Abstract
1. Антифрикционный композиционный полимерный материал, выполненный из композиции на основе полиоксиметилена (сополимер), характеризующийся тем, что материал дополнительно содержит модифицирующие добавки в виде порошкообразной смеси из сверхвысокомолекулярного полиэтилена с молекулярной массой 4500000 у.е. и фторопласта марки Ф4К15М5, при их соотношении 1:1, при следующем соотношении компонентов композиции, вес.%:2. Антифрикционный композиционный полимерный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве полимерной основы используют полиоксиметилен (сополимер) с показателем текучести расплава, г/10 мин, не менее 2.3. Антифрикционный композиционный полимерный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что модифицирующие добавки в полимерную основу вводят при смешении компонентов на лопастном смесителе до получения однородной смеси, с последующим пропуском композиционной смеси через гранулятор при режимах переработки полиоксиметилена.1.
