Abstract
1. Способ образования соединения между двумя трубчатыми изолированными секциями трубы, каждая из которых имеет полимерную внешнюю поверхностную оболочку, включающий:подгонку корпусного элемента вокруг окружности двух трубчатых секций;при этом указанный корпусной элемент содержит с каждой стороны боковую часть для соединения с соответствующей прилегающей концевой частью каждой внешней поверхностной оболочки трубчатых секций, и среднюю часть, которая расположена между боковыми частями и, при подгонке, располагается между двумя концевыми частями;при этом указанный корпусной элемент является термоусадочным в направлении вдоль окружности прилегающих трубчатых секций;указанные боковые части, изготовленные из несшитого полимерного материала, способны присоединяться методом оплавления к концевым частям внешней поверхностной оболочки;при этом указанные боковые части, концевые части и/или соединительная деталь, помещенная между указанными боковыми частями и указанными концевыми частями, содержат индуктивный элемент;термоусадку указанного корпусного элемента для обеспечения окружного напряжения между указанным корпусным элементом и двумя трубчатыми секциями;сплавление боковых частей с концевыми частями путем прикладывания индуктивной энергии к индуктивному элементу.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полимерная внешняя поверхностная оболочка представляет собой несшитый материал.3. Claims (38)
1. Способ образования соединения между двумя трубчатыми изолированными секциями трубы, каждая из которых имеет полимерную внешнюю поверхностную оболочку, включающий:
подгонку корпусного элемента вокруг окружности двух трубчатых секций;
при этом указанный корпусной элемент содержит с каждой стороны боковую часть для соединения с соответствующей прилегающей концевой частью каждой внешней поверхностной оболочки трубчатых секций, и среднюю часть, которая расположена между боковыми частями и, при подгонке, располагается между двумя концевыми частями;
при этом указанный корпусной элемент является термоусадочным в направлении вдоль окружности прилегающих трубчатых секций;
указанные боковые части, изготовленные из несшитого полимерного материала, способны присоединяться методом оплавления к концевым частям внешней поверхностной оболочки;
при этом указанные боковые части, концевые части и/или соединительная деталь, помещенная между указанными боковыми частями и указанными концевыми частями, содержат индуктивный элемент;
термоусадку указанного корпусного элемента для обеспечения окружного напряжения между указанным корпусным элементом и двумя трубчатыми секциями;
сплавление боковых частей с концевыми частями путем прикладывания индуктивной энергии к индуктивному элементу.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полимерная внешняя поверхностная оболочка представляет собой несшитый материал.
3. Способ по любому из пп.1-2, отличающийся тем, что корпусной элемент изготовлен из несшитого полимерного материала.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что корпусной элемент представляет собой термоусадочный корпус, который помещен вокруг окружности двух трубчатых секций.
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что корпусной элемент представляет собой лист, обернутый вокруг окружности двух трубчатых секций и содержащий две кромки, которые соединены вместе для образования корпуса.
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что кромки соединены вместе с помощью сварки или склеивания.
7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что индуктивный элемент представляет собой металлическую сетку или решетку.
8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что индуктивный элемент представляет собой металлическую полосу.
9. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что металлическая полоса содержит отверстия.
10. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что индуктивный элемент содержит полимерную оболочку, которая может быть приварена к корпусу и оболочке трубы.
11. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что индуктивный элемент содержит полимерную ленту или пленку, заполненную множеством магниточувствительных частиц или проводящих частиц, при этом полимерная лента или пленка может быть приварена к корпусу и оболочке трубы.
12. Способ по п.11, отличающийся тем, что индуктивный элемент обернут вокруг внешних поверхностных оболочек трубчатых секций.
13. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что индуктивный элемент заключен внутри боковых частей корпусного элемента.
14. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что индуктивный элемент заключен в корпусной элемент по всей его длине.
15. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что индуктивный элемент заключен внутри концевых частей внешних поверхностных оболочек.
16. Способ по любому из пп.1 или 11, отличающийся тем, что индуктивному элементу придают термоусадочные свойства или свойство сокращения его длины в продольном направлении.
17. Способ по любому из пп.1 или 11, отличающийся тем, что индуктивный элемент содержит ленту Emabond®.
18. Способ по любому из пп.1 или 11, отличающийся тем, что индуктивную энергию применяют посредством индуктивной катушки, расположенной по окружности вокруг указанных областей корпуса, под которыми расположены индуктивные элементы.
19. Корпусной элемент для образования соединения между двумя трубчатыми секциями, при этом корпусной элемент содержит с каждой стороны боковую часть для соединения с соответствующей прилегающей концевой частью каждой внешней поверхностной оболочки трубчатых секций, и среднюю часть, которая расположена между боковыми частями и, при подгонке, располагается между двумя концевыми частями; при этом указанный корпусной элемент является термоусадочным в направлении вдоль окружности прилегающих трубчатых секций; при этом указанные боковые части, изготовленные из несшитого полимерного материала, способны присоединяться методом оплавления к концевым частям внешних поверхностных оболочек; и указанные боковые части содержат индуктивный элемент, заключенный внутри внутренней поверхности или расположенный вокруг нее.
20. Корпусной элемент по п.19, отличающийся тем, что весь корпусной элемент изготовлен из термоусадочного несшитого полимерного материала.
21. Корпусной элемент по любому из пп.19-20 в форме заранее сформированного корпуса, который может быть размещен вокруг окружности трубчатых секций.
22. Корпусной элемент по любому из пп.19-20 в форме листа, который может быть обернут вокруг окружности двух трубчатых секций, содержащего две кромки, которые можно соединить вместе для образования корпуса.
23. Корпусной элемент по п.22, отличающийся тем, что кромки соединены вместе посредством связующего вещества.
24. Корпусной элемент по п.19, отличающийся тем, что индуктивный элемент представляет собой металлическую сетку, заключенную по всей длине в корпусной элемент.
25. Корпусной элемент по п.19, отличающийся тем, что индуктивный элемент представляет собой множество магнитных частиц, заключенных внутри боковых частей корпусного элемента.
26. Корпусной элемент по п.19, отличающийся тем, что индуктивный элемент представляет собой множество магнитных частиц, заключенных в корпусной элемент по всей его длине.
27. Корпусной элемент по п.25 или 26, отличающийся тем, что магнитные частицы представляют собой смолу Emabond®.
28. Корпусной элемент по п.19, отличающийся тем, что индуктивный элемент представляет собой металлическую сетку или решетку, заключенную внутри боковых частей корпусного элемента.
29. Корпусной элемент по п.19, отличающийся тем, что индуктивный элемент представляет собой металлическую полосу, заключенную внутри боковых частей корпусного элемента.
30. Корпусной элемент по п.29, где металлическая полоса содержит отверстия.
31. Корпусной элемент по п.19, отличающийся тем, что индуктивный элемент содержит полимерную оболочку, которая можете быть приварена к корпусу и оболочке трубы.
32. Корпусной элемент по п.19, отличающийся тем, что индуктивный элемент содержит полимерную ленту или пленку, заполненную множеством магниточувствительных частиц или проводящих частиц, при этом полимерная лента или пленка может быть приварена к корпусу и оболочке трубы.
33. Корпусной элемент по п.32, отличающийся тем, что индуктивный элемент является термоусадочным или способен сокращать свою длину в продольном направлении под воздействием тепла.
34. Корпусной элемент по п.32, отличающийся тем, что индуктивный элемент содержит ленту Emabond®.
35. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что несшитый полимерный материал характеризуется тем, что имеет процент внутреннего сшивания менее чем 35%.
36. Способ по п.35, отличающийся тем, что несшитый полимерный материал характеризуется тем, что имеет процент внутреннего сшивания менее чем 15%.
37. Корпусной элемент по п.19, отличающийся тем, что несшитый полимерный материал характеризуется тем, что имеет процент внутреннего сшивания менее чем 35%.
38. Корпусной элемент по п.37, отличающийся тем, что несшитый полимерный материал характеризуется тем, что имеет процент внутреннего сшивания менее чем 15%.
