Claims (26)
1. Печатающая головка с выбросом текучей среды, содержащая:
щель подачи текучей среды для подачи текучей среды во множество выбрасывателей капель;
первое ребро, расположенное на первой стороне щели подачи текучей среды и служащее опорой для схемы выброса капель для управления выбросом капель текучей среды из множества выбрасывателей капель; и
второе ребро, расположенное на второй стороне, противоположной первой стороне, щели подачи текучей среды, и служащее опорой для температурного датчика, чтобы способствовать определению температуры первого ребра.
2. Печатающая головка с выбросом текучей среды по п. 1, в которой первое ребро шире, чем второе ребро.
3. Печатающая головка с выбросом текучей среды по п. 1, в которой щель подачи текучей среды расположена между первым ребром и вторым ребром.
4. Печатающая головка с выбросом текучей среды по п. 1, в которой множество выбрасывателей капель содержит первое множество выбрасывателей капель над первым ребром и второе множество выбрасывателей капель над вторым ребром.
5. Устройство по п. 4, в котором схема выброса капель используется для управления выбросом капель из первого множества выбрасывателей капель и второго множества выбрасывателей капель.
6. Устройство по п. 1, в котором множество выбрасывателей капель содержит множество столбцов выбрасывателей капель, и при этом первый столбец выбрасывателей капель расположен над первым ребром, а второй столбец выбрасывателей капель расположен над вторым ребром.
7. Устройство по п. 1, в котором температурный датчик содержит термочувствительный резистор.
8. Устройство по п. 7, в котором термочувствительный резистор содержит змеевидную конструкцию, имеющую множество вытянутых участков, проходящих по длине второго ребра, и множество переходных областей, проходящих по ширине второго ребра.
9. Устройство выброса текучей среды, содержащее:
печатающую головку, включающую в себя:
множество выбрасывателей капель;
основание, включающее в себя первое ребро, имеющее схему выброса капель для управления выбросом капель из множества выбрасывателей капель, и второе ребро, имеющее температурный датчик; и
щель подачи текучей среды, расположенную между первым ребром и вторым ребром, для подачи текучей среды во множество выбрасывателей капель; и
контроллер для определения температуры первого ребра, по меньшей мере, частично на основании температуры, регистрируемой на втором ребре температурным датчиком, и управления функционированием печатающей головки, по меньшей мере, частично на основании определенной температуры.
10. Устройство по п. 9, в котором щель подачи текучей среды смещена относительно центра в основании.
11. Устройство по п. 9, в котором множество выбрасывателей капель содержит первое множество выбрасывателей капель над первым ребром и второе множество выбрасывателей капель над вторым ребром, и в котором схема выброса капель используется для управления выбросом капель из первого множества выбрасывателей капель и второго множества выбрасывателей капель.
12. Устройство по п. 9, в котором первое ребро лишено температурных датчиков.
13. Способ, содержащий:
подачу текучей среды щелью подачи текучей среды в матрице печатающей головки во множество выбрасывателей капель;
управление выбросом капель из множества выбрасывателей капель схемой выброса капель, расположенной на первом ребре матрицы печатающей головки на первой стороне щели подачи текучей среды; и
регистрацию температуры первого ребра температурным датчиком, расположенным на втором ребре матрицы печатающей головки на второй стороне, противоположной первой стороне, щели подачи текучей среды.
14. Способ по п. 13, в котором упомянутая регистрация температуры первого ребра содержит регистрацию температуры второго ребра температурным датчиком и определение температуры первого ребра, по меньшей мере, частично на основании температуры второго ребра.
15. Способ по п. 13, в котором упомянутая подача текучей среды во множество выбрасывателей капель содержит подачу текучей среды в первое множество выбрасывателей капель над первым ребром и второе множество выбрасывателей капель над вторым ребром, и в котором упомянутое управление выбросом капель содержит управление выбросом капель из первого множества выбрасывателей капель, по меньшей мере, частично на основании температуры второго ребра.
