1. Способ получения пищевого продукта на основе натурального меда, включающий подготовку меда посредством термообработки с подогревом в герметичной таре, фильтрацию и отстаивание меда, при котором удаляют образовавшуюся пену с примесями, после чего мед смешивают с наполнителем, отличающийся тем, что наполнитель представляет собой натуральные сублимированные ягоды, причем ягоды предварительно сортируют, производят их быструю заморозку, после чего подвергают вакуумной сушке в вакуумной камере, причем наполнитель из ягод добавляют в мед при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:мед натуральный - 50-99,наполнитель из ягод - 1-50.2. Способ получения пищевого продукта на основе натурального меда по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве наполнителя из ягод в мед добавляют ягоды клюквы или брусники, или черники, или облепихи.3. Способ получения пищевого продукта на основе натурального меда по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в пищевой продукт дополнительно вводят добавку, представляющую собой пыльцу и/или пергу, и/или экстракт прополиса, и/или маточное молочко, и/или ядра орехов, и/или семена подсолнечника при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:наполнитель из ягод - 1-49,добавка - 0,5-49,мед натуральный - остальное.4. Пищевой продукт на основе натурального меда, содержащий натуральный мед и наполнитель, представляющий собой сублимированные, предварительно замороженные и подвергшиеся вакуумной сушке натуральные ягоды, при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:мед натуральный - 50-99,наполнитель из ягод - 1-50.5.
