Abstract
Способ активации воды затворения бетонных смесей путем ее модифицирования углеродными фуллероидными наночастицами c последующей её обработкой ультразвуком, отличающийся тем, что в сосуд с водой помещают шунгит, масса которого составляет не менее 1% массы воды и возбуждают в воде ультразвуковые колебания, частота которых лежит в диапазоне 20 кГц до 100 кГц от 1,5 Вт/смдо 2,5 Вт/см, и воздействуют на воду и шунгит упомянутыми ультразвуковыми колебаниями в течение 5-10 мин до достижения концентрации фуллерена, выделяемого из шунгита в активируемую воду 10- 10, после чего активированную воду пропускают через фильтр и используют в качестве жидкости затворения, а осадок шунгита оставляют в сосуде, заливают в сосуд следующую порцию воды и процедуру активации жидкости затворения повторяют вновь.A method of activating mixing water of concrete mixtures by modifying it with carbon fulleroid nanoparticles followed by ultrasonic treatment, characterized in that schungite is placed in a vessel with water, whose mass is at least 1% of the mass of water and excite ultrasonic vibrations in the water, the frequency of which lies in the range 20 kHz to 100 kHz from 1.5 W / cm to 2.5 W / cm, and they act on the water and schungite with the mentioned ultrasonic vibrations for 5-10 minutes until the concentration of fullerene released from shungite into activated ode 10- 10, after which the activated water is passed through the filter and is used as mixing fluid, and the precipitate was allowed shungite in the vessel, the vessel is filled into the next portion of the water and liquid activation mixing procedure is repeated again.
