Claims (38)
1. Система, содержащая:
один или более светоотражающих маркеров, расположенных в пределах системы аттракциона; и
систему отслеживания, выполненную с возможностью детектирования одного или более светоотражающих маркеров для отслеживания положения пассажира, при этом система отслеживания содержит:
излучатель, выполненный с возможностью излучения света к одному или более светоотражающим маркерам;
детектор, выполненный с возможностью детектирования света, отраженного от одного или более светоотражающих маркеров; и
контроллер, выполненный с возможностью определения положения пассажира относительно одного или более светоотражающих маркеров на основе детектирования отраженного света и выполненный с возможностью обеспечения индикации положения пассажира.
2. Система по п.1, в которой система управления аттракционом выполнена с возможностью регулирования рабочего параметра системы аттракциона на основе положения пассажира.
3. Система по п.1, в которой система управления аттракционом выполнена с возможностью приведения в действие звукового или визуального оповещения через интерфейс, соединенный с возможностью связи с контроллером, на основе положения пассажира.
4. Система по п.1, в которой контроллер выполнен с возможностью определения положения пассажира на основе изменения интенсивности отраженного света от одного или более светоотражающих маркеров.
5. Система по п.1, в которой контроллер выполнен с возможностью связывать уменьшение интенсивности отраженного света с пассажиром, блокирующим по меньшей мере один из одного или более светоотражающих маркеров.
6. Система по п.1, в которой система аттракциона содержит посадочное место, имеющее один или более светоотражающих маркеров.
7. Система по п.6, в которой один или более светоотражающих маркеров содержат матрицу светоотражающих маркеров, которые расположены на поясничной области посадочного места, подголовнике посадочного места, удерживающем механизме посадочного места или любой их комбинации, и при этом контроллер выполнен с возможностью определения состояния посадочного места на основе рисунка матрицы светоотражающих маркеров, детектированных контроллером.
8. Система по п.6, в которой один или более светоотражающих маркеров выполнены с возможностью определения положения головы, рук пассажира или их комбинации относительно посадочного места.
9. Система по п.1, в которой контроллер выполнен с возможностью определения числа пассажиров, входящих в и выходящих из аттракциона парка развлечений, на основе детектирования отраженного света.
10. Способ, содержащий
испускание электромагнитного излучения из излучателя к одному или более светоотражающим маркерам, расположенным в области детектирования аттракциона парка развлечений, при этом излучатель является частью системы отслеживания, выполненной с возможностью отслеживания одного или более светоотражающих маркеров;
отражение электромагнитного излучения от одного или более светоотражающих маркеров;
детектирование отраженного электромагнитного излучения детектором системы отслеживания; и
определение положения пассажира или элемента аттракциона на основе отраженного электромагнитного излучения с помощью контроллера, соединенного с возможностью связи с системой отслеживания.
11. Способ по п.10, содержащий определение изменения интенсивности отраженного электромагнитного излучения с помощью контроллера, при этом изменение интенсивности коррелируется с положением пассажира относительно одного или более светоотражающих маркеров.
12. Способ по п.10, содержащий детектирование рисунка из множественных светоотражающих маркеров известной матрицы светоотражающих маркеров, при этом рисунок указывает положение пассажира или элемента аттракциона.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором рисунок основан не на всех светоотражающих маркерах в упомянутой известной матрице и указывает на пассажира или элемент аттракциона, располагаемый поверх этой известной матрицы.
14. Способ по п.10, в котором приведение в действие устройства содержит регулирование рабочего параметра аттракциона парка развлечений.
15. Способ по п.10, содержащий отображение оповещения, указывающего положение пассажира.
16. Способ по п.10, в котором по меньшей мере один светоотражающий маркер расположен на пассажире.
17. Способ по п.10, содержащий приведения в действие устройства в ответ на положение пассажира или элемента аттракциона, при этом устройство соединено с возможностью связи с аттракционом парка развлечений.
18. Система, содержащая:
контроллер, содержащий:
один или более материальных, невременных, машиночитаемых носителей, совместно хранящих один или более наборов команд; и
одно или более устройств обработки, выполненных с возможностью исполнения одного или более наборов команд на:
активирование излучателя, при этом излучатель испускает электромагнитное излучение к светоотражающим маркерам, расположенным на аттракционе парка развлечений;
прием детектированного электромагнитного излучения, отраженного от всех или части светоотражающих маркеров, с помощью детектора;
определение положения пассажира или элемента аттракциона относительно светоотражающих маркеров на основе детектированного электромагнитного излучения; и
приведение в действие устройства в ответ на положение пассажира или элемента аттракциона, причем это устройство выполнено с возможностью регулирования рабочего параметра аттракциона парка развлечений.
19. Система по п.18, в которой контроллер является частью динамической системы отслеживания отношения сигнал/шум.
20. Система по п.18, в которой контроллер выполнен с возможностью определения состояния посадочного места на основе положения пассажира или элемента аттракциона.
21. Система по п.20, в которой по меньшей мере один светоотражающий маркер расположен на посадочном месте, пассажире или их комбинации.
22. Система по п.18, в которой одно или более устройств обработки выполнены с возможностью исполнения одного или более наборов команд для определения того, что число пассажиров, расположенных в пределах посадочного места, равно числу пассажиров, которые вошли в секцию посадки аттракциона парка развлечений, на основе изменения интенсивности отраженного электромагнитного излучения.
