Abstract
1. Способ контроля деформации стенок печи обжига, характеризующийся тем, что для передачи равномерно-распределенной нагрузки на железобетонную стойку, используют металлическую конструкцию, расположенную по всей длине стенки печи, производят гашение деформаций в железобетонной стойке, установленной с нулевой деформацией, измерение диапазона деформаций и возврат стенок печи в проектное положение.2. Способ контроля деформации стенок печи обжига по п.1, характеризующийся тем, что возврат стенок печи в проектное положение осуществляют при измерении деформации ≤20 мм (данный диапазон может быть изменен расчетом и зависит от размеров печи).3. Устройство контроля деформации стенок печи обжига, включающее металлическую конструкцию, выполненную в виде X-образной формы, закрепленную на железобетонной стойке, расположенную по всей длине стенки печи, жестко соединенную с верхней частью стенки печи в точках равномерно-распределенной нагрузки через равномерные расстояния и подвижную штангу, жестко закрепленную с конструкцией в проушинах с возможностью перемещения в горизонтальном направлении на величину деформации стенки печи.4. Устройство контроля деформации стенок печи обжига по п.3, включающее мерную линейку для отображения величины деформации, жестко закрепленную на железобетонной стойке.5. Устройство контроля деформации стенок печи обжига по п.3, включающее металлическую конструкцию, выполненную в виде съемной конструкции, закрепленной на железобетонной стойке с помощью анкерных болтов.1.
