Abstract
1. Ассоциированная вакцина против ротавирусной и коронавирусной инфекций крупного рогатого скота (КРС) эмульсионная инактивированная, содержащая активное вещество и целевую добавку, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве активного вещества она содержит смесь авирулентных очищенных антигенных материалов из штамма №101 ВНИИЗЖ ротавируса КРС, сем. Reoviridae, рода Rotavirus, коллекция ФГУ «ВГНКИ» №101 ВНИИЗЖ-ДЕП, и из штамма «ВНИИЗЖ» коронавируса КРС, сем. Coronaviridae, рода Coronavirus, коллекция ФГУ «ВГНКИ» «ВНИИЗЖ-ДЕП», полученных в культурах клеток животного происхождения в количествах, обеспечивающих протективную иммунную активность в организме животного при введении ему целевого препарата. ! 2. Ассоциированная вакцина по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит авирулентный очищенный антигенный материал из штамма №101 ВНИИЗЖ ротавируса КРС, полученного в культуре клеток животного происхождения, взятой из группы, состоящей из культуры клеток почки теленка MDBK, из культуры клеток свиной почки СПЭВ, из культуры клеток почки зеленой мартышки Marc-145, из культуры клеток почки обезьяны Vero и из культуры клеток коронарных сосудов теленка КСТ, в эффективном количестве. ! 3. Ассоциированная вакцина по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит авирулентный очищенный антигенный материал из штамма №101 ВНИИЗЖ ротавируса КРС, полученного в культуре клеток MDBK со степенью накопления не менее 106 вирусных частиц/см3 и активностью в иммуноферментном анализе (ИФА) не менее 5,0 log2, в количестве не менее 15,0 мас.%. ! 4. Ассоциированная вакцина по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит авирулентный очищенный антигенный материал из штамма №101 ВНИИЗЖ ротавируса КРС, получен1.
