Abstract
1. Стеклопакет, содержащий:первую и вторую, по существу, параллельные расположенные на расстоянии друг от друга стеклянные подложки, причем первая и вторая подложки обеспечивают четыре последовательные, по существу, параллельные основные поверхности стеклопакета, и между первой и второй подложками существует пространство;причем на четвертую поверхность стеклопакета нанесено первое низкоэмиссионное покрытие, включающее множество тонкопленочных слоев, расположенных в следующем порядке при удалении от второй подложки:первый слой, содержащий оксинитрид кремния, у которого показатель преломления составляет 1,5-2,1, и толщина составляет 50-90 нм,слой, содержащий оксид индия-олова, у которого показатель преломления составляет 1,7-2,1, и толщина составляет 85-125 нм, ивторой содержащий оксинитрид кремния слой, у которого показатель преломления составляет 1,5-2,1, и толщина составляет 50-90 нм.2. Стеклопакет по п. 1, в котором первый и второй слои, содержащие оксинитрид кремния, имеют показатели преломления, составляющие 1,7-1,8.3. Стеклопакет по п. 2, в котором содержащий оксид индия-олова слой имеет показатель преломления, составляющий 1,8-1,93.4. Стеклопакет по п. 1, в котором содержащий оксид индия-олова слой имеет показатель преломления, составляющий 1,8-1,93.5. Claims (23)
1. Стеклопакет, содержащий:
первую и вторую, по существу, параллельные расположенные на расстоянии друг от друга стеклянные подложки, причем первая и вторая подложки обеспечивают четыре последовательные, по существу, параллельные основные поверхности стеклопакета, и между первой и второй подложками существует пространство;
причем на четвертую поверхность стеклопакета нанесено первое низкоэмиссионное покрытие, включающее множество тонкопленочных слоев, расположенных в следующем порядке при удалении от второй подложки:
первый слой, содержащий оксинитрид кремния, у которого показатель преломления составляет 1,5-2,1, и толщина составляет 50-90 нм,
слой, содержащий оксид индия-олова, у которого показатель преломления составляет 1,7-2,1, и толщина составляет 85-125 нм, и
второй содержащий оксинитрид кремния слой, у которого показатель преломления составляет 1,5-2,1, и толщина составляет 50-90 нм.
2. Стеклопакет по п. 1, в котором первый и второй слои, содержащие оксинитрид кремния, имеют показатели преломления, составляющие 1,7-1,8.
3. Стеклопакет по п. 2, в котором содержащий оксид индия-олова слой имеет показатель преломления, составляющий 1,8-1,93.
4. Стеклопакет по п. 1, в котором содержащий оксид индия-олова слой имеет показатель преломления, составляющий 1,8-1,93.
5. Стеклопакет по п. 1, в котором первый и второй содержащие оксинитрид кремния слои имеют значения показателя преломления и толщины, которые отличаются друг от друга не более чем на 0,1 и 10 нм, соответственно.
6. Стеклопакет по п. 1, в котором на третью поверхность стеклопакета нанесено второе низкоэмиссионное покрытие, включающее множество тонкопленочных слоев, расположенных в следующем порядке при удалении от второй подложки:
первый слой на основе кремния;
первый диэлектрический слой;
второй диэлектрический слой, разделенный третьим диэлектрическим слоем, таким образом, что образуются первая и вторая части второго диэлектрического слоя;
металлический или, по существу, металлический отражающий инфракрасное излучение слой, покрывающий и образующий косвенный контакт со второй частью второго диэлектрического слоя;
верхний контактный содержащий оксид Ni и/или Cr слой, непосредственно покрывающий и образующий контакт с отражающим инфракрасное излучение слоем;
четвертый диэлектрический слой и
второй слой на основе кремния;
причем третий диэлектрический слой содержит оксид титана или оксид олова.
7. Стеклопакет по п. 6, в котором первый диэлектрический слой представляет собой имеющий высокий показатель преломления слой, содержащий оксид титана или субоксид титана.
8. Стеклопакет по п. 6, в котором третий и четвертый диэлектрические слои содержат оксид олова.
9. Стеклопакет по п. 8, в котором второй диэлектрический слой содержит оксид цинка.
10. Стеклопакет по п. 9, в котором второй слой является разделенным, таким образом, что его части имеют значения толщины, которые отличаются не более чем на 5% друг от друга.
11. Стеклопакет по п. 6, в котором каждый из первого и второго слоев на основе кремния содержит нитрид кремния, первый диэлектрический слой содержит оксид титана, второй диэлектрический слой содержит оксид цинка, каждый из третьего и четвертого диэлектрических слоев содержит оксид олова, и отражающий инфракрасное излучение слой содержит Ag.
12. Стеклопакет по п. 6, в котором вторая подложка подвергается термической обработке с нанесенными на нее первым и/или вторым низкоэмиссионными покрытиями.
13. Стеклопакет по п. 6, в котором второе низкоэмиссионное покрытие имеет достаточный коэффициент поступления солнечного тепла, чтобы обеспечивать коэффициент теплоусвоения стеклопакета, который составляет менее чем или равняется 0,30.
14. Покрытое изделие, включающее подложку, у которой на основные противоположные поверхности нанесены первое и второе низкоэмиссионные покрытия, соответственно, в котором:
первое низкоэмиссионное покрытие включает, в порядке удаления от подложки:
первый слой, содержащий оксинитрид кремния, у которого показатель преломления составляет 1,5-2,1, и толщина составляет 50-90 нм,
слой, содержащий оксид индия-олова, у которого показатель преломления составляет 1,7-2,1, и толщина составляет 85-125 нм, и
второй слой, содержащий оксинитрид кремния, у которого показатель преломления составляет 1,5-2,1, и толщина составляет 50-90 нм; и
второе низкоэмиссионное покрытие включает, в порядке удаления от подложки:
первый слой на основе кремния,
первый диэлектрический слой,
второй диэлектрический слой, разделенный третьим диэлектрическим слоем, таким образом, что образуются первая и вторая части второго диэлектрического слоя, причем третий диэлектрический слой содержит оксид титана или оксид олова,
металлический или, по существу, металлический отражающий инфракрасное излучение слой, покрывающий и образующий косвенный контакт со второй частью второго диэлектрического слоя,
верхний контактный слой, содержащий оксид Ni и/или Cr, непосредственно покрывающий и образующий контакт с отражающим инфракрасное излучение слоем,
четвертый диэлектрический слой, и
второй слой на основе кремния.
15. Способ изготовления стеклопакета, причем данный способ включает:
обеспечение первой стеклянной подложки;
нанесение первого низкоэмиссионного покрытия, непосредственно или опосредованно, на первую основную
поверхность первой стеклянной подложки, причем первое низкоэмиссионное покрытие включает множество тонкопленочных слоев, расположенных в следующем порядке при удалении от первой стеклянной подложки:
первый слой, содержащий оксинитрид кремния,
слой, содержащий оксид индия-олова и
второй слой, содержащий оксинитрид кремния; и
обеспечение второй стеклянной подложки, расположенной, по существу, параллельно и на расстоянии по отношению к первой стеклянной подложке, таким образом, что первая основная поверхность первой стеклянной подложки обращена в противоположную сторону относительно второй стеклянной подложки,
причем первая подложка, на которую нанесено только первое низкоэмиссионное покрытие, имеет полусферическую излучающую способность, которая составляет менее чем или равняется приблизительно 0,20, и поверхностное сопротивление, которое составляет менее чем или равняется приблизительно 20 Ом/квадрат, после термической обработки, и
причем первая основная поверхность первой стеклянной подложки соответствует внутренней поверхности стеклопакета.
16. Способ по п. 15, дополнительно включающий нанесение второго низкоэмиссионного покрытия, непосредственно или опосредованно, на вторую основную поверхность первой стеклянной подложки, которая расположена напротив первой основной поверхности первой стеклянной подложки, причем второе низкоэмиссионное покрытие включает множество тонкопленочных слоев, расположенных в следующем порядке при удалении от первой стеклянной подложки:
первый слой на основе кремния;
первый диэлектрический слой;
второй диэлектрический слой, разделенный третьим диэлектрическим слоем, таким образом, что образуются первая и вторая части второго диэлектрического слоя, третий диэлектрический слой, содержащий оксид титана или оксид олова;
металлический или, по существу, металлический отражающий инфракрасное излучение слой, покрывающий и образующий косвенный контакт со второй частью второго диэлектрического слоя;
верхний контактный содержащий оксид Ni и/или Cr слой, непосредственно покрывающий и образующий контакт с отражающим инфракрасное излучение слоем;
четвертый диэлектрический слой; и
второй слой на основе кремния.
17. Способ по п. 16, в котором первый диэлектрический слой представляет собой имеющий высокий показатель преломления слой, содержащий диоксид титана или субоксид титана.
18. Способ по п. 16, в котором третий и четвертый диэлектрические слои содержат оксид олова.
19. Способ по п. 18, в котором второй диэлектрический слой содержит оксид цинка.
20. Способ по п. 19, в котором второй слой является разделенным, таким образом, что его части имеют значения толщины, которые отличаются не более чем на 5% друг от друга.
21. Способ по п. 16, в котором каждый из первого и второго слоев на основе кремния содержит нитрид кремния, первый
диэлектрический слой содержит оксид титана, второй диэлектрический слой содержит оксид цинка, каждый из третьего и четвертого диэлектрических слоев содержит оксид олова, и отражающий инфракрасное излучение слой содержит Ag.
22. Способ по п. 16, в котором первая подложка подвергается термической обработке с нанесенными на нее первым и/или вторым низкоэмиссионными покрытиями.
23. Способ по п. 16, в котором второе низкоэмиссионное покрытие имеет достаточный коэффициент поступления солнечного тепла, чтобы обеспечивать коэффициент теплоусвоения стеклопакета, который составляет менее чем или равняется 0,30.
