1. Способ получения молочно-растительного экстракта на основе молочной сыворотки с использованием растительного сырья, включающий измельчение растительного сырья, экстрагирование молочной сывороткой и фильтрацию, отличающийся тем, что сухое измельченное растительное сырье перед экстракцией пропаривают, затем сырье вылеживается до набухания измельченных частиц, после чего вводят молочную сыворотку и проводят термическую обработку смеси в поле сверх высоких частот в 3 приема, каждый раз нагревая смесь до 65-67°С и охлаждая на 15°С, перед фильтрацией смесь охлаждают до 20°С. ! 2.
