Abstract
1. Гибкая упаковка, имеющая, по существу, трубчатую форму и предназначенная для вмещения полужидкого или пастообразного продукта, содержащая юбку, головку, добавленный материал по меньшей мере на внутренней стороне юбки, и необязательно крышку, в которой юбка образована свернутым листом и содержит продольное сварное соединение, обеспечивающее соединение ее краев, а головка закреплена по периметру одного из концов юбки, причем упаковка отличается тем, что юбка содержит по меньшей мере 30% повторно используемого материала или материала, полученного из возобновляемых ресурсов, и добавленный материал расположен таким образом, чтобы устранить нарушение сплошности внутренней поверхности в зоне продольного сварного соединения.2. Упаковка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что содержание в юбке повторно используемого материала или материала, полученного из возобновляемых ресурсов, составляет более 50%.3. Упаковка по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что содержание в юбке повторно используемого материала или материала, полученного из возобновляемых ресурсов, составляет более 70%.4. Упаковка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что содержание в головке повторно используемого материала или материала, полученного из возобновляемых ресурсов, составляет более 30%.5. Claims (17)
1. Гибкая упаковка, имеющая, по существу, трубчатую форму и предназначенная для вмещения полужидкого или пастообразного продукта, содержащая юбку, головку, добавленный материал по меньшей мере на внутренней стороне юбки, и необязательно крышку, в которой юбка образована свернутым листом и содержит продольное сварное соединение, обеспечивающее соединение ее краев, а головка закреплена по периметру одного из концов юбки, причем упаковка отличается тем, что юбка содержит по меньшей мере 30% повторно используемого материала или материала, полученного из возобновляемых ресурсов, и добавленный материал расположен таким образом, чтобы устранить нарушение сплошности внутренней поверхности в зоне продольного сварного соединения.
2. Упаковка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что содержание в юбке повторно используемого материала или материала, полученного из возобновляемых ресурсов, составляет более 50%.

4. Упаковка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что содержание в головке повторно используемого материала или материала, полученного из возобновляемых ресурсов, составляет более 30%.
5. Упаковка по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что содержание в головке повторно используемого материала или материала, полученного из возобновляемых ресурсов, предпочтительно составляет более 50%.
6. Упаковка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что содержит дно, закрепленное по периметру другого конца юбки.
7. Упаковка по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что содержание в дне повторно используемого материала или материала, полученного из возобновляемых ресурсов, составляет более 30%, предпочтительно более 50%.
8. Упаковка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что юбка состоит из листа, содержащего по меньшей мере один слой чистого полиэтилена (РЕ) на внутренней поверхности и по меньшей мере один слой, полученный из повторно используемого материала или материала, полученного из возобновляемых ресурсов.
9. Упаковка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что продольное сварное соединение осуществлено путем перекрытия краев листа, образующего юбку, и сварки верхней поверхности листа с его нижней поверхностью.
10. Упаковка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что продольное сварное соединение осуществлено путем соединения встык краев листа, образующего юбку.
11. Упаковка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что продольное сварное соединение осуществлено путем перекрытия краев листа, образующего юбку, и приваривания нижней поверхности листа к себе самой.
12. Упаковка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что добавленный материал покрывает по меньшей мере один из краев листа.
13. Упаковка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что добавленный материал, покрывающий продольное сварное соединение юбки, расположен также на наружной стороне юбки.
14. Упаковка по п.1, в которой добавление материала осуществлено с использованием экструзии или сварки.
15. Упаковка по п.1, в которой добавленный материал является однослойным или многослойным.
16. Упаковка по п.1, в которой головка изготовлена предварительно и затем соединена с юбкой с использованием сварки.
17. Упаковка по п.1, в которой головка тюбика соединена с юбкой путем приформования в процессе инжекционного или компрессионного формования.
