1. Способ получения метанола путем окисления метансодержащего газа, в том числе природного газа кислородом воздуха при повышенных температуре и давлении и повышенном содержании кислорода при подаче в реактор предварительно смешанного метана с воздухом и последующего отделения целевого продукта при воздействии на процесс получения метанола путем введения в реактор в зону максимального разогрева реагирующей смеси, дополнительной порции холодного метансодержащего газа, в том числе природного газа. ! 2. Установка для реализации способа получения метанола по п.1, содержащая установку комплексной подготовки газа, реактор газофазного окисления метансодержащего газа, состоящий из теплообменника «газ-газ» реакционной зоны, набранного из единичных цилиндрических труб и теплообменника «газ-вода» зоны охлаждения, холодильник-конденсатор, ректификационный узел, систему экологической очистки, газовую горелку, отличающаяся тем, что в зоне максимального разогрева реагирующей смеси установлен дополнительный реактор в виде цилиндрической трубы с устройством ввода дополнительной порции холодного метансодержащего газа, в том числе природного газа, холодильник-конденсатор соединен через инжектор с одним из входов газовой горелки. 1.
