Abstract
Description
도 1은 용접 영역에서 한 개의 라미네이트를 용접함으로써 튜브 몸체가 얻어진 것을 보여주는 도면이다.
도 2는 도 1에 도시한 튜브 몸체와 튜브 헤드의 조립체의 결함 부위를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3 내지 도 6은 본 발명을 좀 더 상세하게 나타낸 도면들로서,
도 3은 라미네이트가 그의 단부들을 겹쳐 용접될 때 용접 영역에 나타나는 불연속을 보상하기 위해 추가 물질을 사용한 것을 보여주는 도면이며,
도 4는 라미네이트의 하부의 단부가 추가 물질 속에 완전히 갖힌 변형례를 보여주는 도면이며,
도 5는 라미네이트가 맞대기 용접될 때의 본 발명의 적용 상태를 보여주는 도면이며, 그리고
도 6은 라미네이트의 내면 자체가 서로 밀착하여 용접될 때의 본 발명을 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (18)
- 반 액상 제품 또는 페이스트를 담는 목적의 본질적으로 유연성이 있는 튜브 용기에 있어서, 상기 용기는 내부, 외부 및 각각 둘레, 헤드 및 적어도 상기 스커트의 내부에 추가 물질을 가지는 2개의 단부를 포함하는 말아진 시트에 의해 형성되는 스커트를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 말아진 시트는 세로 용접영역에서 상기 말아진 시트에의 가장자리들을 연결하는 세로 용접부를 더 포함하며, 상기 헤드는 상기 스커트의 내부의 적어도 세로 용접영역에 불연속이 형성되는 스커트의 단부들 중 하나의 둘레에 고정되며; 상기 용기는 상기 스커트가 재활용 물질 또는 재생 가능한 자원으로부터 얻은 물질을 적어도 30% 함량을 가지고 있으며, 그리고 상기 추가 물질이 상기 불연속을 제거하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성을 가진 튜브 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스커트에서 상기 재활용 물질 또는 재생 가능한 자원으로부터 얻은 물질의 함량은 50% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성을 가진 튜브 용기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 함량은 70% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성을 가진 튜브 용기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 헤드에서 재활용 물질 또는 재생 가능한 자원으로부터 얻은 물질의 함량은 30% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성을 가진 튜브 용기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 헤드에서 상기 재활용 물질 또는 재생 가능한 자원으로부터 얻은 물질의 함량은 50% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성을 가진 튜브 용기.
- 제1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스커트의 다른 단부의 주변에 고정되는 베이스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성을 가진 튜브 용기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 베이스에서 재활용 물질 또는 재생 가능한 자원으로부터 얻은 물질의 함량은 30% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성을 가진 튜브 용기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스커트는 그의 내부 면에 최소한 한 개의 순수 PE 층 및 재활용 물질 또는 재생 가능한 자원으로부터 얻은 물질로부터 만들어진 최소한 한 개의 층을 포함하고 있는 시트로부터 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성을 가진 튜브 용기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세로 용접부는 상기 스커트를 형성하는 상기 시트의 가장자리들을 겹치도록 하고 그리고 상기 시트의 상면을 상기 시트의 저면에 용접함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성을 가진 튜브 용기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세로 용접부는 상기 스커트를 형성하는 상기 시트의 가장자리들의 단부들을 접합하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성을 가진 튜브 용기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세로 용접부는 상기 스커트를 형성하는 상기 시트의 가장자리들을 겹쳐 상기 시트의 저면을 그 자체에 용접하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성을 가진 튜브 용기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 추가 물질은 상기 시트의 가장자리들 중 최소한 하나를 덮어씌우는 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성을 가진 튜브 용기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스커트의 세로 용접부를 덮어 씌우는 상기 추가 물질은 또한 상기 스커트의 외부에도 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성을 가진 튜브 용기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 추가 물질은 압출 또는 용접을 통해 덧붙여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성을 가진 튜브 용기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 추가 물질은 단층 또는 다층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성을 가진 튜브 용기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 헤드는 미리 제조되어지며, 그 후 용접에 의해 상기 스커트에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성을 가진 튜브 용기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 튜브 헤드는 사출 성형 또는 압축 성형 과정에 있어 오버몰딩에 의해 상기 스커트에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성을 가진 튜브 용기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 베이스에서 재활용 물질 또는 재생 가능한 자원으로부터 얻은 물질의 함량은 50% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유연성을 가진 튜브 용기.
