Abstract
1. Антифрикционный композиционный полимерный материал, выполненный из композиции на основе полиоксиметилена (сополимер), характеризующийся тем, что материал дополнительно содержит графитовое порошкообразное углеволокно С1 и фенольное порошкообразное связующее (типа СФП-012А1) при следующем соотношении компонентов, вес.%:2. Антифрикционный композиционный полимерный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве полимерной основы используют полиоксиметилен (сополимер) литьевой марки с показателем текучести расплава не менее 40 г/10 мин.3. Антифрикционный композиционный полимерный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для увеличения стойкости материала к термической деформации, для повышения теплопроводности и уменьшения коэффициента теплового линейного расширения в полимерную основу вводят модифицирующие добавки.4. Антифрикционный композиционный полимерный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что модифицирующие добавки в полимерную основу вводят на лопастном смесителе с последующим пропусканием полученной смеси через гранулятор при режимах переработки полиоксиметилена.1.
