400 МПа,
- плотность от 0,895 до 0,910 г/см3,
(ii) полиэтилен высокой плотности, имеющий индекс текучести расплава MFI (190°С, 2,16 кг) от 0,1 до 2,0 г/10 мин,
(iii) неорганический наполнитель.
2. Композиция по п.1, имеющая прочность расплава не менее 20 сН.
3. Композиция, включающая
(i) полипропилен,
(ii) полиэтилен высокой плотности,
(iii) неорганический наполнитель,
где композиция имеет прочность расплава не менее 20 сН.
4. Композиция по п.3, в которой полипропилен имеет модуль упругости при изгибе от 1200 до 2400 МПа и плотность от 0,895 до 0,910 г/см3, и/или полиэтилен высокой плотности имеет индекс текучести расплава MFI (190°С, 2,16 кг) от 0,1 до 2,0 г/10 мин.

Композиция по одному из предшествующих пунктов, в которой полипропилен является гетерофазным полипропиленом, содержащим матрицу из гомо- и/или сополимера пропилена и эластомерную фазу, диспергированную в матрице, где эластомерной фазой, предпочтительно, является сополимер пропилена-этилена или сополимер пропилена/С4-8-альфа-олефина, такой как этилен-пропиленовый каучук (ЭПК).

9. Композиция по п.1 или 3, в которой неорганический наполнитель выбирают из группы, включающей карбонат кальция, такой как тонкодисперсный карбонат кальция (GCC) или осажденный карбонат кальция (РСС); доломит; тальк; глину или любую смесь указанных веществ.
10. Композиция по п.9, в которой карбонат кальция и/или доломит имеет/имеют средний диаметр частиц d50 от 0,5 до 5 мкм; и/или удельную площадь поверхности, определенную методом БЭТ, от 1 до 15 м2/г; и/или величину d98 от 3 до 30 мкм.
11. Композиция по п.10, в которой поверхность карбоната кальция и/или доломита является обработанной с помощью гидрофобизирующего средства, такого как С8-24 жирная кислота.
12. Композиция по п.1 или 3, в которой полипропилен присутствует в количестве от 10 до 50 мас.%, из расчета на общую массу композиции; и/или полиэтилен высокой плотности присутствует в количестве от 30 до 70 мас.%, из расчета на общую массу композиции; и/или неорганический наполнитель присутствует в количестве от 1 до 50 мас.%, из расчета на общую массу композиции.

14. Композиция по п.1 или 3, где композиция имеет ударную прочность по Шарпи с надрезом, при 23°С, не менее 20 кДж/м2 и/или имеет модуль упругости при растяжении не менее 900 МПа.
15. Применение композиции по одному из пп.1-14 в способе формования с раздувом.
16. Изделие, полученное формованием с раздувом, содержащее композицию по одному из пп.1-14.
17. Изделие, полученное формованием с раздувом, по п.16, где данное изделие представляет собой бутылку, широкогорлый контейнер, канистру или бак.
