Claims (14)
1. Способ производства смолы био-ПЭТФ, включающий стадию полимеризации этиленгликоля, полученного из источника биомассы, совместно с терефталевой кислотой, полученной из источника биомассы, в присутствии катализатора, содержащего соединение алюминия или соединение германия.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором сополимеризующийся компонент не добавляют.
3. Способ по п. 2, в котором сополимеризующийся компонент представляет собой изофталевую кислоту, циклогександиметанол или диэтиленгликоль.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором соединение алюминия представляет собой органическое соединение алюминия, которое выбирают из ацетата алюминия, лактата алюминия, хлорида алюминия, гидроксида алюминия, гидроксихлорида алюминия, ацетилацетоната алюминия, ацетилацетона-алюминия, оксалата алюминия, оксида алюминия или алкилалюминия, или неполные гидролизаты органического соединения алюминия или любые их комбинации.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором соединение германия представляет собой тетраоксид германия, тетраэтоксид германия, тетра-н-бутоксид германия, кристаллический диоксид германия, аморфный диоксид германия, гидроксид германия, оксалат германия, хлорид германия или фосфит германия или любые их комбинации.
6. Способ по любому одному из пп. 1-5, в котором источник биомассы представляет собой сахаридный материал, который выбирают из сахарного тростника, мелассы или свеклы, крахмалистый материал, который выбирают из кукурузы, сорго, картофеля, батата, ячменя и маниока, полученный из целлюлозного растения материал, который выбирают из отработанного щелока после варки волокнистой массы, выжимок, отходов древесины, древесных стружек, лузги, рисовой соломы, плодового волокна, скорлупы плодовых косточек или пустых фруктовых гроздей, продукт из натурального волокна или отходы его производства или любую их комбинацию.
7. Способ по любому одному из пп. 1-6, в котором стадия полимеризации этиленгликоля, полученного из источника биомассы, и терефталевой кислоты, полученной из источника биомассы, включает производство бис(β-гидроксиэтил)терефталата (БГЭТ) и/или его олигомера в качестве промежуточного соединения в результате проведения суспензионной полимеризации этиленгликоля, полученного из биомассы, и терефталевой кислоты, полученной из биомассы, и поликонденсации в расплаве полученного соединения БГЭТ и/или его олигомера в присутствии катализатора.
8. Способ по п. 7, дополнительно включающий переработку смолы био-ПЭТФ, полученной в результате поликонденсации в расплаве, в гранулы и проведение их твердофазной полимеризации.
9. Способ по любому одному из пп. 1-8, в котором характеристическая вязкость (ХВ) смолы био-ПЭТФ находится в диапазоне от 0,7 до 0,85 дл/г.
10. Способ по любому одному из пп. 1-9, в котором более чем 97 мас. % компонентов смолы био-ПЭТФ получены из источника биомассы.
11. Способ по п. 10, в котором более чем 99 мас. % компонентов смолы био-ПЭТФ получены из источника биомассы.
12. Способ по п. 11, в котором более чем 99,9 мас. % компонентов смолы био-ПЭТФ получены из источника биомассы.
13. Способ производства продукта из полимера ПЭТФ, включающий подачу смолы био-ПЭТФ, полученной способом по любому одному из пп. 1-12, и переработку смолы био-ПЭТФ в продукт из полимера ПЭТФ.
14. Способ по п. 13, в котором продукт из полимера ПЭТФ представляет собой бутылку из полимера ПЭТФ.
