Claims (35)

1. Способ в по меньшей мере одном вычислительном устройстве, содержащий этапы, на которых:
регистрируют ситуацию с помощью множества датчиков, чтобы сгенерировать данные датчика;
вычисляют оценку ситуации на основании данных датчика; и
меняют поведение электронного личного помощника на основании вычисленной оценки ситуации.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором ситуация является ситуацией вождения, при которой водитель ведет транспортное средство по проезжей части дороги, причем упомянутый этап, на котором вычисляют, содержит этап, на котором:
вычисляют оценку ситуации вождения на основании данных датчика; и
упомянутый этап, на котором меняют, содержит этап, на котором:
меняют поведение электронного личного помощника на основании вычисленной оценки ситуации вождения.
3. Способ по п. 2, в котором упомянутый этап, на котором регистрируют, содержит этап, на котором:
регистрируют по меньшей мере один аспект водителя.
4. Способ по п. 2, в котором упомянутый этап, на котором регистрируют, содержит этап, на котором:
регистрируют по меньшей мере один аспект транспортного средства.
5. Способ по п. 2, в котором упомянутый этап, на котором регистрируют, содержит этап, на котором
регистрируют по меньшей мере один аспект окружения проезжей части дороги.
6. Способ по п. 2, в котором упомянутый этап, на котором меняют, содержит этап, на котором:
приостанавливают взаимодействие электронного личного помощника с водителем по условию, что оценка ситуации вождения имеет предварительно определенное значение, чтобы избежать отвлекания водителя электронным личным помощником.
7. Способ по п. 6, в котором упомянутый этап, на котором приостанавливают взаимодействие, содержит этап, на котором:
откладывают по меньшей мере одно из вербальной или визуальной связи с водителем.
8. Способ по п. 2, в котором упомянутый этап, на котором меняют, содержит этап, на котором:
предоставляют по меньшей мере одно из вербальной или визуальной помощи водителю.
9. По меньшей мере одно вычислительное устройство, содержащее:
средство мониторинга ситуации, выполненное с возможностью вычисления оценки ситуации на основании данных датчика, принятых от множества датчиков, регистрирующих ситуацию; и
электронный личный помощник, выполненный с возможностью изменения поведения на основании вычисленной оценки ситуации.
10. По меньшей мере одно вычислительное устройство по п. 9, в котором ситуация является ситуацией вождения, при которой водитель ведет транспортное средство по проезжей части дороги и средство мониторинга ситуации включает в себя средство мониторинга ситуации вождения, выполненное с возможностью вычисления оценки ситуации вождения на основании данных датчика.
11. По меньшей мере одно вычислительное устройство по п. 10, в котором датчики содержат по меньшей мере одно из следующего:
первый датчик, выполненный с возможностью регистрации по меньшей мере одного аспекта водителя;
второй датчик, выполненный с возможностью регистрации по меньшей мере одного аспекта транспортного средства; или
третий датчик, выполненный с возможностью регистрации по меньшей мере одного аспекта окружения проезжей части дороги.
12. По меньшей мере одно вычислительное устройство по п. 10, в котором электронный личный помощник выполнен с возможностью изменения поведения посредством приостановки взаимодействия электронного личного помощника с водителем по условию, что оценка ситуации вождения имеет предварительно определенное значение, тем самым избегая отвлекания водителя электронным личным помощником.
13. По меньшей мере одно вычислительное устройство по п. 10, дополнительно содержащее:
мобильное устройство пользователя, которое реализует средство мониторинга ситуации вождения и электронный личный помощник.
14. По меньшей мере одно вычислительное устройство по п. 10, дополнительно содержащее:
мобильное устройство пользователя, которое реализует электронный личный помощник; а средство мониторинга ситуации вождения реализуется посредством цепи процессора транспортного средства.
15. Компьютерный программный продукт, содержащий машиночитаемый носитель информации с компьютерной программной логикой, записанной на нем, содержащей:
средство компьютерной программной логики, дающее процессору возможность выполнения пп. 1-8.
