Abstract
1. Вакцина против ящура типа А инактивированная сорбированная, содержащая активное вещество и целевые добавки, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве активного вещества она содержит авирулентный и очищенный антигенный материал из штамма вируса Aphtae epizooticae, сем. Picornaviridae, рода Aphtovirus, серотипа А, депонированного в коллекции ФГУ «ВГНКИ» по регистрационным номером (ссылкой) производственный штамм вируса ящура серотипа А №2045/Киргизия/2007-ДЕП, в эффективном количестве.2. Вакцина по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит авирулентный и очищенный антигенный материал из гомологичного возбудителю инфекции штамма А №2045/Киргизия/2007-ДЕП, полученный в чувствительной биологической системе и представляющий собой суспензию, содержащую преимущественно 146S и 75S иммуногенные компоненты вируса ящура типа А.3. Вакцина по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит авирулентный и очищенный антигенный материал из гомологичного возбудителю инфекции штамма А №2045/Киргизия/2007-ДЕП, полученный предпочтительно в перевиваемой культуре клеток животного происхождения и представляющий собой суспензию, содержащую преимущественно 146S и 75S иммуногенные компоненты вируса ящура типа А.4. Вакцина по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит авирулентный и очищенный антигенный материал из гомологичного возбудителю инфекции штамма А №2045/Киргизия/2007-ДЕП, полученный предпочтительно в перевиваемой культуре клеток ВНК-21 и представляющий собой суспензию, содержащую преимущественно 146S и 75S иммуногенные компоненты вируса ящура типа А.5. Вакцина по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит авирулентный и очищенный антигенный материал из гомологичного возбудителю инфекци�1. The vaccine according to claim 3, characterized in that it contains avirulent and purified antigenic material from strain A A 2045 / Kyrgyzstan / 2007-DEP homologous to the pathogen, preferably obtained in the transplanted cell culture of BHK-21 and consisting of a suspension containing mainly 146S and 75S immunogenic components of FMD virus type A.5.
