Abstract

1. Система, содержащая:направляющую с внешним контуром, в значительной степени соответствующим принимающей части сустава, при этом направляющая определяет ось, которая имеет известное положение относительно сустава при стыковке направляющей с суставом;первое контрольно-ориентирное устройство для прикрепления к кости сустава;второе контрольно-ориентирное устройство для соединения с известным выравниванием относительно направляющей; иблок управления с возможностью обмена данными с первым контрольно-ориентирным устройством и вторым контрольно-ориентирным устройством, при этом блок управления сконфигурирован для определения положения оси относительно первого контрольно-ориентирного устройства на основании данных, которые указывают положение второго контрольно-ориентирного устройства относительно первого контрольно-ориентирного устройства, тогда как второе контрольно-ориентирное устройство находится в известном выравнивании с направляющей, а направляющая состыкована с суставом.2. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что ось имеет известный угол отклонения и известный угол наклона вперед относительно сустава при направляющей, прикрепленной к суставу.3. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что второй контрольный ориентир выполнен с возможностью присоединения к направляющей в положении с известным смещением относительно оси.4. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что внешний контур направляющей перед использованием направляющей формируют таким образом, что внешний контур в значительной степени соответствует принимающей части сустава, а направляющая соединяется с принимающей частью сустава в одной ориент

Claims (15)

1. Система, содержащая:
направляющую с внешним контуром, в значительной степени соответствующим принимающей части сустава, при этом направляющая определяет ось, которая имеет известное положение относительно сустава при стыковке направляющей с суставом;
первое контрольно-ориентирное устройство для прикрепления к кости сустава;
второе контрольно-ориентирное устройство для соединения с известным выравниванием относительно направляющей; и
блок управления с возможностью обмена данными с первым контрольно-ориентирным устройством и вторым контрольно-ориентирным устройством, при этом блок управления сконфигурирован для определения положения оси относительно первого контрольно-ориентирного устройства на основании данных, которые указывают положение второго контрольно-ориентирного устройства относительно первого контрольно-ориентирного устройства, тогда как второе контрольно-ориентирное устройство находится в известном выравнивании с направляющей, а направляющая состыкована с суставом.
2. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что ось имеет известный угол отклонения и известный угол наклона вперед относительно сустава при направляющей, прикрепленной к суставу.
3. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что второй контрольный ориентир выполнен с возможностью присоединения к направляющей в положении с известным смещением относительно оси.
4. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что внешний контур направляющей перед использованием направляющей формируют таким образом, что внешний контур в значительной степени соответствует принимающей части сустава, а направляющая соединяется с принимающей частью сустава в одной ориентации.
5. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что:
сустав является тазобедренным суставом конкретного пациента;
ось является осью сжатия вертлужной впадины для тазобедренного сустава, определенной на основании данных визуализации тазобедренного сустава; и
направляющая является специфической для пациента направляющей, имеющей внешний контур, определенный для конкретного пациента, при этом внешний контур в значительной степени соответствует одной или более частей вертлужной впадины тазобедренного сустава, так что направляющая стыкуется с вертлужной впадиной в одной ориентации.
6. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно включает в себя генератор электромагнитного поля, при этом первое контрольно-ориентирное устройство включает в себя первый датчик электромагнитного поля, а второе контрольно-ориентирное устройство включает в себя генератор электромагнитного поля или второй датчик электромагнитного поля.
7. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно включает в себя инфракрасный датчик;
при этом первое контрольно-ориентирное устройство включает первую опорную точку, а второе контрольно-ориентирное устройство включает вторую опорную точку.
8. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что, с целью определения положения оси относительно первого контрольно-ориентирного устройства, блок управления сконфигурирован для определения положения оси в системе координат, при этом первый контрольный ориентир находится в фиксированном положении относительно этой системы координат.
9. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что блок управления сконфигурирован для:
определения положения инструмента относительно оси, тогда как второе контрольно-ориентирное устройство или третье контрольно-ориентирное устройство соединено с инструментом; и
представления на интерфейсе пользователя выходных данных, указывающих положение инструмента относительно оси.
10. Система по п.9, отличающаяся тем, что блок управления сконфигурирован для определения положения инструмента после извлечения направляющей из сустава.
11. Система по п.9, отличающаяся тем, что, с целью определения положения инструмента относительно оси, блок управления сконфигурирован для определения углового положения инструмента относительно оси; и
при этом выходные данные указывают положение инструмента относительно оси, блок управления сконфигурирован для предоставления выходных данных, указывающих угловое положение инструмента относительно оси.
12. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что, с целью определения положения оси относительно первого контрольно-ориентирного устройства, блок управления сконфигурирован для:
считывания первых данных, указывающих положение оси относительно направляющей; и
считывания вторых данных, указывающих смещение между вторым контрольным ориентиром и направляющей, когда второе контрольно-ориентирное устройство находится в известном выравнивании с направляющей.
13. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что блок управления дополнительно сконфигурирован для:
определения положения инструмента относительно центра вращения сустава или поверхности сустава на основании информации, указывающей положение инструмента относительно первого контрольного ориентира;
вычисления глубины рассверливания вдоль оси относительно положения инструмента; и
предоставления информации, указывающей глубину рассверливания.
14. Система по п.13, отличающаяся тем, что:
для вычисления глубины рассверливания блок управления сконфигурирован для:
считывания информации, указывающей одну или более характеристик имплантата;
определения предпочтительной глубины рассверливания на основании одной или более характеристик имплантата; и
определения различия между текущим положением инструмента и предпочтительным положением инструмента, при этом предпочтительное положение соответствует предпочтительной глубине рассверливания; и
для предоставления информации, указывающей глубину рассверливания, блок управления сконфигурирован для предоставления информации, указывающей различие между текущим положением инструмента и предпочтительным положением инструмента.
15. Устройство для определения выравниваний относительно сустава, включающее:
одно или более устройств для обработки данных, а также одно или более устройств для хранения данных, сохраняющих рабочие инструкции, выполняемые одним или более устройств для обработки данных, для обеспечения выполнения операций одним или более устройств для обработки данных, при этом операции включают:
прием информации, указывающей измеренное положение первого контрольного ориентира относительно второго контрольного ориентира, при этом положение можно измерить в том случае, когда (i) первый контрольный ориентир установлен в фиксированном месте относительно кости сустава, (ii) специфическая для пациента направляющая, имеющая внешний контур, в значительной степени соответствующий части сустава, присоединена к кости, и (iii) второй контрольный ориентир установлен в известном положении относительно специфической для пациента направляющей;
определение положения хирургической оси относительно первого контрольного ориентира на основании измеренного положения;
прием информации, указывающей положение инструмента относительно первого контрольного ориентира; и
после извлечения направляющей из сустава, определение положения инструмента относительно хирургической оси с использованием положения инструмента относительно первого контрольного ориентира.
