Abstract
Способ приготовления бетонной смеси, включающий перемешивание части расчетной дозы жидкости затворения с цементом в смесителе-активаторе, введение оставшейся части расчетной дозы жидкости затворения в бетоносмеситель с заполнителем, последующее введение полученной в смесителе-активаторе суспензии в бетоносмеситель и окончательное перемешивание полученной смеси, отличающийся тем, что в качестве жидкости затворения используют воду, которую предварительно заливают в смеситель-активатор в объеме (40÷70)% от расчетной (рецептурной) дозы жидкости затворения, которую в процессе заливки в смеситель-активатор активируют, для чего пропускают со скоростью (1÷2) м/с через поперечное магнитное поле, напряженность которого лежит в диапазоне (500÷2000) Э, затем после заливки в смеситель-активатор упомянутую жидкость подвергают дополнительной вторичной активации путем ее кавитационной дезинтеграции, для чего на нее воздействуют ультразвуком, частота которого лежит выше частоты порога кавитации в диапазоне низких частот от 20 кГц до 100 кГц, а интенсивность упомянутого ультразвука лежит в области стабильной кавитации от 1,5 Вт/смдо 2,5 Вт/см, причем в процессе кавитационный дезинтеграции жидкости затворения в нее засыпают и перемешивают цемент, при этом одновременно с заливкой жидкости затворения в смеситель-активатор, также заливают оставшуюся от расчетной (рецептурной) дозы часть жидкости затворения в бетоносмеситель с заполнителем, в качестве которой используют воду, которую в процессе ее заливки в бетоносмеситель с заполнителем омагничивают, для чего ее также пропускают со скоростью (1÷2) м/с через поперечное магнитное пA method of preparing a concrete mixture, including mixing part of the estimated dose of mixing liquid with cement in the mixer-activator, introducing the remaining part of the calculated dose of mixing liquid into the concrete mixer with aggregate, then introducing the suspension obtained in the mixer-activator into the concrete mixer and finally mixing the resulting mixture, characterized in that water is used as mixing liquid, which is preliminarily poured into the activator mixer in the amount of (40 ÷ 70)% of the calculated (prescription) dose w mixing liquid, which is activated during pouring into the mixer-activator, for which it is passed at a speed of (1 ÷ 2) m / s through a transverse magnetic field, the intensity of which lies in the range (500 ÷ 2000) Oe, then after pouring into the mixer-activator said liquid is subjected to additional secondary activation by cavitation disintegration, for which it is subjected to ultrasound, the frequency of which lies above the frequency of the cavitation threshold in the low frequency range from 20 kHz to 100 kHz, and the intensity of the aforementioned ultrasound lies in areas of stable cavitation from 1.5 W / cm to 2.5 W / cm, and in the process of cavitation disintegration of the mixing fluid, cement is poured into it and mixed, while at the same time as pouring the mixing fluid into the mixer-activator, the remainder of the calculated (prescription) is also poured ) doses of a part of the mixing liquid into the concrete mixer with aggregate, which is used as water, which is magnetized during its pouring into the concrete mixer with aggregate, for which it is also passed at a speed of (1 ÷ 2) m / s through the transverse magnetic
