Claims (25)

1. Система, содержащая компьютер транспортного средства, содержащий процессор и память, причем память хранит инструкции, исполняемые процессором, так, что компьютер запрограммирован с возможностью:
приема от носимого устройства биометрических данных, касающихся водителя транспортного средства, измеряемых по меньшей мере одним датчиком в носимом устройстве;
определения, по меньшей мере частично на основе биометрических данных от носимого устройства, оценки нагрузки, которая представляет собой измерение способности водителя осуществлять вождение транспортного средства; и
приведения в действие по меньшей мере одного компонента транспортного средства по меньшей мере частично на основе оценки нагрузки.
2. Система по п. 1, в которой компьютер транспортного средства дополнительно запрограммирован с возможностью определения оценки нагрузки по меньшей мере частично на основе данных от по меньшей мере одного из датчика транспортного средства и шины связи транспортного средства.
3. Система по п. 1, в которой компьютер транспортного средства дополнительно запрограммирован с возможностью определить приведение в действие по меньшей мере одного компонента транспортного средства по меньшей мере частично на основе данных от шины связи транспортного средства.
4. Система по п. 1, в которой компьютер транспортного средства дополнительно запрограммирован с возможностью определения оценки нагрузки по меньшей мере частично на основе одной или более ранее определенных оценок нагрузки.
5. Система по п. 1, в которой компьютер транспортного средства дополнительно запрограммирован с возможностью приема ввода личных данных водителем.
6. Система по п. 1, в которой по меньшей мере одно из носимого устройства и компьютера транспортного средства дополнительно запрограммировано с возможностью обеспечения оповещения по меньшей мере частично на основе нагрузки.
7. Система по п. 6, в которой компьютер транспортного средства дополнительно запрограммирован с возможностью обеспечения оповещения для носимого устройства.
8. Система по п. 1, причем транспортное средство дополнительно запрограммировано с возможностью подсказывания водителю о вводе и с возможностью использования принимаемого ввода в по меньшей мере одном из определения оценки нагрузки и приведения в действие по меньшей мере одного компонента транспортного средства.
9. Система по п. 1, в которой биометрические данные включают в себя по меньшей мере одно из монитора частоты сердечных сокращений, монитора дыхания и монитора размера и стабильности зрачков для измерения биометрических данных, принимаемых компьютером транспортного средства.
10. Система по п. 1, в которой компьютер дополнительно запрограммирован с возможностью приема биометрических данных от по меньшей мере одного датчика транспортного средства в дополнение к носимому устройству.
11. Способ, содержащий этапы, на которых:
принимают от носимого устройства биометрические данные, касающихся водителя транспортного средства, измеряемых по меньшей мере одним датчиком в носимом устройстве;
определяют оценку нагрузки, которая представляет собой измерение способности водителя осуществлять вождение транспортного средства, по меньшей мере частично на основе биометрических данных от носимого устройства; и
приведение в действие по меньшей мере одного компонента транспортного средства по меньшей мере частично на основе оценки нагрузки.
12. Способ по п. 11, дополнительно содержащий этап, на котором определяют оценку нагрузки по меньшей мере частично на основе данных от по меньшей мере одного из датчика транспортного средства и шины связи транспортного средства.
13. Способ по п. 11, дополнительно содержащий этап, на котором приводят в действие по меньшей мере один компонент транспортного средства по меньшей мере частично на основе данных от по меньшей мере одного из датчика транспортного средства и шины связи транспортного средства.
14. Способ по п. 11, дополнительно содержащий этап, на котором определяют приведение в действие по меньшей мере одного компонента транспортного средства на основе одной или более ранее определенных оценок нагрузки.
15. Способ по п. 11, дополнительно содержащий этап, на котором принимают ввод личных данных водителем.
16. Способ по п. 11, дополнительно содержащий этап, на котором обеспечивают оповещение по меньшей мере частично на основе нагрузки.
17. Способ по п. 11, в котором компьютер транспортного средства подсказывает водителю о вводе при по меньшей мере одном из определения оценки нагрузки и приведения в действие по меньшей мере одного компонента транспортного средства.
18. Способ по п. 11, в котором биометрические данные включают в себя по меньшей мере одно из монитора частоты сердечных сокращений, монитора дыхания и монитора размера и стабильности зрачков для измерения биометрических данных, принимаемых компьютером транспортного средства.
19. Способ по п. 11, дополнительно содержащий этап, на котором принимают биометрические данные от по меньшей мере одного датчика транспортного средства в дополнение к носимому устройству.
