Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest beton o podwyższonych parametrach wytrzymałościowych i sposób jego wytwarzania. Sposób wytwarzania betonów polega na tym, że w procesie mieszania składników w mieszalniku do betonu dodaje się dodatki napowietrzające organiczne i syntetyczne na bazie żywic oraz dodatki upłynniające na bazie polikarboksylatów, mulitkarboksylatów, poliakrylanów oraz nanopoliakrylanów korzystnie dodaje domieszki opóźniające wiązanie po czym prowadzi proces aeracji podczas mieszania w czasie do 2 minut, korzystnie od 30 do 50 sekund na jeden cykl technologiczny i dalszą obróbkę prowadzi w znany sposób. Korzystnie, gdy proces aeracji prowadzi się poprzez dodanie zawiesiny wodnej zawierającej mikrobalony polietylenowe wypełnione powietrzem, podczas mieszania poprzez mieszalnik o dużej energii kinetycznej. Beton zawiera cement klasy CEM I 52,5 w ilości 15 do 18%, piasek o granulacji 0/2 w ilości 27 do 30%, grys granitowy o granulacji 2/8 w ilości 21 do 23%, grys granitowy o granulacji 8/16 w ilości 26 do 27%, wodę w ilości 5,5 do 7,0 %, domieszki upłynniające w ilości do 0,1% , domieszki opóźniające wiązanie w ilości do 0,1%, środki napowietrzające w ilości do 0,3%.The subject of the invention is concrete with increased strength parameters and the method of its production. The method of producing concrete consists in the fact that in the process of mixing components in the concrete mixer, organic and synthetic aeration additives based on resins and liquefying additives based on polycarboxylates, mulitarboxylates, polyacrylates and nanopolyacrylates are added, preferably setting admixtures delaying the binding followed by the aeration process during mixing for up to 2 minutes, preferably 30 to 50 seconds for one technological cycle and further processing is carried out in a known manner. Preferably, the aeration process is carried out by the addition of an aqueous suspension containing air-filled polyethylene microbaloons, while mixing through a high kinetic energy mixer. The concrete contains CEM I 52.5 cement in the amount of 15 to 18%, sand with granulation 0/2 in the amount of 27 to 30%, granite grits with the granulation of 2/8 in the amount of 21 to 23%, granite grits with the granulation of 8/16 in an amount of 26 to 27%, water in an amount of 5.5 to 7.0%, liquefying admixtures in an amount of up to 0.1%, admixtures delaying binding in an amount of up to 0.1%, aerating agents in an amount of up to 0.3%.
