Способ производства пресервов в ароматизированном масле, включающий подготовку сырья из гидробионтов, укладку в тару, внесение ароматизированного масла, герметичную укупорку и выдерживание, отличающийся тем, что используют пищевое пряноароматическое масло, полученное путем настаивания измельченных пряностей в растительном масле, при соотношении компонентов: масло 90-98%, пряность 2-10%, при этом используют пряности, выбранные из ряда корица, куркума, кориандр, кардамон или их сочетания, с последующим удалением плотной части. ! 2.
